tata indicom bihar circle, deducted my 10 rupees twice.when contacted customer care, they told u have subscribe a sms pack which i have not .now cc is not contacted.what i have to do?

I have a Tata CDMA num that is [protected] and i start a VAS service but after some time i check my balance, it shows appox 200 Rs is debited from to my account. Kindly check this and revert my ampount other wise i have to go customor complain court for the same.

Hi,my tata indicom mobile no. [protected] i have purchase a tata indicom handset (C-6000 haier) .near by shop in mohan garden uttam nagar . dealer tell me If you are purchase (c-6000haier)handset you wiil be get 1200min.local &std for these min. using peirod 4 months & it price only 1250rs. I have purchase this set and same time i will get the free mins.tata indicom send me a sms ( you have get 1200mins. local &std using periods.last date august 2009) when am i use the handset 1 month. tata indicom cut my 517min local&std 8th april 2009.
i will call tata custmer care executive talk to him and tell him my problem he said your 517mins cut by a mistake we will refund you in short time (11/04/2009) . executive send me a sms(dear custmer, we have registerd your complaint under service request BAL[protected] WE SHALL GET BACK TO YOU WITH THE RESOULATION ) but this is long time to go he have not solve my problem.& tell me you have get by mistake double talktime .we will cut this talk time so we are not refund this min.
he tell me kinds of reasons.
1. you get double talktime.
2. you have replace your sim card another mobile
3. your dealer give you wrong simcard this sim is hero samsung handset sim card so we cut the your talktime
