Tata Finance has alloted Vehicle Mh 06 AC 1823 without checking any proper proofs and documents of owner Mr. Tangaraj K Pillayee.

Above owner has Ration card,Resi, IT of Inside mumbai than on which proofs of Raigad above said Truck is been alloted.

By taking such benifit Mr. Tangaraj creates corruptions with help of trusted Tata company.

On my complaints MCGM mumbai collected Octroi Loss from above such Tangaraj.

Once again please cross examine above issues is request to honorable tata company.

Above said truck is registred with mumbai port trust and creating water,parking fees and loss loss to governmnet till today.
i having a auto loan for qualis from your good bank so i want to check that is there any o/s balance or not please send this details on my email id

    Dear Sir,

    Please refer E-Mail dated 26.11.09 of CRM, Chambal Motors Kota. I am shocked to see the content of mail which came in between your grievances solving process. M/S Chambal Motors (P) Ltd strategy towards escaping from customer support responsibility rather than fulfilling customer grievances is high disguising

    The comments & findings of Chambal Motors, Kota are very much disappointing & have no relevance with facts. This is to linger on the process & harass the customer, which is totally against TATA Motors customer care policy. This approach of Chambal Motors, Kota is spoiling the credential of TATA Motors.

    Looking towards your immediate intervention to fulfill all my grievances of above complaint.

All reputed automibile workshop deploy experienced technicians but it doesnt mean that there will not be any damage in any vehicle because of their negligence. The basic thing is to acceptance.

    Horn pad damage- This is a very common problem in cars and does occur when the horn pad is opened.The clutching pads are plastic and do wear out.Your pad has been opened several times.At times for horn repair, at certain times for steering repair and aslo at times to straighten or centralize your steering wheel.Since you have raised the issue we shall do the neccessary repairs/ replacement at our cost and the problem shall not occur.

        Loan Amount: 2,60,000

        Model of car wanted: Indica Vista Saffire Terra (Petrol version). Silver colour.

        My father was an army officer. He is getting central government pension and he is handicapped (right leg amputated during duty in war) and tata motors finance is not easily sanctioning a small loan which is undoubtedly going to be paid for. I am his son and working with a private company but I have bad credit rating in CIBIL and have opted to be a coapplicant as all but 2 of my loans have been settled. My father has taken the responsibility of paying the loan as the primary applicant and everybody knows that pension of central government employees are superb. There is not doubt on that front that my father is capable of taking a loan of 2,50,000 and paying it within 3 years. They want a guarantor and I have provided them with the information and the necessary details, but the matter is being stalled at my being bad credit with CIBIL. Now, I want to clear 2 things out here, first is that my father's pension cannot be transferred out of the bank so it will be with the bank even if (god forgive) he dies, still the pension will go to my mother but will remain with the bank. Now when he is ready to give ECS or whatever to tata motor finance, so on that front I think they should give the loan without hassles. Secondly, the car is going to be hypotheticated and I think hypotheticate means i[censored] are not able to pay, the company can seize the car and recover the loan, which again will not be the case, so on that front also I think they should give the loan without hassles. My request is that please proceed and sanction the loan as I think Mr. Ratan Tata knows the importance of the role of Army and what it did in Taj. My father has given 33 years to the Army to protect all of you (tata motors and tata motors finance) has not taken a loan and is against taking a loan, but he has to because his investments are elsewhere, and another point to make is that my father is also paying the remaining amount from his hard earned money, so there is no question as to any suspect or tata motors finance of not getting the money. You will definitely get the money, but please just sanction this loan as my father is handicapped and is in need of a vehicle for many of his critical works including going to the hospital, etc.

          Dear Sir,
          My car model “Indiago GLX” bearing registration no. RJ-20-CA-2376 was repaired on 16.11.09 at your authorized service center M/S Chambal Motors (P).Ltd, Kota. Repair was billed vide invoice no. Chambal-KT[protected] dated 17.11.09.

