Recently I got a bill which was 4 times the expected amount. Please note this is my first Bill.
I made a complaint against this as it was because of an incorrect billing cycle for which I was not informed. My complaint was taken with assurance of swift action and I was also told some action will be taken, you have excess usage, you can monitor usage online if you create a account.
When I tried creating an account, the site suggested I am a SME customer so I have to print/fill a form give to a docomo centre and they will create the account. When I went there to do this, they said, they have no clue what the form is and they dont create any accounts. I registered a complaint against this also the same day.
Today I called to enquire status, I was told both the complaints are closed with no action at all as I did not pick one damn phone call!!!!!
Are you guys here to cheat your customers? My job is not to wait for your random call at random time and respond!!! Why has no action been taken.
If this is the quality of your customer service and handling of issues, I must say you are the most pathetic company i have encountered so far in this business.
I need my 2 issues resolved ASAP.
