today I got sms from tata Docomo that saying you have purchased a pack called chemical equilibrium at 15.00 rupees.
I never wanted to activate such useless pack. I was not even using internet on my mobile at that time. Docomo is making money by deducting balance in wrong ways.

    Dear Team and Mr. Yogesh,

    I am a New Customer with Account Number:[protected]

    Recently I got a bill which was 4 times the expected amount. Please note this is my first Bill.

    I made a complaint against this as it was because of an incorrect billing cycle for which I was not informed. My complaint was taken with assurance of swift action and I was also told some action will be taken, you have excess usage, you can monitor usage online if you create a account.

    When I tried creating an account, the site suggested I am a SME customer so I have to print/fill a form give to a docomo centre and they will create the account. When I went there to do this, they said, they have no clue what the form is and they dont create any accounts. I registered a complaint against this also the same day.

    Today I called to enquire status, I was told both the complaints are closed with no action at all as I did not pick one damn phone call!!!!!

    Are you guys here to cheat your customers? My job is not to wait for your random call at random time and respond!!! Why has no action been taken.

    If this is the quality of your customer service and handling of issues, I must say you are the most pathetic company i have encountered so far in this business.

    I need my 2 issues resolved ASAP.

        I am using tata docomo services. My credit limit is 1300 rs and I got the bill of 2624 rs. This is highly surprising. If my credit limit was set to 1300 rs it means I am agreeing to pay only 1300 rs and not afford to exceed amount more than that. And generally if one crosses the credit limit, automatically incoming and outgoing is barred. This process is with all service providers and also with tata docomo. But in my case I am charged 2624 rs which is more than double of credit limit.If I had crossed my credit limit, my calls would have been barred and i wouldnt have been able to use the service because my capacity is not pay more thant the limit which is agreed for me, but in my case I am allowed to make the calls and how without any information my credit limit is exceeded and why am I suppose to pay such a huge bill.

        I am using tata’s service considering tata's companies follow ethics and people oriented and not to cheat people. I am ready to pay only 1300 rs which is my credit limit. Please help me to get justice. I am not ready to pay 2624 which is cheating and customer exploitation.I am not paying the bill of 2624 which is more than double of my credit limit and without any information provided to me.I have made the complaint at customer care and the complaint number is[protected]

          On[protected] call me tunes service has been activated in my number [protected] without my consent and rs. 120/- Has been deducted.I've called customer care yesterday and they said money will be refunded in 4 hours.             I have applied for number portability on 10 Nov 2012 but Docomo people didn’t processed my request. When I contact customer care they told me to go to Docomo office. So, as per their direction I went to Docomo head office near to Forum mall but instead of taking this process they are telling that we are not responsible. Manager and staff member were telling that airtel is not leaving you. So, we can't do any thing. Try to fill application again. My question is if I will fill application again then how airtel will leave me. Customer is responsible only to fill the form. And I am not uneducated that they will make any kind of excuse and will impose everything to airtel. Even though I went to airtel office they there is no pending work from airtel side. We have process your request already. I have already submitted my document with mentioning unique porting id is AX191267 which will expire on 25th Nov. Where I will go no one is not taking any responsibility. Manager and staff member are just spoiling my time sending me here and there. Even when they checked the record they havent my application also, neither in rejection list nor in acceptation list. What protocol should I follow? I know this mail will not go to higher management to take stick action against them who are not doing their job properly. But I hope someday will come for miracle.

              Hi Docomo,

              This is Rohit. My Mobile No. is [protected]. I am facing problems with docomo services from last one week. Firstly they charged me Rs. 5/day for unwanted service, which I never activated and now from last three days i am bombarded with flash messages continuously. When I talked with executive and told about problem they say that you can't stop flash SMS even if you have activated DND. at this time (11:50 am) also I am getting these unwanted SMSs. Please stop annoying customers with such activities.

                      Could you please assist us with information
                      I am the owner of Magaliesburg Auto a registered and equipped workshop
                      One of my longstanding Clients has bought a Tatta 3434 Tipper 2007 model Vin No VKL35 DEF 16 K 000844
                      When it was brought to me the first time to service I found this vehicle to be in remarkable good condition low mileage fair wear and tear on the body and bin but nothing indicating that this vehicle was misused the engine and gearbox sounded good .

