I have lost almost 200rs from daily nightime charges of 5rs, tata docomo is doing this on my number [protected], airtel also had the same problem and I had to throw away the simcard.
This theft is taking place at around 12am to 3 am when the chores or thieves are roaming every day, no record is showing but only balance is disappearing. Now they have taken 200rs also there is not even any service or bogus VAS just plain straight...

that Rs 222 recharge scheme is not having validity
limitation..Moreover it will give us half rate of Local and STD

When I'm using my debit/ credit card for online recharge, the procedure going smoothly, but when question for deduction from mobile current balance arise it is not working. I have tried several times but failed.... who will solve this problem????...

Dear Sir /Ma'am,

TATA Docomo sent me false bill for value added services which i didn't opt ever. They start any service on my number without asking me and charge for it. after starting the service, I'm asked to call a number to stop that service and that call charges for 99 Rs.

now 247 Rs they have charged me over the bill. plz do needful.

I am very dissatisfied with Tata Photon and wont recommend anyone for the Internet plans with lucrative speeds being offered by them.

For last 1 year, I have been using a Tata photon plan "[protected]@1200CappingPlan" with a monthly rent of Rs.1350.

I was staying in rented flat, hence I had to leave the place urgently, so as guided by the customer care that immediate closer they can't take on phone < I have to visit their shop. and deducted Rs 30 from my account for that NON REQUESTED/PERMITTED activation....
