Tata Indicom — sim not working

Connection not working
I took a new connection and handset from Tata indicom office on 27 JAN 2013 I have submitted all my documents for connection verification twice to the dealer(Tata indicom Vikas puri outlet ) but still the services are blocked on my phone. Whenever I go to the office they say that your services will be activated by evening or late night.
Noboody responds properly at the office and it is extremely irresponsible attitude. They are more after minting money then caring and helping the customer.
When I contacted the customer care of tata indicom they are saying it will take another 7days to reactivate the phone since the documents are not received yet. I am facing lot of problem because of this plz help me out in this regard.
I have seen similar cases with other people also. (this no([protected]) sim card is not working, i cant do any outgoing calls from this sim, , plz call me this no [protected]...plz

TataIndicom — bad behaviour of repairing service provider & too much phone for address verification

10 to 15 days before i had visited tata service centre in chembur balaji to get my mobile repair as my mobile ringer and fm radio is not working properly. the attender ask us to come back in 20 minutes but after purchasing some food and nearly after 1 hours when wwe visited their he has not attended our mobile and and told us to come after two days. i visited their after three days but he has not attended my phone and the person who is reception is telling me that he is checking on his computer what happen about my mobile after some hot exchange of words he ask his technicians to get my mobile repair but i can see till that period he had not attended my mobile. and infront of me he open the mobile and repair with in five minute in between this the person who is on reception is asking me i[censored] had purchase tata mobile u have to wait here. he get my mobile repair for ringer but not for fm radio. that period only i complaint on 12524 to one of tata attender mr. prakash nagve as per him he had given me this name and told me i will know what action has taken on my complaint but he is not ready to give me any token number for my compliant. same thing happen today as i recomplaint and ask for token number some one in name of mangla as attend me and told me that they havew no such formet about giving token number for the complaint field by consumer and she told me that she is attending the complaint from pune branch. the real problem arise after the
complaint filed by the with 5 days i had received 25 calls for my address verification as i had submiteed my passport xerox for verification then why they are harressing me may be because i had filed one of their authorised serv ice provider.pls answer for this problem on my mobile number [protected] /[protected]/[protected]any of this number.

TATA Indicom — bad servicing

sir, tottally ur network and offers are good.iam using ur mobile from past 2years...but i got only 1 prob with u sir that i cant get a good mobile in ur store sir,,becz every 1 looking for a mobile wich contains mp3 player, and 2mp cemera with fm like this offers in low prize of 6000rs to 7000rs companies of nokia,or samsung, or sony errision,it not gets on ur store sir ,,becz iam waiting for 5 months for a good mobile in ur store sir but i didnt got and iam not satisified with the costs of motrolav2 and samsung flo, which in market price value is low but in ur store is high ...plz think abt this sir...... my mobile number is [protected].....
I am tata indiacom customer and having tata indicom mobile since last one year i never use to call customer care because, the line of tata customer service is always getting busy cannot contact to any customer executive.

I got sms from tata welcome ring tone I was interested to apply for welcome tunes, and as per the instruction the said to me select I already select. After some time i got sms for activation of caller tune but it was not from Don Special which was another old song and deducted charges. Then I send them sms to change my caller tune but they send me sms the said tune is not match for my cell phone and again they deducted charges and deduct sms charges. I got very angry and tried to call Tata customer servicethis companies service is too bad,because they always deducted our charges ,already they deducted charges wastely.If these procedures are continued iam not interested.please kindly verify this

TATA Indicom — Poor attitude with customers

Due to a very bad service, I disconnected the TATA Indicom line I had. It has been almost two months after I surrendered my equipment (Last week of October 2007), but I did not get my deposit (Rs 3000.00) so far. I don't know as to what right does TATA INDICOM has to keep my deposit money for two months after surrendering the equipment. I think this is a kind of scam wherein they keep customer's money in their bank and earn interest for free. Even BSNL won't do such things. They should be ashamed of this.

TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom is the worst service provider in India!

