My home is 10km away from the city.in city ther is tatadocomo network while i m in home ther i need to select aircel network manualy. From last weak i suffering from internet packet data connection while connecting temparary network problem occurs n didnt gets packet data connection. N i cant connect to the internet.while i m in city internet gets connected plz solve my problm

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am having a Mobile Shop in 50ft Road,Nagendra Block,Bangalore-50.Today Morning I recharged Tata Docomo Number [protected] amt is INR129.As per this plan customer should get 30paise per minute all India call.But He Didn't got it.Then I called retailer customer care and one Miss Shruthi received my cal,She says That Customer is in another plan so This plan doesn't works & abt that INR129 she says they cann't return to Us nor customer can enjoy the benefit.
    I asked her to connect me to higher authority,she told that she don't have right to do so. Finally she took my complaint & given me complaint Number 3877475. I received ans though sms that Reversal reqest for [protected] cannnot be processed,as customer as already recharged before placing this reversal request.I have returned customer the amt .Now please ask them to return my money.     Dear Sir,
    This is very sad to know that what your dealer promises to give is not applicable on this mobile number. today I came to know that the dealer was having lack of knowledge that he would have one recharge of Rs 2/- then his promises would have proven, but he did recharge of Rs 1/- which means 25Rs/- per month for 3 months in the recharge value. So it is unfair if the dealer is not responsible for the same and you not cancelling the dealership of such fraud dealers. Now I am switching to BSNL which have no such complex criterias as yours.

    Later I once again called customer Care, One Mr.chethan spoked to me.He says that Customer is in another plan which ends in the month of May.Untill then no other paln works, & this INR129 will be in Customers Acc.(i don't know which Acc.& How to check that).But This new plan ends with in 4 months so where does this INR129 goes no one i s getting from that.If the plan doesn't works why did they accept that? After accepting Why Don't give the benefit?
    He don't have the ans.So I hope Some body frm TATA DOCOMO will give me the correct answer & will Return my Money & will never do this to other Retailer & Customer.
    Just now I spoke to senior of retailer call center MR.SUNIL, even he didn't given satisfying answer.He says that INR129 plan is not applicable to the number[protected] becoz he is in INR43 plan, which ends in the month of MAY.Then why did the company accepeted the recharge of INR129 & where that money goes, if that plan is not applicable.
    We are in modern technology is not it.What should I thank then IS TATA DOCOMO doesn't have modern technology? If so its shame on TATA DOCOMO.I was having very good faith on TATA DOCOMO, now I am losing that faith.Before other lose faith on them I hope TATA DOCOMO will update their technology.
    It is faster than customer care. Get your complaint resolved quickly.


    I do not think so becoz, no response from TATA DOCOMO at all.Ask them To Up date their Technology so that they can give better service.

      I have a Tata DOCOMO prepaid connection No. [protected] for over last three years. On 25th October 2012 when I was attending a call, the call was disconnected. When I enquired with customer care they were unable to explain anything and advised to contact Tata DOCOMO Gallery at Pune. Pune Gallery customer care executive advised to contact Tata DOCOMO Gallery in Mumbai. On 27th October I contacted Chembur Tata DOCOMO Gallery. The customer care executive there first verified my personal details, identification and was satisfied about its authenticity. However he told me that my connection has been disconnected because of negative response to Tata’s request to me to convert the connection to post paid category. I recollect executive from Tata DOCOMO calling me to request to convert my connection to postpaid. As I was happy with prepaid connection I refused such conversion.
      I have notified Tata DOCOMO that action of deactivating my connection unilaterally without prior notice is violation of consumer right. Due to this astonishing act I am totally disconnected from my official and personal acquaintances causing unwarranted misunderstanding eventually resulting in irreparable loss.
      In response to my mail Tata DOCOMO vide e-mail dated 1st November 2012, communicated their apology and requested to submit a fresh Customer Application Form & complete supporting documents at any TATA DOCOMO / INDICOM outlet or any nearest retailer shop. The services will be restored shortly after submission & verification of your complete documents. I have complied with their requirements on 3rd November 2012. While submitting documents I have put complete facts before the Customer Care Executive at Chembur Gallery. While discussing, it was revealed that the [protected] is now in category of Diamond number and sold at premium price of Rs. 7500/-
      I would like to submit that I am a responsible State Government Official. When I was designated as Officer on Special Duty to Honorable Minister Public Health Department of Maharashtra, I have bought this premium number at premium price. I have furnished all documents when I bought the connection including my official Photo ID. Eventually I was transferred to Pune. Tata DOCOMO’s plea of negative verification is totally insincere. Tata should have contacted me on my cell number through call, SMS and even e-mail asking me to furnish KYC documents. Instead Tata DOCOMO has unilaterally disconnected services of my number. Action of Tata DOCOMO is totally surreptitious and warrants intervention of Honorable Consumer Protection Forum. I would also like to submit that I have balance of over Rs.2700/- on my connection. Further I have recharged special SMS and GPRS packs which have ample balance.
      I have travelled from Pune to Mumbai twice for complying formalities asked by Tata DOCOMO which cost me over Rs. 5000/-. The loss due to sudden disconnection is immeasurable and irreparable. As I have presented myself in Tata DOCOMO Gallery personally for proving authenticity, Tata DOCOMO may please be directed to reactivate my cell number [protected] immediately.

