I have brought a new Tata Docomo 3G photon Dongle plan (No. [protected]) with exciting bundled usage & dongle offers plan for corporate employees in Bangalore, Karnataka in the month of March 2013, I have used the device for around 4-5 months and fed up of with the plan and network speed and I requested to TATA DOCOMO 3G customer center to disconnect the existing TATA DOCOMO 3G DONGLE connection, and they raised a request to cancel the connection ref.No.[protected].

The issue in the sense like before purchasing or while purchasing the device, the representative or the TATA DOCOMO has not guided or indicated that we need to pay the additional amount if we are going to disconnect the Connection with in 6 months, but now suddenly they have charged some around ChurnOutFee0-6m Rs.1650.00 (Rupees One thousand Six Fifty ruppes) needs to paid.
This is not at all fair. As they are blaming the customers saying that additional charges needs to paid.
So, kindly look into this issue and please provide me the justice.
