Tata Motors — Poor Customer Service
I am very sorry to complain about well reputed company(Tata Motors) who has choosen a worthless dealer (Manipal Auto.) for marketing their products in chennai.. where 100% very poor customer service.. is given to the Tata Cust.. I wonder whether its
" CUSTOMER SERVICE " or " CUSTOMER SHOULD SERVE US "
I order for a Indica Cab on the last week of aug' 08.. still now there is no clear answer for why the car has not been deleverd.. on the day of initial payment they executives told me that the car will be deleverd with in 7 days.. of time.. and when i went to their show room on the 7th day.. they told me that it will take.. another 3 days time to delever the car as there is a delay from the banking side.. and they told there will be verification will be done by the bank. within this 3 days of time.. and once we get the approval we will delever the car on the very next day.. So i came back.. and called them on the 3rd day the executive did pick up the call and didnt even have the curtesy to call me back... i would have call him for around 15 - 20 time.. but no answer or call back from their end. As i am working in a concern i busy for that whole week and i went on my week of.. he told me that the car car is ready and asked me to come and collect iton sunday.. i told him that there was no verification from the bank end.. then how its possible... to deliver the car.. the executive told me that through the internal communication i will get it done.. like this they kept me walking to their office for 2 months...
In this time period they told me different unbeliveable stories.. i kept hearing that was the only mistake i made.. because.. i want to start a business of my own thats why, i kept on noding my head.. Till the first two months.. they kept on saying different reasons and on the third month they told me that all thebanks have stopped their funds. So i asked them to cancel the car.. and asked them to give my money back.. on the last week october, but still now they havent given my money back.. and there is no reply when ever i call them.. as i am working i cant keep on going behind them for the money.
" Now neither Tata Motors or Manipal Auto. can give me back the time or money wasted "
I am very much SUPRISED how Tata Motors is not aware of this. I would kindly request Tata Motors to if have a regular check on their dealers.. So that the name and business of tata Motors does'nt go down and also i would request to give training for your dealers to how to provide " Customer Service and also ask them to speak the truth always what ever might be the reason.
