I have a Indica V2, which I have taken on loan from TMFL, I had issued 12 Cheques at the time of taking the vehicle delivery. later when the cheques were about to be exhausted i called up TMFL and issued the balance cheques to them. In october i received a call saying that there were no cheques balance. I told them to search as i had issued all the balance cheques to them together. They took 2 months to trace the cheques. Then they deposited the cheques and it was cleared. Now i am getting a call that 2 of my cheques had bounced and i need to pay 1800 charges. When i asked them to show me the proof for cheque bounce they just kept the phone. How can such a thing be allowed. i would like guidance on how i can take them to court on this issue. Which Tribunal should i approach, Please advise.

If you have any issues with them, first check with your bank. Check was there any instance of cheque bounce.If there was any bounce, it is a severe offense legally. But still TMF wont care much about that other than the heavy penalty. You can easily verify that by checking with the bank. If there was not any bounce, you have to contact the TMF manager at your place and a copy of the complaint to RBI ombudsman.

    My vehicle got break down due to some reasons and it was not even 1year old it was shocking for every one that it got break down, some how we got it toaing and brought the car to Autofin service centre, I did not got the date when will i get my car and after continous followups they said 14 days, but it took 25 to 27 days for the delivery, and when i asked for a standby i was told that all the cars are with other customers but when i wrote a mail to the manager about the inconveniece faced by my family then he got arranged for a car,
    When i got the delivery of my car it was looking good from outside but from inside it was pathetic with all grease marks everywhere, on stearing, stearing cover I have remove and throwed in dustbin, complete inside body and carpets and even on seat cover which spoiled my and my family clothes whenever we sit inside the car, i dont even feel like driving my car. when i asked the executive he said it to get the car after 2 days as they had more cars for servicing .
    I was told that i will be receiving a service feedback call from call centre from Hyd and Pune, unfortunately i havent received any call, so iam writing through this.
    I dont expect such a service from Tata, It is not about the Car Its about the standard and service and expectation on Tata motors from the customers.
    Please give me some solution.

    My car no AP22TV 1233, I went to the AutoFin Service centre at Bowenpally, Secundrabad.
    on[protected]. He take amount for engeen freshing Rs. 666. But He do not do this Engeen Freshing Please take action and reurn me my amount. Heavy irresponsibility in your mechanics and workers. Please take action Subbarao Manager is alst very irresponsble worker please take action againest him.

    tata indigo tdi lx — poor servicing

    I have a Tata indigo lx car, diesel version.
    I gave it for a regular servicing on 22/05/2009 at FORTUNE MOTORS, NAVI MUMBAI. On 30/05/2009, on my way to Dombivali my car had a complete breakdown and it stopped working. I called the helpline number of FORTUNE MOTORS and they said because your car is not under warranty we cannot do anything.
    I took my car to KRISHNA MOTORS, DOMBIVALI. I got the car fixed.
    Then on 20/06/2009 I noticed that the lower beam of the headlight was not working so I took an appointment with FORTUNE MOTORS, NAVI MUMBAI for 26/06/09.
    I took the car to FORTUNE MOTORS, NAVI MUMBAI on 26/06/09.
    The problem they said was “ As the alternator was getting overcharged it was causing the bulbs to fuse.”
    On 26/06/2009 I got the car fixed from FORTUNE MOTORS, NAVI MUMBAI . According to them the car was working properly and there were no issues with the car. My car was not used for the next two days.
    Then I was going to Ahmednagar on 29/06/09 and again my car had a complete breakdown.
    I got the car fixed at HUNDEKARI MOTOTRS LTD, Ahmednagar.
    According to M/s HUNDEKARI MOTORS, as the battery was getting overcharged it got completely damaged. This was a problem that I had supposedly got fixed from FORTUNE MOTORS, NAVI MUMBAI.
    All in all after I got my car serviced from FORTUNE MOTORS on 22/05/09, I had to spend Rs. 13, 262/- on my car because of their complacency and inefficiency.
    I brought up the matter with their customer relationship manager Mr. Amitava Sengupta.
    But he said it is not our fault, my cars battery was faulty.
    Now can you please explain me how, only after I get my car serviced from FORTUNE MOTORS, NAVI MUMBAI does the problems starts appearing.
    On most other occasions their service is fine but the trademark of a good company is that they admit to their mistakes and correct it, instead of flatly denying any wrongdoing, & this seems to be totally missing in your case.

    I'm the owner of a commercial vehicle ( bus ) whose registration No. is KL 7 BK - 8163, which is operating in Cochin, Kerala State, as a private bus adhereing to public service. I have purchased the vehicle from M/S Popular Mega Motors, Padhalam, Cochin, Kerala State.
    The vehicle was purchased in February 2009. Soon after that I have been facing the below mentioned problems, for which I have been taking my vehicle to M/S Popular Mega Motors:

    1. Alternator bracket always breaks,
    2. the mileage prescribed by the company is never received and is very low,
    3. when I went to the company with the vehicle they used to repair it and assure me saying that henceforth it will not recurr and that the mileage will increase henceforth,
    4. but to my dismay the problem is yet to be rectified because I'm still facing the above mentioned problems as of date and have taken the vehicle to the workshop 12 times from the date of purchase to as of date, which is a merely 7 months period. BUT ALL IN VAIN.
    5. I'm taking my vehicle for service as per the service schedule, reporting the regularly the above mentioned problems, but probably to deaf ears.

    You all should be able to realise the loss that I have been incurring, which cannot be compensated.

    Indigo lx tdi reg.no. dl 3cax-4773, purchased from mikrana engg pvt ltd, mathura road delhi. Selling dealer code-01180. date of purchase[protected].
    As this vehicle is running in patiala so we get our 1st free service at 10000km on 10-12-08, from hemant goyal motors patiala.at that time either the free service coupons were kept or being misplaced by tata patiala dealer.
    When I visited for next free service at 20000km, mr sharda / gulzar singh refused to entertain for free service and demanded rs750 .
    Then I complain at your toll free no.on 14-05-09 vide complaint no-1-[protected].this complaint was duely attended and I got my car serviced at patiala. At that time I reminded your dealer that I should not be harrased at next free service at 30000km.
    They assured me that I shall not be harrased in future. But when on 8th oct’09 I contacted mr gulzar singh of hemant goyal motors he again refused. I complaint at toll free no-on 08-10-09 vide complaint no 1-[protected], I was being assured by toll free no attendant that iwill get reply with in 48 hours. But to my great surprise I could not get any reply from tata motors.again on 10-10-09 I reminded at toll free no, they told me that my complaint is registered with them, they further can do nothing if customer has not recd any reply, .they give me Ph.no of chd branch .i call at[protected], mr himanshu speak I convey my problem, he told me to contact mr sumit arora at m[protected], he further told me that he will not pick my phone as he is busy in -some meeting with the same dealer. Nothing happened on 11th, 12th. Then on 12th I contacted mr sumit, he told me to remind him on 13th, I did so but he says concerned person is mr saket and he is not approachable, so he can do nothing.. so pl tell me where should I go, had I done any mistake by purchasing your car, there is no benefit in spending amount in advertisement, when your costomer is not satisfied with after sale service, what is the idea of having such highly paid staff when they are not capable to solve customer problem, today is the 6th day after coplaint, you can easily judge your speed of solving customer greivences.
    i gave my car tata indigo at 10 am to shrinathji moters for service and was promissed to deliver by 6pm. but we are calling since 2pm but got no response. this is how they work.

    Fortune Nerul is waste. Not sure why TATAs still have tie up with them. I myself complained lot to TATA on Fortune cars,

    Ideally they should have informed you about your battery in the start only, why they waited for you to visit one more time?

    We cant say exact millage of any vehicle, especially for commercial vehicle. For example fuel mileage history of tata motors cummins engine powered bus (KSRTC) the vehicle gives average mileage of 3.8 - a peak mileage of 4.5 kms / ltrs and least of 3.5. Also the alternator mounting bracket is not a regular complaint of the vehicle this may due to the excess vibration because of rough driving.
    It is advisable to all the bus operators to give product related training for drivers so that he may get a picture of the vehicle ie how we get better millage, preventive maintenance etc

    Tata Indigo TDI — Poor repair and maintenance services of Tata Motors

    I have a Tata Indigo TDI model 2008.CH04H4424The car has done 57000 Kms till now.In this span I am facing a problem when the 4/5gear gets stuck.The gear box of the car has been opned 5 times during this mileage though I have always serviced at Tata dealerships.The dealer does not have any technical help to identify the problem which is being attended to superfically by the dealership.Several complaints have been made to the Tata Motors but their is some audio problem there.They do not listen.How many times more they wil open the gearbox.5 times is alreadyy too much.I am sayng that if they cannot repair they should change the gear box.But no word from the manufacturer
    My Car No. UP80 BU 3344, My Car petrol tank become leakge during driving by accedent. then I have sent our car to Siyaram Motors, Agra, after clearance of insurance & after completion of all formelty date to till date I have not got the my car Approximate 15 day. Deler say some fluid come out side & say with in a two day we will give your car but at the delevery time (given by him) again he asking two day, every time he say like that & 15 day over like that.
    This complain I have alredy put by phone on castomer care & complain No. 1-[protected].
    But till date I dont know when I gat my car. & Kindly also note down due to this resion, I have some loss my buisness.
    So please note my complain & take necessary action for the same for get same car immediately.

