I had bought post paid tata docomo in last of 2011. but service / network was almost dead . I called up customer care many time to cancell my sim/ connection . but they took no action and remided and threatened to pay the rent after three months But I requested again and again to stop the service and cancel the sim. But after 5 months i got threatened by the company"s legal advisor topay the total monthly rent even for no service for last five months (sim was not being used ) Ihave paid all the pending dues but after giving my written request on 5th may 2012 It is still pending my request from company"s account. Please i want to get rid off this tata "zin"

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I am Suresh Babu, Bangalore. I am TATA DOCOMO prepaid customer ([protected]) from more than 1 and a half year.
    As my talktime balance was less (approx. 0.00 Rs.) I got my mobile no. [protected] E-recharged for an amount of Rs. 150/- on[protected] at around 6:00 PM.and the Transaction ID is "MHDF[protected]". My current balance showed as Rs. 0.00 after recharge.

    As per the assurance given by TATA DOCOMO in their official website "http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx" If I do Easy Recharge for Rs. 150/-, I should have got TALK TIME of Rs.150/- with unlimited Talk Time validity. But I have got only Rs. 0.00/=- instead of Rs.150/-. It means that I am under loss of approximate Rs.150/- for the mistake done by TATA DOCOMO.

    Immediately when I called TATA DOCOMO Customer care at 121, they asked me to wait for few hours and the bonus talk time would be credited to my account. But it was not credited. When I again tried to call customer care, the call was forwarded and I was asked to mail my complaint to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com”.

    But when I told to register the complaint, she forwarded the call to the TEAM LEADER and she also refused to register complaint. What's the problem to register the complaint when the customer insists to register after waiting with patience for 2 days?

    It is clearly mentioned in the official website of TATADOCOMO (http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx) that with the "E-recharge Voucher" of Rs 150/-, the TALKTIME benefited is Rs. 150/- with Unlimited Validity.

    Is this the way to mislead the customers? Is that the information given in Official website of TATA DOCOMO wrong? Is that the knowledge the TEAM LEADER has? Don't she know the difference between "E-recharge Voucher" and "Special Recharge Voucher" ? I never expected this from them.

    What so ever it is, I am very much disturbed. I want my amount of approximate Rs. 150/- to be credited to my account immediately.

    Hence I kindly request the concerned person to solve the issue.

      I had recharge with 90 rs FOR DOCOMO 3g. i got only 200mb data and other 924mb still i had not got.
      tata docomo , as per the scheme within 48 hours remaining 924mb received, but i still not receive after 3 days. so i think now i need to go consumer court against TATA DOCOMO

      wese to tata docomo wale fekte bahot he ki hamari service best but sabse waste he and customer care response almost 0. bakawas

          Hello, dear sir i m using docomo and my all frendz and relatives mostaly gprs, but sad docomo want only money charg but don,t want gud gprs service, i come to the point here in my city docomo gprs is too slow and surfing , only our money spend in gprs but if we talk about gprs of docomo so we say thats too bad, so dear sir i request plz provide us in enable of EDGE gprs atleast speed 30 to 35 kB/s hope u understand our problem plz, we hv already talk to c.c but they r not listening only u can do everything.[protected]@[protected] or [protected]

          Tata Docomo — Docomo gprs speed is too dirty and slow

          Dear, sir i love docomo services but i hate docomo gprs speed, they r only charging money but not gving gud gprs speed, even if gprs is EDGE then speed hv to 35 to 40 kB/S but sad docomo is not giving nice speed, i think docomo is too back other than provider, other like aircel, idea, bsnl, rim they r gving so gud gprs speed, so i request u plz gave us better gprs speed thanx.           I disagree with the complainer.Because, TATA DOCOMO giving good spped than other connections like Aircel or Airtel...When Docomo giving 25kbps or 30kbps speed aircel or airtel give only 4kbps to 9kbps etc...

          I am very much satisfied with docomo..

          Wen Airtel or Aircel or idea giving 2 GB in 97 Recharge, Docomo Gives 2GB in only 48Rs recharge..In 95Rs recharge DOCOMO gives 6GB free usage for 30 days

          TATA DOCOMO is the better choice...

