TATA TeleServices — change of tariff
I have a tata indicom prepaid sim card no [protected] last one year when i purchase the sim card thae tariff was (old lets rock) without daily rental & since last one month the tariff was changed without any call or sms & converted into (Go power) with daily rental of rs 1.When i speak to a customer care executive he told me that the system is showing from the date of activation u r card is (Go power), but i am teling him that my card is not a (Go power) i told him i have a proof that sim card's packet but he is telling i cant help u more i m telling na that u r sim card is not a (old lets rock plan) your sim card is (Go power) & he disconnect the call. so what i do now?