    We purchased TATA ACE DICOR NA-BS-3 from Libra Automobile Ltd Hoshiarpur, Chassi No.-MAT 445402 CVK 86897 on 19 Sept 2012. Fuel Gauge Pump is not showing/working Since Aug-13. We contacted with dealer and they called to the showroom 19 Sep 13. The vehicle is under warranty. They told that pump gauge is not working and need to replace but at present pump is not available, so again they refitted the same on.While coming back to our native place the vehicle stop after 15 kms. After inspection of the vehicle we found that some oil is coming from engine where the pump is connected . we thought that may be loose connection so made tight & again resume our journey. But again vehicle stop after 3 Kms. Then we made a call to the agency they told that their mechanic is coming . When he came & told that fuel pump is connected reverse. So he connected in correct way & we came back to our place.By that we can imagine that what kind of service they are providing.Since then we have contacted so many time to dealer by phone and every time they are replying same that part is not available.we are really fed of complaining.

      TATA Motors charged me Rs 4165/- against estimation of Rs 2000/- on their website and after charging exorbitant amount did not repair my Car properly. Lighting circuit spoiled to the effect that my parking brake indicator and reverse lights are not functional which were functional earlier. Head light was functioning but one side is now faded.AC is not cleaned.Bonnet does not open it has to be pulled by two persons. As per their service manual and invoice details they have charged me for this but did no do the job. I lodged complaint on their web site and to company but of no avail. They are not responding. I got these defects rectified from Oriental Atutotech Pvt Ltd Ajmer Road Jaipur by paying Rs 2015/- Bill no is Or-Auto-OL[protected] dt 22 Dec 08.
      My expenditure of sending CAR to 35 KMs one way to TATA motors and one days salary of two attendant who were sent with car are wasted. Company may please be directed to remit my all losses that is Rs 11780.00

      dear sir
      i have purchased tata safari in 27 nov 2007.i m not satisfied the attitude of tata workshop employess, of roshan motors private ltd at malviya nagar, work shop employee said that tata company dont give spare parts
      so i have no parts, go to market & purchased .they did not remove my vehicle problem, in warranty periods they not changed my defective parts of my vehicle . so sir plz take necessary action against this complaint, becoz its impact of image, trust of tata motors .

          Sir,
          First of all thanks for your kind gesture by wishing me on my birthday and offering me to join your indigo prime circle. The day when I received your greetings I was really touched by your response, I really feel proud to be a part of tata motors family .
          I bought my tata indigo cs on 20th march from kraft auto since white color was not available in dhanbad showroom (classic automobile). The first servicing of the car was conducted by classic automobile upto my satisfaction.during course of time my car got a problem of gear oil leakage .and since my car is under extended warranty I send my car by my driver a week back to classic auto to fix my problem but I feel that after enquiring that the car has been bought by some other showroom they send back my car that the service area is full upto its capacity.
          On 27|11|08 I took my car to the service center at 10a.m of my own .the guard issued me the gate pass having no.4 entry.to my surprise no body enquired about vechile entry, I personally approached the incharge but I felt he himself was cofused to allot the service man for a five minute work of the fourth entered vechile . after waiting for about 2 hours and feeling like a fool by having a owner of tata motors vechile which tata claims to be apart of the family.
          I moved out of the showroom with acopy of gate pass with time out written and duly sighned by the authority as a proof of the timings. After around 2 hrs of waiting, believe I was really cursing my decision when I opted to buy a indigo. I am fully satisfied with the car performance and same with tata motors but dealears are the bridge between company and customer who are questionable.

          Yes, I’m fully agreed with the above commands. i'm also bought a new car Tata indica vista from True Sai Works from karur. I'm really like the new model and gave the order for the same, but the day when i gave advance onwards, they gave lot of trouble to us. Even they didn't register the vehicle, we personally do that and no auxiliary items gave and whenever we asking the same they simply said we not yet receive the items. i can't even imagine the service how they will provide the future and regular services. My request to TATA MOTORS is don't lose your customer on behalf of these kind of stupid dealers.

          Expecting good response from TATA Motors.

            I am very sorry to complain about well reputed company(Tata Motors) who has choosen a worthless dealer (Manipal Auto.) for marketing their products in chennai.. where 100% very poor customer service.. is given to the Tata Cust.. I wonder whether its

            " CUSTOMER SERVICE " or " CUSTOMER SHOULD SERVE US "

            I order for a Indica Cab on the last week of aug' 08.. still now there is no clear answer for why the car has not been deleverd.. on the day of initial payment they executives told me that the car will be deleverd with in 7 days.. of time.. and when i went to their show room on the 7th day.. they told me that it will take.. another 3 days time to delever the car as there is a delay from the banking side.. and they told there will be verification will be done by the bank. within this 3 days of time.. and once we get the approval we will delever the car on the very next day.. So i came back.. and called them on the 3rd day the executive did pick up the call and didnt even have the curtesy to call me back... i would have call him for around 15 - 20 time.. but no answer or call back from their end. As i am working in a concern i busy for that whole week and i went on my week of.. he told me that the car car is ready and asked me to come and collect iton sunday.. i told him that there was no verification from the bank end.. then how its possible... to deliver the car.. the executive told me that through the internal communication i will get it done.. like this they kept me walking to their office for 2 months...

            In this time period they told me different unbeliveable stories.. i kept hearing that was the only mistake i made.. because.. i want to start a business of my own thats why, i kept on noding my head.. Till the first two months.. they kept on saying different reasons and on the third month they told me that all thebanks have stopped their funds. So i asked them to cancel the car.. and asked them to give my money back.. on the last week october, but still now they havent given my money back.. and there is no reply when ever i call them.. as i am working i cant keep on going behind them for the money.

            " Now neither Tata Motors or Manipal Auto. can give me back the time or money wasted "

            I am very much SUPRISED how Tata Motors is not aware of this. I would kindly request Tata Motors to if have a regular check on their dealers.. So that the name and business of tata Motors does'nt go down and also i would request to give training for your dealers to how to provide " Customer Service and also ask them to speak the truth always what ever might be the reason.

            Tata Motors / Indica V2 DLG — Following up even till today but they never rectitied the manufacturing defects

            Dear All,

            I want to warn you of Tata Motors so that you don't go through the same pain that I am going through. This is an experience summary of what was done with me in their company owned showroom in corcorder motors Bangalore.

            I purchased Tata Indica v2 DLG in Oct - 2005. After taking the delivery when I was going home I heard some strange noise from rear right hand side wheel. Immediately I went back and they said the back seat is loose and did something and asked me to take it back. I went 3 times in 2 weeks but they never accepted that this is a machnical problem. I met the General Manager of concorde motors who is supposed to be the whole sole of their india vice service centres and he assured me that it will be rectified. They kept the vehicle for 20 days and when I went to take the delivery there were scrathes in front and back bumpers of the vehicle along with the same noise. After fighting with them they accepted their mistake and and again kept the vehicle for 10 days. Finally after suffering for one month in rainy season of Bangalore I got the car with increased noise and scrathes. I went to them again and again in next 6 months and everytime they kept the vehicle for 4-5 days and gave me back with the same noise. All mechanics use to laugh at the pathetic condition of the customer. 6 Customer service managers changed in 1 year and everytime the story was asked to be narrated with no help. Tata motors boast on SAP implementation but they never enter any customer compliant in the system to avoid any proofs in future. Their managers say "Gaadi theek karana hai to 3 ghante wait baithiye, nahin to jaiye kahin se bhi karaiye".

            My previous car was Maruti Zen that I used happily. The service centres were better than Tata motors to listen to the customer atleast and do something to resolve the problem.

            If you are caught with Tata motors - you will be treated like a Taxi driver and nothing more. If you car is not developing any fault. You are fortunate.

            tata motors/tata indigo cs ls dicor — non delivery of vehicle after 46 days of receiving purchase order

            Sir, I am an Indian Air Force Officer and i booked a
            car from tata motors through canteen stores department(csd) in sep 08 for
            which i got the purchase order on 15 sep 08.
            Since then i have been regularly contacting my dealer for tata in
            coimbatore M/s Tafe Access Ltd regarding my car delivery but to my
            disappointment they are not giving me any relevant information about my
            car.Such is the state that they are not even picking my calls and even
            tata customer care dept is indifferent to my grieviences. Whe I went
            personally to the dealer I was given no attention at all and the manner in
            which the sales executives were talking to me was anything but civilised
            and not at all customer friendly. It is now 46 days since I got my
            purchase order after full payment of money and still there seems to be no
            respite to the harrassment caused by the tata employees to me and my
            family. It is requested that this matter may be raised at appropriate
            level and justice be done to me.
            Consequences : 1. I have taken a loan of four lakhs to buy this car @10%
            for which the recovery has already started since last month and i am still
            not in possession of my car.

            2. The mental harrassment caused by tata motors to me is irrepairable and
            their customer care culture should be exposed to the public and all those
            who are giving it a thought to be tata customers.

            I am very sorry to complain about well reputed company(Tata Motors) who has choosen a worthless dealer (Manipal Auto.) for marketing their products in chennai.. where 100% very poor customer service.. is given to the Tata Cust.. I wonder whether its

            " CUSTOMER SERVICE " or " CUSTOMER SHOULD SERVE US "

            I order for a Indica Cab on the last week of aug' 08.. still now there is no clear answer for why the car has not been deleverd.. on the day of initial payment they executives told me that the car will be deleverd with in 7 days.. of time.. and when i went to their show room on the 7th day.. they told me that it will take.. another 3 days time to delever the car as there is a delay from the banking side.. and they told there will be verification will be done by the bank. within this 3 days of time.. and once we get the approval we will delever the car on the very next day.. So i came back.. and called them on the 3rd day the executive did pick up the call and didnt even have the curtesy to call me back... i would have call him for around 15 - 20 time.. but no answer or call back from their end. As i am working in a concern i busy for that whole week and i went on my week of.. he told me that the car car is ready and asked me to come and collect iton sunday.. i told him that there was no verification from the bank end.. then how its possible... to deliver the car.. the executive told me that through the internal communication i will get it done.. like this they kept me walking to their office for 2 months...

