[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — recharge

Respected sir,

i recharge my cell phone number [protected] dated 14/03/09 with amount of RS.699 to get all india tata to tata calling free but they still charge all my call to tata to tata i register complain to tata indicom customer care on dated 14th march 2009 at time 3.05 pm complain number is BAL[protected] and they send sms to wait 24 hours after copmlition of 24 hours i converse with them they told us to wait for 48 hours from the time of complain after complation of 48 hours still my problem is not resolve and they still told me to wait for another 48 hours.
please do the needfull and take action as soon as possible.

I tried to recharge my mobile No. [protected] through Tata Indicom's website on 29th July, 2009. Surprisingly, the money was deducted from my A/c, but my mobile was not recharged. Never approach Tata Indicom, it has lost its image in the last 2-3 yrs.

SIR,

I RECHARGED MY TATA INDICOM PREPAID NO.[protected] TWICE BY ON LINE RECHARGE RS.50/- BOTH TIME BUT DID NOT GET BALANCE YET.WHILE MY BALANCE DEDUCTED IN PNB ACCOUNT.

PLEASE SIR CHECK IT & REFUND MY 50+50=100/-AMOUNT.

mera naam mohit hai,mera tata indicom ka mobile conection hai jiska mo. no.[protected] hai.maine[protected] ko Rs. 499 ka recharge karwaya.lekin is plan ka koi bhi laabh mujhe abhi tak nahin mila.costumar care par kai baar baat karne par koi solustion nahin mila.so plz help me.

I pavan kumar done an online recharge for Rs.199 for talktime but we got tata to tata free minutes for 1month offer and currently i am using the tata to tata(999) 6months offer i dont want this 199 offer so i want the money back into talk time asap
