charged beyond credit limit

I am using tata docomo services. My credit limit is 1300 rs and I got the bill of 2624 rs. This is highly surprising. If my credit limit was set to 1300 rs it means I am agreeing to pay only 1300 rs and not afford to exceed amount more than that. And generally if one crosses the credit limit, automatically incoming and outgoing is barred. This process is with all service providers and also with tata docomo. But in my case I am charged 2624...

On[protected] call me tunes service has been activated in my number [protected] without my consent and rs. 120/- Has been deducted.I've called customer care yesterday and they said money will be refunded in 4 hours. This is my complaint no: PSG[protected]. Still money has not been refunded.Please refund the amount as soon as possible....

GETTING FLASH SMS

Charging for Incoming

GPRS service

I recharged Rs. 75 (GPRS pack)on 12th Nov but my GPRS is still not working.
I called docomo customer care more than 10 times they sent me settings told me to make manual settings, but still not able to resolve the issue. I checked my phone setting it is correct i confirmed it with another docomo sim too. If you are not able to activate the service kindly revert back my 75Rs. talk time.
Now your customer care call getting disconnected...

501 Recharge Success but didn't get the benefits from the telecom provider
