[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / T24 — money not credited to account post online recharge | |
Hello,
On 26.08.13 around 11:55AM, I recharged my T24 Mobile No:[protected] with an amount of Rs.300 through SBI Internet Banking.The details received after transaction as under:-
Transaction ID : 3642536
Package : ETOP*T24*HP
Service No: [protected]
Amount : 300
Response : 17486[Insufficient Balance OxiTransID -[protected]]|
But till now the amount has not credited to my mobile account.
I contacted T24 Customer care by dialling 52121.But first they asked me to wait for 24hours and now asking to wait for 7days and therefore, as a customer I am suffering a lot.
Kindly rresolve the problem at the earliest.
