Hi Sir,
i have done a recharge of 1000RS on my TATA DOCOMO NUMBER [protected] which failed in between and amount was deducted from HDFC CREDIT CARD .
I recieved a message from TD-HDFCBK as:

"Thank you for using your HDFC credit card ending 0752 for RS.1000.00 in mumbai at BILLDESK4862 on[protected]:22:27:54"

I contacted TATA docomo for it and they requested 14 digit transaction ID for the same.From where i can get transaction ID of 14 digit.
i contacted HDFC credit card for the same and they dont have any 14 digit transaction number.

Please Help me Out In obtaining my recharge.

i was recharge on date 23/11/2010 .on my docomo mob. no. of 100 Rs. my money is debiten in my account .but my recharge is not succeful. pls do on priority

    TATA DOCOMO GSM MOBILE — RECHARGE AMT IS NOT CREDITED TO MOBILE NO.8087736509

    I make online recharge on TATA DOCOMO.COM using SBI DEBIT CARD option of Rs.50/- for my TATA DOCOMO Mobile no.[protected] on 14/10/2010 at 13.03 hrs. The payment is not recd. to TATA DOCOMO & they do not credited the amount to my mobile account. Pl. do the needful. NARENDRA JOSHI, DHULE (MAH. STATE)
    tata docomo is the laziest company i have ever seen. even i went for mnp. they told me that itata docomo sim will work after 7 days. after 8 days tbey said that you didnt put docomo sim in your phone thats why we will have to request again. so again i paid 25bucks. same thing happened second time and their sim didnt work. i wrnt to their offfice in ludhiana, humbra road and collage road. their employees dont bother if customer is standing at front. girl was on phone with her boy friend and 2 guys were busy with docomo dongle and playing with internet. when i went to second store, no one was on the desk. i had to wait for 10min then a girl came.
    thats their service. they are worst than any govt department.

      The kind of wayward reply you have given to me with responsibility has caused an enormous amount of vexation in me. I think you have made your mind that you will not understand the issue and keep on pestering me with the kind of replies most unprofessional and inconsequential in nature. I fail to understand completely how does the walky issue is related with the mobile no. [protected]. Both are different connections with two distinct numbers. Let me tell you that Walky Number used to be was [protected] and the Mobile Number is [protected].

      1. Please explain me how can you deny refund of the security deposit relevant to mobile number for insufficiency of retrieval copy which is associated with Walky. Secondly, where your representative has taken away the delivery of Walky and whereas no such retrieval copy was handed over to me, how can I furnish you the retrieval copy not been received by me, even when you repeatedly acknowledged that the Walky is in your possession. It seems that you are in a mood to find some or other reasons how to not refund the security deposits.

      2. Now this message conveyed by you is simply in contrary with the communication sent by your Suranjana Basu that the refund will be made by you by 67 days from the date of cancellation.

      3. As an existing customer I must confess that this is completely harrassing experience for me and also, now I realize that I have made a mistake in opting Tata Teleservices Limited as the service provider and giving the Security Deposit. Moreover, the fact will always remain true that I have made security deposits separately for two different connections, i.e., Rs. 1799/- for the Mobile No. [protected] and Rs. 500 for the Walky Connection No.[protected], whatever the reasons you may assign for not to refund the security deposit. Thus it cannot be your discretion or prerogative to determine whether you would refund Security Deposits or not. Please bear it in mind that I have every right to claim back the legitimate amount that I have deposited with Tata Teleservices Limited especially when I have furnished the proof of security deposit to you with all the communications that I have exchanged with you. Please note that you would not forwarding obligations or advantages for the Security Deposit to be refunded to me, so, you must not put any conditions for refunding the same.

      In view of your trailing mail and thoroughly impertinent feedback, I think the time has come for me to escalate this before the appropriate regulatory authorities.

The common thing that I am hearing from them is that your system does not show any records of the said security deposit. Further, they are also telling that the copy of the receipt sent by me as an attachment to you several times has not been forwarded by you to them. This is creating a lot of confusion and unnecessarily conversations are prolonged explaining them the entire issue from the scratch. This is extremely troublesome and unwanted for, on my part since this is a sheer wastage of time and energy for me.       I think you need a bit of clarification as to the status and background of the connection. The said connection was primarly taken as CDMA connection which has been converted to GSM connection later on and the conversion has taken effect only from 01st August, 2012. My understanding is that since the CDMA connection ceases to exist, I am entitled to receive the security deposit held by you, on account of CDMA connection. The conversion has been done with the help of one of your authorized agents whom I have been directed to approach by one of the Tata Docomo True Value Shop in Kolkata. They advised me to furnish certain signed documents and passport size photograph of self and definitely not any application or any request for cancellation of the CDMA connection. Kindly understand that, thus, no application or request for cancellation is now available with me in this respect. As far as the date of cancellation request is concerned, it may be deemed that
      the date of conversion as the date of cancellation.