          The car was personally handed over to your above authorized service center for check & repair following continuing problems in addition to general check up. The status of specific problems which was claimed attended is as follows:

          Start up problem: I am facing cold condition starting problem in my car since more than three months. In morning the car does not get start unless 20-25 continues self cranking is not applied. Some times abnormal noise was emitting inside bonnet. It was immediately brought in notice to your authorized service provider with a request for check & corrective measures accordingly. On demand car was sent to your authorized service provider. After check it was told to me to get battery replaced which is responsible for such miss operation. The car was then taken to local authorized dealer of “Exide” for replacement. As per routine practice the battery was checked before replacement by Exide dealer. It was surprising to me that battery was declared O.K. This was a contradictory statement between your authorized service provider & Exide dealer. To verify & clear out the differences, he offered his service battery on chargeable basis. The battery was replaced with service battery. The trial with service battery showed no difference. This trail was for a week. This was again brought in notice to service provider of Chambal Motors (P) Ltd. with all the details & findings. Finally it was re concluded by your authorized service provider to re check.
          Car was handed over to your authorized service provider M/S Chambal Motors (P) Ltd, Kota on 16.11.09 to check & correct. (Please check job card details). With delivering vehicle on 17.11.09, it was confirmed by service provider of your authorized service provider that this problem has been attended, rectified and checked also.
          On 18.11.09 morning again I experienced same cold starting problem as earlier. It was immediately brought to the notice of Mr. Sunil Thakur, Chambal Motors (P) Ltd. As usual it was demanded to bring car at service provider for check up. I expressed my inability to bring car because of my preoccupancy. Again in late evening on same date, similar starting problem was faced. It was again apprised to Mr. Sunil Thakur on phone.
          On 19.11.09 morning also it showed same problem & again it was brought to his notice. I requested him to organize & depute an authorized competent person in the morning to access & understand the problem. However again on 20.11.09, it showed same problem in morning & again it was brought to his notice. He replied to come back on this issue in due course.
          On 21.11.09, morning start up, I did not face problem. The same was also communicated to Mr. Sunil Tahkur, General Manager, Chambal Motors. He recommended waiting & watching. Problem is still pending. At1.00 PM the same stating problem I faced while going back from my office. This was immediately informed to Mr. Sunil Thakur, General Manager, Chambal Motors, Kota & requested to verify. However he expressed his inability to immediately arrange his technician to verify. This was postponed by him on next.
          I request to the official of TATA Motors to immediately fix up the responsibility & rectify same. I am continuing with this problem since more than three months. I am continuing to drive my car in uncertainty.

          Fuel injection pump damage: This was happened with me few months ago, which I would like to apprise to the official of TATA motors for getting reimbursement of my payment.
          Few months back my car’s fuel tank developed a leak. It was brought to your authorized service provider M/S Chambal Motors (P) Ltd for repair. It was repaired (Record may be verified).After some time again a leak got developed at same location, which was repaired (Again record may be verified) by your same authorized service provider. Subsequently when it again leaked third time then fuel tank was replaced as per advice of fuel tank was replaced as per advice of your authorized service provider. During the job of fuel tank fixing it was informed by your service provider M/S Chambal Motors (P) ltd that fuel injection pump nozzle is broken & it is to be replaced in complete. On my query in regards with reason of breakage when vehicle was running, the reply of service advisor was negative & surprising. He replied that during dismantling it was found broken. As per him, it was not possible to repair the broken nozzle hence complete assembly has been replaced & billed to me.
          In this whole issue I was unable to understand that in fuel pump nozzle broken condition, how the vehicle was running As there was no option other than this, I got it replaced.
          I request officials of TATA Motors to investigate and conclude this serious case at the earliest so that reimbursement can be made to me.

          Steering horn pad damage: The damage to horn pad occurred during service some 3 months back. While taking delivery of vehicle it was observed that its steering pad was detached. It was immediately brought in notice to service provider then it was put back by him. Subsequently after a few Kms run it was observed that horn pad is malfunctioning. As it was a matter of road safety, immediately brought in to notice of concerned service provider. On his demand the vehicle was brought to your authorized service provider for rectification. It was again re fix with some make shift arrangement with an instruction to me by concerned service provider that if it happens again then please get replaced the complete steering wheel. Again after some few Kms of run it starts malfunctioning. This was then brought to notice of Mr. Sunil Thakur, General Manager of Chamabal Motors (P) Ltd. & he accepted for free replacement as this got damage during their servicing.
          It was also brought in notice of Mr. Kohali, Chambal Motors (P) Ltd on 17.11.09. As per him, this type of damage during service is cost to the customer, which is not desirable. It was very surprising reply from such a senior person of your authorized service provider I request M/S TATA Motors for immediate free replacement which is still pending.

