As I bought the car Indica Xeta in January 2008 - Tata didn’t deliver the car on time it should be on 27th jan as it’s my child b'day . Dealer Auto point through the money and told me that they will not give me a car after I call upon Tata motors Mumbai they arrange vehicle, after that every time my cars goes there is some additional fault comes in my car every time I had fight that I never experience this fault when I gave the car, one time they took my car's side mirror too. I will discuss the last incidence.

Please do note that we regret to inform you that you provided service till today is worst. Every time my car goes to service we are coming out with red face let me explain you last incidence.
We have call upon no[protected] on dated:[protected] at 6.00 pm and for my car breakdown service, you can check detail on Complain No: 1-[protected]. There wasn’t any response then after for a Month, after a month we have raised our voice and ask about what happening? , The staff wake up from a long sleep and started querying about why not responded the complain at the end they pick my car on dated: 6-5-11 after that again there wasn’t any call from TATA Motors and we made a call again 16-5-11 on toll free no again now they couldn’t trace the car location after 2-3 days exercise they found out my car at Auto Point – Saroli –Surat.

Now one of eng. Mr. Mustaq Call open and told me that car is getting start in one go what is the problem? , As I told him to have a go with test drive, car engine is not getting force and car is not even moving on 10miles speed.
After 3 hours eng. Range me again and told me that sir your car having battery problem that’s why it causing above problem. I was shocked and replied that dear I am also having a electronic store and I know that battery is there for ignition not to run the engine plz check again.
After a couple of hours once again eng. Call me open told me that sir your vehicle is ready to pickup, as I was out of the town so pick the car 3 days late on the date: 21-5-11, Car wasn’t getting switch on, so eng took another battery and did connect with my battery and start the car as I ask him why my car battery is down? As he replied that don’t worries have a go, drive around and it will be charged itself. As I back to my office and left the car, at night as I close my store and tried to start the car it wasn’t getting start, as I call the local eng. He told me that plz call open TATA Motor that battery cells is burnt out. That means the eng, whoever was working on my car did the mess and burn the battery to just keep his word that he was right for the battery problem. Now battery cost is 5000Rs. Who will pay the cost? And most important thing is in this competition era other company are providing far better services.

    I have at a Tata Motors Insurance (National Insurance Company Limited) policy number[protected] dated 10/8/2010. The policy is against my Tata Indica Vista Aura Safire Car Regn Number RJ24CA2017.
    On 7th May my car was damaged and hence I took it to the nearest authorized dealer of Tata Motors i.e. Green Motors, Abu Road, Distt Sirohi , Rajasthan. I was told that since staff was not available that day, I should send the vehicle to the work Shop along with the copies of Registration, Insurance Policy and the driving license. Accordingly I sent the vehicle along with the driver and the documents to the said workshop on 9th May. However, at about 1030 hrs, I was surprised to receive a call from the workshop that they cannot accept the car since they did not have the cashless facility and I was advised to take the car to the authorized dealer at Udaipur which was situated 200 Kms away. I objected and also discussed the matter with the owner Mr Dalip Tak. However, they still refused to accept the car on the same pretext. I then took the up the matter with the insurance company through phone number[protected] and after discussion of the matter with various personnel, I was advised by them also that they did not have cashless arrangements with the said workshop and advised me to send the car to Udaipur. When I resisted the same as the suggestion was not justified. I was then advised to contact Tata Business Service Support at phone Number[protected]. On being contacted I was put through to one Mr Gajanan who on hearing the problem was very helpful and contacted the workshop Manager Mr Mahesh. However, inspite of his persuasion the workshop still continued to refuse to accept the vehicle for repairs as the Manager was on leave and after repeated follow up through Mr Gajanan. I was also advised to contact Mr Mahesh (Manager) on phone number [protected]. A complaint to this effect was lodged with TBSS vide complaint Number 1628. The vehicle was finally accepted by the Workshop only at about 1800 hrs without the documents and I was told that no action will taken till Mr Mahesh reports from leave on 11th May. On 11th May, the photocopies of the relevant documents were submitted to the workshop and I was informed that process to repair the vehicle will be initiated. However, I was not advised by any further action to be taken by me nor any estimates of repairs given. I did not hear anything further from the workshop and on Saturday the 15th May, hoping the vehicle would have been repaired, I contacted Mr Mahesh on telephone in the morning. On inquiry I was informed by Mr Mahesh (Manager) that since he was out, no action could be taken till then and he would expedite the process. When I checked up again in the evening, I was informed that since I had not lodged the report with the insurance company, the case could not be processed. I was advised to lodge report with the estimates and only then after inquiry the estimate of Rs 10950/= was intimated. I accordingly lodged the report with the insurance company vide number[protected] and intimated to Mr Mahesh. Till then one week had passed.
    On 16th May, I again contacted Mr Mahesh about the progress of the repair of vehicle. I was told that the survey had been carried out and the vehicle would be repaired in about two days. On 19th when I again contacted, I was told that since the painter had not come, the work could not be completed and would be completed the next day. However, since 20th, Mr Mahesh or the workshop is not responding to the repeated calls and neither any attempt has been made buy the workshop to contact me.
    It may be seen from above that the vehicle has been in the workshop since last 13 day in all ( and 7 days since the report was finally lodged with the insurance firm), but the vehicle has not been repaired. Is it as per the terms of insurance? It amount to harassment of the customer by the workshop and the insurance firm who have failed to initiate any action on my complaint to ensure prompt service. I wonder why facilities are created when the dealers cannot deliver the service. If this is the quality of service, would one feel like renewing the contract? WHAT ABOUT THE LOSS / INABILITY TO USE THE CAR FOR SO MANY DAYS WHEN THE COMPANY PROMISES TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WITHIN THREE DAYS?

