Docomo Loots by changing free SMS also

My mobile no is [protected].
As per y plan I can sent unlimited SMS between 9.00pm to 9.00am everyday.( 200 MS per day as per TRAI new guidelines.)
Docomo never intimated by phone or SMS as they made a limit of 100 SMS per day.
TRAi again made it 200 SMS per day.

My SMS charges in day time i.e. morning 9 to night nine are Rs. 0.20 per SMS.
On 21/11/2012 at 8.30am I sent about 160 SMSs.

Charging money unnecessarily, harrasment.

We have taken TATA DOCOMO unlimited plan but first the person came for installation did 2GB limited plan, we were supposed to pay Rs. 865 for the entire month but the connection suddenly stopped as we have exceeded 2GB and when we contacted the TATA DOCOMO OFFICE at Old Padra Rd. Vadodara they asked me to pay 800 Rs because of exceeding 2 GB when we informed that we spoke with the docomo people for unlimited package of Rs 865, they said "...

services blocking of permanent number

Balance deduction on activation of 2G

On 21st November, I purchased a new sim card. According to the plan I should have got balance of Rs. 20, but it was 0.
On 23rd November, the sim card was activated. I recharged it for Rs. 250. It is special recharge that provides full talktime and unlimited 2G and 3G. Next day, after talking to customer care executive I made manual settings in my handset to activate 2G and 3G. 2G got activated but 3G did not.

3g problem in 250 rs plan

i got the talktime and the 2g is also working fine with the access point tata.docomo.internethvc
but i have been fooled with 3g.
as soon as i select the wcdma mode(3g) in my android ics phone

My Tata DoCoMo mobile number is[protected], i recharged with 150 Rupees on 19.11.12, additionally Booster recharge with 39 rupees for the plan of HALF PAISA PER TWO SECONDS (THAT IS 30 PAISA PER MINUTE)on the same day. but the tariff of the 30 paisa per minute has not been activated. No regular plan should be implemented, you charge 80 paisa for a call one time and another...

unwarranted deduction

Illegal Barring of Service

3G Services

I activated the 5 Rs 3G data pack. I receive a message saying the pack has been activated at 1:20 pm, 4/12/2012. I proceed to use 3G data. 20 minutes later, the data stops. I check my balance to see it's been wiped clean. The data pack did not activate at all.
I call up the Customer Service line. The representative insists that there is no 5 Rs 3G data pack. After arguing with me, she puts me on hold to transfer me to a senior....

charging excess charges for calling