            Not Refunding Excess of Payment received by them

            Myself Krishna Arora, had availed fincance from Tata Motors while purchasing their Indica Xeta (petrol) car.
            As if my woes were not enough with the v. poor mileage problems of the car (which could not be rectified after so many complaints), on and above had been the irresponsible and attitude of Tata motors finance.staff. My Contract No. [protected].

            This is to inform you that I am very much dissatisfied with the service provide by Tata Motors dealer Lexus Motors in Calcutta.
            I also think that Tata Motors is also partly responsible for the current situation I am going with.


            I booked my car (Indica Vista Terra Saffire - Gala Red - LML/SUDIP/0910 R.. 1572) on 21st Sept 2009 and my loan formalities are completed by 20th Oct 2009. However till today I have not received the car and with all the lies that was told to me by Lexus Motors representative Mr. Sudip Auddy I am not sure what is truth, where my car is now and when I will get it.

            These are couple of version that was told to me by Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy

            1. Initially when I booked the car I was told that the car is in transit and I will get that before Dewali.

            2. On 20th October I was told by Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy that they received the car but there were some problem in the car so they have again placed the order and I will get the car within October.

            3. On 30st October when I called up Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy again I was told that the color I have chosen have some problem and it is actually getting faded after couple of months, and they asked me to contact Mr Gaurav Anand (representative of Tata Motors) and he told me that it was not the problem and my car was not in production even - so it will be shipped after the production which will happen by 31st.

            NOTE that Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy does not have the basic curtsey to call me before hand to inform me this situation. I had to call up every time to get the update.

            4. After 31st I was told both by Gaurav Anand/Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy that the car is on the way and it will take approx 12 days to reach.

            5. I called Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy everyday from 9th -12th of November - and I was told that the "CAR is in Stockyard", "they are unloading my Car", "My CAR is now went for registration" etc and everyday he used to promise me that he is going to call me back in the evening. However Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy kept his promise everyday by switching it off.

            6. Yesterday (12 Nov) when the same thing happened (that I found the cell phone of Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy is switched off) I called Mr Gaurav Anand and he informed me that though my car is showing as despatched however it is not found in the stock and again I got the statement that my car is on the way and that i will receive it 17th. He also promised me that he is going to call me today (13 Nov) morning to update me the status and as usual now it is 3:47PM and I still did not receive any call. Needless to say that as usual I did not get any call from Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy as well.

            HOWEVER I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED NOW.

            Lexus Motors/Mr Sudip Auddy/Tata Motors completely lost their trust and I DO NOT WANT THAT CAR anymore. I want to get a refund immediately.

            Please please please help me to get out of this messy situation.

              This is with reference to our discussion in person with you at your premises Rama Motors, New Delhi on 19th Sept`09 around 18:20 Hrs.regarding the purchase of a new brand Tata Vista Safire on 07th August`09.
              I would like you to go through the following points which are not only pre & post service delivery related but have major defects in its manufacturing which you can further take it up with Tata Motors :
              1.This magic moment starts from day one i.e. 07th Aug`09 when i stepped into Rama Motors along with my wife and 2 years old daughter by 1200 Hrs as i was confirmed over phone on 0th Aug`09 by one of your sales representative Vipin Semwal to get my so called Brand New Car from great Tata motors by 1200 Hrs.After reaching there i met Rajesh Dogra ( Head of Sales) as couldn`t trace Vipin Semwal.On meeting with Rajesh Dogra we came to know Vipin left Rama Mototrs so i got my car delivered by 16:30 Hrs.Waited for so long along with my family and skipped lunch,courtesy goes to Rama Motors & its staff members.
              2. After a weeks time while cleaning my car i observed
              (a) Few areas full of rust on both front doors (both front doors are defective),
              (b) Front left door gets locked only with key (defective lock),
              (c) Both the glasses of headlights have some visible permanent marks from inside (this defect i mentioned while they were delivering me the car but being told it would go off in next washing),
              Same issues i discussed with Rajesh Dogra over phone on 16th August and he asked me to come over at Rama Motors,i planned but couldn`t as i being told to move to Banglore for 03 weeks due to my official requirement.
              After reaching my home on 15th sept gave a call to Rajesh Dogra and came to know he has also resigned and i been told to get in touch with Avinash at their workshop.
              On reaching at your workshop on 19th Sept`09 at 13:50 Hrs.Mr Avinash saw the things and ensured me that he would take a picture of those rusted areas on both front doors so that Rama Motors can further take it up with Tata Motors and for time being he touched up those rusted areas with paint which either not goes with car body colour and apart from this which again is not a permanent solution.
              And lock of front left door couldn`t be fixed up as they were having shoratge of workers due to Eid and i was ensured by director of Rama Motors that they would send someone to my home to fix it up.
              They also couldn`t rectify the marks on the headlight`s glasses.
              I request Director of Rama Motors to please fix my issues as i bought a brand new car from my hard earned money but never knew i`ll be given so much of pain right from the begining till date.
              Cause again a week has been passed away and i`ve not been given any call from Rama Motors on this.
              I afraid how come Rama Motors are not sticked to the norms & guidelines which must have laid down by TATA MOTORS ( Our Indian Desi Brand) and same time i suggest TATA Motors to ask their Quality check & Service Audit team to pull up their socks as honeymoon period is over for them now.
              I`ll take next step if idon`t get a satisfied solutions to my problems as i`ve bought a brand new car but being given a defective one with no regrets.
              yes Rama moters are the worst dealer. never buy var from rama moters. they assured me to deliver car by 2-3 days beause car is available but not in show room. now its more than 2 weeks passed i gave them booking amount but have not got my car yet. Nobody is picking up my calls. Its a fraud car dealer. Be aware of Rama moters.