      Dear all,

      This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

      Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this???

      Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements.For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

      To make the website a" money making machine" huge number o[censored]nauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

      In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies's management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies's management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

      End of the day because of these forums many companies's business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses.These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

      Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn't have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn't worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

      In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

      Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being, every service and every organization. But it doesn't means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn't means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

      Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don't start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

      Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don't support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

      Very soon we are posting the list of all blacklisted forums by cyber crime department

        I racevied a offer letter by SENIOR H.R MANAGER DEPARTMENT MR. RAJAT SHARMA and he demand for money 8750 rs. in hdfc bank in favour of mahendra singh a/c thats i want to knw that this offer letter is fruad or not but i guess this is fruad because any mnc company did not demand any security money

        I also send a attechment file of offer letter which i get in this letter it demand money and it give last date of pay the amount at 2-may-2011

        Please inform me that this is fruad or not then i take decision andthat type of message not spoil our future

          I have taken 175000.00 car loan for purchasing indicadis from tata motor finance branch at aurangabad on dated 9 june 2007.i have paid all 34 tenure on 10may2010.I have visited on 15nov.2010 with application for getting NOC.MR.shaikh told us that due to burning of documents,we will sent NOC on your nasik home address.but when my driver approach for NOC in jan.2011;he demands id proof ,which is not told before.When he approach on dt:14.03.2011,he has given NOC which is already laps on dt:20 feb.2011.i am totally frusted for such a negligance & poor service given by them.When i contact your TOLL FREE no.they told me that we have alrady sent orignal NOC&duplicate NOC on dt:20 sep.2010,20november2010.I want to know,who is responsible for such a negligance & deliberate service!

            Dear All,
            I would like to suggest pls do not use the speed cargo packers and movers. The marketing manger of Lucknow branch Mr Veranda Singh (Address F -132 Transport nager ,Kanpur Road Lucknw([protected],[protected],[protected]) committed me to deliver my house hold items from Lucknow to pune within3 to 4 days. The date of booking was 16 april 2011; when I called on today (21 april 2011) for follow ups and final status of trucks then I found surprise that vehicle ran on yesterday (20 april 2011).
            It’s a big chiting with me and my family. Now our hotel stay booked by company is over and we haven’t received our items.
            Also they didn’t inform me about the delay.
            Now I am paying Rs 3000/day in pune for my family and my self due to that unfaithful and poor 3rds class service of SPEED CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS Lucknow branch.
            Pls Pls do not use above said unfaithful, not reliable packers and movers. Go for best to which u can trust.