      Sir I am located i Bangalore. I had lodged earlier also complaints against billing by Tata docomo on tata photon no. [protected] though i had surrenedered the instrument in the month of March 2012. Two months bill of Rs.1854/-was sent to me. after the complaint it was stopped. Again i received Rs.417/- bill. I lodged complaint with Tata Docomo vide no. 712428. I dont understand why Tata Docomo raining bills though the datacard was surrendered?

          My Photon number is [protected] and i tried to submit the same complaint from phoyon website but it is giving me an error of "contact administrator", My main concern is stated below :
          I bought this photon with a 1st month free 6GB usage at a speed o[censored]pto 3.1mbps but the worst speed that i am gettng is below 1 mbps and sometimes 0.50mbps. Your customer care executives just know how to disconnect the call when they are not able to give any solution to the customer.
          Hope to get this issue fixed as soon as possible or else i am leaving this service.

            I'm using Tata Docomo ([protected])from last 3 months regularly balance deduction problem facing from main balance, last month when i was made complaint then service provider credited my deducted balance but now last week i was in Maharashtra state and my main balance was 237.32rupees but main balance 237RS/- deductected while i was in roaming without any reason & i was tried to call to customer care but didn't get connect. & i m just checked the last three transduction there also shown only 2 out going calls & 1 incoming call which had made by me after that calls balance was 233.32RS,

            when main balance was deducted that time remaining balance was only 0.37RS but after two days & now balance is 0.77RS so how could it possible? what they think about costumer? And when we need help from CC that time they never responds so why give the permission to provide a service to customer when they are not able.
            so just have to think the service provider 237RS is small amounts for normal customer Kindly do needful for customer satisfaction

              For the past few months docomo have been continuously unfairly charging me for services I didnt activate. They have charged me 15Rs for buying podcast on facebook marketing several times. They have charged me 30Rs for activating records club. And several other VAS have been activated without my permission which deduct money ranging from 2 to 30rs.

              At first I used to tolerate it because it used to be 2-3Rs and I didnt have time to port my number to other network, but now it has increased and they suddenly deduct 15-30Rs from my balance, so its a big loss even if I immediately cancel the service. If this happens again I will be forced to port my number to other network as I have lost around 200Rs to this already.

                MY Name is Yogesh Kumar , I am a user of Tata photon . My Tata Photon nu is [protected].
                I buy this data card in 2011 . I buy this data card with postpaid connection . then i convert my data card postpaid to prepaid .
                Now i received call form Tata customer care that there is some outstanding amount of Rs 496. Pls tell me without paying or clearing my amount how Tata people convert my data card postpaid to prepaid . If there is any dues then why u not tell me . after 2 years i receive a call that I have to Pay Rs 496. this is not so big amount but pls tell me when convert my data card in Prepaid how its possible that any amount is pending. I am using this nu [protected] in prepaid . pls check my last Recharge value .

                Its my request to u pls Shout Out this matter.

                      i am using TATA docomo internet from last 1 year with there free packages but while i am using MoneyControl android application they are deducting 10paisa for every 10 kb.I had talk with MoneyControl guys thay are saying it is absoluaty free and it is not chargable as all over india using it free then why TATA DOCOMO charging me for this from LAST more than 6 monts i had mark complaint to Consumer Court but no respons from that guys.kindly help me as it is very irritating.

