There is no network coverage in our Industrial Area and at my office Wipro Technologies, 31 MIDC, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.
Earlier it could catch the other providers' network that why I opted for Postpaid connection. But looking to its bad service I need to switch to another service provider. But its a Postpaid connection I am still having problem in Number portability.

Tata Docomo — PER SECOND BILLING

TATA DOCOMO SAYS THEY CHARGE PER SECOND BILLING. BUT I[censored] TALK FOR 6-SECONDS THEN THEY CHARGE 8PAISE, WHEREAS ACTUAL CHARGE SHOULD BE 6-PAISE. WHEN U TALK FOR 41SECS, THEY CHARGE PERFECTLY 41PAISE. THIS INDICATES THERE PER SECOND BILLING STARTS AFTER SOME PARTICULAR SECONDS. WHY THEY DO NOT MENTION THIS IN ADVERTISEMENT & PROMOTIONS
Dear Ramesh,

We understand your concern regarding the discrepancy in the duration of call from your TATA DOCOMO connection. Please allow us few minutes to explain with an example of how the charging takes place for the calls. You disconnected your call and your phone clock shows the call duration of 1 minute 20 seconds. The clock on your phone acts like a stop watch and although you have disconnected the call, it takes a few seconds for the message of disconnection to reach the network from where the call is actually disconnected. This is a case with all telecom service providers and not specific to TATA DOCOMO. The reason why you are able to notice it is due to the fact that we have a per second pulse unlike any other service provider. We hope this clarifies your concern.
I am Alok P. Mulve, residence of Mumbai, Borivali-(East), Shrikrishna nagar. near to Western express highway, I bought Tata Docomo connection 3 (Three) months ago, till today i have not get nework in my area or society, i have make 10-12 complaints with Tata Docomo about network problem but still they are not solve my area network problem, i request you to take necessay action to solve my network problem as early as possible.

Tata to now pay cellphone customers for deficient service





After pioneering per-second billing for mobile telephone calls, Tata Teleservices, which offers both GSM and CDMA services, has again unleashed an interesting initiative. It says its subscribers would be compensated if the company failed to meet pre-determined levels of service standards.

The new ‘Customer Service Charter’ for its Tata Indicom users would include five customer commitments such as bill disputes, call drop and handset replacement, among others, which would guarantee pre-determined levels of service and support. And, includes compensation clauses for customers if the set levels are not met, the company said in a statement today.

hi i m arun from bokaro in jharkhand, we have more network problem, always network is flacktuating and more problem at evening, and gprs problem ur docomo, ur gprs speed is slow for netwok dfolt,

We the residence from Naubasta,UP(East) in District KANPUR (208021) are facing Indoor & Outdoor Network Problem for last 2 Months i.e from June 2010. Many o[censored]s had launching complain from last 2 Months. But till today our complains reguarding Network has not yet solved. Due to Network Problem we are not able to Make & Receive calls, Send or Receive SMS OR use GPRS/EDGE (Internet) on Mobile.

So please see to the Network Problem in our Area, Naubasta,UP(East) in District KANPUR (208021)
& solve it as soon as possible.

i m a customer of tata docomo,i have 2 connection of docomo [protected],[protected].respected sir i m very fadup provider network in sanwer road in area .my cell showing always switch off in sanwer road ind area due to very very worst network of tata docomo .at the time of connection his excutivce(team leader mr rahul garg hi cell no-[protected]) prommise me & charge 600/00 cash for sim this charges deduct in next 2 invoice but the company not deducted the amount.his tele caller ms pooja calling from bhopal for payment but not listen my any complaint .she behave me very roodly for payment.i m a reguler pay my out standing .but she torcher me by phone for payment.pl help me to parmanent disscunnection of my connection & sattled my out standing in this behalf.i feel tata docomo is not a proper provider for our requirment.

