i have not activate thought for the day service in tata docomo. first time they took 10 rs i left that after that they said they going to charge fr next mnth subscription to deactivate they said to dail a number i did tat also it said u deactivation is in process. but today they took 30rs form my balance .. i cant able to speak with any customer care officer only recorded voice is speaking.. my no [protected]. i want solution and my money back.. once u have made de-activation send me a message with my money. and i want customer care officer number to say my complaint and get suggestion. with this recorded voice we cant do anything

This is to let you know that for my balance every month Rs.30/- is being deducted from my account for "THOUGHT OF THE DAY". I have not opted for it ever. I tried calling that 155223 activation and deactivation number and tried to deactivate it several time. The only message I received is" There are no active services". Then why is it that every month Rs.30/- is being deducted. I am really disappointed by this and I want all the deducted amount to be reversed onto my Docomo account at any cost.

    I have been receiving a lot of bad language messages and also calls from a man who has a TATA DOCOMO mobile.

    His area of Mobile is Mysore,Karnataka. I could get that from the GPS tracking.
    Could you please warn the the person not to trouble either me or a friend of mine who is facing similar trouble.
    He witches off the number if some one else tries to call him and speak to.

      I already raised a complaint on this side on 4th of this month for bal deduction on [protected] on that complaint I got not satisfied solution.

      please help me in this dispute. because docomo started to cheat the customer.

      On 6-6-2012 I got call from company on base of earlier complain and I talk with one executive of company.he was telling me that I have no active gprs plan so that my main balance was deducted..but when I was getting the above message, its means I have got the free 600mb gprs.but that person deny that message and cut the call. I really disappointed with this service.

      They have no value for customer and his money. When they have fault in them server, then they must be apologetic and humble to customer but instead of that they blame on me that I used gprs without any plan activation so that they charged to me. although I told him that I got company message as : "stv recharge successful.mrp: rs.246, 15000 local & national sec, 100 local& national sms, validity:30 days, 600 mb data."

        I am Mukesh rawat I had a post paid connection of tata docomo mobile no was [protected] & relationship no.[protected] in november 2010 and when the bill came the bill plan was changed to higher amount when i call the call centre they said that I Had given request to change the billplan at the same time i had a Vodafone postpaid connection also so why will I change my bill plan i ask for clarification but no one clarified me abt this and now after so many month they are like trying to afraid me they said they will put a case on me the summon is ready u have to 1500/- sometimes they call as a courier service that u have a courier plz say us your address they are harassing me a lot I am mentally disturb they dont even talk politely to even my parents they talk very rudely like we are a big criminals and they ask me to call the advocate who is is handling the case his name is Rahul his mobile no is [protected] they said to make payment I dont have any proof bill is not opening without password

        Vodafone — Mental Harassment and discrepancy in bill which I never received

        Sir,I am a physically challenged female with number [protected] who is stuck with Vodafone with their pathetic service,rude customer care and worst helpdesk.I have to keep their connection as it is a corporate connection and it can be disconnected only through long procedure and is bound to pay hefty bills as nobody is their to help me in any way.Last month i received bill for 1094/- which i paid without checking my bill but this month i received an SMS telling me that i am supposed to 8353.90p.I called up their customer care number of times but everybody gave me useless alternatives.I am feeling helpless and cheated.I wish their could be some easy ways to control these companies who lack human touch and believes in duping their customers.

            My tataDocomo postpaid connection number is [protected]. A representative from TataDOCOMO came to my office and offer me corporate 99 plan. He assured me that plan covers 2GB internet browsing and 250 mins calls(to any network), after that 30 paisa/min will be charged. I start using it and keep restricted to browsing only. Then I got a bill of rupees Rs 728. They charged me 10 rs 24 paisa per MB(rate is so high). My usage is 53 MB.

            When I filled a complaint and gave their representative number(Rupesh [protected]) . Finally I came to know that guy worked for GTL company, that worked for TATADocomo. Then I got a call from tata docomo that they are sorry for providing me wrong information reg the plan and offering rs 200 off against my bill. I asked them, If they felt sorry then why they off only Rs 200 ?.

            Interesting part is during my interaction with TataDocomo I request them to disconnect my services. Because I was warring abt next billing amount they will add to my bill. They confirmed me that during the service bared period they wont charged. I got another bill and they charged for this month also.

            1. My question is why they gave me wrong information that 2GB is free in this pack. GTL and TATADocomo are partners they shd take responsibility of it.
            2. If there was not such scheme, then why by default net connection facility was enabled.
            3. Why they charged so much 10 Rs 24 Paisa per MB.