(I also spoke to TATA MOtors finance executive) who did full and final settlement Rs/- 1.8 Lacs.So kindly request to you pls settlement this loan account Rs/- 1.5 Lacs as soon as posible and have full and final settlement letter from TATA Motors finance and receipt also for the payment.

                Hi Someshwar, Let me tell you TATA Motors Finance is a complete fraud company. I have a TATA Indica Car which my father bought in year 2007. Unfortunately my father died in April 2008 and after this I did the full & Final settlement of remaining Loan amount. The full & final settlement was done by TATA Motors Finance rep with the amount of 1.5 lacs. I have paid the money 6 months ago. But they are not giving the NOC. They are harassing me a lot.

                    He told me

                    * If you can book on the first day of Navratri you can definatly got delivery on Dassera.
                    * Discount of Rs. 30000/-
                    * You can definatly win Mobile/TV
                    * Lifetime Thane passing.
                    * Low Interest rate from HDFC Bank (but I told him finance from TATA),
                    * and much more.

                    I also paid down payment amount.

                    13.09.09 first meeting with Sales Executive (Mr. Baikunth Mishra),

                    19.09.09 Done all formalities from one time.(documentation, cheques),

                    28.09.09 Promise to deliver on Dassera (till 28.09.09 I was ringing regarding my vehicle)

                    05.10.09 Again promise to deliver on 05.09.09 but not deliver,

                    In between Mr. Samsom Joseph Sr. Manager, Mulund Branch ([protected]/[protected]),came and meet with me another promise to deliver on 08.10.09 but I told you deliver me 09.10.09 you take one day extra.
                    BUT NOT DELIVER,.

                    Now the promise on to deliver 22.10.09.

At the time of booking Tentetive date of booking was given 25.10.10.                         With due respect I would like to bring to your notice that I, A.K.Sinha resident of Ghaziabad own a TATA INDICA (DL8CM 3743). I had bought this car with an extended warranty.
                        Being born and brought up in JAMSHEDPUR I bought an Indica since I always stayed under the shadow of the brand name TATA, but now I got to know that this brand name is not responsive for its customers.
                        I had given my car for service on the 07/10/2009 at 11.00 am at Srinathji Motors Pvt. Ltd. My job Slip number is 718. The service advisor (Mr. Naresh cell no. [protected]) promised to deliver the car the very next day that is on the 08/10/2009 by the evening with all my work completed which included all the job work that comes under my extended warranty.
                        It has been 3 days now and I am either running or calling the service station to get the status of my car. My calls were never answered properly. Sometimes I was told that my car is in washing and I will get it in another 2 hours or it is still waiting in the queue. I never received a satisfactory answer and the language used by the advisor was really rough, with a neglecting attitude and an illiterate version. After 3 days of mental pain and harassment I get to know that I am not liable to avail the services that come under the extended warranty.
                        Please let me know if I have done the biggest mistake in my life by availing a TATA car and that after having availed the facility of an extended warranty, why am I not liable to avail the facilities of the same. I had asked for three job works done that are suspension, ac choking and central locking which come under the extended warranty but that service advisor of Srinathji Motors told me that they cannot do it and I have to pay nearly 6500/- for the same. I have all the details of the same and have also gone through the website of TATA Motors which specifically indicates that all these three jobs come under the extended warranty.
                        I am not able to understand why is Srinath Motors doing all this, is it for some personal gains?
                        I have not yet got my car back and I have no idea what to do. I rang up the TATA customer care and spoke to Mr. Vilas (Ref. No. 1/[protected]), told him my grievances but not received a satisfactory response. Instead he gave me a number of Lucknow and told me to speak there.
                        Sir I am a salaried person and don’t have time for all this stuff. Please guide me what to do- sell of my car, tell all the people about my experience with TATA MOTORS or wait for an immediate step from your side which resolves my problems.