            1) We booked material in sharing basis and amount received as per sharing basis, sharing household goods transportation time is 7 to 10 days, we have also agreement with party then in which condition he claim on us.
            2) We ensured household goods and we gave insurance policy to Mr.Jayant, if material broken in transhipment, then rule is he claim to insurance copmany, but he can't, because we have OK Goods receiving by Mr. Jayant Sharma.

              I Have a Indica car which on date 21.02.2011, I have send for minor repairing after they have call me for oil check and I allow for that after that on date 04.03.2011 my friend take delivery from Jaika Motors for 4-5 days he parked on his residence .on date 11 I have taken the my car and complete my work on city ,on 12 march I went to Mul and return.On 13 March My Friends went to Nagpur while return its Engine seized .Sir how it possisble to seized the Engine.The Workshop owner shown me 102783 kms and my correct meter reading is 107783 as I left the car to M/s jaika Motors Chandrapur
              Plase this msg fot TATA motors people how the your dealer is chit and not work properly .I have given Notice to him and ready for further legal action

                Sir,
                After repeated follow ups and innumerable visits to Bharti Automobiles for servicing and and almost 5 Milage test my Vehicle MH 02. BY 80084 still does not give me an acceptable average. I have an average of only 11 Kmpl. I have attached here with the mileage test done with by your representative at Bharti Automobiles. Your service centre Bharti Motors have serviced & tried to recttify defect but without any success. As a result İ am suffering heavy losses on account of double fuel consumption.
                You are therefore do the needful to replace the Vehicle & compensate losses suffered by me on account higher fuel, inconveniences and physical and mental torture suffered by us.Any further delay in the same would compel us to take Legal Advise on the matter .

                Dear Sir,

                I have recently purchased a Tata Manza Quadarajet Diesel Bs4 Engine no 89645 Chassis no 18030 it is run 3700km. It was told to me that the average in city should be atleast 14 km and Highway I should expect atleast 17-19km. I have been dissappointed as I observe that my average to the very best is been 8km per liter and on the highway it is 12 per liter. I would appriciate if somone from Tata Motors could respond.

                I have purchased the vehicle from Bharti Automobiles Thane. I am a resident of Vile parle east and am happy to take it any of the service stations in and around my area.

                  The joints of the dash board of my car have got loosed up and i think that is manufacturing problem. I had complaint against this

                    I am an owner of Tata Safari since march’07 and here by I want to share some of my experiences with the service providers of Tata Motors. I have been constantly inconvenienced by the service providers in Gurgaon.

                    Initially I utilized the services of Dhingra Motors, Gurgaon for regular service of my Tata Safari and then shifted to ABS Motors, Gurgaon. My last service was again by Dhingra Motors which was as pathetic as it could be. Let me list down the issues:-

                    1) I have alloys fitted in my Safari from an external vendor and never it was told by service engineers in Dhingra motors that externally fitted alloys are not aligned in Tata Service stations which resulted in one of new tyre burned out
                    2) I had requested for brake over hauling whch was not done at the first go and I had to leave the vehicle again with Dhingra Motors for job to be completed
                    3) I switched to ABS motors for one service and the experience was appalling. The central rear view mirror was broken and kept inside the dash board which is completely unacceptable. Once the realized the damage, I called ABS motors and somebody came to fix it. The central rear view mirror is now pasted with the help of a glue. This is the price I paid for going to TATA authorized dealer.
                    4) My recent service was through Dhingra Motors. This time I opted for dry cleaning of the car and of course the prices are very competitive. I left the car for 2 days and then waited for couple of hours before the car could be handed over to me. My car seats were dripping wet and no body could explain why the seats would get wet during dry cleaning. This is in spite of the fact that I had left the car with service station for 2 whole days. I had to dry the car in sun for 3 days and arrange for alternate arrangement and this is the price I paid for going to a authorized service station.
                    5) Just after driving 100 kms post service, the vehicle developed some snag which amazes me. I drive the vehicle for 5 thousand kms and give it for servicing post that there are always some or the other issues with the vehicle.


                    Over all it is a torturous experience to get a TATA vehicle services specially through authorized service stations

                    With regards to your last email, I have now recieved a reply from Cargo Motors.

                    The reply sent from Cargo Motors is utmost of dissatisfaction and Vague.