                One service activated(With out my knowldege) in my mobile prepaid connection on May19th 2012 & with Daily 1 rupee rental. I am calling customer care from June 1st to deactivate that service, And everyday the customer care people are telling that the service will be deactivated in 4 hours, but up to now it was not deactivated and I am paying 1 rupee rental, even I dont know for waht service I am paying that. The tata docomo customer care people are very bad, they dont even respond properly with customers.

                    Tata Docomo service is worst and response of the customer care executive is more worst. I called up atleast 6 customer care executives and they don' have common database of solutions for customer problems. Each will give their own solution. None of them will work.

                    Dump your software when it cannot update the payments properly. They are not performing their task but instead will assign task to customers to send mail, to take screenshots about Aponline IDs and all stupid stuff. This is what customer care is doing at Tata Docomo.

                    I think I need to maintain a team to handle the calls of Docomo Customer care people. They are not activating my connection but assigning tasks and calling again n again.

                      There is 198 plane from Docomo in which they promise to provide 1000 min for 30 day but they are just paying you 600 min ...
                      For example you call 30 second they deduct 50 second &
                      If you call 1min = 60 second they deduct 100 second from you account.
                      And when I called their customer service centre on 121 to register a complain than they denied
                      They the biggest cheater please don't follow their fraud plane

                        I am using a postpaid internet connection of tata docomo. my 3g estick sim no is [protected]. my tata docomo account no is[protected]. Two moths ago I have tried to terminate my connection but till tata docomo is not terminating my connection as according to them I have not paid the bill for the month of april and may. For that I have filed several times complaint but till the problem is not resolve. I have provided them my bill payment transaction id, but still they cheating with me like anything. On 4th of june i have paid rs. 2260 which is along with the extra bill for the month of May.                           I HAVE TATA DOCOMO CONNECTION BEARING NUMBER [protected].THEIR ADS ON AIR AND RADIO CLAIMS THAT THY HAVE A TRANSPARENT SYSTEM FOR ITS CONSUMERS .HOWEVER MOST OF THEM ARE HOAX.FOR EXAMPLE THEIR ACTIVATION DEACTIVATION PORTAL.YO CANNOT DEACTIVATE MOST UNWANTED SERVICES THEY NOTORIOUSLY ACTIVATE ON YOUR ACCOUNT.SO THAT THEY CAN DEDUCT YOUR BALANCE AT THEIR FREE WILL.MOREOVER TO ADD TO IT THEY HAVE THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE CELL WHICH WOUDNOT ALLOW YOU TO TALK TO THEM MORE THAN ONCE A DAY IN CASE OF SOME PROBLEM.THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE MALPRACTICES THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR CLEAN IMAGE....

                          Tata Docomo — MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS

                          Presently, large hoardings in Bhavnagar, Gujarat are being displayed mentioning that Docomo costomers can avail both the benefits of (1) full talk time and (2) tariff of 1 paisa/2 sec. and existing customers require a recharge of Rs. 18 to avail these benefits.


                          I bought this recharge and then came to know from customer care that Rs. 18 recharge is only for full talktime benefit and to avail the second benefit, some other recharge would be required.


                          In this sense, these advertisements are MISLEADING to a large mass of customers.

                            Unnecessary Multiple Packs activated for No. [protected] from the network provider.
                            Called to get the reason why the activation is going on? The customer care representative is blaming me that my self has activated the packs.
                            And also informed to the representative the flash massages were deactivated before 6 to 8 months itself. Also no flash messages were appearing till today. Also informed to deactivate the packs and requested to refund back all the amount which are deducted within a month. But the representative informed the it is highly impossible. And if I called to 121 or 198 the call has been banned to reach the representative as now. This seems that the representatives are playing the game or cheating with the customers.
                            The no. [protected] is been used from the year 2010 to till date, but the unnecessary Multiple Packs activated for No. [protected] from the network provider is happened in between May and June 2012 are more Why???!!! I need the money to be refund back to my no. [protected].

                            Tata Docomo — unnecessary activation of pack

                            after every alternate week,the pack name "DEAL PACK"gets automatically renewed and 10rs is being getting deducted..even after consulting your costumer care,this problem is still continuing and for two weeks the money has been deducted from my balance.
                            one more thing i did not gave any activation message of this pack but still i loosing my balance every alternate week.
                            i want an immediate solution for this problem or else i will be compel to change your service..

                            Only Rs 8 has been credited but not other money not credited which was deducted for News one and Live Astro which was nearly Rs. 1 and Rs. 3 per day from dated 07 May 2012. Kindly do the needful.

                              Hi ,

                              I had recently taken tata docomo SIM(GSM-POSTPAY) with unlimited offer-899 pack. While this sim was purchased it was said that roaming is free and no charges for SMS outgoing while roaming as well. When I had been to Andra i had made few sms and also calls and then they had disconnected my connection saying credit limit was crossed. When i asked for what the connection was disconnected, they said roaming charges not applicable when only in docomo netwrok and will be changed when your connected to other network.