TATA is most cheater Telecom service provider in India.It is black spot on TATA Empire.Customer care executive are so rood and not focussed towards customer.They take customer for granted.Currently i am receiving outstanding letter from TATA Telecom at My Address.Rohan Salvi booked phones on my address. I don't know this guy who is Roha Salvi, how he successfull in getting TATA Indicom Connection at my Address.My Residence address belongs to me.Here TATA Indicom committed BIG CRIME and require to sue in COURT.I request DOT to Cancel TATA Indicom License and ask them to shut there Business.This crime might lead to other benefits to fraudster.I think TATA employee and outsource people might have connection with such known fraudster.Otherwise it is not possible to avail connection on anaybody address.
100 % agree boss. Worst service provider..

TataIndicom — deduction of 30 rs from my account by activating devotional services without asking me

hello sir ur company has deducted 30rs from my account by giving me devotional message service without asking me.
i have no need of this service please return my money
dear sir i am use tataindicom no, is [protected] and now i pay my this month bill of rs.383/- and the receipt no. is 30401 of shrinath communication, gandhi murti, meera marg, krishna tower, above ghoomer enterprises, pali-marwar -306401 but your service provider is talk to me for disconect my conection.then what can i do.i[censored] disconnect my no.then i complient for this

sir i am gokul i have purchase tataindicom on local customer set name haier 6000 but two times same complaint i give authorised service center he ask to exchange the cell but in local for new cell he not giving correct bill so pls ask and call me for my cell no:[protected],[protected],[protected] ask and call me sir

TATA INDICOM -PUNE — Worst Service Provider

TATA INDICOM as per my experience is the worst service provider. I have tried my level best to get a new connection but after struggling for last 2 weeks and submitting the documents twice to a company representative (SACHIN KHARAT) who considers himself as the owner of tata indicom and is misleading us from the first day but no action has been taken against him till now.

The company website for launching customer complaints is also fraud. Initially i was informed that my issues will be resolved within 6 hours and the only thing i received a mailer from the company that my issued has been resolved and they are closing the complaints but surprisingly no one has contacted me till now and nothing has changed .Complaint no 199998.

WE GIVE UP COMPLETELY

TATA Indicom — For wrong behaviour

I m a customer of tatadocomo, I am taking connnection of tataindicom since 1 year ago for my brother in law in my name. My brother in law default in payment of tata indicom bill. There are some recoveery agents from tata indicom continously approaching me to make the payment as it is my name. They are using wrong language and his behaviour are also too bad. They abuse me on the phone. Due to certain circumstances my brother in law right now not in touch with me, i am continously trying to approach him but unable to get him. iam also not in a position to make the payment. Please do needful in this manner

TataIndicom — Service and bad behaviour

Dear Sir

This is to bring into your notice that I Ajay Saini using Tataindicom Mobile No. [protected] in the name of my elder brother Praveen Saini.
On Dated 18 of September 2011, I noticed that without prior information and confirmation my out going has been deactivated.
I called up your customer care to know about the reason and I was told to submit my documents again.
I been at your New Friends Colony Branch on Dated 21.09.2011 to submit my Document again but they refused to give any receiving of the documents.
There was a Lady (Name was told me as Shalie ) sitting on Customer Relation Desk who was behaving very rudely with most of the customers. I approached her and narrate my grievance. But she said “आपका नंबर बंद हो गया तो क्या , अब ऐसा ही होता है ”
I asked her can you to give me in writing that Tataindicom is authorized to do like this with informing the customer, she said “NO “. Why we should give anything in writing.
The people sitting at your branch are representative of the TATAINDICOM and I am a Consumer, Who is going to take the responsibility?
I was suggested to talk at Customer care and the lady herself agreed
“Customer care वाले तो कुछ भी बोल देते है और झेलना हमे पड़ता है “
The way she was talking was very ridicules. I don’t know how the people working at the outlet can tolerate that lady.

When I forced them one CSE consulted with his senior sitting at back office and agreed to give me the photocopy of the form which was signed by me and I, myself went out to the market to get the photocopy of the same. CSE signed it and refused to stamp on it.

My grievance is, the same number is being used by my wife who is pregnant and the phone is the only contact between me and my wife, she lives alone in a house since I left my house early in the morning and come back at 11 at night. The number is very important because it is circulated to all our relatives and friends.

Kindly consider the matter and try to get it activated asap. And also request you to improve your customer relation “Do inform your customer and take in writing before activate and deactivate any schemes on customers Connection.
