Customer service staff are cheats, they rob and hack customer's internet usage.

VSNL — Net usage problem

Hi Team,
This is Dheeraj from Bangalore log in id [protected]@vsnl.net.

I took tata indicom net connection last month 9th and I had not used net continuously throughout the month because of network issues from your side dates like Jan - 10, 11, 29, 30, 31 & Feb 1, 2, 3, 6.

I gave complaint regarding this. Please check the details regarding the same I had not used the internet provide me the loss time for that & refer complaint # 8704902.

my complain was lodeged 137181, 137277, 137411, 137091 but no soloution you can make. i think i am great fool to chosse tata indicom.now i want to ask is my any bill pending then why harrasment given to coustomers