            In this time period they told me different unbeliveable stories.. i kept hearing that was the only mistake i made.. because.. i want to start a business of my own thats why, i kept on noding my head.. Till the first two months.. they kept on saying different reasons and on the third month they told me that all thebanks have stopped their funds. So i asked them to cancel the car.. and asked them to give my money back.. on the last week october, but still now they havent given my money back.. and there is no reply when ever i call them.. as i am working i cant keep on going behind them for the money.

            " Now neither Tata Motors or Manipal Auto. can give me back the time or money wasted "

            I am very much SUPRISED how Tata Motors is not aware of this. I would kindly request Tata Motors to if have a regular check on their dealers.. So that the name and business of tata Motors does'nt go down and also i would request to give training for your dealers to how to provide " Customer Service and also asked them to speak the truth always what ever might be the reason.

            I own a 2008 model Indica GLG xeta with only 2300 km on the odo. when i gave my car at the aastha motors, patna for the routine 12 months service, i was informed that the accelerator cable was worn out and needs to be replaced as it wont last too long.I was surprised to know that such a part could have worn out at just 2300 km o[censored]sage. It took me furthur by surprise when the service people told me that this partricular part was not covered under the warranty.Strange that a company that claims to be one of the biggest automakers of india cannot make accelerator cables that can last 2000 km o[censored]sage not can clearify the terms and conditions of the warranty that it claims to give.

            Tata Motors — Engine Raising automatically, Belt Sound,

            We have bought Indigo Dicor LXI(2007 Model).The engine is giving irritating sound and also belt sound.The local dealer (VST Motors, Trichy) & service center (Sri Lakshmi Motors, Trichy) is not giving proper response, and not having good trained engineers. They tell that the car is a failure model. They complaint about the Indian roads&Indian Fuel.Please help me in this regard.
            Its true that the vehicle through CSD may not be very profitable to the dealer vis a vis Non CSD vehicle.
            Its also true that the cost benifit for the CSD vehicle involves a bit of essenstial formalities.

            This invites egotist comparison and segregation of valuable customers at the dealer level.
            Further, because of competition the dealers have to get ruthless & at times tell a lie also.

            It has been observed and experienced by self that the WORST SUFFERER of such degradation of values and ego problems is the CSD customer.
            Having tendency of not tolerating indiscipline & cheating this exagarrated torture is too much.

            I think CSD must seriously consider the customer feedback system of such Brands. UNLESS THE REPUTE OF SUCH BRAND & the ISO 9000, QMS, TQM etc. are not involved THE VENDORS MAY KEEP ON SPOILING THE BRAND IMAGE IN THE MINDS OF DEFENCE PERSONNEL.

            i hv purchased a Tata Indica V2 Dlg turbo from the dealer in Asansol M/s P J Janee & Co. on 23.01.07. from the 1st day itself the car started giving me trouble. first of all they delivered a car with some defects which were rectified after a lot of visits to the dealer. the car emits a STRANGE sound KRRRRRRRRRRRRR at certain speeds. n the mileage of the car is awfully low inspite of the fact that i do not use the plain diesel in my car. i always use xtramile diesel. i would like to inform u that i have contacted Tata Motor Service People many a times and have been assured by them that every thing will be corrected in 72 hours n that somebody would call me within the specified period and do the needful but sorry to say that the 72 hours have not passed in 2.1/2 years

            Tata Motors — defected bridgestone tire on my brand new sumo grande turbo

            I purchase my grande on 5th june and within a week my driver reported me about the swollen front left tire. We Take out the defected tire and when we inspect the tire we found there was around 1/2 inches cut from inside taht happen due to fiber tear (fiber were cut from inner side of the tire)

            Called the showroom who give us a letter and refer us to a bridgestone guy, who after a small visual inspection denied to replace the tire saying its a non-manufacturing defect. this cut happen due to some stone or some object hitting the tire. WHICH IS QUITE IMPOSSIBLE as the cut is from inside and no object could put a half inch cut in the inner part of the tire when hit from outside of the tire that also when tire has proper air pressure all the time.

            I am still confused what to do as TaTa peoples are saying that we cannot do anything about the tire.

            We are facing wheel alignment problem in our TATA Indica car ,no. CD12 D 7762 .Regarding this, two times we have taken it to TATA motors service station in Korba (C.G.) date 24/09/09 & 26/09/09.Both time they repaired the car with service charges, each time they told that alignment is ok but problem is same.In result we are loosing tyres. I am requesting to TATA motors to take necessary action to solve the problem.

            As this vehicle is running in patiala so we get our 1st free service at 10000km on 10-12-08, from hemant goyal motors patiala.at that time either the free service coupons were kept or being misplaced by tata patiala dealer.
            When I visited for next free service at 20000km, mr sharda / gulzar singh refused to entertain for free service and demanded rs750 .
            Then I complain at your toll free no.on 14-05-09 vide complaint no-1-[protected].this complaint was duely attended and I got my car serviced at patiala. At that time I reminded your dealer that I should not be harrased at next free service at 30000km.
            They assured me that I shall not be harrased in future. But when on 8th oct’09 I contacted mr gulzar singh of hemant goyal motors he again refused. I complaint at toll free no-on 08-10-09 vide complaint no 1-[protected], I was being assured by toll free no attendant that iwill get reply with in 48 hours. But to my great surprise I could not get any reply from tata motors.again on 10-10-09 I reminded at toll free no, they told me that my complaint is registered with them, they further can do nothing if customer has not recd any reply, .they give me Ph.no of chd branch .i call at[protected], mr himanshu speak I convey my problem, he told me to contact mr sumit arora at m[protected], he further told me that he will not pick my phone as he is busy in -some meeting with the same dealer. Nothing happened on 11th, 12th. Then on 12th I contacted mr sumit, he told me to remind him on 13th, I did so but he says concerned person is mr saket and he is not approachable, so he can do nothing.. so pl tell me where should I go, had I done any mistake by purchasing your car, there is no benefit in spending amount in advertisement, when your costomer is not satisfied with after sale service, what is the idea of having such highly paid staff when they are not capable to solve customer problem, today is the 6th day after coplaint, you can easily judge your speed of solving customer greivences.

            Indigo — regsrding extended warranty and charging extra money for isurance claim

            there was an accident with my car.my car was badly damaged due to which new bonnet was fitted. insurance company gives half of the claim which amounts to 1700 but manager has charged 2700 from me .

            I have following problem with my Tata Indigo-LX car [ MH-06-AB 8511] which I purchased in 2006.
            1) The dash board material seems defective as this has started slowly melting.I originally thought that this has gathered dust and therefore I tried to clean the dash board.I was not successful in cleaning.I showed this to Tata Moters dealer Fourtune Motors at Navi Mumbai. I was told that this is due to heat and if car is in sun this is likely to happen. As per them this is the manufacturing problem and therefore Tata Motors have discontinued this model . They also tried to clean but without any success. I was told that I could try engine oil. This also did not work. I was told that I will have to replace the dash board and the material cost for the same will be about Rs. 8000/- plus taxes. With the labour charges this will cost me approximately Rs 10, 000/-
            2) Another problem I am facing is with the winder of both the front windows.Possibly due to the sun film which I have on window glasses the glass movement is not smooth. However this is not trus with rear windows.The reason being again design( rear window glasses are supported on both the sides.

            But for this problem the car is excellent and I don't have any problem what so ever.

            May I request customer service head at Tata Motors to guide me to overcome this problem once for all . I need cleaning or replecement of dashboard without any financial burden

            Tata Indigo CS LX Nov'09 — Poor Workmanship & response from customer care

            I have purchase TATA INDIGO CS LX on 13 nov'09 from Malwa automobiles panipat. on next day when I saw carefully I found some defects in the car such as light becoming off even after window was not closed properly and Alignment of Right rear window & dicci were not proper. after reporting out of three defects two were rectified and one remain pending. after contacting them they assured that this will rectify at the time of 1st service. Now I am following for service from last week but no body is available to pick my CAR from my home that is hardly 2 - 3 Km from the service station. today thier workshop manager assured me that he will do the job by today but it is still pending, no body come to take the Car from my house.
            I request to take this seriously to improve customer satisfaction level and Tata should got a good image to the all service class customers because we do not have sufficient time to go agency every time.
            I was a owner of Maruti Wagon R before Tata Indigo and I never faced any problem regarding their representative to provide me quick home service.

