Tata Docomo — Wrong communication and overcharging | |||
My TATA Photon number is [protected]. I am using tata photon for more than 4 years and always kept my bills within my billing limit. last Month I got call from Company''''s executive and i was offered to update my Bill plan from Time based to Usage based i.e earlier I used to enjoy data service up to 1800 mins. post which per min charges was levied and in the new scheme I was offered 1 GB High speed download post which speed will be less but download was unlimited. I got confirmation mail also stating " My new bill plan w.e.f 20/10/2012. But surprisingly my photon services have been stopped and I have been presented with a bill which pertains to the Earlier Time based Plan. Speaking with customer care and raising complaint for this has not helped me and customer care executive said very harshly that "ON GOOD WILL GESTURE they can give me rebate of Rs.400". Even after complaining to 2nd level didn't help me and still I am waiting for their response and my service has been stopped since 10 days. would request you to look into the issue and do the needful. Kindly find the attached mail sent by Docomo in which the have stated that new plan will be effective from 20/10/2012. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please check the attachment in it it was clearly mention that plan is effective from 20th-Oct-2012 and not from 19th-Nov-2012.
I think now you will give some other explanation, But with this type of resolution you are surely going to loose many valuable customers.