Till now my sim has not been activated. It is very sad & disappointing to get such an awful service from a Company so Established. I hope i receive a closure from this experience soon.                           I hv purchased a TATA PHOTON + Modem by SATYAGEETA COMMUNICATION, a retailer in Jodhpur with a promise of getting it activated by the same day. i hv submitted all documents as asked by retailer at the purchase time, However my verification was done in 5 days. Since i was in urgent need of modem, I hv purchased another modem of some other vendor after two days. Now i don't need the second modem so i requested the retailer to take that modem back and refund my money. But he denied.
                          Further i requested TATA DOCOMO to resolve the issue but they did not give me any satisfactory answer.

                            Since it's a huge amount i cant afford i want my Rs 99/- refunded as soon as possible.

                              Out of these 5 charges, for SNo-1, I got an SMS informing me that some NAUGHTY jokes service has been activated on my cell. I HADN'T subscribed for it. Yet, immediately I sent a STOP NTY mesg to the given number, and I did get the cancellation message as well. I still have it. Yet, the charges are levied against my number.

                              For the rest of the services -
                              1. If you observe, all of them (including the NTY service) got activated within 15 seconds - how is it possible for a normal human being to activate 5 services within 15 seconds?
                              2. What is Bairy Piya? What is Suraj Hua Madham? What is GSM_LATENIGHT?
                              3. I was told these are some downloads. I already have 3G activated on my account. Why do I still get charged for downloads?
                              4. I wanted to know the links against which these downloads happened. I was told no further information is available.
                              5. If you are charging Rs.49 and Rs.99 for a service, isn't it your responsibility to maintain records about it? On what basis are you charging Rs.100 if you don't have any further details about it? If you still charge, how is it different from extortion?
                              6. What is meaning of Topup for a post-paid number?

                              Isn't it crystal clear from the timing of activation of the services itself, that these are false charges? If docomo prides itself about great customer service, why is it so hard for your complaint resolvers to understand the basic premise of a customer complaint?

                              I have called up customer service, and they were pathetic. I raised it to the appellate (appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com) couple days back, and I haven't even received any response!!

                              I had trusted my previous good-customer-service experience with Docomo, and paid my full bill on 11-Dec morning, sure that they will be graceful enough to acknowledge. How wrong I was!

                              If these charges are not reversed in my next bill, I will not take this lying down, and will lodge a complaint in consumer-court. This is fraud, and you should be shameful for not acknowledging it even after a customer has brought it to your notice.

                                My Name Shambhunath Kuril. Sir, I'm using tata docomo postpaid connection [protected]. Sir complain is that company change my tariff plan without my permission. After I complained them but they didn't give correct answer and now they block my customer care service and don't answering my Email. And sir, they doing these type scam to my all tata docomo numbers.

                                Right now I'm using more than 10 tata docomo connect and they doing this type of scam in all number, so sir I need your help.

                                  Why always an innocent customers get suffer

                                  Please remember me I am Mr Sarada Prasanna Guru Mohapatra. I was the common man who raise hand against pre-activation of sim card. Now it happened that all operators are taking 3-4 days time to activate a new prepaid sim card.

                                  Sir I got connected to Tata Docomo since last 5-6 months. I got two numbers of connection one for my Father ([protected]) and one for me ([protected]). I used to my bills in time. I have taken all connections in my name only. Due to some reason my father's bill was not paid & bill amount was Rs 2840/- after knowing the fact I paid Rs 2440/- and closed that number on 30th nov 2012.

                                  Today when I was out of town with my client. Suddenly I found that my outgoing is barred. When I asked customer care, at-first they advised to go for Tata Docomo Hub and get activated. At that place I don't get any hub of Tata Docomo. Again when I contact them, they informed me as you don't pay bill of mob: [protected], your outgoing calls are barred. Then I also give them the money receipt number. But they compel me to go nearest Tata Docomo Hub. I do not find any hub. So I had to travel another 70kms to get their hub. In hub they emailed that dues have been cleared.

                                  Sir you can understand my situation, I am in what tension and pressure???

                                  Why customer care???

                                  When I am giving detail of money receipt, why they don't help me???

                                  How is it justified that after making payments a customer can be treated like this???

                                  Who will compensate my business loss???