                        My experience with Tata dealer at Ajmer is also not very different from yours. It seems Tata has given License to it's dealers to cheat Customers by putting fake parts, raising bills for parts not replaced and not attending the customers once the vehicle gets out of their workshop.It is only today that I have lodged a compplaint of M/s Mudgal motors, Ajmer on this site, with a hope that Mr. Ratan Tata would please turn a deaf ear to the increasing number of complaints of his dealers so that the name of Tata may not turn to 'Worst Class' from 'world Class'
                        Dear Mr. Sinha,

                        My personal experience with M/S Srinathji Mts has been very very good. My car had many problems and they went out of the way to help me even the Extended Warranty Claims. I have repeated my purchase of Indica Vista Saffire only because of the Service Experience.

                        for 3 years & 6 months i have got my car serviced/repaired at this joint & in just 70000km they have totally wracked my car by doing unnecessary works like changing entire clutch system worth 10000/- rs when baring of gear system was defective which was again charged to me for 5000/- rs. doing the complete fuel pump billed for 15000/- rs. & the rpm problem is still the same. & this time leaving the fuel filter loose in servicing thereby leaking its 4 lts. oil in just 150 km drive & severally damaging my car engine.

                        srinathji motors sahibabad is not even equipped or have expertize or to repair a bicycle as they believe in just fooling their customers.

                        any tata dealer or authority can check my anguish by checking my car history most of which is on the record.

                        if tata want to save whatever remaining reputation it has it should immediately suspend srinathji motors.

                          Respective Sir,

                          I wish to place before you the following matter in which defective TATA Indigo was provided to me by Tata motors.

                          I bought my Indigo LS (diesel version) in October 2004 (based on satisfactory results from my previous Indica which is still used by my cousin).

                          Since the day I bought my new car I was happy as it was manufactured by TATA - one of the TRUSTED COMPANY in INDIA.

                          But soon 2005 rainy season gave me the hint that I have received defective model. There was a water leakage from all the 4 doors and I had to change my Carpet along with the material below it. I sent it for servicing to Om Sai Motors (Kandivli (w)). I was told as I installed auto lock kit from third party shop, they have tampered the plastic membranes inside the door. But after servicing every rainy season the leakage problem did not resolve.

                          Now every year I spent Rs. 600/- to uninstall and install the carpet, as still I have the leakage problem.

                          In 2008 I tried Wasan motors, even they change the Plastic Membrane but the leakage was still there. In 2009 (June) I gave my car for door leakage and again they change the plastic membrane. Now when I got my car back there was a leakage from Boot part which was spoiling my rear seats along with door leakage which was yet to resolve. I was informed by Wasan motors that there is a corrosion problem and they need to change that particular part. They kept my car for one month and called me on one Sunday for to take the delivery. To my surprise my car was lying there without any repair work done. I spoke to Mr. Ankur (from TATA Motors) and he in turn asked me to speak Mr. Jaggi. But I found both of them irresponsible and no proper justification was given to me for keeping my car for a month.

                          I gave my car back to them for repairing and they charged me Rs. 11899/- for all the work and gave my car back in one week. I was surprise to see that water leakage still exist and when I informed Wasan for the same they were pointing (or blaming) other dept for that mistake.

                          In this last 5 years (almost) every year plastic membrane was changed and now some boot portion also but still the problem is not resolved. I have another Indigo CS purchased last year in my society but I cannot see any leakage problem in that car. I am spending money on this defective product which is still not resolved.

                          I want TATA motors to,

                          1) Refund the amount I spend on changing plastic membranes all these years as the problem still persist.
                          2) Take action against respective dealers and replace the product.

                          I do hope some action is taken against this complaint.

