Tata Indicom — SIM BLOCKED UNNECESSARY

Dear concern, My Mobile [protected] has blocked from 30th August 2013.I have requested for activation of the number many times but not getting any response. Kindly active the Number and Take your necessary action for activation of the number I have submitted My address and ID proof on your Tele -shop as per instruction.
