Hi, I have done recharge from docomo online recharge site using my yesbank internet banking with NET TXN: BILLDESK MYBK[protected] on 30-Aug-2013 for my mobile no. [protected]. Money has been deducted but no recharge was done. Please start the refund for this. I again did recharge of 32rs which was successful. Please refere above transacktion id to avoid confusion

    My name is Navin From:- Dhanbad, Jharkhand I purchased My tata photon plus about 3-4 years ago. Everytime i recharge with is an unlimited plan i.e., Rs.1,200 for which i was getting around 10-11 gb. Now my problem starts here just after the usage of my 10-11 gb when speed is started capping then whenever i asing anything from any site may be youtube,or any doesn't matter, the photon automatically get's disconnected in every 8-10 min. The company is thinking not to provide that unlimited service for which we have payed. The company themselves always hangs up the modem and i have noticed that it happens approx 20-30 times at night. Until i was having the data's the modem never hanged. I want the company either to return my money for the unlimited plan or serve us a good service. It's my request to the consumer court that please have a view at my complain. Because it not a problem of any windows 7 or any setting or something about that. The full problem is generated by the company. i have an experience of about 4 years so you could understand that i would have done each and every stupid things whatever customer care told me. It's my Humble request to take a strict action towards this company else they will just suck the consumers money by providing a garbage service.       I had Tata Photon number. I requested to surrender it in the beginning of August. They asked me reason and I told them I am going out of India and do not need it. They suggested that I give it to someone else and I told them that I have asked people and no one is interested. They said that after 15 days they will deactivate it. I got so many calls asking the reason and me explaining the same thing again and again. Now I have got a safe custody sms on my mobile. I asked the agent and he said I requested for it. I donot know what it means but I have simply requested for the disconnection. Why getting the tata photon surrendered is such a huge hassle. I donot want any bill landing in my mailbox . The billing etc should be stopped immediately when i requested for the surrender. I need the confirmation that number is deactivated and all bills are cleared. This is cheating customers and forcing them to pay when they donot need your services. THIS IS BAD and very FRUSTRATING SERVICE. My tata photon number is :[protected] Manisha

      I am still getting calls from different departments but my request of disconnection ( logged on 13th August) is still not addressed.
      I have got the bill for the month of August. Why should I pay when I requested for the disconnection and not used the photon anyway.
      I am NOT going to pay for the period after 13th August.

        I was denied services well within the Customer Service time mentioned on the Website as well as mentioned outside the tata docomo store. They asked me to visit the store on next day so that they could close early and refused to handle & service my request for porting my number. The customer servicing time mentioned outside the store was 10am to 8 pm...I visited the store at 7:30 pm which can be confirmed from the CCTV footage of the store.

        In addition i logged on the website for filling my greviance with the company, but the option of filling complaints have been disabled on the website and everytime you click on the same option, the page gets refreshed unlike complaints for all other options given. I believe that this disabling has been done purposefully leaving no other option for consumer but to give feedback on 121.

        I intend to take strong action against the company for the greviance caused, insult and problems faced, and for the wastage of my time due to this lacunatic approach of the Service person and that of the Store.

          I am using a TATA Photon for last few months. Once a executive call me and tell me that as I am using TATA Photo she give me a Sim with a cost of Rs. 100/- and it is free from any call charge for two months and then it is decided to me that I have option for making sim postpaid or prepaid. Now a bill of Rs. 328/- generated and they are force me to pay the bill immidiately. I tell them please stop the connection of the sim but it is not process.

            Sir i am suresh, i have done 35 rs rate cutter twice a weak the plan option is docomo to docomo 1p/6s. Other local calls 1.2p/2s, but the plan is not working whenever i call to docomo number the amount is reducing 1.2p/2s, i compliant in customer more than 4 times but they not clear my problem, so pls clear my problem

