            Today 13rs balance is deduced from my account by automatic activation some vas service named DOM and i called cc, dey said i click some link. that was not true. they are not ready to refund my money..
            this not frist time this happening with me and am afraid to recharge high amounts..!!
            before 2 months they conned my 100rs by activating some service & they didnt refund a single penny, worst network ever used..
            i wont be available for an another con. gonna port it soon.

              My network provider is Tata docomo.
              The availability of full network is a very rare thing in Hinjewadi Phase2 area.

              Also if we activate 2G Internet packs the network disappears very often. because of which I'm facing Denial of Service(DOS) issues.

                My name is dr. Yatendra nagar. And i am using tata docomo sim ([protected]) from last 2 year.
                But i m facing unknow balnce deduction from this month...
                On date 26 non 2012 amount 99 rupess is deduce unknowly from my account without my wish.. And when i talke on coustmer helpline they always refuse me and talk with me rudly & always deny to return my amount...
                It was the 3rd time in this month. I m facing that problem. before that rupess 15 and 49 were already deduce from my account. . And they never return back the money.. They activate any unwanted service bybtheir own. . And their coustmer help line no. Is avilable only one time in a day.. Thats why i facing a big problem from hem side.
                So please sir take a strict action againt them and try to solve my problem soon..
                My other friends also facing the same problem..

                  I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHILE USING A MOBILE PROVIDER LIKE TATA DOCOMO([protected]).
                  WHEN I ASKED ABOUT BUDYCHAT SERVICE CHARGES ETC. TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES, I HAD ALWAYS CHEATED ME AND MISGUIDED ME ABOUT A MONTH WHILE USING POSTPAID (CUG) CONNECTION DURING MAY -JUN2012 PERIOD.
                  I WAS JUST SHOCKED TO SEE MY BILL APPROX 8500.00 FOR THIS PERIOD.
                  THEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT CC EXECUTIVES DON’T HAVE ANY CORRECT INFORMATION AND THEY ARE INCOMPETENT TO SERVE.
                  HOWEVER BILL WAS PAID IN TIME BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT IT IN JULY- AUG MONTHS STILL THE CASE IS UNRESOLVED AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS BY ME ON [protected]@TATADCOMO.COM

                  REQUEST HELP ME OUT, I M A GENERAL NAVY SAILOR L AND I HAVE A GRATE VALUE FOR THIS AMOUNT.

                  Tata Docomo — Worst service and misguided customer support

                  Hi Team,

                  This is a long and persistent problem I am facing from Tata Docomo.

                  In Dec 2010 I made a special recharge of Rs. 51 but later wanted message fare relaxation and CALLED customer care seeking plan where I could get call and message relaxation both.

                  The cust care executive asked me to do Rs. 90 recahrge(did not inform to deactivate the current plan).
                  I did the said recharge(in feb 2011) but did not get the new plan benefits. I lodged complaint twice regarding this issue but did not help in any way.

                  Everytime I used to call I had to inform to executive about the problem, it was all unfruitful exersion.Still I have not got benefits of new plan neither did I get the refund of my money(Rs. 90).

                  This is the WORST service I have had till now. Please take some serious action against misleading executives and let them be CUSTOMER CARING LITERALLY !!

                    I AM PASTING THE SAME COMPLAINT AS SENT TO TATA DOCOMO APPELATE AUTHORITY

                    Dear Sir ,

                    This is regarding my TATA DOCOMO number ([protected]) used in KALKA,HARYANA.It has been an year using your services besides some network and bill payment problems.
                    There has been acute carelesness at your representative end regarding my PLAN CHANGE.Nearly a month ago i was suggested by your Kalka office person(Mr.Raju)to switch my plan to UNLIMITED 1299 for savings as my average billing amount was Rs2000.After this suggestion i proceeded with the same and deposited Rs850/- as security for plan change.Mr.Raju told me that this amount is deposited at ambala zonal office so i can not provide you the reciept now and would provide the reciept in 2 days and afterwards your plan would change in 24 hrs,as he is familiar to me from long time and i usually pay bill through him therefore i accepted the same and started waiting for plan change process.
                    After some days Mr.Raju deposited the security amount at Ambala Zonal Office and Mailed the plan change request to Mr.Aditya Handa(Reffer to attachment for the mail) on 19 October,2012.But after this request mail there was no change in my BILLING PLAN so i callesd customer care which to my surprise replied that there was not even any request recieved by them regarding BILLING PLAN change.I telephonically requested Mr.Raju to check further with Mr.Handa as why my plan change request is not initiated despite a long time span to which Mr.Handa replied that i will check.Further there was no reply to this for a long time again.Till now there has been no request initiated through your representative(Mr.Aditya Handa) despite he had recieved the PLAN CHANGE request mail on 19/10/2012.It has been 41 days after the request mail which is pending and that includes atleast 30 working days but there was no time in these 30 days to initiate my pending request for the plan.
                    This is the time span which is after the request mail but if i include the time at which i had proceeded my request for the plan change then this time span would cross 60 days.