                    I expected that after Tata customer care forwarded the matter to Cargo Motors, this matter should be taken care of but I was wrong.

                    In my initial mail, I have complaint against Cargo Motors, but you have forwarded my query again to Cargo Motors to solve.

                    You have mentioned in your previous email that you have forwarded a copy of mail to your Chandigarh regional office and they will contact me, but no one has contacted me so far from Chandigarh.

                    I would like to make an official complaint in regards to the problems I have faced after I have bought Tata Manza against one of your dealer, Cargo Motors, Jalandhar, Punjab .



                    I have bought Tata Manza on 30/03/2010 with Reg: CH01 T 6532, Chasis Number: MAT613031ALC06612 from Hind Motors, Chandigarh .



                    I have noticed couple of problems(mentioned below) in this brand new car but it was not dealt with the standards which I was expecting from Tata Motors Dealers.



                    Problems:



                    1. There is very unusual noise from Steering Wheel when rotate while driving the car.



                    Mechanics from both Hind Motors, Chandigarh and Cargo Motors, Jalandhar could not understand the reason for this noise, so this problem is not fixed and left as it is.



                    2. Complaint to Tata Customer Service on[protected]



                    Complaint on this number regarding the steering wheel problem and then received a call back from Mr. Amarjit who advised me to take the car to Cargo Motors again.



                    After Cargo Motors, this time carefully inspected found that problem in the Steering main bolt/stud and needs to replace with new. Cargo Motors bought this new stud from Outside Market, fixed it and issued me a bill of Rs. 60 for that part which must be under warranty.



                    When asking them that it should be under warranty, Cargo Motors showed nastiest customer service and decided not to release the car, if Rs 60 is not paid.



                    I paid Rs. 60 to get my car but it was very disappointed experience I had with Tata Motors Dealer.





                    3. Air-condition not effective, due to 50gm less in Gas



                    When I complaint to Cargo Motors about Air-condition is not cooling effectively, Cargo Motors found that 50gm Gas in less and needs to be re-filled. This should have been checked before selling the car to me.



                    Cargo Motors have then filled the 50gm gas and issued me a bill of Rs. 125. I was jolted to see that charge and asked that this should be covered under warranty period. Cargo Motors showed no respect and asked me to pay this bill or not to release your car out from their premesis.



                    Again I paid Rs. 125 to get my car released from the bunch of (pardon my language).





                    In essence, I would never expect that level of customer service from one of your dealer.



                    I have Cars from other companies such as Hyundai, Maruti, Skoda with excellent after sales experience and I have bought Tata's car very first time, bearing in mind Tata's name and fame but I had such a horrific experience with Tata or its representative, which really puts me off to buy any further products from Tata or even recommending it to my friends and relatives.



                    I can still notice some problems in the car:



                    Steering became very hard after replacing the bolt/stud
                    Engine produces unusual noise at 4th gear
                    Driver side seat belt is not working properly and once strectched out and released, it doesnot go back to its position on its own.
                    Car's mileage/average is very low.


                    While currently facing and running with all these problems in the car, I would be afraid of going back to Cargo Motors, just in case they fix the problem and then charge me for fixing these problems and again posses my car for not paying the charges.



                    I would also like to share the comments from Cargo Motors about Tata, (please read in Hindi, if you can) " Yeh Tata ki Car hai, itne chhote chhote problems to honge hi".

                    Now this is image of Tata is in the minds of its representatives. Does Tata Motors deserves such a reputation ?



                    All these problems were noticed within after first few months when I bought the car.

                    Practically these problems must be tested and fixed before you sold the car in your show room.



                    But if not then after I found these problems these should be covered under the warranty period.



                    To be honest, I am not one of your happy and satisfied customer and it made me write this letter/complaint to you and expect your interference would be one of the solution.



                    I believe that you would certainly make some efforts to solve this matter and would demonstrate the standards which anyone would like to see from Tata Motors.



                    I would really be thankful to you and will be highly appreciated if you can take your car back and refund my money. I really won't get along with the services which I will recieve from Tata's dealer in my city, throughout the period I will own this car.