                          TATA BUS OVERHEATING

                          i'am a supervisor mechanic in construction company and we have 40 tata bus

                          the problem is the temporature gage reach the 100degree we repleced the water pump

                          viscos fan and the fan radiator and cylnder head gasket and we calibrated the injection pump

                          and we inspected the oil cooler and valve adjustment we replaced the thermostat we inspected

                          turbo charger and the problem for so mini one of tata bus please i need responding as soon as

                          i purchased a car (safari gx) from Rama motors, delhi. they gave us a defective piece. Brand new car has a problem of music system, side mirrors, windows motors. they gave us a car without checking their parts. Tata motors commited to us for providing registrtion certificate and after the full payment, they refused. I have to give challans of without registartion certificate every time when i drive due to tata motors. so tata motors has to take immediiate action on my problem.
                          I BOUGHT A CAR ON[protected] AND THEY DELIVERED ME 2009 MODEL WHICH IS A CLEAR FRAUD TO ME .                           because of defective milometer I have lost heavy amount on billing because oh it doest not show th Km running and showed less Km.


                          How do I will be compensated ????

                            Dear Sir,


                            I want to bring your kind attention towards a big product default in Tata Indico car manufactured by your company. any car met with an accident like this is a big product failure and when you are going to make a history by launching many new projects I just want to bring your attention towards this so that you can rectify this error.


                            TATA indigo LX purchased in 2005 caught fire while coming back from a small drive. Me and my wife , my little daughter and my brother were returning from a very small drive on August 15th,2009. we have a TATA Indigo purchased in 2005 from Ratlam MP. Now we are in mumbai. The first one year was fine but after that we are spending some 25-30 k every year to maintain the car at its best. On august 15 th when we were returning from drive and paring our car in our appartments parking lot we saw that smoke started coming out from the leftside of the bonnet. I was unable to open the bonne tand I could see that fire is coming out. I asked my watchmen to put water on bonnet but that was failed.fire was not in our control. then we have used three fire extinguisher but that are also failed then we have to called up fire brigade to control this fire. By the great help of people around we have controlled the fire but the scene was heartbreking, my cars was literally under the fire.


                            We have called up the fire brigaede as so many other cars were also in parking lot, we know that our car has gone but we just want to avoid major accident as if this car will burst all other car will also affect and this can become a major accident

                            But it was too late. All the parts under bonnet burned out, including Pump, engine etc..! Finally after the huge rescue efforts we could control the fire without spreading to cabin or to diesel tank. Later I called up the service center guys and they came down to the spot with a recovery van and took the vehicle back to the workshop. Now they have estimated a sum of 6 lacs to rebuild it!!

                            The reason for the fire break out is still a mystery. Even the workshop guys are not able to find. They are telling it could be short ciruit.

                            Can anyone tell me that wahat was that....my whole family was on risk.....If this could be on the way...then what happened all battery operated things will stopped and we would not be able to come out.....I have my whole family with me...I dnt think then i will be able to drive that car again...i am scared....How i will believe on your manufactured products...

                            Car will be fine afterhuge expense but tell me who will expand 6 lacs on 6 lacs car....and can anyone pay the trauma we have faced....

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a new indigo CS LS Dicor (Scarlet Red) model car number MH 04 ED 4383 in the month of November 2009. I took the Delivery on 9th November 2009 form Fortune Motors Thane.

                            During the delivery itself I got the car with lots of problem in it.

                            1. Dickey Noise
                            2. Bonnet lock not working
                            3. Left front tire had a puncture where the Air in the tyre was getting less now & again
                            4. Noise coming from the engine.
                            5. Back side right door behind the driver had a problem used to not get closed fully.
                            6. Received on 1 Key instead of 3 keys.
                            7. Diesel Lid Button black cover near the driver seat was missing


                            However immediately the next day I informed fortune motors thane, they told me to take the car to Fortune Powai where in they will take care of this problem.

                            I took my car at 1pm sharp where in 45 min no one was ready to even assist me, then I had to call Fortune Thane sales person name (Jackson) to please inform someone which he did later.
                            They told me to come in the evening to take the car.
                            When I went in the evening to take my car, firstly I was made to sit for 1.5 hrs in the customer lounge. After that I come to know that no one has even started to work on my car, I was annoyed & asked for the service manager, who was not ready to even come out & speak.
                            I got very irate & created a scene there after the service manager came & attended my problem.
                            They rectified the Bonnet lock problem & the dickey noise.
                            About the engine noise it was told to me that this will get lower once the engine gets free.
                            But my 3rd, 5th, 6th & 7th point number problem was not at all rectified.