                    IS THIS YOUR COMMITEMENT LEVEL. AGAINST THE TIME OF 24 HRS, IT HAS BEEN AROUND 60 DAYS.THIS IS A CLEAR VISIBLE AND NOTABLE TIME SPAN.
                    AFTER ALL THESE HASSLES I MYSELF INITIATED THE PROCEEDING OF PLAN CHANGE BY CALLING CUSTOMER CARE AND REQUESTING THEM TO DO THE SAME.
                    I REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THIS GENUNELY AS I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY PROBLEMS RESOLVED THROUGH THIS CHANNEL OFTEN.I NEED MY BILLING PLAN CHANGED TO UNLIMITED 1299 AT THE EARLIEST WITHOUT FURTHER CARELESNESS.

                    REFFER TO THE DOCUMENT ATTACHED IN WHICH IT IS CLEARLY SHOWN THAT MR.RAJU HAD SENT PLAN CHANGE REQUEST MAIL(UNLIMITED 1299) TO MR.ADITYA HANDA ON 19 10 12 , I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS MAIL IS LYING WITH HIM FROM THAT LONG.DONT YOU HAVE ANY PROCESS THAT REVERT OF MAIL IS COMPULSORY WHETHER THE PLAN COULD BE CHANGED OR NOT OR EITHER HOW MUCH TIME WOULD BE TAKEN FOR THE SAME BUT INSTEAD YOUR REPRESENTATIVE BLOCKED BY MONEY AND WASTED MY TIME JUST FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I CALL HIM NOW HE EITHER DOES NOT PICKS MY CALL OR IGNORE IT AS IF I AM SOME STUPID.THIS IS HOW YOU ARE SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
                    THIS TYPE OF ANTI CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR IS NOT TOLERABLE.THERE IS A NEED TO CHECK IT BEFORE THIS DRIVES YOUR CUSTOMER AWAY AND SPECIALLY CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PAYING SO MUCH TO YOU IN FORM OF BILLING.

                      ear Sir/Madam:

                      I use tata docomo mobile, number [protected]. I got a message on November 13 at 2235 hours, that I subscribed to monthly belief pack and they took 30 rupees from my account, which i had not subscribed. I replied to the message immediately and got reply the subscription has been cancelled, but they did not return the amount to my account.

                      I have tried several times to contact customer care, but there was no response, only got recorded voice instructions. Then, I made a complaint in their website, but there was no reply.

                      The same thing happened twice previously, but they have not returned the amount they took. They are taking away money from the account without our consent.

                      Please try and get me the amount back to my account.

                        I am an user of tatadocomo for last 3-4 months... now i have started using 3g on my mobile and recharged my number [protected] with unlimited 3g plan .. yesterday night i had a balance of 65rs with 30 MB free data usage left on my phone ... but today morning when i saw my balance it was reduced to 0.09ps ... when i called customer care... they told me that i have accessed chargeable sites

                        but when i asked what are the list of chargeable sites.. he didnt told me anything.. since last 2-3 weeks i am accessing only facebook,youtube, and android market... my only question is.. how can you delete the balance without even giving any warnings or any message ...

                        I am Jaison, [protected], from Bengaluru. I have been using Tata Docomo GSM service from past 4 years and I am very much disappointed with their services recently.
                        I am using 3G services on my phone and I have activated 3G data pack for doing so. But still the amount is deducted from my balance.
                        When I called the customer care, they told me that I have visited a chargeable site. When I asked them for the details for which sites I have browsed and are chargeable, they dont have the details.
                        I use 3G services to use some mobile applications like Facebook, Twitter etc. and rarely browse any websites. I see many such complaints in this forum but I dont think any action is taken against this. I am very disappointed as what to do because whenever I enable my 3G, the amount starts deducting even if I am not browsing.

                        Please take some actions as most of the customers face these issues.