                    I got my Tata vista RJ-14CH-9181 FOR III servicing dated on 20/9/2010 and below are the points:-
                    1) When i called up to book my car for servicing on 15/9/2010 i was asked that its a 1 week booking and on 22/9/2010 it will be done in spite of your clause of 2 days. Any how i requested for 20/9/2010
                    2) While giving for III servicing I mentioned following complains need to be rectified
                    (a) After my II service lights in driver seat power window were not blowing as they changed the power window button of co-driver seat as it has manufacturing defect which they replace after 5 months
                    with words that they do not have spare.
                    (b) My speedometer glass makes an incredible irritating noise of hizzling since purchase which I even reported in II service and I
                    was told that same has been rectified but they lied.
                    (c) My dash board start making a heavy noise on jerks after II servicing
                    (d) My co-driver seat wiper was not working as I used it first time after second servicing and its not cleaning the glass of co-driver seat.

                    They asked me that car will be serviced by 5:00PM, No body bother to call till 6:00 PM when I reached at 6:30 PM to office they told let us check where I waited till 07:00PM and after that thay tol that my car is ready.
                    When I checked my Car NONE of my above mentioned complaints were solved and when I told them they asked me to get it tomorrow on 21/9/2010 and we will rectify the same even still I paid the charges.

                    Since it was dark I didn’t notice much next morning I saw that now “CENTRAL LOCKING WAS NOT WORKING” which was working fine before servicing, secondly no one even bothered to clean the car from interior as dust was still lying in vents ,dashboard as it was before servicing.

                    Next day on 21/9/2010 I any how I managed to leave my office and drop the car to service centre same even though my office is 25 km from service centre. When I reached the service centre I called the concern person Miss Minakshi (CRM Kamal & Compony, JAIPUR RAJASTHAN) she didn’t receive my phone even though I called up 6 times and no one was there to entertain I waited for half an hour and no one appeared and I was informed that she in meeting. I went to meeting room when no one replied then she send some executive and he received the car. In evening no one called me up till 6:30 pm when I called miss Minakshi she told that my car is not ready and since tomorrow is a holiday so we will return your car on 23/9/2010. When I refused as I have to go office then she told that ok u come to take car and I will get it picked on 23/9/2010 and will rectify the issues. No one called on 23/9/2010 in evening Miss Minakshi called me up at 05:47 PM and told that sorry we couldn’t get it picked as our driver is absent they realized it at EOD and will get it picked on 24/9/2010 till now no one called or appeared.

                    This is my formal and only intimation else my next reminder will be LEGAL this is how customers our being treated and fake resolutions are being provided on name of service.

                    2) second is that they promised to give 1gm gold coin as i have bought when this scheme is running but they did not give the coin as the manager left the job and sales executive not there, and we dont know about the gold coin

                    3) when if gave my new car to ist service i am getting lot of black smoke inspite of rectifying the problem simply they told all indigo ecs vehicles will get smoke like this only but when i buy this sales executive did not tell about this smoke that mesns there is no transperancy in the show room, if they told before i may go for indigo tdi

                    I have purchased new tata magic iris vehicle on 24/05/2014, company says one year warranty or 35000 kms. I have got problems in my vehicle from 2000 kms. (Abnormal sound, pickup problem, milamileage problems ext) I have informed these all problems with sales executive and also told at every service time, but not yet solved, now my vehicle runned 26000 km. My warrantywarranty will expire in 9000 kms. They told that after warranty they will solve these problems with charges what can I do?
                    I have a Tata zest Xm car .Car wiper break due to manufacturing fault but Workshop take cost for this &amp;amp; SERVICE of G.p. motor Allahabad Workshop is

                    My vehicle Indigo ecs UP78-DD2204 had an accident dated 14feb 2015 and i've sent my vehicle for Repair and maintenance to Society motors Panki Kanpur dated 16 feb 15 and now i am only waiting for the status of my vehicle even those people not picking up my calls to give any answer.Now what should i need to do?either I forget my vehicle or accept that vehicle is now the property of Society motors because when i request to them to repair my vehicle somewhere else then demanded parking charges rate of 150/- per day.Now i am not able to understand i have parked my vehicle there or for repair.Now after 3 months you suggest us the proper action or any deadline.And last ques why people should have to buy Tata cars with this kind of poor service?