        My name is Kamal Kumar. I purchased a postpaid connection from your representative Mr. Sunil Soni from Jaipur numbered [protected] SIM no.[protected] on form no. 1069829 on dated[protected] after paying Rs. 500/-. About correspondence, I told to Mr. Sunil Soni that I am living on rent so that address can be changed. But I give him a permanent address of my relative for any correspondence with photocopy of Electric Bill. I have told that I am not living on the same address, but he will take responsibility for the same. Mr. Sunil Soni was agreed with this address with saying that your mobile will be continue and my no. have been activated on the same day. but on dated[protected] my no has been discontinued. I am continue followed for the same. but there is no satisfy response from call-center / Mr. Sunil Soni / Mr. Tripathi. They told me that your no will continue by today-tomorrow evereday. I am asking mobile no. of higher authority but they are not giving the same also. I am feeling so much disturbance due to discontinue of my mobile from[protected].

        Please continue my Postpaid connection or return my 500/-rupees otherwise I will go to consumer court.

        Tata Docomo — sim not activate

        i have purchase a new gsm prepaid connection of tata docomo and submit all documents but still company can not activate my sim .now what can i do.?

        I took a new postpaid connection on 28th January with the number [protected] and SIM Card number[protected]. Till now its not activated. I am not getting any reply from the Agent from whom i took the connection.
        Please do the needful ASAP. Its very bad even after calling customer care so many times also my connection is not activated.

        I have got TATA DOCOMO mobile no. [protected], 11 days prior, for which I had produced all mandatory documents. But till today my sim is not acticated. I contacted the distributor in Udupi but he seems to works in " Chalega" concept.

        I too contacted docomo call center but told me that they cannot do anything for that.

        I mailed this matter to [protected]@tatadocomo.com stating my DOCOMO cell no., SR no & sim no. but there also seems not interested.

        Being TATA group can we expect such??

        Now I have only option of throwing my that sim to dustbin!!! what else can be done, since whole system itself is CORRUPT?

        I reside in Pune. I had submitted all documents for activating a new Tata Docomo SIM on 12-Nov-2012 @ "Buy n Talk", Wanowrie, Pune. Its already 24-Nov-2012 and the SIM is still not activated.           My mobile no is [protected].
          As per y plan I can sent unlimited SMS between 9.00pm to 9.00am everyday.( 200 MS per day as per TRAI new guidelines.)
          Docomo never intimated by phone or SMS as they made a limit of 100 SMS per day.
          TRAi again made it 200 SMS per day.

          My SMS charges in day time i.e. morning 9 to night nine are Rs. 0.20 per SMS.
          On 21/11/2012 at 8.30am I sent about 160 SMSs.
          I was not charged for first 100 SMS but next 60 SMS were charged at Rs.1/Sms.
          I was shocked cause 8.30am was my free SMS slot & i was allowed to send max 200 SMS.
          When I talked to Customer care,
          They informed that the limit has became to 100 on a suden, without any notice.
          on same day i.e. 21/11/2012 I got SMS that from 20/11/2012 SMs limit will be 100.
          ie. declaration after one day late.
          & that too was for my complaint & convincing, the message was sent.
          If such was the case Docomo was supposed to inform it on 18th or 19th Nov. ie. before implementing plan.
          How to approach to Consumer Court for this complaint.
          I want my Rs. 60 back.
          Though Rs. 60 is so small amount.
          but I wont pay for the free service & negligence of the company.
          Does not matters if I hv to pay Rs.500 to get my Rs. 60 back from DoCoMo...

            We have taken TATA DOCOMO unlimited plan but first the person came for installation did 2GB limited plan, we were supposed to pay Rs. 865 for the entire month but the connection suddenly stopped as we have exceeded 2GB and when we contacted the TATA DOCOMO OFFICE at Old Padra Rd. Vadodara they asked me to pay 800 Rs because of exceeding 2 GB when we informed that we spoke with the docomo people for unlimited package of Rs 865, they said " from now onwards your billing will change and it will be unlimited please pay the bill, unless you pay internet will not work " then they said pay here and visit to Dandia bazaar Docomo office for activation, after paying the bill they took 10 days to activate the connection but it started after we visit to O.P. Rd. office and they miss behaved with us and told them to visit Dandiya bazzar office then again they ask for money without using the internet and told us its showing data usage, for such harassment we have cleared all the dues and deactivated the connection permanently on 4th September 2012 but still they are sending bill and asking for money.