              I am using ipad 2. I bought a tata docomo sim card, recharged a data plan of 65 rs. At starting it ran nicely.....
              But after some days, network bars were there but 3G was gone. And after a switch off and switching on it wasn't fixed. After putting out my sim and then putting it in back again no diffrence..... I m tired to calling to customer care from my another docomo mobile at 121 and 198 but my phone is not going to customer care, when i call it says to email them at [protected]@tatadocomo.com, i e-mailed on that, but they are doing nothing.... I am really getting tiredbeacause of these inconnvinience.

              Myself Samiran kayal, i have bought my Tata photon pre - paid no. [protected] from Tata gallery { civil lines } Nagpur some about 6 to 7 days early and submit all my required documents regarding this matter. On date 22-9-11 {today} i found that my device { photon } was not performing. I thought that i have used all the balance available to me so i have recharge it but i found that my device was still not performing and i m not being able to connect to the net.
              I have gone to the consult Tata gallery { civil lines } Nagpur, they toll me that because my documents have not been submitted my device has been blocked. The consult person who entertained me when i have bought my device name Sneha i m not sure about her name have lost my documents.She toll me to re - submit my documents tomorrow. I told her that i have some important work of my office right now so please make kind arrangements for me so that i can use my device for today only and i will submit my documents tomorrow. Then she toll me that i can use my device after one hour for today only and submit my documents tomorrow. But i not being able to use my device still now. We all are humans so we all can do mistakes but she have lost my documents and yet not fulfill her commitment.
              Now please tell me what is my fault regarding this matter. I m not being able to do my work because of this matter. If you say it is my fault then i dont want to use my Tata photon device and submit my documents sorry to say that. I will try another company who entertained me with good will.

                Hi,

                I am getting continuous sms and calls from a b***** tata docomo user. The content is very abusive and it really landed me up in fear. I am worried a lot about this thing since that guy is continued to call me though my brother warned him. I have all the sms and call logs from that number as a proof.

                I just want to know how to proceed with this. Even i tried calling tata docomo customer care but the experience was hopeless. Nobody is ready to answer my question when I ask how to proceed. They simply give me some other number and says that I have dialed wrong number and without listening to me they just drop off the call. This is really bad reply from a service provider. Please help me with this at earliest as possible.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      This is Utpal Mandal,Mobile No-[protected]. In a month Tata Docomo has deducted some Rs.212/- from my main balance in three different days. Regarding this I have talk to them(Customer Care Representative) but I have not got proper response from them. For first Rs.99/-(out of Rs.212/-) they had refunded Rs. 88/- afte long conversation and wrote a mail to them at "[protected]@tatadocomo.com".

                      After one week agian they deducted Rs.99/- (6th june,23:39)from main balance.This time they have not refunded the money and thay told that I must had send some request to them. But the thing is at that time I was browsing some web site (www.crazymovies.in),there was no such kind of link so that I can send them such request. I told them(Customer Care Representative) this thing,But what they told is they understood my problem but they can't refund the amount this was a third party deduction. Now my question is how third directly deducted my balance?

                      On 9th June,23:43 they again deducted Rs.14/- from main balance when I was surfing the same website (www.crazymovies.in). The moment I saw the deduction I have contacted Customer Care Representative, he told that I had called some number "5464626",but the thing is how can I called when I was browsing? Representative assure that the amount Rs.14/- will be refunded back to my account within 24 hrs(10th june 23:45).But still I have not got that Rs.14/- and previous Rs.99/-.

                      One more thing,unknowingly they are activating some autorenewal subscription which is unbearable.

                      Please look into the issue. I am looking forward for your reply.

                        sir, we have recharged for rate cutter in docomo through PUR/MOBIKWIK/NEW DELHI/ id:041213 at 07:29. but we did not receive the recharge but they debited the amount from my account.we asked them to refund the amount but yet now we did get back. when we contact tata docomo customer care they told they will refund within 4 woking days but we did not receive yet. please help us to solve this problem

                        DoCoMo — not getting missed call alerts

                        i am not getting missed call alerts this is happened for me before but at that time i called customer care he told 2 send sms can u send what that sms is
                        Well am staying in BTM layout. When am making a call using my DOCOMO no after a few sec call gets automatically disconnected and some times signal fails. This happened to me lot of time.