            I HAVE PURCHASED TATA SUMO VICTA DI EX (TURBO) FROM SANYA MOTORS, AURANGABAD IN THE MONTH OF OCT.2009.
            THE FUEL INDICATOR IS NOT SHOWING THE INDICATOR PROPERLY.
            THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF SANYA MOTORS SERVICE
            CENTRE 3 TIMES AT THE THE TIME OF SERVICING. THE PROBLEM IS
            NOT RECTIFIED, THE SERVICE CENTRE REPLIES THAT IT IS MANUFACTURING

            TATA — Terrible service - No vehicle after 2 months

            My car went in for a replacement Intercooler (Tata Safari 2 x 4 DiCor Diesel SUV). it has 25000 km on the Odo. Bought for R250K in Aug 2009 from Tata Pta Central. This was at the end of January / beginning of February. I waited 4 weeks before they got the Intercooler and "fixed" my vehicle. I got it back on the Tuesday after asking them to MAKE SURE EVERYTHING was fine and to test drive it. They gave me the vehicle and I drove it out of the garage. It had no power under 2000 revs until the turbo kisked in and then I had a bit of power but the car was jerking and spluttering. I got to JHB where I live in Houghton and drove back to the garage in PTA on the Wednesday. They farted and fiddled and changed an injector and I left and the vehicle was worse. I got it home again and was on my way BACK there (JHB to PTA) on the Friday morning when it stopped completely at Allandale Road. I got it to a garage where I waited 3 hours (and 15 calls to them at Tata PTA) before I got any tangible help. i.e. The arrangement that I could leave the vehicle at the garage with the keys at the shop so the Tata Roadside Assist (contradiction of terms)could collect it from there and take it to the Tata Midrand Dealership (because they would not take it to Pretoria). I called Midrand Tata on Monday morning and the vehicle had not EVEN been collected from where I had left it on the Friday. I phoned head office and spoke to Schalk in the MD's office (I think) and he made sure it got taken to Midrand. It was there the whole week til Thursday (last week) and I was quoted R1048.oo for a new fuel filter and R 100 of diesel because "the problem was dirty fuel" so they had to drain all my diesel and replace the filter. I drove out of there at 18:45 on Thursday evening and it did exactly what it had done on the Friday morning the week before and quit on me. So I phone Tata Roadside assist and got a message saying their hours of business were 8am - 5pm (what good is that). So I called MiWay Roadside Assist and they were there within 45 min and towed it back to Tata Midrand. I have spent R4000 + on the Intercooler, a further R1048 on the fuel filter, fuel and labor (when that was obviously NOT even the problem), lost 22 hours of my consulting time at R350 / Hour, have not had my vehicle for 8 weeks now, had to cancel my holiday last week even though I had to take the leave I had applied for because I could cancel it at such short notice, and have now had enough! I called Tata Midrand this morning and spoke to Gerry who informed me that I had a blown head gasket which would take another week to fix, but he is sure it can be done under warranty.(I should hope so). I have a good mind to sue Tata for all my lost income and the money I have had to GIVE them with NOTHING in return.

            Tata Motors — Poor after sale service(Non-availability of spare)

            I purchased a Winger. But the after Sale service given by that showroom is very poor i must say tata motors after sale service is much poor as compared to other automobile companies. tata motors should open new service or sales station with immediate effect so that they do not loose present customers.

            Tata Motors — services provided by their authorised dealer

            On 29/7/2010 at around 8am, we called Autolink India Pvt Ltd, Bawa Potteries Compound, Aruna Asaf Ali Road, Vasant Kunj that our vehicle no. DL3CW 8109, chassis number 607144JU2PB1928, engine no. 5195 is out of order and requested them to come and tow the vehicle to their service centre. The vehicle was parked on Aruna Asaf Ali road, opposite Canara Bank.
            At around 11.30am, a Sumo came as a tow vehicle to pick our car and with a 5-feet chain he tied our vehicle and began towing it to the workshop. In the way, something broke and my vehicle met with an accident with some other vehicle which was parked there. Both vehicles got damaged due to the impact. Till now, my vehicle is with Autolinik. We were not at fault for the accident because the vehicle was being towed by Autolink and it is their sole responsibility to tow the vehicle properly.
            Now they are shifting the entire damage on our head saying that we have to pay for the entire damage caused to both the vehicles, which is not fair.
            Now the bill for repair of our vehicle is around Rs35,000. Autolink is not releasing our vehicle in spite of the fact that we are ready to pay for the damages caused to our vehicle against an unappropriate bill in which they are charging towing charges, parking charges, etc.
            Is this the responsibility of the vehicle owner to pay for all damages for the vehicle when it was handed over to a Tata aurthorised service station, and especially when it was being towed?
            I request Tata Motors to intervene in the matter as the vehicle was given to Autolink because they run authorised workshop of Tata Motors and get our vehicle released with 5 days, otherwise we have no option but to move to the court of law.
            They are deliberately delaying delivery so that they can extract more money from us.

            Tata Motors — DEFECTIVE CAR INADEQUATE SERVICE

            I bought new INDIGO MANZA. Took delivery on 20 Aug from Basudev Auto Ranchi. On 18 Sep vehicle broke down leaving me stranded on road while I was driving to Jaipur from Delhi. Wheels got jammed and engine got overheated. After lodging a complaint with helpline and waiting for 5 hours I got the help and the vehicle was towed to Triumph Auto Gurgaon. On 19 Sep veh was delivered with the remark that there is no problem with the vehicle. However he charged for first free service because as per their record date of sales is 30 Jul and that what counts not the date of delivery. On 21 Sep again vehicle broke down with same problem amd again vehicle was towed this time to Sanya Auto in Mayapuri Delhi. Wheels again got jammed. Since then after number of calls to customer care, RO ( Mr Tarun Grover and Sanya Auto) they are unable to give me the answer. After having encountered mechanical problem twice, I can never be at peace about the vehicle. I would always suspect the reliability of the thic particular vehicle. I have written to Tata Motors to either replace the vehicle or refund me the entire money alongwith damages, failing which I will go consumer court. IS this the right thing to do?

            Since then I m facing many problems from your sales department. Firstly on 03.12.08 I have paid about Rs. 24500 for Insurance and Registration but Goldrush has given the receipt of Rs. 12, 342 only to me, the rest of money deposited by me yet not told to me for which rest of money was taken by me. For Insurance certificate proposal cum cover note supplied to me in which my residential address was mentioned wrong, and the policy & policy bond was not yet delivered to me till date. I have reminded several times to the Dealer for my remaining Insurance amount and policy bond but he always assured me that all the clarification will be sent at your home address by the post and reported to you at your contact number.
            From the purchase date there a trouble in my car engine from the beginning of 1st service i.e CHECK ENGINE SERVICE, OVER HEATING AND CUT OFF. Car had been open MANY&MANY……time’s still the problem exists. No. of complaints has been lodged through this mail but I have not received any postiive response as on today. In my previous are attached for your kind perusal and ready reference.
            On 13.4.2010 at Motorsales when I taken my car for the service they changed all my car locks and told me that they are defective, but the locks are not defective. They also changed my gear shifting lock but not given the key of that lock by which the lock got defective and Rs. 1200 again paid by me for that lock. Every time when my car was at the workshop of Motorsales my car got dented and scratched and after that they claim me Rs. 13059 for the dents and scratches repairing. For this I informed to Sh. Prasun Singh and he agreed by that and he given me the Coupan of Rs. 5000 only for painting that is insufficient for that.
            On 21.9.2010 Goldrush called me to take my interview in his office... on that day TATA delegates and Sh. Deepak Agarwal along with other Goldrush service staff are present but these guys harassed me and GM/Goldrush (Vimlesh Bajpai) again called me to come of next Saturday (i.e 25.9.2010). On 25.9.10 at 10:50 hrs. I again gone to the workshop of Goldrush and met with Sh. Vimlesh Bajpai, he taken a test drive of my car and told me that there is no FAULT in the car… TAKE IT BACK AND NEVER COME HERE AGAIN he stopped taking my case. After that I went to TATA Motors office at Eldeco, Magnum Plaza, Gomti Nagar and met with Mr. Shakeel. He assured me and went to Goldrush with me and again after that Mr. Shakeel and Goldrush staff taken the test trial of my car and Mr.Shakeel told me that ECU unit and related circuits are being tampered in the car and you do not get the CHECK ENGINE SERVICE, OVER HEATING AND CUT OFF message again. He again called me on 04.10.2010 at Goldrush.
            Here I want to inform you one more thing that everytime when I gone for the service (at Goldrush and Motorsales) of my car at the Invoice Reciept they have changed my contact number [protected]. They wrote their service supervisor number [protected], [protected] instead of my contact number by this I do not receive any calls for the complaints made by me. This is my open harassment.

            I had purchased TATA INDIGO MANZA two months back. The service I am getting from the dealer TAFE is very unsatisfactory. After the first service I got the vehicle with a dent on the front fender. When I complained they agreed to do it. Last week on 27/10/2010 another small painting work on rear bumber and side door.The work completed on saturday itself.But due to delay in paper work until today I havn't got the vehicle back.Such a small work the lead time is very long.Also every time we ever they offer the vehicle after sevice most of the work will be pending when I go and check on the spot.Also the workmanship also is very poor.With out any complaits I never got the vehicle so far.Also the spares inventory is poor.Pls. do somthing to improve the situation.

            About Manza. It is a good car.I had small probloms and I am getting it corrected, but slowly from Tafe.
            The brake booster was leaking which is very serious for that no spare was available.Getting spares at
            right time is very difficult at Tafe. Analising capacity of service personals are to be improved by proper training.

            IDEAL MOTORS — UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

            I have purchased honda - dio no - MH 02 - BU 3835. on 30/ Aug / 2010.from IDEAL MOTORS KANDIVALI BRANCH. Kindly sought out the following problems.

            1) For start & kick start. both are not working from day 1st of purchase.after 3rd service also problem in not soughted out.
            2) Average problem is there. It only gives average of 30 - 32 km / ltr. Dealer had promised for 45 - 47 km / ltr.

            Tata Motors — Part not available with service station

            Our car Tata Indica Vista MH-02-BJ-2791 has been given the Tata motors service station (BCMA Motors) since 8th Nov 2010. Job Slip Number 004. The job slip clearly mentions the problem about the Steering pump manufacturing defect.
            Our Tata motors complaint number is 1-[protected]. Till date there is no response from their side and we have continuously calling them to ask about the status of our car. They do not respond properly and also they do not answer our calls.
            Since the car is still under the warranty period the part that needs to be replaced is also under warranty.
            They still do not have the part in hand till date and are still not sure if they will be receiving the part.
            As it is a manufacturing defect they have sent the part to the vendor for repair. As the service station is a authorized company service station they should not send the part to and outside vendor.
            The BCMA Motor Service station manager informed us that they have ordered a 'power steering pump kit’. But when we checked with the Tata motors technicians PUNE they informed us the part needs to be replaced and there is not Kit available for this.
            Till date the car is with the service center and the manager is still not confirming if the part is available or not.