Tata Docomo — Complaint not resolved in 10 days

I am Urmi Doshi, I had placed a complaint with Tata Docomo on 9 Dec 2010,complaint no.NWK[protected] ,stating that when ever i try sending messages, it fails.The complaint was supposed to be resolved by 13 Dec 2010 and till date it is not resolved. I again called the customer care on 13 Dec 2010 at 8:00 PM (the complaint was supposed to be resolved by 4:00 PM) , the TL then assured me that it will be resolved in 2 hrs from then.It was not resolved by the given time and again I called 121,The team leads Som shekar,assured me that by 24 hrs from 14 Dec 2010 the complaint will be closed and I will face no further problems , but his assurance was of no use ,again a TL Anisha on 15 Dec said that within 48 hrs the complaint will be resolved.

Today is 18 Dec the complaint is not yet resolved and when I called 121 ,first the CC executive placed me on hold for 30 mins when I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor.I disconnected the call and called back , somehow managed the called to be escalated to the TL , I spoke to the TL Hussain, who said that my complaint was not taken in a correct manner and he also said that the last complaint was closed (the problem still persists) and he has now taken a new complaint with the complaint no NWK[protected] which he claims that will be resolved by 22 Dec 2010. I am not sure if the complaint will be resolved or not but I have faced lot of problems in these 9 days.

Can anyone help as to what to do.

Tata Docomo in Ahmedabad is using videocon network[protected]
Videocon has very very poor network so even DoCoMo services are equally poor. Very congested and choppy network. 3G is having inherent problem of 2.1 Ghz (poor indoor coverage).

Tata DoCoMo network code is 405-30 and its available only on UMTS (3G)

I M FACING NETWORK PROBLEM EVERY WHERE I CAN'T TALK ON PHONE WHILE
CHANGING PHONE MODEL ALSO ahmedabd, rajkot, junagadh, keshod, gondal, botad, bhavnagar every where using videocon network by docomo so use only umts network in your phone SO UMTS tower range is half kilometer so it's not possible every where you received network o[censored]MTS

i can't talk with every people and my no. is very old so give resolution for gsm network issue as early as possible

Sir i am staying in a college hostel at chembarambakkam, chennai. I am a great fan of tata docomo as i find the schemes and offers very suitable to me. I have been using docomo for the past 1 year. But from the past 4, 5 days im facing a lot of network problem. There is no tower in my moblie phone when i am indoors. I see this as a technical failure as for the past 1 year nothing of this sort has happened. I therefore urge the authorities concerned to rectify the problem as soon as possible for customer's satisfaction. Thanking you.

I am using TATA DOCOMO postpaid it's always having some network problem, i am not able to use in either office r in home entirely voice breaking r some times no signal ranges... if i want to receive or make a call i need to go open place.. WTF i need to use mobile phone.. Another big comedy is i am staying in kolkata (salt lake city) and my office is in same building where TATA DOCOMO office available. the worst part is that i had made several complaints thru web chat and by phone. they keep on giving resolution dates. but these dates never work and they keep on postponing. some times before problem resolving they used to close the call. really i have [censored]D... my another no is airtel really that is awesome so i am planing to change this no also to AIRTEL..

This is to inform you that I have tried every possible way to get my complaint resolved but it hasn't been solved yet,so I request you to take proper action regarding this problem as I am fed up with this situation.Moreover they blocked my outgoing service because I didn't pay the bill.I had to pay because I wanted to run this nymber but they havn't provided any rebate for the suffering I have been.Request you to kindly take strict action against.

Recently i used number portability and switched to TATA Docomo.
The network coverage of TATA Docomo is very bad. to be very precise every day i receive at least 30 missed call alert. Whenever i go inside my office cabin i lost signal.
My friends and office colleagues started complaining. i am using this number since i started using mobile phone (6 years). now i cannot change my number.
I think i have made a biggest mistake of my life in choosing the right service provider. unfortunately i have to wait for another 2 months to switch back to airtel network.

Try to solve this problem as early as possible.

I'm really frustrated with TaTa Docomo... Im facing problems after problem and till now nothing is solved inspite of my complaints to Customer Care and Nodal officer .

my problems.
1. Speed is very slow (2-10 kb/ps), and sometimes the page does'nt open at all. Maximum days at night is shows "Packet data:Authentication failed" or "Service not available" and when i call CC they dont receive the call or say its a temporary error.

2. You give so less speed in that there is frequent internet disconnection. It disconnects every 5 minutes and you DNS server gets timed out also.