            May I know how dare these Companies are and how they are getting so much option for charging and fraud to people, why no one is catching them. I want a resolution for this, they are for customer service but they behave so badly.

                On 21st November, I purchased a new sim card. According to the plan I should have got balance of Rs. 20, but it was 0.
                On 23rd November, the sim card was activated. I recharged it for Rs. 250. It is special recharge that provides full talktime and unlimited 2G and 3G. Next day, after talking to customer care executive I made manual settings in my handset to activate 2G and 3G. 2G got activated but 3G did not.

                After a week, one morning I saw balance deduction of Rs.198. Balance was 3 paise. I called customer care. They asked not to use 2G or 3G. I did so and recovered my balance. They assured me to sort out this issue by 6th Dec.

                Till 6th Dec, I could not use internet services inspite of paying for it. On 6th to check if the issue has been resolved, I switched on 2G. Balance of Rs. 38 was deducted. After 30 min, I recovered it.

                I want to use 2G and 3G services without any balance deduction since I have paid for it.

                Not only this, after the recharge I cannot use even 2G. Now only WIFI is my saviour.

I am using tata photon for more than 4 years and always kept my bills within my billing limit. last Month I got call from Company''''s executive and i was offered to update my Bill plan from Time based to Usage based i.e earlier I used to enjoy data service up to 1800 mins. post which per min charges was levied and in the new scheme I was offered 1 GB High speed download post which speed will be less but download was unlimited. I got confirmation mail also stating " My new bill plan w.e.f 20/10/2012. But surprisingly my photon services have been stopped and I have been presented with a bill which pertains to the Earlier Time based Plan. Speaking with customer care and raising complaint for this has not helped me and customer care executive said very harshly that "ON GOOD WILL GESTURE they can give me rebate of Rs.400". Even after complaining to 2nd level didn't help me and still I am waiting for their response and my service has been stopped since 10 days. would request you to look into the issue and do the needful.

                  Kindly find the attached mail sent by Docomo in which the have stated that new plan will be effective from 20/10/2012.

                          I have been a regular customer of the Tata Photon Services from the last year and a half (Number [protected]). Over the last week I have been experiencing a slow network speed and for which I have submitted a complaint[protected] on 26-Nov-12. I was provided assurance that the executive shall visit my place by 11:00 IST on 27-Nov-12. By evening of 27-Nov no one turned up, therefore I called up the customer care and they said that they the executive will come by 28-Nov by 11:00 hrs. I took a second day’s off to attend to the Tata photon’s executive but worst no one turned up. Again after calling the customer care I got the same old reply that my problem will be resolved by 29-Nov. I was still optimistic that my problem shall be addressed and demanded for another day’s off in my office. But I was completely unaware that Tata Photon has no space for the customer’s plight and as you might have guessed by now that no one turned up again.Even after repeated requests and complaints no one has turned up yet and neither have I received any calls from the department concerned. On calling the customer care they agreed to take up an additional request[protected] on 28-Nov and provided assurance that my problem shall be resolved. But this just another prank which the company uses to fool its customer.

                          Till date no resolution has been provided for my problem and not even once has the company made a courtesy call to intimate on any unreasonable delays. Also, when requested repeatedly , the customer care executives have denied to divulge the details of the complaints over an email or SMS.

                          Considering the mental harassment and the loss of work which I have undergone over the last week, I request for the following redressal:

                          1) Due to the negligence of the company Tata Photon I have lost three days of work in my office and therefore the company stands responsible for my loss of credibility and commitments towards my office. Therefore, the company is required to pay the damage compensation for this gross incompetitiveness.

                          2) I shall not be liable to pay any bill amount for the last one week as my problem has not been addressed by the company.

                          3) A detailed status update of the service requests[protected],[protected] from the day of creation till date to be produced over an email.

