Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Utpal Mandal,Mobile No-[protected]. In a month Tata Docomo has deducted some Rs.212/- from my main balance in three different days. Regarding this I have talk to them(Customer Care Representative) but I have not got proper response from them. For first Rs.99/-(out of Rs.212/-) they had refunded Rs. 88/- afte long conversation and wrote a mail to them at "[protected]@tatadocomo.com".
After one week agian they deducted Rs.99/- (6th june,23:39)from main balance.This time they have not refunded the money and thay told that I must had send some request to them. But the thing is at that time I was browsing some web site (www.crazymovies.in),there was no such kind of link so that I can send them such request. I told them(Customer Care Representative) this thing,But what they told is they understood my problem but they can't refund the amount this was a third party deduction. Now my question is how third directly deducted my balance?
On 9th June,23:43 they again deducted Rs.14/- from main balance when I was surfing the same website (www.crazymovies.in). The moment I saw the deduction I have contacted Customer Care Representative, he told that I had called some number "5464626",but the thing is how can I called when I was browsing? Representative assure that the amount Rs.14/- will be refunded back to my account within 24 hrs(10th june 23:45).But still I have not got that Rs.14/- and previous Rs.99/-.
One more thing,unknowingly they are activating some autorenewal subscription which is unbearable.
Please look into the issue. I am looking forward for your reply.