3. When i connect my mobile to pc as modem for internet , at that time if some one calls it tells the mobile is switched off / out of range.

4. And your email CC ([protected]@tatadocomo.com) they reply when want otherwise no reply.

And why the hell you name you company as "Tata DOcomo . access-connect-solution " what to access , what to connect and which solution you provide.

I have Tata Docomo sim in vodafone dongle. But it not work in automatic network mode, i have to select it manualy to 405802. It disconnects after every 15-30 minutes. Then i have to disconnect the dongle and reconnect it and sellect the network manualy and connect. I complaint to Tata Docomo, but there is no response from customer care.

Yesterday, 15th Oct 2012, i received sms for successful porting and had network in my phone till today morning. But in my office which is on the third floor at Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021, there is no network inside. Evn outside the office i can find only 1 single point of network, that too when I restart my phone. I sit close to the door, the building is spacious with windows, still no network at all.

I called Tata Docomo customer care on 121 and I am very very very disappointed with their services. First they told me porting is not done so call vodafone, i called vodafone and confirmed that its already done, i called tata again on 121(this number was provided by tata itself) but Ms. Kavita gave another number as my number is postpaid. (If they cant attend me then why have they mentioned to call 121 on the pamphlets for assistance) I called on [protected], the representative first told me my number is not ported, i told him that i have confirmed it from vodafone and the problem is of network, not porting. still the guy dint responded well enough to help me and just kept the phone saying that he is unable to hear me.

I dont have even 1 point of network in my tata docomo card, where as in my tata indicom card it is showing full network. When i searched for manual network, it gave me 7 other networks but TATA was not there.

Please please please...solve my query asap. Or else i will have to change my number again from TATA to Vodafone. Please dont tell me that - Sorry madam your location is too interior. If that is the case then I should not get other networks also..even my vodafone used to show full network inside the office (even in the most unexpected places).

I have purchased Tata Docomo GSM prepaid sim (No. [protected]) and have activated 3G on it by sending SMS. I recharged with Rs. 250 and got a talktime of Rs. 248.50 and 1GB free data. Thereafter, the personnel at Tata Docomo Gallery, Aundh manually did the network settings to TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC and internet started on my phone. However, in my residence, the signal strength is very poor (no bar / 1bar) and the many times the signal type (H+ / H / 3G / E) is also not shown. When the signal type is not shown, internet does not connect at all, even though signal bar is present. Sometimes, signal bar and signal type (H+) shows but still download / upload does not happen.

Hence I am not able to use internet properly.

Request Tata Docomo to look into the problem and solve the issue.

I am a TATA DOCOMO perepaid subscriber, i am not getting any network on my phone since the last few hours, even though the icon shows full network, i have not been able to make or receive calls, even switching off and switching on the phone several times has not solved the problem, when i inserted another SIM of a different service provider, it worked fine, so the problem is with TATA DOCOMO, it has caused me a lot of inconvenience, i am not able to connect to the customer care, i used the chat option of TATA DOCOMO and the representative just assured me that a team was already working on it and it should be resolved in sometime, other than that there has been no response from TATA DOCOMO&#039;s side, i just want my problem to be resolved ASAP. I have never experienced such problems with TATA DOCOMO before and i am really disappointed with TATA DOCOMO.

    I recharged my number with Rs 250 which avails a consumer with a balance of Rs 250 and Unlimited 3g data(however the customer representative says that it is 1gb of 3g data,but thats okay). Although i got the balance i did not get the 3g data in which I was interested a lot. I complained it to the customer care agents.They assured me that my problem will be resolved. They told me to download the internet setting which I did,but unfortunately no magic happened(Getting 3g data from docomo now was no less than a magic). I complained again but still I got no solution but just a date till which they expected to avail the service. The date has crossed and I dont have any 3g data. On 11/12/2012 the whole day they deducted my balance from Rs 250 to Rs 0.01.On complaining abt the same they refused and said that there system says there was full balance. Although one of there mail sent to me says that they have deducted only Rs 13.9 for internet data usage. When I complained about this mail, their representative told me to ignore that mail and again gave me a solution which as usual isn't working. After all this I just feel that I have been cheated because neither do I have any balance nor do I have any 3g data.And each time I try to seek any help from them they make me feel as a liar despite they being on the lying side.