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have recently purchased a tata zest from Concorde Motors Mumbai. The car delivered to me seems to be defective, at the time of Delivery the car had problems with ignition and the ignition use to stop while driving the vehicle in gear.
                      The authorised person for TATA Mr.Ajay from Concorde Motors Andheri assured that the problem was because of Spraying Heavy water at the time of Cleaning and the Water had gone in spark-plug reason which ignition was stopping, he said it would not occur again once the car would heat up properly and water would evaporate. Certain noises in the loose fitting of interiors and ratling noise at the time of driving the vehicle for the first time was also there so I he assured he will fix the issue after an hour of discussion.
                      Later after the delivery there were certain issues like the cars front bonnet plastic panel fitting was loose the gear use to make noise at the time of putting the gear in reverse and issues with central locking and unlocking were also there.
                      Hence I made a complaint at the dealers office and he arranged for pick up tested and rectified a few things of the car at my fuel expense and sent me the car back and when I get the vehicle back to me there is nothing fixed the car is still giving issues about gear locks, ratling noise and ignition issue.
                      Hence there itself I show their technician at the time of delivery and tell him to ask tata for replacement for a factory manufactoring defect, on his continuous request I send the car back to their workshop for further repairs of a brand new car in a span of 10 days once again he does something with the car and when I get the car back still the gear problem and ratling noise of the vehicle remains as it is.
                      He delivers the car and tells me I cannot do anything about it.
                      They have a Pathetic Service and no responsibility for the product they sell. My car is under warranty and I have all the proofs with me Job cards which are made for repairs and issues countered at the time of delivery of a brand new vehicle.
                      TATA says ZEST is something what they have made after 3 years of work, But I say TATA has no experience in making cars they should only make trucks.
                      Please follow up for me and make TATA pay for cheating clients and giving false commitments.
                      It has been :
                      20 days
                      900kms
                      3 Repairs
                      still defects in the vehicle
                      And the first defect encountered at the time of delivery itself.

                        I purchased a Tata Safari vehicle from Guinea Motors at Patna and have constantly faced service related problems at Guinea Motors. Tata Service support is bad consistently.
                        Recently my clutch has become very hard and the dealer/Service Station is unable to solve my problem since they say that they do not have sufficient tools.
                        I request the Tata Management to do something about this. My vehicle number is BR01PA3967 and is purchased in June 2009 and is still under warranty.

                            I had booked tata zest on 07 sept at miles motors vadodara with a delivery date of 3 oct. But now dealer has told that vehicle is not available on 03 oct. It may be delivered on 07 oct. Why i was not informed at the time of booking that it will not be delivered? Now dealer is earning interest on the money which i paid in advance. I raised complaint no. 1-[protected] on 30 sep. They committed to resolve issue in 48 hrs but even after 63 hrs i did not receive any feedback from the team. Now i wish to cancel booking and want my money back with interest without deducting cancellation charges.

                              I think I have done a big mistake by purchasing Tata’s 1616 tippers when there are plenty new models available in the market today. Every time I call the dealer for genuine spares I simply get an answer saying that the spares are unavailable since it’s a new model. I have 20 such tippers. Can somebody help me please.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              I Prateek wadhwa bought a Tata Venture from Shree Vasu Motors, Meerut 2 months ago. First of all Your Dealer sold us Tata venture by giving wrong information that it gives an average of 24Km per litre. Secondly this vehicle broke down twice &amp;amp; sent to the Service centre with no solution &amp;amp; action taken by your experts.

                              Today third time your vehicle broke down near Meerut &amp;amp; experts demanded Rs. 200 for their expense then we told them we will complain at the head office as its a new vehicle &amp;amp; it is in Guarantee so they agreed . later on after the problem being solved they again demanded Rs.200 &amp;amp; said if you will give us Rs. 200 then only we will give you the vehicle today otherwise you have to come tomorrow to collect your vehicle.

                              We are going to Consumer Court for Mental Harrasment done by your staff.

