[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unwanted services activation without any request and deduction of money from account | |||
i have three connection of tata docomo for family use.problem is that without any request, any unwanted service on mobile activated and money for this deducted from account.even after complaints to customer care,there is no change and every time said that there is technical updating problem in system.when objection made some time amount is credited but after day again amount deducted and mobile number added in blacklist so furteh any call can not be done.this is clearly cheating by company.(my mobile no.is [protected]) .......sunil kumar garg Was this information helpful? | |||

I have same problem and my phone number is [protected].
I had put in a phone balance of 120 rupees and now it shows 0 balance without me using any. Also receiving this same message "your account does not have sufficient balance to fund this call" this is happening every second. Pune is form Pune.

i am also tired of flash messages...i recharged for last two days repeatedly and something is been activated by your docomo service and my money is been wasted...its a very bad way to extract money...sory to say this...and its also showing dat 'YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE TO FUND FOR THIS CALL' dis message is been showing in evry second not in minutes also.also de internet flash messages is been showing...for these reasons i complained to the dombivli tata docomo customer care n dey said me dat dey havesent my complaint to de main office n dey wil call u in sum hours...n later a lady calld me n said sir ur complaint has been received now v hav deactived evrythn n nw onwards u wont lose ur money neithr any flash message wil b shown...de nxt day onwards same docomo galata strtd...m jst tired o[censored]r +docomo bad service...plz plz do deactivate evrythn n plz try to save ma money...ma numbr is [protected]...its a request