              Junk services and on top of that cases in high court on customers!!! First of all.. No 3G services in Vignana Nagar - BUT SOLD THE DEVICE TO ME. I raised a ticket. Technicians visited and said that setting are proper and escalated to backend team. BACKEND TEAM CONFIRMED NO 3G SERVICES IN VIGNANA NAGAR. SO... I surrendered the device because I'm not satisfied with 1kbps speed. ASK YOUR TATA - MANAGING DIRECTOR TO USE HIS DEVICE IN VIGNANA NAGAR!!! HE WILL COME TO KNOW!!! I was told that, I get money back in 60 days. 120 days completed!!! No is bothered about this!!! I called up customer care. They said to visit koramangala branch. I visited koramangala store today. They said where ever you purchased - you visit there. So I went to Indiranagar opp. to reliance digital today. Those stupids again told me to visit koramangala store. >>> Meaning you people are playing with customers. TATA Docomo are cheaters. I write some 1000 blogs on this and on my experience. You stupids don't have proper procedures to handle the things? How come bill is getting generated when device is deactivated/surrendered with in a weeks time of purchase??? On top of that cases in High courts and daily calls from Delhi!!! Are the customers are bevacoofs or what? First of all no receipt - you are giving when we purchase a 2500 device? WHY????? Totally illegal business!!! No stupid is bothered about customer complaints. When we revisited the koramangala store, We need to wait for 2 hours just to have 2 minute discussions with Nodal officers???? Are those CMs or PMs - That much busy with meetings??? Time is most precious to every one. Each buffalo should undestand that!!! Do some thing and sort this problem out!!! No thanks Govardhan. Tata Docomo 3G # [protected] Note: Don't purchase any dongle from tata docomo. 100% cheating only. I was told that from PIN 560001 to 560100 (i.e 1 to 100) pincodes of bangalore, 3G is avaialable. Vignana Nagar comes to 560075. Once I connected I got 1kbps speed. Senior technicians visited and confirmed that, Setting are proper and escalated the issue. Backend team confirmed that no 3G services in Vignana Nagar. 100% CHEATING!!! TODAY ALSO THEY ARE TELLING IT IS AVAILABLE. I SAID, I PURCHASE ONE MORE DEVICE NOW FROM YOUR STORE, SHALL WE BOTH GO TO MY HOME IN VIGNANA NAGAR? No response from store manager!!! Cheating Cheating Cheating!!! PLEASE STOP PURCHASING TATADOCOMO DONGLES AND LET THE COMPANY SHUTDOWN ONE DAY SO THAT TATA COMES TO ROAD TO UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF QUALITY SERVICES!!!

                Hi Sir, I have brought a new Tata Docomo 3G photon Dongle plan (No. [protected]) with exciting bundled usage & dongle offers plan for corporate employees in Bangalore, Karnataka in the month of March 2013, I have used the device for around 4-5 months and fed up of with the plan and network speed and I requested to TATA DOCOMO 3G customer center to disconnect the existing TATA DOCOMO 3G DONGLE connection, and they raised a request to cancel the connection ref.No.[protected]. TATA DOCOMO 3G No. [protected] TARRIF PLAN : 3GQARP_10GB UNLPLAN CANCLE REQ NO.[protected]. DATED : 25/JULY/2013 The issue in the sense like before purchasing or while purchasing the device, the representative or the TATA DOCOMO has not guided or indicated that we need to pay the additional amount if we are going to disconnect the Connection with in 6 months, but now suddenly they have charged some around ChurnOutFee0-6m Rs.1650.00 (Rupees One thousand Six Fifty ruppes) needs to paid. This is not at all fair. As they are blaming the customers saying that additional charges needs to paid. So, kindly look into this issue and please provide me the justice.                   sir, i am from Rajahmundry and my mobile number is [protected](Tata Docomo) on[protected] at night 9:15 pm my main balance is wrongly deducted for usage of internet, but the problem is my main balance is deducted even though i have internet balance.I gave a complaint about it to docomo customer care representative. and they says that "you have used a chargeable website',but i opened Google and G mail only before balance deduction.so please help me sir.please sir take action against them for wrong balance deductions...please sir help me....

                    I have taken new docomo connection used it for 20 days after then outgoing facility has been barred...when i am calling to customer care they are not responding to my call.I dont know the reason why my calls are barred. I have lodged a complaint in tatadocomo centre on satday i.e on 24/08/13 but till now there is no response from the service provider

                      I have been receiving MY DIVE-IN PLANET advertisements on my prepaid connection # [protected] & [protected]. Advertisements like - "Download Hot Babes Wallpaper", "Download Bikini Models", etc. There is no setting for in my mobile for getting this disabled. Due to such continuous messages, the mobile battery gets drained off soon. Request you to resolve this on top priority. Sample image attached.

                      As per you advice i've checked the option to disable service message option under message setting.

                      But i could not find any option named " service message " under " message settings " . My handset is samsung SCH B159 CDMA Handset.

                      Only below options are available under message settings...

