TATA Indicom — Gave a old faulty set for new land line
I was canvassed by a telecaller to get a Tata indicom landline connection. I agreed. I paid Rs.1300 as per their request. They gave me a old already used and warranty less LG instrument called LSP 350T. From the day one I was not able to make calls. So many time I have complained but no positive response to replace the set. Instead they made me to run from one service to other service centre of LG. There they took my Rs.59 for checking and gave report that the instrument was old one and there is no warranty or any replacement from LG side. The mother board is to be replaced. But when i request for a replacement from the service provider, no one is responding. Everone from the Tata indicom says that They have finished selling the instrument to me. so I have to take care of repairing it. What is the logic. When a faulty set is delivered. and I have also complained to them immediately. Beware of getting Tataindicom. you also may be put to same kind of trouble.
