Hi,
I had made a 150 rs top up transaction on a tata docomo no : [protected] on 18th Dec 2012 with the transaction no as mentioned in my bank slip as [protected]. But when i finished my transaction it gave me a transaction unsuccessful remark however the money from my account was deducted. I thought i would get the refund in 5 days but this is 8th day hence i am lodging a complaint. I would request tata docomo to return my money or process the same on my above mentioned mobile no.

        Its being more than 20 days and still no activation of photon has been possible.
        Callcentre peoples are literally doing nothing.Being aTATA employee I feel very pathetic about a service u r providing You are not able to activate ur fresh device.
        Please can u activate this photon else you can take your device and give me required amt of money which I have payed through online transaction.

            I want to inform you that on 25/12/2012 the sum of about 39 rs deducted from my number [protected] without any service activated (they tell I have activated Powerplay Cricket Service). I have complained 2 times but nobody listen. I want my balance back because I am not using any service. I just use this number for calling. I complain but they say go to Tata Gallery. What can I do ? When they get more balance they deduct from it. Tata Docomo costumer are fed up of. -SALMAN HASAN

              This is Esther. I got a new tata docomo sim card in Bangalore. As am from tamil nadu, i was in need of a new karnataka sim to cut off the roaming charges. I paid for the sim on a friday. They said no activation on weekends, then on sunday i got a call from docomo office that my signature has found to be mismatched. so i gave another identity proof. Again i went on monday for enquiry and i got a reply that tuesday is christmas and i will get the sim activated only on thrusday. Really got much fed up of their service. There maybe people who cheat but we people are getting affected. Now am searching for a network which gives me a satisfied customer service

                purchased new GSM SIM (sim number:[protected], sorry I can't put my number on any social site) on[protected] but still it is not activated. I didn't received any tele verification call. Customer care told me to call on 59059. I tried several time to call but not able to do so. Computer voice responded as "this number is not correct. please check and redial".
                I purchased SIM from Badhoi (Varanasi) my home town and now (as on[protected] I am back to my working place Delhi.
                I am already using IDEA and Photon+ of DOCOMO Service but didn't face such type of problem. please activate this SIM.

                  I am been charged Rs. 3 on a daily basis from 10-5-11 for something named as MVC, i.e, in the morning, 6:28 am.
                  I have asked about MVC, to the customer care for many times, but of no use.
                  Some are telling it is a sms pack, some are telling its link message activation charges, in short, everyone are giving me different information, Different executive-Different Information.
                  I have activated DND, so I should not get any link messages, if I am getting it, and some plans are activated, then its not my fault, but its ur fault, right?
                  Some has suggested me to follow the process, “Diving- My A/c-Off”, but when I followed such process. Got the message displayed as “Yo have not subscribed for any of the product”.
                  One has guided me to th TATA DOCOMO Gallery, but hadn’t given me the proper address.
                  So now , I want my deducted charges, amounted to Rs.9, as I have contact the customer care, on the very first day, and they assure me whatever is the plan , it has been deactivated, and I wont be charged again, but I am been charged.
                  So please deactivate that MVC, and provide me the assurance that I wont be charged again for any of the wrong thing,,,,,
                  If I will be charged again, I will immediately port out the services……
                  company always start the service without taking the permission of customer and deduct the customers balance and customercare tells wrong information to customer and always they are angry .......service like tata i channels. they activated by own !

Last one year I am using this service in this period so many time they(tata docomo network) activating any one of the plane in my mobile and deducted the amound from our balance, then after Iam contacting the customer care officer they tell that any one of the plane is activated in our mobile and after they deactivate that service. Now what is happening that , they activating any one of the plane and try to contact to the customer care that time nobody will attent our calls also.                   Hi Team,

                  I am facing issue in balance deduction from the two days. I have recharged 250 on 23/08/13. My main balance was around 200Rs on 26/08/13, it is deducted completely to zero. Then i rechareged 30 Rs then i called customer care the told i have used the data. They said to check me to send SMS DATA to 121. I dont see any related information of last data usage. After that my main balance was showing again zero. Then i again rechaged 30 then it was showing 40Rs. I am confused about the billing system of docom. There might be it is considering my last mont data pack and showing main balance. Please check with Docom team to resolve it leagaly.

                    I recently walked into a Tata Docomo store to get My Family plan (999 monthly rental) after seeing the tariff on their website. So, I submit all the required documents and signup for 999 monthly rental myfamily plan with 4 connections. The in-store official said that it would be done in a few days. Fine, after some time when the numbers were activated I saw the plan was changed to 1999 monthly rental. When asked why did this happen, they said that for 999 family plan, the maximum number of connections was 3.
                    But in the Tata Docomo website and the in-store official clearly says that for 999 plan the number of connections must be between 2 and 5. And I had applied with 4 connections. After having told this endlessly to the customer care, I gave up.
                    So, now I end up paying 1999 monthly rental. Clearly, something is wrong on Tata Docomo's side. I am just waiting for 90 days to complete to port out of this deceiving network. Their advertisements about transparency is very misleading. Please do not go to this network.

