[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Prepaid Connection — closed service of that connection

sir,
i want to close my tata indicom prepaid connection. my tata indicom no. is [protected]. i lost that sim.but i know whose have that sim but i can,t took return from him .so i requested you to close this connection as soon as possible. this connection is took my brother manish sharma.plz tell me what is the procedure to close this connection..

TATA Indicom — Disconnent the service without prior notification

Sir,

I had the prepaid service of tata telecom services,which i am used in postpaid for one year.after that i migrate this no. to prepaid 2 months before.yesterday my incoming & outgoing services are disconnected by the service provider without any prior notification.after enquired from custmer care i came to know that this cell no. is disconnected due to non sbmission of identity proof.

I m failed to understad tha if there os not any identity proof with them,then how they continue this no. for two months.

Now I want to claim the loss & harrasment which i suffered due to disconnection of the service.My cell no. is [protected].

Please guide me that how to proceed.

From TATA side on 11/01/2010 my phone no. permanently disconnect and when I logged the complaint in CC and asked Why you have to disconnect my phone without any priror notice then they said actually we don't know why that phone disconnect and within 48 hours your phone will be activated from our side and till know that phone not activated and still they don't have reason of phone disconnecting and as per my today's conversation they still want 2 days time. I don't know where I am wrong and why user facing that unnecessary problem.

haI ve purchased a prepaid sim card from a retailers shop, by submitting all the necessary documents. Got it activated and got it dectivated without the prior information. I went back to the retailer and resubmitted all the documents. Then again the number did not activated and then again i resubmitted all the documents but this time to an executive of Tata Indicom.my services are still deactivated. but this time to an executive of Tata Indicom.my services are still deactivated.

I have submitted photocopies as a photo identity & adresses proof .

hello sir, I submitted my document twice but my phone is blocked no. [protected]
this is not fair. if I am submitted document at the first time then how you blocked my phone .other provider does not do this .they only required documents at the first time. when there is call my number from customer care . i tell only wrong address for that my phone is blocked. this very bad .but i tell my name true . I forgot my address which is perviously whhere I am live.
U r n/w also veryy low in my city.always range problem . so please kindly on my number.

I have tata indicom walky prepaid, my no is [protected]

last 2 months my no. is disconnected without inform to me..when i met tata docomo office in bhavnagar (gujarat)
they told your Number is disconnected and your Number will never active..and u will never add new Number in your walky..So my walky is now a toy..why i m not infromed by call or a message that your walky will be discconnected if you not recharge it.

i have this No.from last 9 years
i want my walky active by new or old number..Kindly do the need ful