                      * sending option
                      * save option
                      * block message
                      * auto erase
                      * sos message
                      * sms on call reject

                        Hello, On 26.08.13 around 11:55AM, I recharged my T24 Mobile No:[protected] with an amount of Rs.300 through SBI Internet Banking.The details received after transaction as under:- Transaction ID : 3642536 Package : ETOP*T24*HP Service No: [protected] Amount : 300 Response : 17486[Insufficient Balance OxiTransID -[protected]]| But till now the amount has not credited to my mobile account. I contacted T24 Customer care by dialling 52121.But first they asked me to wait for 24hours and now asking to wait for 7days and therefore, as a customer I am suffering a lot.                           We are getting prank call from this RAJASTAN TAT DOCOMO [protected] number. he use to call me and ask who are you and where are you and all if any gents speaking in the phone he kept quite and then disconnect the call later after half and hour he use to call the same number and ask the same question again and again but he is not saying his details.

                            I got a new sim card of tata docomo 2 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for it saying i will get 60 talktime when the card is activated. heres the no of the new sim card : [protected].

                            I got a new sim card of tata docomo 4 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for it saying i will get Rs 96 talk time when the card is activated. heres the no of the new sim card : [protected].

                            I have submitted the documents as advised in Tata docomo customer care at Tata docomo store (Ganganagar, opposite Durga Mandap, Bhubaneswar) and they have given a new SIM (Validity Dated from 25.01.2017) and taken Rs. 100 saying that it will be activated by 7pm to-night but it has not yet activated. They told that you will not get any talktime and need to recharge another Rs. 50 to get talktime.

                            Kindly verify the demand in rupees from the Tata docomo store official and activate the SIM as soon as possible.

                              I have done special recharge of rs. 499 of docomo which gives yu 500 rs balance and 2gb 3g data... But when i tried it it just gave me 441 rs. Balance with no 3g... When i called them they cut my call twice after listening to my complaints.. They first said yu are from ahmedabad and its not applicable there...i told them that i am from surat... Then they said i have done normal recharge instead of special recharge which is not true. I told them... I havent even used a single penny of that scheme.. Now they are cheating on me and not ready to shift the scheme... Plz do the needful...

                                Hello, I bought a Tata Photon Wireless Dongle for internet Services and it work satisfactory but in Month May and June , i got so poor speed that i am unable to open single page. i put numerous complain to Tata Photon but no prompt action was taken. Once a Service engineer come and improve the speed, but from the next day same issue arise. Every time i call customer care i have promise from them to take urgent action but the issue get not resolved. now the summed up bill to me for those month of the poor speed and want me to pay for them, i have three complain request numbers which i get from Tata Photon.                                   My son was having a sim from Docomo and he was using it during his visit to us at Kakrapar, Near Surat, Gujarat. One fie the cell was not responding. He was having a balance of about 50Rs. When contacted the customer care, no response. After long attempt and reaching back to TN, visited, they informed him that it needs verification of the credentials. To verify, is it the decent way of dealing with customers? Luckily he was with us and we arranged another sim from another service provider. Had he alone in a strange place what would have been his state? This cannot be expected from service providers

                                    Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards the bad internet connection of tata docomo 2g GPRS pack.I am a resident of shankar Nagar in Nagpur,440010. I have been using Tata Docomo for over past 2 years. It has served me quite well these years but now Iam facing difficulties with my internet pack. I use 2g GPRS data for surfing. From the past week my internet seems to be very slow. My phone number is [protected]. I moved to chhattisgarh for a couple of days for work and from that time internet has become too slow. I thought the problem must have been because of the migration but when Igot back in nagpur, I encountered no improvement with the internet connection.                                         Hi ,

                                        My contact number is [protected]. I am having issues regarding my bills. I am not receiving my monthly bills for the last three months. I have received multiple calls from tata docomo collection agencies who promised to send a collection agent in order to collect the bill. But neither the bill shows up nor the collection agent shows up. This is not the first time i am having issues with the delivery of my monthly bills.

                                        I have already complained to the appellate authority about non receipt of bills in the past and it was take care immediately. But now things have again gone from bad to worse.

                                        I am a 70 years old retired person. Do you expect me to go all the way to your store every time and ask them if the bill has been generated and how much do i need to pay. You dont even care about resolving my problem , but charge me every month extra as late fee payment.

                                        I am desperately waiting for some one to look into my problem and solve it immediately
