on 13th feb 2011 at 9:29pm i called to the customer care to know my daily free balance for 299RC. they gave wrong info regarding the balance.... when i came to know that the info is wrong, i again called customer care on same day at 09:43pm, and told that the last person who had talk to gave wrong info and why did he do so? while i'm talking to him, he cut my call.. from the next time i called many times to the customer care but my call is not connected to the representative.. TATA INDICOM introduced 299/- offer in which free unlimited calls to all TATA networks and 30 minutes free TT on every day to other networks.. but they didn't gave any separate inquiry number to know the daily free TT except 12524.. i was buy three set of CDMA mobile from tata indicom at before 5 days but still my document not reach at main pffice and they are doing cheating.....