            Tata Motors — Refund Not Given

            I had booked a Tata nano for which I paid Rs 1,20,000/-. I cancelled the booking in Aug 10.

            I am Dhara Shah. On 17th Audust,2011 I had received a call letter from Tata motors stating that I have been selected for an interview. For that, I needed to pay Rs.8850/- by cash in Bank of India. The payment was to be made within one day and in greed of getting a good job, I made the payment.             Bad times are still continuing. I had booked a Indica Vista under exchange and gave my old car which was valued by them for Rs. 127000. and booking amount of 25000.00 through their agents T. C. Motors, Howrah on 23/07/2011 but since the delivery was not made inspite of repeated failed promises, I cancelled the booking on 27/08/2011 but till date refund is still awaited. Tata Motors have also failed to respond to my written requests to their Kolkata Offices.

            i own tata safari 2007 dicor ( DL 3CA X 1951 ), last month i went to himmotors in patparganj for front suspension work & service ( 2982011) job card no (JC-HIMOTR-PP[protected] . Service adviser said it is good to change both front & rear suspension so i said do it After 3 hrs i got call for service adviser that front suspension is not available in workshop so we can change rear suspension and i should come next week again for front. After a week they changed it, but after 15 days later i got starting problem 3-4 times and i again went to him motors for checking and they said leave the car we check in the morning but i insisted to check it now as i had be coming to workshop 6th time in 1 month, they could to find the problem but mechanic told me get fixed my battery bracket or it will damage my battery which is just 5-6 month old . While fixing the bracket he told me that battery had been already damage and acid leaked on whole engine area so i called service adviser to come an see it& said why did they not fixed bracket while car came to workshop last month, he said it is miner thing, he could not have seen while making job card, said he is not liable for damage battery as bracket was not available in workshop .I asked him that he should have informed me & i could have bought it from somewhere & get it fixed before battery got damage . Now i have to buy new battery because of the neg-lesions on part of him motor .

            I purchased tata TATA LPT909/38 EX2 from NANGIA MOTORS, NAGPUR on 25th May 2011. It had hardly been a month that the hydraulic pump of steering started leaking. The service centre refilled oil (and even charged for that) assuring that problem had been solved but the steering continued to get jammed. When approached again the service centre detected the pump to be faulty. The vehicle being in warranty period, the service centre was supposed to replace it for free but they are making lame excuses of NON AVAILABILITY OF PUMP in stores. The fault has not been rectified till today 1/10/2011.
            This is utterly despicable and breach of faith reposed by customers on TATA MOTORS. The company should take notice of it and do the needful at the earliest

            I am Ramkumar Perumal one of your frustrated customer who feeling bad for making a choice of getting a FIAT inspite of several feedback regarding the kind of service you offer. I am IT Professional, I got delivered my Punto Emotion on 8/8/2012 from Chennai (Velachery). When I got things delivered to my one of the accessories that was promised was not provided as I was informed that it is out of stock and they added that I will be getting a call once they have it. Till now I have not received any call on that.

            I got my RC book delivered only after 2 months of my regular followup.

            Couple of week back I went to one of your service center (Ambattur) to change my back bumper, you also have an attached showroom attached to this facility. I reached the front desk people and asked for a customer support executive, I got my first executive after 30 min of waiting, to your note there is no customer in the showroom except me. When I talk to him he told that he was not the person from sales and had told that he will send people from Sales. I waited for another 15 min to meet him. I told him and show me a slip which talks about the pending accessories which Velachery has to give me and check if they can help me. Nice they are ready to do if Velachary sales people are ready to send a mail confirm that, when I reached the person who made the sale he told the accounts are different and mentioned it is not possible. When this conversation was going on the sales person who attend me from Ambattur branch went missing. Nothing I can say.

            When I was waiting for the person I was interested in buying Fiat reverse parking sensor, I went to the front desk to get a person who can support me on that. She called some on over the intercom and asked me to wait. Unfortunately she didn’t mention how long. I waited for nearly 45 min and came out.

            In the service center I gave my vehicle around 10.00 AM and I was promised 4 hrs. Till 2.00 PM the vehicle was in the same place where I left it. Finally it got moved I got it delivered around 6.00 PM; I got shocked when I saw that vehicle delivered without even a water wash. I paid Rs.8008.00; felt happy when I saw a small boy coming with a close to clean the glass and the mirror. But he was taken from there to another place.

            The person who took my vehicle for service was not there when it got delivered, I had request for change of bolt which got damaged, the service people said they don’t have stock and requested to contact Mr. Ram who had actually taken my vehicle and enquire with him when they will get that. But whenever I reach him he is talking to me like I had requested something from his one pocket at free of cost.

            Couple of days back I went to the same old Velachary show room to meet the sales team, the person who made the sale, his mobile is not working it says temporarily out of order, him manager RAMAN told me take the vehicle to ECR service center, and he also promised me that the accessories will be delivered on the same day to my place, everything is on air.

            I saw posters at your showroom, service center mentioning customer care and its importance; I feel it is only on the paper. I really felt bad. I don’t know what is the kind of response you are going to give me but if this is the same people will not prefer to stay with a bigger company like this.

            “If you don’t take of your customer, some one will….”

            You might not see this change immediately but history had shown that people are shifting to service and not for cost.

            so irresponsible persons, , , kulathunkal motors is very careless regarding customers cars which are coming for service, , , recently i took my nano cx for service, , before giving to them there was not even a single scratch on the alloys, , but after service when i got my car back i found that left side front alloy was damaged, , and i was feeling a steering shake during rough roads, , when i called service advisor they are not taking any responsibility for this incident, , i have complained to tata regarding this matter, , when i noticed in kulathunkal the staffs were so careless, , they were doing reckless driving on customers car, , with ac on all the time, , when i gave my car for service they took the car from my home, , after service i went to kulathunkal and took the car yesterday, , from there i didnt noticed anything because it was evening time, , today morning when i took the car for was i noticed that the front allooys were damaged, , their service is soooo baad, ,

            There is no point in posting any complaints. Tata Motors officials and Dealers are hand in glove when it comes to dealing with customer complaints. The moment you post a complaint in Tata Motors Customer Care site, you get a prompt reply from the local dealer what the problem is and to bring in the car. After a whole lot of excuses and justification by the dealer, you then get let down by the Tata Motors customer care officer who tries to justify what the dealer said. In my case I was told that my ECU had to be replaces for a check engine light problem on my 2006 model Tata Safari. They guaranteed that my problem will be solved after replacement of the part costing about Rs. 22, 000. It was replaced and no sooner than it left the show room the problem persisted. I took it back and they asked me to leave my car there. This exercise continued once again and finally I gave up and decided to check this problem with another workshop. Concorde Motors too was not much help. They kept saying their laptop has gone for service etc.
            I took my car to Tata Car Care, a small time workshop, they asked me why I changed my ECU before the sensors were checked. They cleaned my sensors and to my surprise the check engine light disappeared. It was after this that I took it back to R F Motors in Cochin who replaced my ECU for no reason and asked for refund of the ECU cost. They simply refused saying that the part has been already billed and they can do nothing about it.
            The biggest surprise that hit me was when I found on the so called ECU that was given back to me after repair had a DATE OF MANUFACTURE AS 2008. When I brought this to their notice and made them open up the cover of the ECU they had replaced, it had a DATE OF MANUFACTURE AS 2005. When I questioned the CRM at R F Motors Cochin, he started getting upset with me and started talking aggressively. He went to extent of saying that I must have brought the 2008 ECU from somewhere else.
            All this was brought to the notice of the local Customer Relations Officer of Tata Motors at Cochin, but who ever the officer was probably considers him next to God Almighty that he has no time to attend to my call. The office passed it on to a junior officer who after 3 months of keeping my replaced ECU returned it back to me saying that they could not find another Tata Safari to check this ECU. Come-on Tata Motors, this is absurd. In the first place Tata Motors was not even bothered to investigate how a 2008 model ECU came into a 2006 model car.
            Today 11 March 2013, R F Motors has the cheek to call me and ask when I was sending my car to them for the next service. As it is they lost my Service Book. This is the irresponsibility of RF MOTORS - COCHIN and TATA MOTORS.

            TATA MOTORS MUST SERIOUSLY REFLECT WHETHER THEIR CUSTOMER IS MORE IMPORTANT OR THEIR DEALER IS MORE IMPORTANT. I GUESS THE DEALER IS MORE IMPORTANT. WHY? IS ANYBODIES GUESS.

            THANKS TO THIS INCIDENT, AS MUCH AS I WANT TO BUY THE NEW SAFARI STORME, I WOULD NEVER WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE. I WAS A LOYAL TATA MOTORS CUSTOMER who went against my families repeated insistence not to buy a Tata vehicle. I PAID THE PRICE OF MY DEFIANCE.

            I own an Indigo Manza Safire 90 ( purchased on 24.02.10), regn No JH09M4930, with my 'extended warranty' still valid.
            On 05.05.13, I drove down from Bokaro to Dhanbad, on urgent work with my son. At around 4:40 pm, just as I was entering Dhanbad, the engine temperature shot up suddenly and the red light started blinking. I stopped the car and called up [protected] ( your toll free number ) at 4:55 pm. In response 1 mechanic arrived on a scooty at 6:30 pm( after 1.5 hrs) only to ask me to slowly drive down to the showroom near Bank More, which I did as the engine had cooled down in this long wait.
            There, I could not find anyone (it was closed, being a sunday). After repeated calls to [protected], I was asked at 7:30 pm to drive down to the other showroom (which is on the other end of Dhanbad, through heavy traffic).Interestingly, your customer care person told me that the Dhanbad mechanic was not accepting his call and so he would have to talk to his superior.
            After a traumatic wait of 2.5 hrs, I decided to drive back to Bokaro (approx 45 km) at a slow speed, with about 7/8 halts and by splashing water on the radiator at each halt. A half day wasted, tension galore.
            Today, I have taken leave of absence to get my car repaired.
            I just hope there are not too many like me suffering at the hands of your self acclaimed "Customer Care".

            my vehicle have serious problem of poor pickup and automatic switch off the engine while running on road and it gives some accidental chances arrives in future...