                            Secondly yesterday I had visited Fortune Thane for my 1st service; I entered fortune at 11.45am.
                            Till 3.30pm no one had even started to work on my car. When I came down from the customer lounge to check & informed the Service person Anoop, then the work started.
                            Moreover in the morning itself I informed them about the problems in my car

                            Front right tyre within 1.5 weeks time got busted.

                            Anoop rectified Dickey noise, door problem, wheel alignment & other standard checks.
                            Jackson gave me the other 2 key which he had sent to make it at Thane station.

                            At 6.30pm anoop comes to me & tells me that Sir today our water is over & we cannot service your car, what a pathetic service given by fortune & Tata motors. But anoop had the audacity to give me a bill of Rs 260 the overall service done, but at the end the service was never done. However I have slapped the money of Rs 260 on the cashiers face for not doing the complete job

                            This is the second time where in Tat Motors has given me pathetic service + has broken my heart to even tell good about the company. Earlier also I had purchased an Indica Xeta from Wasan Motors in 2007. Even at that point of time I had received a damaged car, the suspension was totally damaged.

                            TATA MOTORS BEING A REPUTED COMPANY IN INDIA AS YOU SAY, HAS GIVEN ME A DAMAGED CAR + PATHETIC SERVICE AFTER SALES FROM THEIR DEALERS.

                            Dealers are presents of Tata Motors & if this the service which we get from Tata Motors then I would not like to buy any more cars from Tata + I would like an replacement of my car & compensate for my valuable time + value for money.

                            I am also going to publish the same in the news papers + inform the news channels that how tata motors is been ill treating customers after sales, but before sales you people show a different picture.

                              Dear Sir/Ma’am

                              I purchased one Tata Indica Vista Quadrajet Limited Edition from Garyson Motors Ludhiana on 9-feb-09; firstly I got harassed with the fake commitments done at the end of dealer by the manager of the showroom Mr. Rajan Katyal as he committed to get the lamination for the car & also to provide the body cover for the car but on a regular follow up for two months I got the body cover after 3 months of the purchase of my car after discussing the matter with ASM of Tata Motors Mr. Danish & in case of lamination Mr. Rajan told me that it is an obligation for me I can’t get you done & now when the time has come to get the services for the car, I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by the service centre in Ludhiana as I got the problem with the stereo & Bluetooth in my new car as in case of Bluetooth the problem was there with my mic & it was replaced but still the problem with stereo is not solved as when we play the cd ,during turn of steering the cd gets halted for 2-3 seconds as I have ignored that problem & never complaint for the same again ,but now one more problem I am facing from last 4 months which is not solved yet i.e. the alignment of wheels front & back both as I went to service centre to check the Mileage for the card as it was giving very low mileage of 10-12 KMPL only for which the service engineer(Mr. Rana) had a test drive for my car for 50Kms on Ludhiana-Delhi Highway as the alignment was proper at that time as I cleared one problem which I faced in the car i.e. left side wheel was not in its position but the engineer who has taken the test drive told me that there is no problem with the alignment due to that reason as the car is running fine, but when we came in the service centre Mr. Girish check that problem & told me that the side has been stucked somewhere from me but there is no such sign on the car for the damage for which I complaint to the service head in Chandigarh Mr. Amit as he asked for the snaps from Mr. Girish & on the basis of snaps he rejected the case to be covered under warranty as when I asked him to please send the snaps to me too he refused to send me & Mr. girish told me that he has check the alignment as the part which is faulty will not damage the tires so you can continue with your driving but at that time there was a problem with the back tires too as at that time they told me that the problem is there with the AXLE as at that time it was not in stock for which they told me that they have put the requirement for the back AXLE & when it will come they will pick my car & will replace the back AXLE as the same problem has gone passed round about four months for which the car has gone to service centre for at least five times but still the problem is same as of now they saying the back tire problem is due to front tire as that will also be not covered under warranty ,when I send my car to service centre some more problems were also written along with that alignment problem but those problem are not even checked(E.g. Mileage) as I always write on there complaint sheet all the problems .No Doubt with a very good follow up from Tata Motors(pune) regarding the service centre satisfaction but very bad response even after I gave them 0 points .I had a very bad experience with such a big company who is shaking his hands with many international company but of no use as if the customer will be not satisfied with the services of Tata Motors then what will be the fun of even thinking of some other vehicles as the services should be provided by Tata motors. I was totally convinced with Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI not only with there commitments but also with there services but due to non availability of the same at that time I was turned to Tata Indica Vista Limited Edition but now I think I had taken a wrong decision & will not recommend anybody to purchase a passenger vehicle of Tata or be ready to face all these types of harassment from sale & services both. Also want to convey message to Tata motors Managing Director to look in to this matter & confirm regarding the same as if the customer will be harassed in this way then you must improve the services provided at dealers end so that the image of such a big international co. will remain intact as good as it is in international market

