Outgoing call disconnected~~M[protected]Tata Docomo request number)
Hi ,
Kindly note that I was using Tata Docomo number [protected] for 4 years recently changed to pospaid based on call from telesales executive deepa and sumitha from Tata Docomo Chennai office
My outgoing call disconnected on 20th Nov and come to verification is not completed as given address proof Voter ID same given four years back for prepaid connection
Initially the field executive handed over the sim on the roadside
before verification
he did not educated me about relevant documents submissions as i had
given docs (ID proof PAN card and address proof Voter ID)that i hold
for long time given the same for prepaid services 4 years back
I did not even fill in application form if would have filled then
there is a column for permanent address and communication address
without prior verification you had activated SIM then after someday it
is barred due to CV is not complete, (as recently changed address for
rennovation)
Hence there is a no clear information is given to customer before given services
Now customer is affected because of incomplete process
I am lost outgoing calls to client where i am at loss now i am not
receiving calls
Recently changed address for rennovation hence we had shifted from old house and given an new address alternate address proof(Bank Passbook copy) to Tata Docomo Outlet in Whites Rd, Royapettah, Chennai on 27th Nov
But till now there is no activation and response from
And still sumita a telesales from Chennai Tata Docomo is calling to alternate number compelling me to go for CUG that she can help me out better and told me that dealer are not proper in services

Clearly mentioned the address they visited is old address
i had given a change in address and document(Bank Pass book copy) is
submitted in Whites Rd, branch Chennai regarding new address for
verification
Don't prompt as every executive in customer care Tata Docomo; Systems give
only information that we key in don't look only system and answer because
that is just a machine that is where customer executive are seated to...
Understand the situation and try to give some solutions my basic
communication facility is barred for so long time