            Jaika motors amravati had create an offense and cheated on us that our duplicate signature made by them on satisfaction letter...( it has an criminal offense in ipc sec 420)...

            I purchased Indica (Petrol) eV2 Cab on November 2012. On the day of initial payment their executive Mr.Swarup Dutta (GM) told me that the insurance and registration is absolutely free.But it seven month past I yet to get any insurance and registration papers.

            In this time period they told me different unbeliveable stories.. i kept hearing that was the only mistake i made.. because.. i want to start a business of my own thats why, i kept on noding my head.. Till the first five months.. they kept on saying different reasons and on the sixth month they give me a delivery challan and one invalid transit insurance. So i asked them to give my cars registration and insurance, but they replied me that they havent give me the cars registration and insurance papers.



            I am very much SUPRISED how Tata Motors is not aware of this. I would kindly request Tata Motors to if have a regular check on their Sub dealers.. So that the name and business of tata Motors does'nt go down and also i would request to give training for your dealers to how to provide " Customer Service and also ask them to speak the truth always what ever might be the reason.
            The vehicle Manza Petrol Aura was delivered on sep 2012 has done 9500 kms.
            warranty to be claimed for the bent rear twist beam.
            They have not given me the clear reason as to why the warranty cannot be claimed . They are claiming that the vehicle has met with an accident since i have changed the bumper. There are no impact damages in the twist beam.
            I have requested for the service history of the vehicle which has been denied . I have been to Mysore from madikeri(120 kms) 3 times for this matter . Now, they are asking me to take delivery of the vehicle as they have problem with parking space in the service station.
            I had done the 3rd service of the vehicle at concorde motors Bangalore on[protected] where they have advised for the repair of the rear twist beam upon delivery of the vehicle. Now the people at Urs car service are asking me to take the car to concorde motors to get it repaired.
            The bumper was replaced on june 2013 and the general check up was done at which time they have not noticed this wear and tear of the tyres.
            This vehicle has spent more time in a workshop than on roads . The ABS of the vehicle gives up some times and we wont have the confidence while driving.

            This specific vehicle was born with defects.
            At times the bluetooth microphone does'nt work, when asked they tell us that there was a loose connection . The dash board makes the rattling sound no matter how many times you get it tightened . The front suspension is horrible and feels like driving a jeep.
            I am taking my Indigo e CS purchased in seep 2011 for regular servicings at Jasper workshop in Guntur, A.P . Every time it is a horrowing experience. The charges are very high compared to other workshops I am also owning a Tavera which is serviced at Fusion motors guntur. on 1st Feb 14 I went for oil change and minor adjustments as per Invoice No:jasLtd-GPI-R[protected].the amount for spares is Rs7708.42 and the labour charges are Rs5476.88 where they have chargedRs1150 for welding two bolts. the service is very bad stealing from customers and decided to stop visiting the workshop
            tata motors work shop services are very disappointing, i feel cheated and regret whi i chose for tata .they have third class mechanics and cannot able to detect the real problems . i have given my car for repairing to vikaspuri service station but unfortunately even after my three visits they could not able to detect problem and every time they are prepared with hefty bills, hope less and disgusting

            Tata motors is the most pathetic automobile company i had ever seen in my life, i am the biggest victim of TATA motors. It is the company which provides the most poor service like a Sarkari office with High charges like private companies. If you really care for your hard earned money then don't ever buy TATA's car. i said any car of TATA motors, they are famous for poor quality products with pathetic service...
            Go for Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, they are much better then TATA, why TATA is far away in ranking in automobile you can imagine yourself...

            I have given my for general service and also to body shop for Insurence claim on 25.03.16 till today they dint atlest call to for taking my vehicle Tata Manza even on my many calls that service center pupils have not responded thus shows the lack of supervision and inefficiency of delear management I don't know for keeping my vehicle with them about 20 days they have even changed my vehicle part also
            This is the irresponsibility if the management, I hope the TATA Motors will look into the matter and further they can give the service center to the good man agent who have responsibility in serving the better to the TATA coustmers

              Our builder is in prrogress of forming the housing society, in which we have following concerns
              Our society is having total 10 Nos of buildings out of 3 buildings are not facilitate with amenities like Club house / Lift etc. These 3 buildings is having different entrance gate but common with society. There is common water management system for society ( all 10 buildings) .
              Looking after future conflictions we are thinking to separate their entity by forming two different societies within same campus ( One socity of 3 buildings & other one of 7 buildings) . As per builder it is not possible due to legal obligations.

                The front glass of my car no.GJ-5-CH-1960 was broken and car was given to authorised service provider of company Dhruvanam Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.( Bharataum Motors) at Surat.The bill no.DhrAPL-SP-R[protected] was amounted to Rs. 6499/-. as the full insurace of car was with ICICI lombard, the total charge to me including claim charge(Rs.600/-)y amounted to Rs.2799/-. But the company forced me to pay Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 201/- extra). The orally explain me that the charges with insurace company may vary. It is not understood, how can the bill amount be varied or insurace company 's charges can be varied after billed once.The company has charged 201/- more with chitting.

                Car — extra membership charged

                I am member of Race car helpline service for the past 6-7 years for two cars and no doubt the service is satisfactory but this time on repeated requests by your customer service executive I though tof availing your services. Your executive told me that because I am an old member they will give me at 399/- annual membership but the persom who came to give membership card charged 499/- from us.(Voucher no. DEL[protected]

                This is cheating on your part that you give lucrative offer over phone but take advantage when the offer is actually availed.

                  I applied a credit card to your bank 6 month ago, but till date we have not received any card. we have also confirmed with your customer care excutive, he told me your application had been declained due to eligibilily.
                  but last 2 month ago your collection excutive came to me for bill of payment that time i told him my authentic reason and he also confirmed after colling to the bank, then he said sorry, and went away,
                  although, a letter came to me as on 19.08.2008 for payment from your bank.

                    I have purchased a Tata Indica DLS Car bearing Regn. No DL-7C -E-9175 from M/s. Nawab Motors, Noida (UP) on 24th July 2007. This Car always serviced timely by M/s. A-One Motors, A-19, Mohan Co -oprative Industries, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044 . Since last two month I went three times to agency for rectification of fault (Fuel Pump, Eengine Missing and no proper pick up), but agency could not rectify the fault after held up the vehicle more than ten day in workshop.

                    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I really appreciate communication from Tata Motors after long waiting follow-ups of more then 6 month. Really great customer services �?�.

                    Coming to my compliant and issue, I am not interested to rectify or do research on my vehicle as I paid full cash to get new and well working vehicle not for rectified vehicle or manufacturing defective model.

                    I will ask Tata Motors if they are concerns with customers and there practices. Tata motors will reimburse my entire cost with rate of interest which I already paid to bank (Tata finance). And provide me brand new vehicle with out single defect.

                    I am not interested to send my vehicle again and again to services center and burn my time and fuel which I did lots of time. For information ask for vehicle report from fortune.

                    I want to intimate and waiting for proper approach from Tata motors, if it doesn’t happen I will choose very appraisable way to go to Consumer court and New Media will help lots of customer to keep away from Tata brand and services.

                    Sorry to say you I am asking for my money value not some thing in bonus or in free.

                        Dear Sir

                        We are totally disappointed with the behaviour of Tata Motors Service Center employees at Piragarhi Service Station names: Mr.Jaspal and Mr.Lalit.

                        We had got the servicing of our Tata Safari(Top Model) just 15days back and now we received a problem in the A/C as it was not cooling atall(immediately after the servicing and Car was not Cleaned or Washed) and Lights of the car as they automatically switched off at the time High Beam or dipper. We had complaint about the servicing at the time of the feedback call also.

                        Now, when we called these guys and told the complaint, they took the car from our place but denied to deliver the same. Being, an employed person I dont have that much time to go and collect my car as 15days back i did the same and I have other works to do, I cannot waste my time everytime going to TATA MOTORS.

                        This is my 2nd Safari, the 1 st one i had sold just 2 months back, and got this one. Being such a customer and receiving these problems, I demand strict action to be taken by TATA against such people who are spoiling the Brand of such a company whom I have always respected.

                          Your e-mail in this regard and letter of TATA Motors, B B Bhadale, Officer - Customer Assistance Centre, Tata Motors Ltd. LBS Marg, Wagle Estate, Thane (w) and letter to ASO, TML, BBSR along with my e-mail of 16thAug’08

                          Sir,
                          Last time you people directed me to bring the vehicle at your workshop for necessary check up, road trail, average test and necessary action for the rectification of my complain. You had proposed to send the FIP for rectification to Kailash Diesel, Cuttack and you have also intimated the same to ASO, TML, BBSR. Again you had sent a letter to me to bring the vehicle to your workshop for necessary check up and road trial AND personally assured me that you have sent a demand letter to the concerning department of TML for replacement with new FIP.
                          Because M/s Golden Diesels could not rectified the problem which could be seen clearly from their Job cards nos.- E-74495 and E-77397. Which is clearly showing that they could not cured the problem and the FIP had been fitted at your workshop with this assurance that this will be replaced as soon as possible. That time this was fitted by your mechanic with full advanced tuning adjustments because it was not working properly as normal stage and fuel pump stopped working randomly with emitting high quantity o[censored]nburned white smoke. Thereafter I had visited so many times at your office of the workshop regarding taking information for replacement of new FIP but always it was assured me by your office staff that as soon as new FIP will be sanctioned by TML we will inform you by e-mail or by post on my postal address at Rourkela.
                          That on 17th Aug’08 I once again bring the vehicle at your workshop for checkup the same problem and complain of excess over heating, now again you send the FIP for repairing to M/s Golden Diesels, after inspection the FIP now they are demanding estimated money Rs.6, 500/- from me before touching FIP for further repairing process.
                          I am not in possessions to spend Rs 6, 500/- towards repairing cost of FIP.
                          AND at last it is again still request that please look into the matter and manage to resolve my ongoing issue in your workshop. Taking these things into the consideration and request you people to discuss the issue with TATA MOTORS and solve my ongoing problem.

