[Resolved] Tata Docomo — tower Problem | |||
HI, I am From Coimbatore .I was a Loyal customer to airtel for 5 years never had problem with tower or any major issues I was a happy customer. Then I moved to TATA Docomo for its brand and call charges towards STD call On net call...But later after two months the plan for which i moved was cancelled.its OK I didn't mind tat much..but now the real problem is there is no tower in major areas all the time call gets cut or call is not at all clear.. the area are ukkadam,karumbukadai,podanur,Voc park,saravanampatti,keernatham,pelamedu ,Tidel park. . I had already once complaint to customer care but no response .I want this issue to be cleared or else surely I am gonna move back to airtel and also ask my friends all to move back.. I am Ravi from Bangalore here to complain about your terrible service. I am planning to shift to another service provider if you do not answer my needs now. I am facing the below problems,
1. Very bad GPRS service.
2. My signal goes down completely after 12 AM and there will be no signal at all till 7 Am. This started a week back. I called your customer care and the people there speak as if we customers are dumb and we do not know anything about how things work. They've been saying that the network issue will be resolved and it never happened.
So this means that I cannot make or receive any calls nor send/receive any text messages after 12AM till 7 AM then I get back the signal. This happens every day. There are no problems with my phone as other SIM cards of different carrier works perfectly.
This would be my last request for the issue correction. Otherwise, its bye to you guys and hello to another service provider. If this continues, you will run out of business atleast in the telecommunications sector

On June 20 2012 there was no tower from evening 5 till midnight 1 o clock...I dont know why I am waiting still for response from you
Hi i have tower problem in my tata docomo prepaid sim.For the last two days i have no tower in my mobile. i have checked with my friends who is having tata docomo sim they too tell me the same.In chennai the sim is not working.

With great regret I would like to iinforom you that I am completely frustated with the service of tata docomo and i m going to disconnect the services very soon and will tell all my friends never to use this service anymore.
I took a corporate plan a week ago and from day 1 i m getting contact signal problems both while using the phone for calls and for the internet, even in the centre of the city, the signal is really bad.
I called the customer service 5 times but no one was able to assit me. I was given a very bad customer service and the agents disconnected the calls when i asked them any question.
I was even told by one representative that if i dont want the service, then i should throw my sim in the bin. I fealt completely harrased. I dont know what to do now. I disconn my vodafoone num to get tata but now i am regretting.
please help me as i m having signal issues and missing on very important calls. i am also going to send mails to all the higher authorities so that they should know what is going now.