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I, Anil Kumar (mobile number - [protected]) is a Tata Docomo’s postpaid customer with GPRS 2 [protected]@50 pack. I switched over to Docomo from Idea earlier this year. Now it seems it is the worst decision I have taken in my life. I have been overcharged for three months through bills dated 07-Nov-12, 07-Oct-12 and 07-Sep-12. Overcharging resulted due to activation of ‘dive-in’ service which was activated by Tata Docomo without my knowledge. Tata docomo agreed to this glitch but is not ready to refund my Rs 592. Does it make sense to pay Rs 592 when I haven’t even used my Rs 50 gprs completely in any of these months? Here is summary of overcharge:

                                    Sep - Rs 49
                                    Oct - Rs 99
                                    Nov - Rs 444
                                    Total - Rs. 592
                                    This amount of 592 + service tax at 12% should be completely refunded.


                                    Here is the history of my communication with Tata Docomo:

                                    19th Nov 2012 – sent my complaint through e-mail and got docket number[protected].

                                    20th Nov 2012 – Customer care called up and informed that I had clicked on chargeable links and was charged accordingly. She had no answer when I asked who activated this service. She refused to refund.

                                    24th Nov 2012 – I paid my Nov bill completely.

                                    8th Dec 2012 – I called customer care again in morning. Arshin Seth (customer representative) told that I had activated Dive-in through my mobile’s munu. When I asked her to tell me from where on mobile we can activate or deactivate this service, she started telling me about some menu which I could not find on my phone till date. She also informed me that whenever ‘dive-in’ has been used, user gets intimation in form of SMS. Neither I activated any such service on my phone, nor did I get any intimation of service activation or service usage. She refused to refund the amount too.

                                    8th Dec 2012 - Same day, I went to FC road office in Pune. Customer representative Sagar Joshi could not find any dive-in menu on my mobile phone. He agreed that Tata Docomo wrongly activated service called ‘dive-in masti’ which resulted in excess charges. They deactivated dive-in service but refused to refund, not even for goodwill.

                                    11th Dec 2012- send e-mail to Tata Docomo’s appallete authority but they refused to accept their fault, let alone refunding money.

                                    All the customer representatives never asked me about my phone model/operating system before starting to tell me about dive-in menu. Are they not aware that menus are different on different phones? I got irritated by this technical illiteracy of the customer service. Pathetic!!!!

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I've two Vodafone postpay numbers (I'm not giving numbers here for privacy, I can give numbers on secured link). I wanted to Port to Docomo.
                                      I was contacted by your executive Nisha (phone number [protected]) on 30th November and had a plan details call from Mr. Syed (Phone: [protected]). Both of these are from Professional Enhanced Services Code: [protected])
                                      So, on 1st December, 2012, I signed documents for portability, gave UPC received from Vodafone and handed over the documents along with ID proof, address proof and photograph to executive sent by Mr. Syed (Executive name Rajesh, phone: [protected]).

                                      I also paid Rs. 300/- as plan fee , which was supposed to be returned in 3 bills. (I have receipt for this payment).

                                      But till now no porting has been done and no status has been provided. Seems like they never processed my request and took away my money as well. when I call these executives (Syed and Nisha), they don't pick my call. I've sent many sms but no updates.
                                      As per TRAI rules porting should be done within 7 days, but till now nothing has been done. I've not been updated about any status too.
                                      These guys also allocated a new number[protected], as it is my family (999 plan). I've never used this number. and I asked them to activate new number only after porting is done first for my current two numbers.
                                      This type of service certainly causes bad names to Docomo, as I've already started telling my friends not to take docomo connection. I've faced such a harrassment.

                                      Can you provide me status of porting of my Vodafone numbers and can you take some actions against these executives and this agency?. I'm trying to call them almost everyday but no response.
                                      I don't know where to go or what to do, as I'm stuck in no where. If my porting request has not been processed, then please stop that and give my documents back to me.
                                      I dont want any Docomo connection any more. I have never seen such a worse customer service anywhere.

                                        Unwanted Photoshoot Alert Service:

                                        Photo-shoot Alert Service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day ( @ Rs 2/ day for the last 2 months).
                                        When I try to deactivate the service from cutomer care IVRS; it says that I donot have any service activated.
                                        Further more there is no option in the IVRS to talk to a customer care service team and get it de-activated.
                                        I have tried to actiavate the DND facility , even then it does not stop!

                                        I would like to deactivate the service.