                                I PURCHASED A SAFARI 2.2 VTT DICOR IN DECEMBER 2007 SINCE THAN THERE IS LOSTS OF PROBLEMS TAKE PLACE IN IT. THE FIRST PROBLEM IS BREAKING OF TIMING BELT AFTER SAME TIME I KNOW THIS PROBLEM IS COMING IN ALL 2.2 VTT VERSION AND THE SECOND PROBLEM IS RELATED TO A/C IN WHICH I PAY RS 3200 AND AFTER 40 DAYS THIS PROBLEB IS AGAIN TAKE PLACE AND AGAIN I PAY RS 3000 AND AFTER 60 DAYS THIS PROBLEM AGAIN TAKE PLACE NOW I PAY RS 2989 . THIS CONDITION OF PAYING MONEY IS TAKE PLACA WHEN I HAVE A EXTRA WARRENTY OF MY CAR.                                   The Hypothecation of vehicle is in favour of HDFC Bank Limited.

                                  I want book the following complaints with prior to move to legal action the dealer.
                                  1. That a vehicle was purchase on[protected] against full payment. Whereas, the registration was done on only after a month.
                                  .
                                  2. That at the time of delivery scratches on various parts of body of car was observed by Ms. Minal and than General Manager .They requested to take delivery and will rectify at the time of first service. But later they blamed me but on my pressure and running to pillar to post they able do some job it but sure not all the scratches, whereas removed the symbol of the car Quadrajet90 which was at the back.

                                  3. That, at the time of delivery assurance was given for Teflon coating of Rs 6000/- free of cost and a fifth service free of cost, nothing has been done and on asking in writing, no paper has been given till this date.


                                  4. That, while driving 1000 Km some noise from front observed, now agreed and changed the bushes, as narrated by workshop in charge.

                                  5. That, on 26th of January, 2011 a truck damaged the left side doors, subsequently; I approached and handed over the car to works manager on 27th of Jan, 2011. But work order sheet rose on 5th Feb 2011.


                                  6. That, Now got the delivery of the car, even after three times of request and repair the doors and not properly adjusted, there is a sound while closing, sound at the time of starting the ignition and stopping the ignition of the car, noise from back side is their but your experts are not in position to hear. On the top of it all inside interiors are badly handled with grease and other lubricants, black stains are visible on plastics and one door plastic from inside is damaged and they said it is OK.

                                  7. That, car alignment has changed, car turn towards left side while driving.


                                  8. That, Height is, Now on verification I found my 5th Tyre kept for emergency has been changed without my notice and information with old one having weight pasted on it.

                                  9. That, after this I found some of dents on the body which were not their when car was handed over for Repair on 27th of January, 2011.


                                  10. That, Doors locks are not working properly.

                                  11. That, electric lighting system is also not properly working.

                                  That bill of the work was raised for Rupees 49,784/-, the amount of Rs.12000/- was claimed from me and rest from ICCI Lombard Motors Insurance. But on request, they have not furnished me the detail of the above amount and not even the detail of amount insurance paid.

                                  I issued a cheques of Rs 12000/- but issued a request to bank for stop payment on next day when I realised the services provided by Shraddha Motors is not near to satisfaction.

                                  I request to depute an engineer from TATA Motors who can able understand the required attention and able to provide address of skilled workshop where you may allow to get the desired work to be completed not to my satisfaction but to satisfaction of the engineer of the TATA Motors.

                                    I purchased my new Tata Indica Vista Aura ABS Safire, Reg No. GJ 19 M 4540, on 21/03/2010 from Auto Point Car Division, Surat, Gujarat with the following free schemes told by the agent/dealer Goswami and also the owner of the shop:

                                    Free insurance
                                    3 Years AMC
                                    Reverse sensor

                                    At that time I did not know about AMC Coupon. He told the four coupons for free servicing includes AMC. He did not tell me about the separate AMC coupon.
                                    When I went to my 3rd free servicing at Krishna motors, Chhindwara,MP he charged me Rs 1600/- for engine oil and others saying that I am not having AMC coupon and the coupon I am having for servicing does not include AMC.
                                    This is a clear case of fraud selling vehicle from the dealer. My Rs 1600/- should be refunded to my A/c no. and AMC coupon shall be sent to me immediately at the following address:

After first service the car is suffering from overheating problem in the engine and was put to the workshop of Lexus Motors - Rampur, but the car is lying there unattended for the last three weeks.