                              Also at exclusive docomo outlet representatives give false information saying network would be activated within 6hrs of sim purchase. I had been waited for 24hrs to get the sim actiavted.

                              This was the worst experience i faced from tata docomo service.
                              tata docomo is truly cheater n dere customer care representative r liars n dont have manners to talk

                                My mother's account ([protected]) , WAP has not been used and we weren't aware that it was activated. Upon talking to customer care individuals too it hasn't yielded any favourable result only deductions for the past 2 months. Request you to stop this blatant cheating of loyal customers and deactivate the service and restore the balance.

                                These guys really test a customer's patience. It is impossible to connect to the customer care. They never resolve the complaints. Docomo looks more like a fraudulent company whose sole intent is to loot customers with no rhyme or reason? They have deducted one rs everyday right for the last one year. And no matter how many times I try reaching them, it does not make difference. I think it is better to switch operators and Docomo is one service provider one needs to stay away from.

                                  im using tata docomo from last year august 22.
                                  from dat time this is the fourth deduction done by tata docomo. till now it has deduced over 250 rupees from my account and refunded only 20rs back.
                                  my frend is using airtel, he asked me how is internet charges on docomo, if its cheaper i will switch to docomo.
                                  for checkin the value of gprs pack, i dialled *191# ( because i got earlier texts from docomo that dial *191# for ur special offers) as i dialled dis no, i got to know that
                                  " the given amounts will be deducted from ur balance
                                  1.16 rs sms pack
                                  2.33rs gprs pack
                                  3.149rs gprs pack"
                                  i thought validity will be provided i[censored] press any option,after that only ur balance will be deducted. but as i dialled 3, then 149rs were deducted from my balance. i got the msg later ur validity is one month. my intention was to know about offer but tata docomo deducted the full balance. then i tried to talk wid customer care but they were not answerin me. after 1hour they picked up call and told me, sorry its ur fault u r using tata docomo. we will deduct ur balance. we have to run our business. no right to information act will be given. do what u can...all i can do for u is give u email id..u email ur complain we will not refund you.

                                  was this all justified...? please help me guys...wat i[censored] r not provided with full info and ur balance is deducted with a service ur mobile does not support...im a student of govt. stanley medical college chennai.

                                    my balance got reduced by Rs. 99 rupees.
                                    when i checked my last 5 deduction .
                                    i shows that , it balance is cut for data uses . but i have my internet pack
                                    98 (TATA DOCOMO). when i asked for the customercare they said that you activated a services.
                                    when i checked by dailing 155223 . it said that you have no active services .
                                    but when i again call to customer care
                                    they said , you have no updated call after 6 hour . but now they are not picking
                                    my call. Please check it . i complained on 04/06/2012
                                    tata docomo r the worst service provider..instead of providin information they deduce balance by service activation

                                      i had got a delivery of a tata winger vehicle on the 1st week of may 2012 . within a week of deliver the vehicle got breakdown. when showed the vehicle to the local dealership they started telling that the fuel injection pump the (FIP) of the vehicle has got a problem its not passing the fuel to engine.now they have taken a week of time to get it done . but after a week again they are telling that we didn't get the report of the (FIP) from the headquarter it will again take a week of time to get the delivery of the vehicle. so now because of their delay i am getting my work pending and from where will i pay the installment to the bank . if the showroom is keeping the vehicle with them..

                                        I have taken one TATA-DOCOMO sim no-[protected] from the nearest retailer Bragabhima Electronics at Tamluk.All necessary documents submitted and acknowledged as OK. On 02.05.2012 my no. activated. On 06.05.2012 I received message in my mentioned no that I have to submit a fresh Application for the same to the acquiring retailer. Subsequently I immediately met the retailer & enquired about the situation. He told that some stamp of retailer was not in the Application form hence lying pending. The matter was again resolved and confirmed by the retailer the very next day. I have been using the number since then without any problem. But the unfortunate thing happened since midnight of 01.06.2012 as my sim is blocked having no fault from my side. I am in dark and need justice in this regard.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        I have taken TATA DOCOMO connection No. [protected] after submitting proper document in the month of Dec.2009 ( 2 week ) but the SIM was block in the month of March 2010 ( 1st Week ) due to SIM with person ( i.e. myself ) & document submitted against the same SIM ( i.e. XYZ ). Where is the fault of consumer I cann't understand. They are having my alternate contact number but not confirm on that number.
                                        Against my documents they have issued SIM to some other person. If this type of think is happening with TATA DOCOMO, any one can misuse the SIM and responsibilty may come on other user.