                            Sir,

                            I purchase one tata indica v2 diesel car on 15.2.2006, registration no.is TN-21-H-4972, i am paying EMI regularly without any penalty. but the tata motors send the legal notice for HP-agreement, they stated that penalty amount of Rs.18745/-(approx). but i have issued blank cheque leaf and also cheque issued for the amount of Rs.237440/-.My bank a/c also reflecting surplus fund, in that case tata motors issued a legal notice for me. this is very stress on my health. further 4 wheeler supplied to me is also causing problem by consuming more oil and non-working of alternator the battery is run down right from the begining of the day purchased, which is another stress for me.so, i am feel very bad about tata motors.

                              2. Time consuming exercise to get the car in order.

                              Ref: New INDICA Turbo-TLC with chasis number
                              RZP45997 purchased on 30.06.08 in the name of
                              Dr. Promila Kishor

                              Sir,

                              This is to bring to your kind attention the poor performance of the service staff at your workshop where the cars go for PDI .We had purchased the above-mentioned Car on 30.06.08. Magma Shrachi financed the car and we made the balance payment on the 30.06.08. The tank of the car was got filled with 5 ltr of diesel by the concerned authority of your showroom. Next morning (1.07.08) we started the car and following observations were made:

                              1. The sound of the engine was much more and different from the order two
                              Turbo Indica we own in the family. There were uneasy noises at regular
                              interval.
                              2. The carpet of the navigator seat was very wet. The AC pipe was found to be
                              defective and the AC water was coming inside. A pool of water had collected
                              on the carpet.
                              3. The alignment of the wheels was not done.
                              4. The Defogger equipment was not working.

                              The car was taken to the showroom and these complaints were brought into the notice of the sale staff over there. We were assured that these complaints would be addressed and the car would be delivered to us on next day that is 04.07.08 at our residence. We called on 8th and were told that it would be sent in an hour. The time elapsed and we went to take the car and we found the carpet as wet as we had left it few days back. There was no proper response to it and no one knew whether all the problems were addressed or not. We left the car with instruction to inform us when it was ready to be delivered. We received a call on 11th July informing us that the car is ready. We asked the concerned authority to send the car at our residence. The keys were handed to the staff at my hospital.

                              The engine of the car was put on and the sound was terrible and worse than before. Next
                              Morning though it subsided but not to the level as Turbo Indica should have. The carpet was still very wet. This irritated me and further inspections were not made.

                              Sir, it’s been many days that the so called NEW CAR with very less noisy TURBO engine of TATA has not been able to be properly delivered to the customer by your dealership. There are nagging problems and noises at regular interval that may need adjustments.

                              We had left the car at your showroom with 47 km reading and it was 181 km with half tank empty at the time of delivery at our place on 11.07.08 at 8 p.m WHO WILL PAY FOR THE FUEL CONSUMPTION TILL IT IS FREE OF PROBLEMS. WHO WILL PAY THE INTEREST THAT I AM PAYING WHICH STARTS FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE FOR ME.

                              Sir, we regret of severing our relations with Society Motors from where we had been purchasing TATA cars for the last 5 years. We regret our decision to purchase the car from your dealership, which was only to keep the honour of words of our family member who had initiated the discussion regarding the purchase of car from you. We were promised discounts of Rs 43000/- which was not depending on the issue of Finance and Insurance. We were offered discounts worth Rs 36000/- as we were misled about the prices of accessories and that too were faulty and are of no use now. We were not even given warranty card for the stereo, which was found out of order when the cars came to us on 11.07.08 from your showroom. We gave a Cheque of Rs 95301/- including Rs 21280/- on account of RTO expenses and Rs. 3450/- for EWP. We received a receipt of Rs.18880/- from RTO instead of Rs 21280/- We have still not received the Invoice and the EWP booklet that should have been made available to us on 30.06.08.

                              Today the car did not start. We telephoned the sales executive about the problem. We received a call from your Rooma Workshop to inquire about the problem. We told them about it and the answer we received was “So what if you have purchased a new Car and the new car also gives many problems.”

                              We have never faced such a mental agony on purchase of new car. It has been painfull experience with your company. Your company has made us a fool.

                              We should be delivered a new car with same model and colour specification in lieu of the car already delivered to us. We do not want any accessories to be fitted from your company as we have lost the trust. We need a refund order in cheque of the amount equal to the value of the discounts that have been given to us in form of accessories.

                              We should not be forced to bring this issue with the TATA MOTORS and consumer court.

                              tata motors indica dlg turbo — excess payment taken by dealer

                              I procure a car INDICA DLG TURBO from YASH MOTORS BHILWARA (RAjasthan) on 11/2/2008.
                              Actual amount taken is Rs 388800 & bill was Rs374050 + rs.350 towards temporary registration.remaining 14400 rs 4400 towards extended warranty
                              5000 disciunt given in the form of accesorries
                              5000 loyalty bonus which is to be given back by cheque(as told by dealer sales executive) but still after 2 yrs, complaining & contacting several times to dealer sales executive & now to GM I could not get my money back &extended warranty certificate also.Also i want to mention that when checked at dealers accounts there is no record of 14400Rs While i was having receipt of total money deposited. I want my Rs 5000 back

                                i travel daily from rajpura(patiala) to ludhiana .all daily passanger suffer many problems related to railway compartments .the train bording from ambala cant to amritsar that train no is 1ul passanger train .this train is to short with lesser compartment or no toilet facility specialy for senior citizen.or old persons who can't tolerate with uirenail problem .or this train is so short or daily passaner are more and no seat facilty provided for all person.past this train boarding from ambala cant to ludhiana but at present this is gone to amaritsar with same passanger capacty.so please forwad my complaint to railway minister .how we tolerate that problem

                                  hi,

                                  i am using Indica DLG from Mar 2005, from six months onwards after purchase problems started and the service guys at Concorde, Manipal and Prerana where looting money and the problems never got fixed.

                                  Significant among these were mounting bolt not tightened properly and they were not able to identify, Oil leak from stearing oil tank - concorde, decarbonising done and fuel pump got damaged - Manipal, replacements for 4 heater plugs (did not give back what was replaced also) for a problem of fuel pump.

                                  i nowadays advice people to stay away from tata motors

                                  Dear Ratan;

                                  My name is Amol Goswami from Delhi and I am the owner of TATA Indica DLS from past one year. I have a complaint regarding the service I am getting from PAWA Motors, Delhi. I have purchased TATA INDICA V2 on April 30 year 2007 from PAWA Motors – Delhi; India. Regarding the vehicle, I really appreciate its performance but unfortunately the service which I am getting from PAWA Motors is very bad for the periodical services for my vehicle. I myself take my vehicle number DL8C M 4262 in August 2008 for doing the 20, 000 km services, I have gone for all the treatments which were asked to me to increase the life of my car by General Manager and Service Manager & “I spent good amount in service. I have spent amount of Rs: 4, 500/ - cash.”

                                  I have registered following complaints/ Problems in my CAR

                                  - Problem in overtaking car on Highway: I have to switch off my AC if I want to overtake any vehicle on Highway.
                                  - Average is not too good.
                                  - RPM meter once AC is on automatically comes at 1000 RPM but earlier it was set on 950 PRM
                                  - Car is twice failed in pollution checking
                                  - Brakes are not up to mark/ good for city but not for highway
                                  - Complete service to be done and check all the problems
                                  - Viper blades are not properly working once heavy rain occurs

                                  The service engineer told me that all these complaints will be taken care under service and we will deliver you the vehicle till 4:00 PM; I asked him to drop me till auto stand if any car is going out. He asked me to wait but after two hours he come to me and said that it’s already 11:30 there is no vehicle going you stay here and take the vehicle as it will be delivered to you after post lunch. He also ordered me that if I want to go home I can but they will not drop me and I have to travel at least 5 KMS by my own as there are no auto/ bus service nearby; but I decided to stay there. I feel very embarrass and decided to stay for 3-4 hours rather than going out from there.

                                  By the meanwhile I started reading vouchers and leaflets which ere kept on reception and cash counter. I come to know that BARDHAL is having a contract with TATA Motors and if any person is using all its treatment then on 20, 000 of his service or on 4th service his car will get certificate from AUTHORISED service station for all the treatment which will help in extended warranty. When I asked your service manager to provide me that certificate he updated me that he is unaware of this and will confirm first and provide me the same by EOD once I will take my vehicle back.

                                  At 3:30 PM my service engineer come back to me and update me that he won’t be able to deliver me my vehicle on time because it’s the vehicle has to go for test ride and washing. I will get my car delayed, how much? He was not having any answer against it. At 5:00 PM my car went for test ride and come back in one minute; in front of me engineer said that all the spares are working in good condition and he has taken good/ long round of 2 KMS in it. He was lieying in front off me. At 5:30 my car went for washing. Till then I understood that there was no service quality I went with my car till washing area. I was shocked to see that the person who was washing the car hasn’t cleaned the car properly. When I complaint to my service engineer he updated me that I am not authorized to go into service station and I should wait for the delivery of my car and do not disturb the people while they are in work. I was stunned to listen this answer from my service engineer in front of General Manager “PAWA Motors”.