                        Recently my wife took DOCOMO connection hoping that they charge for seconds and that would be befeficial to call me in Saudi Arabia. But the calls that I receive through this DOCOMO number is very poor in audio quality and it doesnt show an incoming number as though it is an internet call.                         DoCoMo — NGC unwanted 30 rs deductions

                        I have been reciving SMS's from 52250 stating," your subscription to NGC on TATA DOCOMO DIVE - IN WAP service has been auto renewed. You have been charged Rs. 30.0/-." In the start the amount used to be Rs. 5.0/-, and now they are chargeing Rs. 30.0/-.
                        This has happened 6 times .

                        I have not subscribed for any such thing, and so i want TATA DOCOMO to stop this unnessary deduction and to refund my last Rs. 30.0/-
                        I have logged four complain with TATA DOCOMO customer care, the last person was "vinod " dated 01/07/2010
                        I want this unnessary deduction and the SMS's to stop ASAP and get back the refund to my acount .

                        docomo has the worst customer support,if we ask for any assistant they ask us to change ur mobile hand set and try again & they say i[censored]r problem persist call us back,when we do call back the next support person says the same things, god knows who hires such people and wat training they get.(I had called to complian that msgs are getting routed to wrong numbers, the customer support persons advice me 2 change my hand set and try sending msg again & i[censored]r problem persist call us back we will help, wen i call back after doing so the next support person says the same things y cant they accept the problem is at your end, if we ask for more explaination they hang up the phone) I would suggest my friends not to opt for docomo,

                        Dear sir
                        I am to request you that the DOCOMO 3G services provided in Meerut are not up to the mark and the Regional Office Staff is miguiding and suppressing the material facts which are asked by the consumer.
                        My case is as follows:
                        I am presently serving in Leh(Ladakh), J&K and now spending my vacations in Meerut. I was to go to Gwalior from 24/12/10 to 02/01/11 for some official work.
                        All this thing was told to the staff posted there.
                        They told me that this connection will be working at 3G in Gwalior and 2G in Delhi and Leh
                        On there assurance i purchased the data card of Rs.2500. under the No.[protected].
                        But, it was very surprising that the connection was not even worked in Gwalior and New Delhi the speed rendered was at 0.12 kbps.
                        For the same i talked to the call-centre, they told me that it will not work in Gwalior and on asking about Leh (Ladakh) they directly denied for the services right over there
                        As committed of the speed 3.2 mbps the available speed is ranging upto 100kbps only.
                        As this device will not solve the matter in Leh so i request you to take up my case and get my amount refunded for suppressing the material fact.

                        i.ve recharged for one month internet in tata docomo mobile connection for rs 65. even though my balance shows more than 2000 mb o[censored]sage left till this month end, i've been charged for my net usage. i've contacted the customer care but they are not helping me out. i've lost more than 100 rupees now. i deleted the dive in settings which is not free, and the customer care executive says that using dive in is the problem. after that i deactivated the dive in settings but stil they are looting my money.

                        One of TATA DOCOMO channel partner (SERCO - Hebbal,Bangalore) had called me to buy a TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection, his name is Zubair (ph no[protected] and he sent a TATA DOCOMO representative to my home and he collected 300 rupees, two photographs , ID and address proof on 23 of July 2011, till date the SIM is not activated and the representative is not giving the reason for not activation, nor refunding the amount.                         I had a failed transaction "twice" on 1st September when I was paying via SBI debit card. The transaction completed successfully and Rs. 26 deducted. it happened once again means total Rs. 52 were debited from my account, but the CCAvenue payment portal failed to open. So in short, the amount got deducted but didn't reach Freecharge and is lying with CCAvenue. I had mailed them on the very same day regarding this but they haven't replied so far...only got the mail thai it is in process of refund..kindly provide me the information.

