Tata Indicom — Worst Customer Service | |||
Tata Indicom customer service is the worst customer service i had ever seen. Please never choose Tata Indicom. When i want to change my dialer tone, i have contacted the customer service at least 20 times for the past one month and i am unable to change my dialer tone atlest. I have been charged for SMS and Calls so far 50/- But no use. We can speak to customer care executive only once a day.. ha ha ..What a worst service it is.... The customer service of Tata Indicom Prepaid is the worst one that i have experienced all my life. there are no executives who can speak in english.Hindi is the default language..in case if one wants to choose english, he cant. The executive says "kya main aapse hindi mein baat kar sakta hu?" Its ok if one speaks in Hindi..but its literally poor communication skills. Is anyone hired for as a CCE? Are there no interviews taken? If they are..then y is the quality of CCE is been compromised? Its the worst one can ever experience. You get irritated when u hear the CCE talks to u. Pl remember your executive represents your company.
I made a call today and was not satisfied with your executive because i the information i wanted was not available with him. I asked him to transfer the call to some senior person. He was so stubborn & said that no i wont do it coz i think i have cleared all your doubts. Excuse me..!! who will decide if he has cleared my doubts or not.. Him or Me. Still when i insisted, he held my call for 10 seconds and then disconnected it. It could not be rude than this.
Last time also when i called, the executive was in such a hurry..i m asking him questions, in between he was like "kya aapko aur koi jaankari chahiye?". he never let me finish. Is one call limited to only 1 query? The same line your executive said atleast 5 times and i had no option but to hang up without my query been resolved.
It really is a waste of time and a bad experience with Tata Indicom prepaid customer care.
FYI..In my family, we have 5 tata indicom connections, out of which 2 we have already discontinued..and i guess this quality of customer service will force me to stop indicom at all.
See to it that your executives are upto the mark. Spending a little more on salary of CCEs is ok..but having a bad word is far more worse..

customer service executive — worst customer service i had ever in my life
I had the worst experience regarding the customer service from AIRTEL and u people have a long IVR process which" SUCKS"...people customers are not to irritate them...u should try to help them man...urs customer executives really are the worst i had ever experienced...PLS prove that its AIRTEL not SUCKTEL...people try to gain up the name as u were before!!!
