[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Regarding plan change

Dear Sir/Madam

This is Satyendra customer to tata indicom since 2009 and my number is [protected] and i am using pay for call plan where my call rates are Rs 1/10min during that time my monthly phone recharge used to be nearly Rs 400 to Rs 500 and i think i am one of the valuable customer to tata indicom and this plan should run till 2022 as it was gauranteed by tata indicom but now it changed to tata docomo and they changed recently my plan to Rs 1.50/8 min which is not my plan and without any intimation they changed my plan by sending an sms and my montly charges will gradually increase so please revert it to my previous plan if not its like cheating customer in the sense announced one plan and changing it to another plan and for further mail me to [protected]@gmail.com. even i spent lot of money on this number i gave 7 times my proof till now and spent nearly Rs 450 plus Rs 100 for mobile software only for this plan so i kindly request you to revert to my original plan and the signal became very bad after changing from tata indicom to tata docomo.

I gave this complaint on tata docomo but there is response is so harsh i said i[censored] dnt revert i will change means they are saying fine no probs. They are least bothered about customer they are telling your validity is expired so your offer is lapsed but my validity is till 2022 how it will be lapsed i request consumer to strictly ask them and do the justice

This is Govind, customer to tata indicom since 2009 and my number is [protected] .I am using pay for call plan where my call rates are Rs 1/10min . It was gauranteed by tata indicom that it is life time validity but now they changed recently my plan to Rs 1/min which is not my plan and without any intimation they changed my plan by sending an sms. TATA Indicom — changes in plans without intimation

hi i am rajat jain from kaithal haryana,
i took the Rs.2008 plan of tata indicom service last year which was valid for the year 2013 and talkvalue of Rs.2008. there was also the facilty o[censored]nlimited free calls from tata to tata number.
but on the new year eve when i made the calls on the tata number my balance was reduced by a great amount. i talked to costumer care of tata indicom for this topic but they simply said that company has made the changes in plans...
now the question arises that how can a company make this type of drastic changes in the active duation of a plan and that too without intimation.
This is nothing but just a fraud to the costumer.

the was said me there are not any plan like this but if you will purchase a new number we shall provide you this faculities.

so how it is possaible.

i can't cahnge my number but strongly need this facility on my mobile

TATA Indicom — change of phone no on change of tariff plan

I had plan of Home to mobile 125 plan. but I switched to DSL DS 207 Home Combo 499 Unlimited Plan. But the company changed my telephone no too. AS Per TRAI when you switch your tariff plan company can not change your telephone no. <br />
So what should I do now.

My Airtel number is[protected] at present i have e-mail plan 899 in my Black Barry set i want to change my e-mail facility plan from 899 to 299. There for I request to change my E-mail facility plan to 299 i.e Rs. 299/- (Rupees two hundred and ninely nine only) with immediet effiect and the same has to be intimate me through my e-mail ID also send SMS to my cell No.[protected].

TATA Indicom — Change Plan Without intimation

I am customer of TATA INDICOM from last 2 year and my no is [protected] under punjab telecom circle.i m using the plan of tata 450 honest plan. The no is on my name Amarjeet Singh, Mig 914 a Jamalpur Colony ludhiana, The company have change my plan without intimation. Under 450 honest plan all over india tata to tata free local and std, and now company give the plan with the same tariff but only 2000 std minutes are free with this plan. i m not going for this plan. i discussed same with tata customer care exe. name davinder singh and Sen Executive Miss. Kamal but they refuse to give me my existing plan and told its company policy and we cant do anything u do whatever you want. so please look in to the matter and give me justice.

Hi when i buy this connection you people says that it will lifetime free tata to tata all india.. Now i have received a letter from TATA that says my unlimited calls will be limited in std 2000 mins only why????
what the [censored]ing off mean this. i buy this coz it was all india unlimited free and now after more than 1 yr you saying for limit 2000. why. i dont want this
i want refund my all money i have paid from starting to this end . if you cant give unlimited service refund my all old. how can u change till i not allow for this. and i will put this complaint to all your higher authority also in consumer court.
1st you says for life long and now you are saying for limit. this is very cheap act to sell your [censored]ing connection. if someone meet me i wanna really beat you all f*"**cking people. i need solution understand???

TATA Indicom — Increase in Tariff Plan and without intimation

Sir,

I have Tata Indicom mobile connection [protected], when I got connection I was told by co. that T2T Calls are free unlimited. Then an SMS came that get recharge of Rs. 2008 and you will get the same schemme upto 2013. But then co. started deducting Rs. without any intimation to us. When I asked reason for this the person of co. told that they have discontinued the scheme and will give T2T free 600 minutes per month. Then in December 2009 they said that this scheme is also over (without any intimation to us) and we can get T2T unlimite minutes free on recharge of Rs. 51 by SMS to them. Then I got recharge of Rs. 51/-. But today when I called customer care that why now I am not being given T2T unlimited talktime on 51/- recharge. They said that co. has now withdrawn scheme o[censored]nlimited T2T. So, according to TRAI tariff charges can be lowered but cannot be increased. This means plan also cannot be changed if there is resultant loss of value. But TATA INDICOM is continuosly changing their plans and that to higher side. When I said this to the TATA INDICOM personals they said you may either approach TRAI or Consumer Court but we will from now not give free T2T talktime. So, please help me out of this.

TATA Indicom — I want to change My Plan

I want to change my Internet plan to DS206-rental 399/- +S.Tax with unlimited download as the present plan is giving no satisfactory performance. Every half an hour the internet gets disconnected.

I am very sad to hear this response from you how can you say that my validity is expired its upto 2022 year and when i purchased this number according to tata indicom they must provide the same plan till 2022 but unfortunately they merged/sold it to tata docomo which is non other thanb cheating valuable customers. So i knew that i am also a bit valuable customer but as said my phone is unreachable is incorrect no one called me i am in hyderabad. How can you say that i am unavailable(not reachable) means you are side tracking consumer complaint forums any how i am changing my network due to this irresponsible act. There is no forum that can help the customers regarding this must take appropriate action than we get some confidence.

I am not at all pleased with tata docomo network authorities answer. I am in hyd and i have full signal how they can say my mobile is not reachable and they are saying as per there records they found that my tariff offer has been lapsed due to the validity period has been expired. This is absolutely cheating customer my validity is till 2022 year how they can say that it has been expired i want to go legally by using this message which they posted previously and will see what will happen they are even cheating consumer form regarding this by making msgs to prove them positive and trustful no way they are doing fraud can they prove that. when i took this number they said this pay per plan offer one rupee 10 minutes is for lifetime but how they can change it. I lost faith on them so i kept my number for portability. This is what happening in india. we the people are being cheated by every one very bad. I wish this indian consumer complaint forum should stand behind us and must justify by questioning them strictly .