                        I purchased docomo SIM with rs 149 on 1st nov and promised 1p/2sec talk , 200 sms , 60rs talk value and 2 GB internet but i got only 60rs talk value after complaining i got 1p/2sec scheme for calling but not get internet usage so i complaint again again deducted rs was given to me but still not get internet.
                        so i used 11rs scheme and got 150 MB internet in which i used only to check mail from gmail yahoo and FB and download vedio 9+17 MB speed was so poor so took so much time for this around 3hrs after completing i got to know only 6 MB was remaining.
                        now when i complained for 2 GB free usage they told i already used it but i did so in both case i couldnt got good services. I compaint more than 5 time through email, many calls and face to face talk to retailer also but each n every time they told me i will get in hr 2 hr 2 evening and so on but not get .

                        I have issue with Docomo Mobile Service Provider. I got the post paid sim in March of 2012. My number is[protected]. I planned to go to Delhi, as there is no Docomo Network Services, so I planned to move to other network (Vodafone) using MNP in june, 2012. Unfortunately I was in the same network for 20 days after doing MNP formalities. I was in the network for only 20 day, but was charged with Rs.709. I don't consider that as genuine billing. Please look into issue and sort out as early as possible.

I waste 40-50mb in every time i connect internet. I raised complaint and many times visited at tata docomo service outlet but this issue is not yet resolved.my pack validity June 12 2012 so please solve my problem. please take the action against the docomo service to resolve my issue.

                              My name is Pratik Gaikwad,My TATA Docomo number is [protected] which is Kerala subscription.
                              I have done recharge of 150/- full talk time on 26 May 2012 and on 4 June 2012. And I found that my balance had become Rs.0.0/- on 3 June 2012 and 9.4/- on 9 June 2012 respectively. Both the times I had called customer care.
                              But I was not getting proper response from the customer care. My current plan has calling rates as 1p/2s. And I also have activated GPRS pack of 70/- on my number. And still my balance is reduced.
                              I need my balance restored as soon as possible. And also I need an explanation for reducing my balance.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I was using 3 days 500 MB Internet pack which is valid for 3days. If I recharge my SIM on Monday then up to 12'o clock in midnight of Wednesday it must work successfully.
                              But before thee time duration even there was also 60 MB remaining in thee pack, my rupees 87 balance deducted by thee authority. It happened on 15 March 2012.
                              The same case also repeated on 17the March. Now this time 27 rupees deducted. In latter case around 40 MB was remaining.
                              I called thee customer care of thee concerned company and asked to give my balance 110 rupees back.
                              But they refuse to do so.

                                i was using vodafone number[protected] but as the MNP process started i ported my number to TATA DOCOMO. at the time of request i had been promised that u will b provided some benefits like the benefits were tata to tata calls at discounted for 6 months tht was nt provided to me n yet nt provided... i was also promised tht i will b given sms benefits .. as thy told me tht everyday ur 1st 2 messages will b charged at 0.60paise per sms and after doing 2 messages u will b given 100 free messages daily ... yet it has nt been provided.. i contacted the customer care many times but thy refused to give the benefits after porting my no ...

                                This is just fake as at the time of porting many many benefits are told to the customers but nt provided ... plz c regarding this ....

                                I have done number portablity on 05/02/11 from docomo to indicom. I gone to tata indicom gallery with upc code and required documents. I have filled up the form and submitted documents. but till date no revert from Tata indicom.

                                I have again done mobile portability on 26/02/2011 but no revert as still in process or any sms as we have received your request.

[protected] while browsing 09.06.12 ,but i have recharged with internet pack of rs 75 ,immediately i told to customer care about this they told to refund it 24 hrs,but they cheated me till now no respone from it,tata docomo have hidden charges don't use it.

I have requested the customer care executive to deactivate this service and refund my deducted balance but even then the service gets activated by itself.I was told that this service gets will be deactivated within time after the complain call, but still Rs. 5 is being deducted from my main balance.                                       Moreover I got a net pack of 95 Rs and balance of Rs 89 on my numer on 27th of april.On 1st may 2012 I found out that the total balance got consumed while the GPRS balance on my number was still 2 Mb left.