      I have lost almost 200rs from daily nightime charges of 5rs, tata docomo is doing this on my number [protected], airtel also had the same problem and I had to throw away the simcard.
      This theft is taking place at around 12am to 3 am when the chores or thieves are roaming every day, no record is showing but only balance is disappearing. Now they have taken 200rs also there is not even any service or bogus VAS just plain straight theft. Now this is running into crores and crores of rupees, from me 200 and others? Poor villagers? Man, woman and child on street who does not know the charge, so from lakhs of people this is being stolen. So just another part of corruption in India I guess? Hide behind big mobile company name and do this theft.
      Alexander the great once caught a bread thief and was brought for judgement, Alexander said why have you done such a bad thing now you will be punished severely and made an example.to others. The thief said. "What difference is there between you and me? I am a small hungry thief, I just need to eat, but you are a great thief you have stolen from the whole world through your conquests"
      Will any catch these thieves hiding behind big brand names, at least recover the millions of rupees and feed the poor kitchari and sabji.

        Pathetic Network coverage and absolute degraded customer service from TATA DOCOMO
        TATA DOCOMO FRAUD and SCAM Services
        I am a regular user of TATA and at the moment I use 7 connection of TATA, which includes 3 PHOTON Plus, 3 Walky and 1 Tata Mobile.
        I am using all the TATA connection at Noida Sector 62 and the network strength here is either absolute zero or at the max it’s 1 on the signal antenna strength.
        The normal page like google.com takes around 3-4minutes to open what to talk about browsing?
        The TATA walky is so pathetic that if you call the number for 4-5 times then it gets connected and the funny part is most of the time if someone calls your TATA phone number ( Mobile or Walky), it says the number is invalid.
        The pathetic story of TATA’s network coverage doesn’t ends here; the customer support is more ridiculous than their sluggish network.
        I have logged 3 written complain to them ( COMPLAIN ID :[protected] &[protected] and no one reached me to acknowledge my problem, except their auto response email which confirms “Thank you for your suggestion and we appreciate your feedback, one of our customer care executive will reach you shortly.”
        And after 3 working days, they politely send us an email stating that the issue has been resolved to complete satisfaction and thank you for choosing TATA.
        I am disgusted and completely frustrated with TATA Services (DOCOMO, WALKY AND MOBILE) and by all means, I appeal to every end user / customer to go with TATA tele services, only if they are completely satisfied with the testing of tata services.

          Regarding wrong bill amount charges taken by you for music mall in my bill,

          My self prakash vala , my mobile no is [protected] , I have already call four to five time to customer care as your upper manager (Mahesh Sindhe ahmedabad) regarding my wrong bill details .complain no is[protected],

          you have charge 115 rs wrong charges in my bill even if I don’t know about serices of music mall from dive in service.

          I call from last week there was not any resolution , please reply what I need to do , I will not pay for wrong charge of one single rs.

          Tomorrow is my last payment date ,I will pay my due amount but not pay wrong charges of music mall ,please reverse charges /if you cant deduct charges then close my services today immediate ,I don’t want to continue with tata docomo services.

          Please note if you revese same charges then I will continue otherwise stop my tata docomo services. , I don’t want to continue and stop my billing cycle today only, also I will not responsible for next bill payment by me.

          I am not getting answer properly that why I need to forward cc to all email of trai. I am confirm there was not any serices activated by me

But when I tried to recharge rs 150 the money got deducted from the bank, the tatadocomo bill receipt also got generated but I did't got the money in my mobile. Again I tried but the result is the same. So in total 300 rs got deducted from my bank account but I got nothing as recharge.

                    Hi,

                    I am very dissatisfied with Tata Photon and wont recommend anyone for the Internet plans with lucrative speeds being offered by them.

                    For last 1 year, I have been using a Tata photon plan "[protected]@1200CappingPlan" with a monthly rent of Rs.1350.
                    As per this plan, I should get a speed of 3.1 MBps upto 10 GB. However not even once have i recieved the speed.

                    I logged a complaint[protected] but they closed the ticket without resolving the issue.