                      I found the bell housing to be cracked we then proceeded to change the bell-housing the vehicle was tested and it seemed ok.
                      3 weeks later it was reported that the starter gave problems we went out to site and found the starter broke away from the bell housing we replaced the starter with a new one supplied by Tata Ma Spares in roodepoort ( Genuine Tata Spares)

                      3 weeks later the Driver phoned me and reported that the bell housing seemed to be cracked again upon inspection we found it to be cracked again and that the starter is broken away again.
                      I then started investigating by phone and on the internet and found numerous vehicles with the same problem and found many remedies tried but it all seemed failed

                      After speaking with many technicians who encountered the same problems it was suggested by a Tata Factory technician with who I spoke to , to manufacture a gearbox mounting I asked for plans or pictures of what it should look like but they could not supply me with any as they have only heard that this works.

                      I then bought a new bell housing new starter new eng mountings and had the prop shaft balanced all by Tata Ma Spares in roodepoort (genuine Tata Spares) Manufactured a mounting at the rear of the gearbox ( a leave spring helping to take the weight of the gearbox) when all this was done and fitted the truck ran like a passenger car no vibrations no problems .
                      The truck went back to site to work it is now 45 days later and we are back to square one bell housing broken in 2, starter torn away from bell housing R[protected] later Please could you help us locate someone with some answers

                        with this no stated here [protected] on the name of aniket likhar issued in the month of October. on dated 25/11/2012 the remaining balance was rs. 256. with the recharge of rs. 246 via no *141# i got 600 MB 3G data pack with a talk time of rs. 150. so my total balance should be around rs. 160. but with passing of time as soon as this recharge is successful there has been sudden deduction of balance and it becomes Rs. 0.07. i call many times to customer care executives but they are neither listening my request nor refunding the balance.

                          I have Tata Docomo's prepaid connection. I want to bring in your notice that Tata Docomo is charging for incoming on my mobile ( [protected] ). Initially i ignored that, I though may be i made some calls. However, yesterday after disconnecting an incoming call I noticed that Tata Docomo has deducted Rs. 2 for it. Finally, I felt that I have been cheated by the company. I am not sure how many Rs. 2 they have deducted like this.

                          I want company to rechargerefund my money.

                            I recharged Rs. 75 (GPRS pack)on 12th Nov but my GPRS is still not working.
                            I called docomo customer care more than 10 times they sent me settings told me to make manual settings, but still not able to resolve the issue. I checked my phone setting it is correct i confirmed it with another docomo sim too. If you are not able to activate the service kindly revert back my 75Rs. talk time.
                            Now your customer care call getting disconnected before connecting to your Cust. care executive. This is the one of the worst customer care service.

                                i have three connection of tata docomo for family use.problem is that without any request, any unwanted service on mobile activated and money for this deducted from account.even after complaints to customer care,there is no change and every time said that there is technical updating problem in system.when objection made some time amount is credited but after day again amount deducted and mobile number added in blacklist so furteh any call can not be done.this is clearly cheating by company.(my mobile no.is [protected])

                                i am also tired of flash messages...i recharged for last two days repeatedly and something is been activated by your docomo service and my money is been wasted...its a very bad way to extract money...sory to say this...and its also showing dat 'YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE TO FUND FOR THIS CALL' dis message is been showing in evry second not in minutes also.also de internet flash messages is been showing...for these reasons i complained to the dombivli tata docomo customer care n dey said me dat dey havesent my complaint to de main office n dey wil call u in sum hours...n later a lady calld me n said sir ur complaint has been received now v hav deactived evrythn n nw onwards u wont lose ur money neithr any flash message wil b shown...de nxt day onwards same docomo galata strtd...m jst tired o[censored]r +docomo bad service...plz plz do deactivate evrythn n plz try to save ma money...ma numbr is [protected]...its a request

                                I had put in a phone balance of 120 rupees and now it shows 0 balance without me using any. Also receiving this same message "your account does not have sufficient balance to fund this call" this is happening every second. Pune is form Pune.