                                  Then and there I complained to your General Manager and very coolly he updated me that “he is making salary of his employees and if I will again disturb him then we would make any mistake and I would be responsible for it; its better that I can wait in waiting lounged and drink hot coffee. He also updated me that we have the relation of 4.0 yrs as I have taken extended warrantee so we have to live properly” or else it will be bad for our future relations.”

                                  I got my car back at 7:30 PM and it was my wife birthday that day. I come to know that the dickey and left gate has scratches; when I asked my service manager for these scratches he started fighting with me that these scratches are earlier on doors and I am now blaming to them. I come to know that nothing is going to be happened. Neither the GM nor any other person is going to listen me and if these people got together they will start being me. I was feeling very unsecured. I also singed the document with “service done not satisfactory” I was not provided any certificate by GM – PAWA motors even when I demanded for it.

                                  When I was driving back to home I come to know that there are still following complaints left in my CAR. These are as follow:

                                  - Average is still not good.
                                  - RPM meter once AC is on automatically comes at 1000 RPM but earlier it was set on 950 PRM
                                  - Car is again failed in pollution checking
                                  - Brakes are not up to mark
                                  - Viper blades are not properly working once heavy rain occurs

                                  It simply means that they all have harass me & not look into my service area/ complaints; they have only changed the oils; make my meter move to upper side and delivered me the vehicle at 6:00 or 6:30 I don’t remember the exact time in spite of the commitment of 4:00 PM

                                  I also complained the same to your toll free number[protected]; but the lady who picked up the call didn’t listed my complaint and asked me to take my vehicle back to that hell service station.

                                  Now Mr. TATA you answer my quarry? Is this the service you provide to your customers? I am also using a Maruti CAR and my brother using Maruti Desire which I get decent services from those people but the TATA persons responds very very bad. And what I suggest you must cancel there license or change the staff because at the end I don’t know the dealer I know RATAN TATA/ I know TATA company and I am very upset. It was the worst experience of my life and this experience has make totally negative.

                                  I know that you are the highest authority; I have tried to make show you the real picture now its up to you if you find ok then take proper action against faulty people and give me appropriate answer.
                                  I have one 1613tc truck. two days ago I found water in the mobil chamber. I changed the gasket(Telco) and Mobil(Castrol). But to my misfortune the next day the same thing happened. Please advice.

                                    Dear Sirs,
                                    I am Vaneet Taneja owner of TATA SAFARI Car HR-38-K-4700. On 2nd June 2008 i faced a problem in my car of Center Locking & some oil pressure light indicator problem which was continiousily bliking. So that i sent my car to Tayal Motors India Private Limtied, Faridabad wide Job Card No. JC-Tayal-FR[protected] dated 02/06/2008. During Service Tayal Motors change various parts & raised a Bill of Rs.3, 916/- wided Invoice No. Tayal-FR[protected] dated 04/06/2008. At the time of delivery of my car on 4th june 2008 the service advisor Mr. Feeroz alam tell to us that all chek-ups are done & there nothing pending in any kind of problem in my car. Next Day on 5th June 2008 when i am driving my car in faridabad, there are some smoke came out from bonnet and i am again sent my car to Tayal Motors wide Job Card No. JC-Tayal-FR[protected] dated 5-6-2008. During This one day period i drive my car only for 71 Kms. At the time of handing over the car to Mr. Feeroz Alam tells to us there are some problem in Hous Pipe. On 7th of june 2008 Mr. Alam Called to us that your car is ready & your bill is Rs.450/- . When my person (Mr. Manoj Sharma) goes for the delivery, it dosen't even Start. They Kept the Car again for one to check. Next day we call for the status than Mr. Feeroz Alam asked that the "engine karna padega" & it will cost about 30000/-. We were shocked & after few arguments they asked for 50% of the expenses. Then Manager Mr. Vinay Srivastava called me at my mobile and convience me to bear 50% of expenses. I was not having any other option, so i got agree. But after such a long period today they are asking to us that "Car ka Head Bhi Kharab Ho Gaya Hai". I am compeletly shocked. These people are playing with car engine, because i handed over my car in very good running condition. After getting frustreted i tried to contact the senior persons of Tayal Motors but nobody responding me & when i am enquire about Mr. Vinay Srivastav, they told me that he is on long leave. After that i tried to contact from you website but even there you customer care link is not working. Then i go to your toll free number [protected] and talk to Ms. Neha at 1:20 p.m. She ask to call back after 15 minutes. But after waiting for 2 hours i call her back, then she again ask me to call after 15 minutes, but after insisting she gave me complaint referance number [protected]. She assures me that she call back to me with in half an hour, but now at time 5:10 p.m. i have not received any call from her or any other person.

                                    Please do the needful and make justice with me & my car.

                                      I am a proud owner of Tata Indica Car since year 2000.
                                      Since being in Army I was on transferable job, thus my car CH-03 A 8323 has seen various Authorised workshops in cities like chennai, chandigarh, dehradun, OOty, coimbatore and Delhi.
                                      Unfortunately its Delhi where I have seen totally unethical way of handeling customer and fleasing money out of their pockets.
                                      This complaint is against Auto Links Enterprises (I) Ltd Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, Vasant Kunj New Delhi 110070 wherein my car is going in and out for a complaint of overheating.
                                      First time its bottle and Ac Pump was replaced, second time entire pipe line was changed and third time radiator fan still the problem exsisit.
                                      When I call within 24h they responded saying you come we will open a job card, I said why shall I pay more now you need to come and take the car as I was out of station and my wife refuse to touch her car since it is bothering her on daily basis.
                                      My car is standing and we are not using but Autolink business is flureshing.
                                      Request to take an action.

                                      A brand new Indigo CS LS Dicor car was booked by me on 31-05-08 with MILES MOTORS BARODA. I took test drive of same car which was booked for me & few snags were found which was confirmed to concern personals. I was told to pay full amount on 02-06-08 and was told that car will be for delivery on the same day at 6 pm. I went to MILES MOTORS at 12:30 pm today & inquired about all pending snags for which i was told by W/SHOP supervisor that all DICOR car's have the same issue & we cannot do more. I talk to MD of MILES MOTORS and he assured me that my every concern will be taken care & car will be up to your satisfaction. At 6 pm i was called by MILES MOTORS, to come & collect the car. While inspecting all round the boby, a fresh DENT was found on right hand door. I informed W/SHOP manager MR. GOPINATH about it. After having heated argument, I was told that u have to wait for delivery & we will change door from other car, which i didn't agree.

                                      Since i have paid for a brand new original car, then why should i accept a car with door change.

                                      More over i feel sorry to say that your Regional Manager (MR. GURMEET SINGH) had a word with me on above subject & he to try his level best to make me fool. He was comparing car's door with fuel filter & oil sump nuts.

                                      I would like to tell you as a technical suggestions, please don't keep such un experienced non technical staff with u, who in turn will spoil your whole reputation of TATA'S which is at very high level.

                                      Please tell me know at your earliest that what is to be done on above issue, as i have mentioned that i will not accept this car with door change. I am ready to take another car or keep my money with u.




                                      NOTE : Since 31st May, till date I personal called all top level personnal {MR singh, Mr Naik at Ahemdabad}, Mr Ansari and other at your Bombay office, but till now no action has been taken from your end since Although i have paid full amount by cash and still my car is not delivered to me, I am bound to hire a car for my personal use, due to your local agent’s negligency

                                      I had given my indica xeta car for servicing in Auto Links Vasant Kunj in December. There was a problem of the car stopping at signals on its own. Since I could go to Autolinks only on a saturday, I enquired about the persistent problem at a known minor repair shop, he opened the coolant container and it was found that there was very less coolant in it. So, I had to put an additional 2 litres of coolant immediately after which the particular problem in my car didnot recur. Less coolant put in at Autolinks meant that its employee or some other person meant for putting the coolant poured only a part of it in the coolant container and siphoned off the rest to be used to another car etc. Probably, there is lot of corruption going on in the authorised workshops of Tata Motors including the one in Vasant Kunj. Unless and untill, the management of Tata Motors wakes up and stops such gross negligence on the part of its employees/service men, its reputation as a great organization is certain to nosedive.
                                      I fully agree with the complainant. I would like to add that this state has occurred after the change of Manager of the said workshop. I was getting my car (since 2002) serviced by Auto Links and was very satisfied till the workshop was Managed by Mr Atul. However, since the new Manager came in Workshop has started fleecing customers. Tata Motors should Look into it . It is giving dis-service and dis repute to the Tata's name, which a pride for all Indians.

                                        i have purchased indiac dicor, dlg car on 7/5/2008. the car was puncture yesterday. but while repairing the pucture we found that the tube was cut in two pieces, but the tyre was undamaged. the workshop manager of sanya motors (for tata motors), aurangabad, who said that we will not do anything for that. you can complain about it. the workshop mechanics also were surprised, they said they have never seen such types of tube damage before this.
                                        within only 8 days if the tube was cut in pieces, then if travel in remote places if such thing happens then what should we do. my complaint is with the tata motors as well as with the goodyear tyre compay, that why they use such product which is harmfull and dangerous to the users.
                                        i have given the tube to the sanya motors for verification. i want to file case against such products in the consumer court.

                                        I am planning to purchase TATA INDICA DICOR DLG. let me know what is the milage and engine performance.
                                        Also if you found any issues let me know
                                        I own a Indica V2 Dicor DLG past three months and the car is trouble free . Performance in exhilarating. I also have Swift Vdi with me and i feel that Dicor is more value for money.With its amazing seat comfort and road manner its returning the following Fuel efficiency Figures:
                                        AC Without AC
                                        City: 14.8Kmpl 17Kmpl
                                        Hi-Way: 22.5 Kmpl 24.8 Kmpl.