                    As per the technical officer who called me "Company makes these claims but you wont get a speed of more than 500kbps, its your wish if you want to continue with the plan...we can't do anything...." post which I got an sms information of the ticket being resolved.

                    I am planning to close the connection today itself and i strongly criticise the Tata photon group, their helpdesk and their trechnical officers.

                    I wont be claiming for any cashback as I feel I donate this as charity to Tata photon and I request them not to make false promises to any other consumer.

                      Kindly note that I was using Tata Docomo number [protected] for 4 years recently changed to pospaid based on call from telesales executive deepa and sumitha from Tata Docomo Chennai office

                      My outgoing call disconnected on 20th Nov and come to verification is not completed as given address proof Voter ID same given four years back for prepaid connection

                      Initially the field executive handed over the sim on the roadside
                      before verification

                      he did not educated me about relevant documents submissions as i had
                      given docs (ID proof PAN card and address proof Voter ID)that i hold
                      for long time given the same for prepaid services 4 years back

                      I did not even fill in application form if would have filled then
                      there is a column for permanent address and communication address

                      without prior verification you had activated SIM then after someday it
                      is barred due to CV is not complete, (as recently changed address for
                      rennovation)

                      Hence there is a no clear information is given to customer before given services

                      Now customer is affected because of incomplete process

                      I am lost outgoing calls to client where i am at loss now i am not
                      receiving calls

                      docomo prepaid connection — Intentionally remove the outgoing call facility.

                      Please note that I am losing my peace and patience with my docomo prepaid conection (ph no :[protected]) because they intentionaly remove the outgoing call facility. they show the cause they wouldnot verify my details but i have submited my voter card and passport size photo . but they told me that i have to submit it again but i have still some balence in sim card but i cant make the outgoing call but u know to buy anther sim card is impossible for me right now because in my business purpose i am ushing this docomo line. i have given this number to my important clint my business is hampered for their problem how they would verify my number that is their problem .i dont know why they creat problem like this . if this type of prblem they creat with there customer in regular prctice customer will suffer lot more.

                          on 15 july i have done a recharge for internet pack of rs 17 and there came a msg that this is not applicable in my circle ,ok but when i checked my balance was deducted and i made a call to the customer care and i told that i need the deducted amt back since it was not activated on my account he told that my account is gprs activated and i can go on browsing , and i browsed in 3 min there came msg that my entire balance was deducted for using internet and i again called the executive and told that this was the thing happened and u need to add my bal back to my account finally he accepted the mistake was from tata docomo and told me that my balance will be added back in 4 hrs now its like48 or 56 hrs nothing happened pls help i like to file a case against tata docomo similar incidents have been happened to many of my friends too pl help

                          my name is naveen kumar, my number is [protected], i am using docomo since 2 years, but since last one year they start doing fraud deductions, in the name of download or premium download, but there is still 10+mb data left in my account, but they deduct rs 55 from my account, without any notification, and they are doing this again and again, and continuing deducting balance again and again, while i tried other operators network but never faced any problem, , but i fed up of this by docomo.. plz sir help me out and find a permanent solution to my problem.
                          Hi my name is Anisha, my number is [protected]. Am facing the same issue, and for me almost 230 rs have been deducted. first they deducted 65 then approx 18. Later on around 100 were deducted, and today almost 40rs. I tried calling customer care three four times, they said mam you opened chargeable site, on asking which site it is, he said third party. Later, on arguing for 3-4 minutes he said mama ill transfer your call to IT dept, which never happened, as nobody picked up my call there.
                          Today I had recharged my phone for 50rs around 11 am and opened What's app and Facebook just for 5 mins, and my main balance was gone, though I had Data balance remaining for 2.26MB.

