Issues with Surrender of connection

I had Tata Photon number. I requested to surrender it in the beginning of August. They asked me reason and I told them I am going out of India and do not need it. They suggested that I give it to someone else and I told them that I have asked people and no one is interested. They said that after 15 days they will deactivate it. Unprofessional and unethical behavior with customer

I was denied services well within the Customer Service time mentioned on the Website as well as mentioned outside the tata docomo store. They asked me to visit the store on next day so that they could close early and refused to handle & service my request for porting my number. The customer servicing time mentioned outside the store was 10am to 8 pm...I visited the store at 7:30 pm which can be confirmed from the CCTV footage of the store....

MISGUIDE and Sale Postpaid Connection

I am using a TATA Photon for last few months. Once a executive call me and tell me that as I am using TATA Photo she give me a Sim with a cost of Rs. 100/- and it is free from any call charge for two months and then it is decided to me that I have option for making sim postpaid or prepaid. Now a bill of Rs. 328/- generated and they are force me to pay the bill immidiately. I tell them please stop the connection of the sim but it is not process....

rate cutter tariff plan not working

Sir i am suresh, i have done 35 rs rate cutter twice a weak the plan option is docomo to docomo 1p/6s. Other local calls 1.2p/2s, but the plan is not working whenever i call to docomo number the amount is reducing 1.2p/2s, i compliant in customer more than 4 times but they not clear my problem, so pls clear my problem...

3G Dongle - Cheating Services

Junk services and on top of that cases in high court on customers!!! First of all.. No 3G services in Vignana Nagar - BUT SOLD THE DEVICE TO ME. I raised a ticket. wrong amount deduction

barring of my calls

advertisements on my prepaid connection

I have been receiving MY DIVE-IN PLANET advertisements on my prepaid connection # [protected] & [protected]. Advertisements like - "Download Hot Babes Wallpaper", "Download Bikini Models", etc. There is no setting for in my mobile for getting this disabled. Due to such continuous messages, the mobile battery gets drained off soon. Request you to resolve this on top priority. Sample image attached....

regarding cheating on scheme

I have done special recharge of rs. 499 of docomo which gives yu 500 rs balance and 2gb 3g data... But when i tried it it just gave me 441 rs. Balance with no 3g...