                    Tatadocomo — three month tariff plan

                    i have taken three months tariffs plan on 25 february 2012 at Rs 68 / 30 paise 60 second. but this tariffs plan cosed on 08 april 2012. kindly verify its. our mobile no is [protected]

                    Here is the summary of all the problems I am facing with your network:

                    Hello,
                    I have been problems with this network since the day I joined it. I am writing with very little hope that you will be able to solve the below issues:

                    1. Name: correct name is - <can't put name here, see the email sent to [protected]@tatadocomo.com>

                    2. Plan: I applied for Myfamilysmall with 999 rental. Your website and store official say that there could only be maximum of five connections in this plan. Currently, there are only three numbers in my account (9xxxxx3499, 7xxxxx3499 and 784xxxxx99). You still put me on the Myfamilymedium 1999 rental plan. I am not going to pay the extra thousand rupees.

                    3. Number 9xxxxx3499: It always shows roaming sign over the signal bars even when I am inside the home (chennai) circle. I am sure you will be charging me roaming rates, which is not fair.

                    4. Numbers 784xxxxx99 and 7xxxxx3499: cannot make outgoing calls. Your customer care executive told me switch on and off the mobile phone. I did that and still I cannot make outgoing calls. They then told me call 59059 to activate the line. I called 59059, it said that I am already an existing customer. I still cannot make any outgoing calls. When calling again to the customer care explaining this issue, they say that the line is active. I do not understand if this is the solution to the problem.

                    So, it hasn't been even a month since I joined this god forsaken network and I am in a plethora of troubles. Every time I call your customer care they put me on long holds and will not put me across to the supervisor when unable to solve the issue (reference: Shijin - your customer care executive). In the end, I have only one number from which I can make outgoing calls (9xxxxx3499) - with roaming charges on home network. And for this, I will be asked to pay 1999 + taxes.

                    I hope that you will understand and solve my issues (I must be mad). If not, all I can do is wait for the 90 days to complete and port out.

                      I am using Tata docomo prepaid connection([protected]) since last 20 months. This number was registered for all my banking transactions. Now this service got stopped without any intimation. I inquired at a Tata outlet. They are saying it was registered with some other person name. I purchased the SIM in one shop. I produced all supported documents. The SIM has balance of Rs.500/-.

                      How can I get my money and connection back. Kindly help me in this.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I like to highlight how datacard distributors & then the services provider misguide ,ignore their responsibility . I purchase TATA Photon Plus form tele marketing (photon number [protected])
                        On 06.12.2012 an executive called me & given details about photon plan, services.

                        I purchase the same on 07.12.2012 the same executive had given me bill of Rs.2299.00 from
                        Finix Teleservices,Shivaji Nagar ,Pune. After 3-4 days I called the executive of still not activated my
                        Service as per commitment ,he started ignoring ,giving excuses & then I called on Finix Telservices number which was printed on the bill they were surprise of such transaction ,guided me to contact the executive who had provided me photon after lots of follow-ups & will give police compliant the executive given me pin with service will be soon get activated but it took 12 days to get started
                        On 19.12.2012 I received the welcome message & service started with low speed

                        I continuously started calling Tata Photon customer care ,mailed them about the low speed & network issue (Download Speed 0.109 Mb/s & Upload Speed 0.033 Mb/s) but same reason from them of technical problem with their end & will get sort out soon ,its almost 16-17 days I am facing the same problem with not any feedback or reply from service provider .

                        I feel they market prepaid plan in lower rate with more GB & then after sale start ignoring their
                        Commitments, its like all chain of cheating, running away from their responsibilities.

                                    I have recharged my mobile with 250 Rs plan on Oct 29th 2012. I was under impression that I would get unlimited 3G in my mobile. But believe me, even after adding tata.docomo.internethvc APN I could not browse to the Internet. I really respect Tata as a brand, but unfortunately the name is being spoilt by their customer care executives.

                                    I even have some names from customer care executives who could not solve my problem for the entire month. Unfortunately the plan lasts for a maximum period of 30 days.

                                    People who I've contacted : Nagesh G, Thomas, Kranthi, Sathyanarayana, Sanjay,Sateesh,N Naresh & Sudhakar from customer care.

                                    Now, do you really think Tata should launch these new plans without educating their own staff / customer care ?

                                    Now I'm facing the same problem with 2G pack now. I've just recharged my mobile with 81Rs. But I do not seem to get any 2G or internet. Why the hell we people should spend so much money when you do not have proper customer care executives ? I've called them 10 times, out of which 9 times they are busy and they ask me to write an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and the other time a lady picks the call and cuts the call in a couple of seconds. I demand Tata docomo to refund my 81Rs and I request them to train their custom care people. I request them not to waste our time.