                        I am Anisha, from bengaluru. Using docomo GSM service, and am facing the same issue. Being having the 3G data balance, around 85rs were deducted from main balance. On calling customer care, they gice the same non sense reply, the u r using some chargeable sites.
                        I asked the person, please give me the list of chargeable sites so that I do not open them again in future, but he could not give any concrete answer. Then, said that he is transferring my call to IT dept, but as expected, later on nobody from IT dept answeres my call.
                        This has happened thrice with me.

                        Very frustrated with tata docomo service. and its not just one or two people facing this issue, a huge number of people are suffering.

                        Please take some actions asap.

                          On 29-Nov-2012 I have recharged my docomo number [protected] 250 to get 3g smart life plan . I got 250 balance as they mentioned in the plan but the unlimited 3g data is not enabled,I have send HVC to 52270 that responds like "the request can not be processed, try again after an hour", more than 7 time still same response.
                          Please solve my complaint and activate 3g smart life plan on my cell phone.
                          I have recharge my cell phone([protected]) from tata docomo website using netbanking.i have got full talktime 250.After that i have send sms HVC to 52270 to activate free 3g unlimited offer from docomo. I have just check is its work or not. I have connected it to internet using docomo 3g device change APN to tata.docomo.internethvc.afetr 2 min i have disconnected my internet and then again insert the sim into my cell phone to check balance and my balance is reduced to 205 from 269.13. I have already knows that types of complaints from internet against Docomo. Please provide me the solution to this problem. Tata Docomo is fraud Mobile service provider. I have suggest docomo to stop giving these types of offfer to customers.

                            My prepaid Tata DOCOMO mobile number: [protected]
                            Daily deducting Rs.2 from my account on 19/11/2012. I never activated any services and even don't know for what service they are deducting. I want my unfairly deducted balance back. Also deactivate that service immediately from my mobile phone and don't ever activate any paid service.

                            Please do as soon as possible.
                            Note: Otherwise I will do Mobile Number Portability.

                              i am fed up calling docomo customer care for this same 3g hvc issue...i recharged my account with Rs 250 yesterday...But i was unable to surf net after i got recharged my account...i called customer care they told me i need to get these hvc settings...i messaged hvc to 52270...still i didn't receive any of the settings...and then what happened i called customer care again but i had to hear from the docomo team that all the executives are busy attending other customers...i tried many times and heard the same...in the morning i called again to which they answered me that they are sending me the steps to manually install the settings which again didn't work...and after that when i called again i was told again that all the executives are busy..i got frustrated but still i grabbed some patience and called them from my another docomo no. and told them my problem...they said they are sending me the settings...but the settings i received even after that were docomo dive in...i have been trying since yesterday...now i am fed up frustrated with docomo...

                              Everytime I get a message that my call me tunes service has been renewed for 180 days for 120 rs.. But again it charges me 30 rs each and every month please resolve this issue.. Another issue with my number is that internet connection gets off every 10-15 minutes.. Either I have to restart my phone or I have to disable the data fonsection and enable it again.. It is very frustrating.. Help me resolve this because I face seriouus problems when I need the net connection to work and the net goes off.. I get into problems because of this..

                              3g Manual Settings — internet service

                              Am 249/- recharge for 3g service on27/05/2013 but still not getting any manual settings in my phone. My hands ate is micromax a101 full touch dual sim with wi-fi. Am also stat that before receiving customer care executive line disconnected in 121 service. So solve my problem otherwise am taking big action.

                                more than 4 times i have sent the message to 1900 .
                                today also just before 20 minutes i tried.
                                no response.
                                in all other networks when i send a porting request within 2 to 3 minutes
                                i wil receive a porting code..
                                but ur ntwrk is utter waste.
                                i tried to ccare they told within today 8pm i will receive the code.
                                lets see...

                                    I recharged my Tata Docomo number with their unlimited 3g Rs 250 pack on 9 Nov 2012.
                                    I got Rs 250 as promised as well as free 3g usage until 29 Nov when while using internet at 2 am I was charged approx.Rs 30. So the pack they promises to give unlimited free internet for 30 days just lasted 19 days moreover Customer care picked up the call and hang up from my 2 different numbers. I want my money back and my internet pack to be enhanched for a month as I was promised not for 19 days. Thank God I saw it at 2 am if i had been late all my money would have been gone!

                                    Docomo is fooling people with this 250 Rs recharge!

                                        My tata docomo no is [protected]. I have not activated any caller tune on my no but they have added a charge of caller tune in my bill of nov2012. And additionally they also added unauthorised charges of voice mail please look into this matter