                              My Tata DoCoMo mobile number is[protected], i recharged with 150 Rupees on 19.11.12, additionally Booster recharge with 39 rupees for the plan of HALF PAISA PER TWO SECONDS (THAT IS 30 PAISA PER MINUTE)on the same day. but the tariff of the 30 paisa per minute has not been activated. No regular plan should be implemented, you charge 80 paisa for a call one time and another time 90 paisa, other time 115 paisa THE TARIFF IS IRREGULAR FOR EACH AND EVERY CALL. I had registered a complained to the customer Care through my mobile so many time from 20.11.12 to till date but NO RESPONSE. And also i had registered a complaint through the consumercomplaints.in website on 29.11.12, but no necessary action should be taken. I pay more than 75 paise per call from 19.11.12, So kindly arrange to check the tariff of my mobile number, and correct the tariff 30 PAISA PER MINUTE OR HALF PAISA PER TWO SECOND PLAN. I hope you take the necessary action on your side, thanking you.

                              wrongly detecting the balance for a call
                              My Tata DoCoMo mobile number is[protected], i recharged with 150 Rupees on 19.11.12, additionally Booster recharge with 39 rupees for the plan of HALF PAISA PER TWO SECONDS (THAT IS 30 PAISA PER MINUTE)on the same day. but the tariff of the 30 paisa per minute has not been activated. No regular plan should be implemented, you charge 80 paisa for a call one time and another time 90 paisa, other time 115 paisa THE TARIFF IS IRREGULAR FOR EACH AND EVERY CALL. I had registered a complained to the customer Care through my mobile so many time from 20.11.12 to till date but NO RESPONSE. And also i had registered a complaint through the website on 29.11.12, but no necessary action should be taken. I pay more than 75 paise per call from 19.11.12, So kindly arrange to check the tariff of my mobile number, and correct the tariff 30 PAISA PER MINUTE OR HALF PAISA PER TWO SECOND PLAN. I hope you take the necessary action on your side, thanking you.

                                My mob No.- [protected] Alternate no.- [protected] Name- Sunil Rajput
                                On 11:30 PM dated 3rd Dec,2012 , about Rs 66 balance deducted
                                from my account without any reason. Although 3G data uses last date is 4.12.12, my a/c balance Rs 66 deducted, besides my data use limit of 1 GB was not exhausted. So my balance shouldn't be deducted.
                                When i contact to cust Care, no proper solution or answer is given to me. Please look after the matter asap and refund my balance.

                                  This is Suhas Panchal,

                                  I take tata photon connection in Feb-11.

                                  At the time of taking connection they promises me to give 150/- discount every month for 12 month.
                                  they advertise it every where like that.

                                  But they send me the Bill for Feb-11 without the discounted amnount.

                                  I called the customer care 2-3 times they are accepted there mistake on the phone.

                                  but still they send me the same bill .

                                  and i made at maximum 2 or 3 calls of 1 or 2 min and i found that i lost Rs 50

                                  by two days , please solve my greivence and return back my money

                                    Hi....I have just got a new sony xperia phone which uses a microSIM....the docomo website proudly advertises a microSIM available for 109 on this link

                                    but when i asked their store in chandigarh, they said that they only issue microSIM for postpaid subscribers....i don't want a postpaid connection as i had it before and again. i think for that i should post in another thread, but the fact is that i[censored] are advertising microSIM cards, then why are u not giving them to ur customers...even their chat support said that it is available for postpay subscribers only

                                    This is pure misguiding of the customers.....now i only have the option of shifting my service provider and never recommending docomo to anyone.

                                    Tata Docomo folks, i[censored] can then please issue microSIMs to prepay customers too or update your website specifying explicitly that only postpay subscribers get microSIM.

                                    I did as you told and talked to Mr.Michael at ur customer supprt chat. He again told me that docomo does not issue microSIM for prepaid customers. I got a docomo SIM as i thought TATA was an ethical company but now i am thinking of changing my service provider as u guys can't even provide a prepaid sim card even though you have advertised it on ur website...

                                      My no is [protected], and my complaint is that a amount of Rs 30 is deducted on 3-12-12 from my balance for a value added service which I never activated. And when I tried to reach customer care executive on 121, 198, and [protected], there was only computer operated voice and there was no way to reach customer care executive and register a complaint. Can you please help me in this. Because this is now become general thing . every time now and then they siphon off my balance. is there any provision in law for action against company?

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        My photon number [protected] and account number[protected] has been overcharged to rupees 3000/-. My current bill plan is 750/- unlimited. This is ridiculous.
                                        After registering number of complaints nothing is happening and my tata photon number is disconnected for last 1 months.

                                        This is illegal since wong bill has been charged by the company as i had unlimmited plan,
