[Resolved] TATA Indicom CDMA 1X USB Modem — Not working | |
Dear Sir in Dec 2008, I purchase a USB modem with post paid connection. it was working properly up to Sep - Oct 09, but after that it was not working at all. when i connect it , it show that the internet connection connected at 230 kbps, but i could not do any work. despite repeated complain, no action has been taken. so after that I stop the payment. Then in the month of Feb. 10 one person came to me gave me offer that if i paid the bill amount, then he will give me the two month free use of the internet connection. He also assure me regarding the quality of the service. I go with thgis offer & paid the bill amount. But after some days it stop working, I have made several complain but all in vain. Now i feel cheated by Tata Indicom. If any body is there from the company who is listening this. My Tataindicom No- [protected] Account No[protected] Name- Manoj Kumar Saini. the driver installation of tata indicom cdma 1xUSB modem has been mispalced & required the same to use the plud & surf instrument My instolation cd lost so please you give me soft copy of istolation software.

Dear Sir,I purchased Tataindicom CDMA 1X USB Modem a few months back. I was very happy with service up to the last week. While accessing the modem in the starting itself, it shows error 361 or 861 with out entering the net after authentication. Will you please check it for furthur help. My Modem No: [protected]

Sir,I Use Our Tata indicom SXC1080 CDMA USB MODEM .it's ask re install tata indico dailer .i try to remove old tata indicom dailer but it is not removed how to remove that dailerTATA — modem not working properly

i have purchase tata indicom dialer 1xusb modem, i noticed that from frist few days, the modem works very good, its internet access speed was also very good, but now its speed becomes very slow, and thats y i m not satisfied about the product, wil u please halp me , that how can i increase speed?Thanks & Regards