                          Then got a link from above chats and had online chat with Tata Docomo customer care person on site http://c1web1.saas.talismaonline.com/MediaC1/VisitorChat/ChatMain.aspx . He said mam you don't have Data balance that's why your main balance got deducted, but on checking the balance through the *111*1#, it showed me balance of 2.26MB and the same time that person said mam my system shows that you have 0.00MB balance. This guy nowhere mentioned of chargeable site. I am surprised then who is lying, the previous CC person who told me of chargeable site being used, or this chat guy who said mam you don't have main balance??????
                          I was shocked to see two different balance values for a single number.
                          I am really frustrated with tata docomo service now. Seems there is no point of rechagring the phone as these people will eat up the whole balance without doing any thing.
                          pls help i like to file a case against tata docomo similar incidents have been happened to many of my friends too pl help
                          NOW IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED SOON, AND MY DEDCUTED AMOUNT IS NOT BEEN GIVEN BACK, ILL FILE A CASE AGAINT TATA DOCOMO, AS THIS IS HAPPENING ACROSS THE INDIA. THEY ARE MAKEING FOOL OF PEOPLE, JUST TO ACHIEVE THIER TARGETS.

                                I am tata docomo customer with mobile number [protected]. I have recharged through docomo website www.tatadocomo.com on 9th Dec 2012. l recharged for Rs.200/ and payments is done through HDFC bank credit card. That recharge has failed but i got a debit conf SMS from the bank at billdesk4862 but i dont have any transaction number, the time of the transaction as per the sms is 12:03:26 on 09 Dec 2012. But I haven't got any recharge amount, Please take this request into consideration and refund my money.

                                  I was staying in rented flat, hence I had to leave the place urgently, so as guided by the customer care that immediate closer they can't take on phone < I have to visit their shop. Hence I had gone to their shop on 28th August 2012 & had registered my closer of the connection (Request No. [protected]). There after in the month of November they started giving me call asking for the Bill payment of Month of OCT & NOV. Many times I told them that I have closed my connection, still the calls were alive for me. After all I have put email to close the connection. Still they are asking for bill payment of OCT & NOV.

                                    I did a prepaid online recharge of 300INR using Citibank credit card from tata docomo website for the Number +91 [protected].I got a confirmation from Citibank regarding the transaction that 300INR has been credited against docomo. I did not get the recharged amount in my account or any intimation regarding the same. Date of recharge : DEC - 8 - 2012 time 12:00PM . Contacted Citibank and Citibank gave me the transaction ID of the successful payment against docomo : 422143 and asked me to contact the merchant ie DOCOMO to resolve the issue. Contacted docomo cx service in the number [protected] and got connected to cx service rep.Explained the problem and she collected the transaction number from me and said this is going to take another 24 hours to figure out.I said I need wither the recharge immediately or the money back as I did it online as they advertise to get it

                                      " Hi You have successfully subscribed to Musstbuy on tata at Rs30/30days till 28- Dec. To Stop, Dial 155223(tollfree) or dial *660*9# and select unsubscribe"

                                      and deducted Rs 30 from my account for that NON REQUESTED/PERMITTED activation. My Grievance is why and how can they deduct the sum when I had not even requested for any Activation of any kind. But I waited for few days to know what kind of service they will provide. But SORRY, there was no service. Then on 8th Dec 2012 I dialled 155223 but there was no mention of MusstBuy service in the automated response and surprisingly it declares that I have not any active VAS. Then I dialled *660*9# and UNSUBSCRIBE. At 5:40 pm on same day I received a message from 56660

                                      "Thanks for trying hoppr. We loved to be in touch with you and we are sad to see you go. You will not receive any more updates. To restart SMS HOP to 56660"

                                      For taking immediate action and refund within 72 hours.
                                      For the past few months docomo have been continuously unfairly charging me for services I didnt activate. They have charged me 15Rs for buying podcast on facebook marketing several times. They have charged me 30Rs for activating records club. And several other VAS have been activated without my permission which deduct money ranging from 2 to 30rs.

                                      At first I used to tolerate it because it used to be 2-3Rs and I didnt have time to port my number to other network, but now it has increased and they suddenly deduct 15-30Rs from my balance, so its a big loss even if I immediately cancel the service. If this happens again I will be forced to port my number to other network as I have lost around 200Rs to this already.

                                        Last month november 26th i had pay all the balance amount Rs.1263/- with my debit card and i had recieved sms Hi, Thank you for the payment of Rs. 1263 for your Tata Account No[protected]. This is my last payment details then this month december 4th i had checked my unbilled amount using *121# and i recieved the sms Hi, approx.Net unbilled amt is Rs.41.2 ( excludes rents) then why my out going call is barred.