                                  I have moved from airtel to tata docomo 6 months back for the tariff Rs 501(special recharge). I have been recharging the same from the second month. Whenever i recharge it online, i get a message 'recharge successful' online. But will never get a recharge successful message on my mobile. So i need to call 121 (customer Care) and ask for it each time. I have asked them to take this as a complaint and sort it out. But the issue has not been sorted out till now. Day before yesterday (23 Nov 2012) i made a recharge of Rs 501 online and i even got a onscreen message saying Recharge successful on the web. Here's my reference from State Bank of India. [23-Nov[protected]Nov-2012) TO TRANSFER INB Tata Docomo TATADOCOMO_RECHARGE MSBI[protected]IGE2380414 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A 501.00]. Only after making a call yesterday i came to know that i did not get the benefits from the recharge.So i then tried calling to the customer care on 121. A lady spoke to me , and she asked me to wait till 24 hrs to know the status. I asked for the reason for me to wait 24hrs. She was blank and i then asked her to transfer the call to her team leader. She asked me to call the next morning to speak with the customer call. I then asked why? She simply said team leader got meeting for 3 hours and put my call on hold and never return back. That was such an irritating behavior from her. I later tried calling 121 but it always says the customer care is busy speaking to the other customer and it automatically disconnects my call. It doesn't even put me on wait. I think the operator does not leave the customer to connect for the second time. I have noticed this for long. Later today i spoke to the customer care online on live chat. He then told me the recharge is not successful at the tata docomo side due to congestion and he said the amount will be returned to the bank account in 4 working days if not recharged successful. When i asked for the chat transcript to be mailed to my mail id, he said there's no such options available from their side. Why did' the lady tell me this , the other day and thats why i asked her to connect to the team leader for wish she put me on hold. Please give a permanent solution to this.

                                  You are absoulutely correct.
                                  The customer care executives never respond properly at the first time.
                                  Second time you will never catch them and it will get disconnected thereon each time you try to contact.

                                  Sorry to say this about tata docomo, but the fact is fact. I also had the same problem.
                                  The ugliest part is you have to spend 501 rupees of manpower to get back that money and still you would not be assured of the money.

                                    With Due Respect, I m going to complaining about TATA DOCOMO Cellular Company.
                                    I was recharged Rs 39 & They also accept but They Dont Give My Pack Valuation.
                                    They Said If to wait nd himself saying that i m disconnecting your call. i[censored] will nt disconnect.
                                    That's is not manner to talk wid the customer.
                                    I m the old customer of that.???
                                    I m so upset.??/
                                    My all soln u have done.
                                    This is my again problem nd i hope as usual that u will find a soln or give me balance or pack valuation. They said that i m checking aftr that they say nothing about my pack.
                                    Plz Try to connect wid the Company nd try to solv. my problm.

                                      Sir,i have recharged my blackberry plan of 399....
                                      Recharge has been succesful on 14 nov....
                                      Bt ur executives are not activating my scheme....
                                      They are making fool of me....
                                      I called on 121 they told me to call on blackberry helpline and when i called blackberry helpline they told me to call 121....making fool of me everytime..
                                      And ur all executives are disconnecting call in between without listening to my problem...

                                        Sir,
                                        I have Tata Docomo Mobile no [protected]. Few days before I recharged my Mobile of Rs. 250 with unlimited GPRS plan and full talk time. I was using GPRS internet in my mobile yesterday. Suddenly they have deducted Rs. 30. When I contact to customer by email, they replied me that it was deducted due to request came from my handset and unable to return amount. I am trying to call customer service but phone call not connecting. they are telling that I have downloaded by using GPRS internet and download some items. So what is use o[censored]nlimited GPRS plan? How they can deducted amount if I already activated unlimited GPRS plan.
                                        So, I request you that Please do needful and take action against Tata Docomo.

                                        Tata Docomo Mobile service provider — deduction made into my a/c balance

                                        I am useing tata docomo mobile service on mobile no.[protected]. my a/c balance deducted by Rs 30 for renewal of entertainment service which is not activated on my mobile.
                                        when i complaining customer excutive additional Rs 30 deducted for activation of bollywood news pack, while i am busy on call.
                                        both of service i have not subscribe.