                              Tata Motors — Deplorable conditions in Pune Railway Station Platforms

                              The condition on all the platforms in Pune Chatrapathi Shivaji Terninals is deplorable. You can hardly stand for few minutes before the stench hits you. The conditions are not any better even in the offices on the platform.

                              I am sure the Station management has noticed this. However, I dont see any signs of them taking any measures.

                              I sincerely hope they take some action keeping passengers' hygiene in consideration.

                              Indigo lx tdi reg.no. dl 3cax-4773, purchased from mikrana engg pvt ltd, mathura road delhi. Selling dealer code-01180. date of purchase[protected].
                              As this vehicle is running in patiala so we get our 1st free service at 10000km on 10-12-08, from hemant goyal motors patiala.at that time either the free service coupons were kept or being misplaced by tata patiala dealer.
                              When I visited for next free service at 20000km, mr sharda / gulzar singh refused to entertain for free service and demanded rs750 .
                              Then I complain at your toll free no.on 14-05-09 vide complaint no-1-[protected].this complaint was duely attended and I got my car serviced at patiala. At that time I reminded your dealer that I should not be harrased at next free service at 30000km.
                              They assured me that I shall not be harrased in future. But when on 8th oct’09 I contacted mr gulzar singh of hemant goyal motors he again refused. I complaint at toll free no-on 08-10-09 vide complaint no 1-[protected], I was being assured by toll free no attendant that iwill get reply with in 48 hours. But to my great surprise I could not get any reply from tata motors.again on 10-10-09 I reminded at toll free no, they told me that my complaint is registered with them, they further can do nothing if customer has not recd any reply, .they give me Ph.no of chd branch .i call at[protected], mr himanshu speak I convey my problem, he told me to contact mr sumit arora at m[protected], he further told me that he will not pick my phone as he is busy in -some meeting with the same dealer. Nothing happened on 11th, 12th. Then on 12th I contacted mr sumit, he told me to remind him on 13th, I did so but he says concerned person is mr saket and he is not approachable, so he can do nothing.. so pl tell me where should I go, had I done any mistake by purchasing your car, there is no benefit in spending amount in advertisement, when your costomer is not satisfied with after sale service, what is the idea of having such highly paid staff when they are not capable to solve customer problem, today is the 6th day after coplaint, you can easily judge your speed of solving customer greivences.

                              I booked a new Tata Indica Vista QuadraJet Aura Edition at the Prerana Motors(Lal Bagh Road) Bangalore. The delivery of the car was on the 20th of Nov 2009 at 2pm IST. we reached there and finished all pre delivery formalities and went near the car to drive it home and guess what the car is not ready for the delivery. they requesed for 1hrs of time. Me and with my other 5 friends went to have lunch and came back. the car was still not ready. we waited there for long time. As and when we started looking at the car, we saw that the front mirror beeding was ugly in shape. they had polished the car twice and still the car was rough and was looking shaded compared to other Indica Vistas which were standing next to my car which were still unpolished. they tried polishing 4 times and at last they decided to do some special polish, even after which the car is not up to the mark. My question is why a new car should be polished 4 time or more to make it look like a new car? is is not new already?.

                              The car was not washed properly in the first place. it was covered with dust and dirt and they were trying to polish on that itself.. we could see the mud on head lights, on the engine and everywhere. we were just tired and were not satisfied with the car. we thought of complaining to the manager abt looks and dirt of the car. The delivery manger by name Ramesh came over and saw the condition of the car. he said my car was painted only once compared to other Indica Vista which was standing next to mine which was painted 3 time, as a result the other car has smooth body and mine has a rough body. He just told the workers to fill the deisel and to send the car and he vanished from that place. My next question is why is my car painted only once compared to others which are painted 3 times?? Why have they left my car unpainted for it to look dull and rought??

                              The beeding was not in the right shape, they changed the beeding from other cars. they said beeding depends on the model of the car... Well mine is a high end model. so i shud be get a better beeding like other Auras which were standing next to my car. later the right side indicator near the mirror was not working as the bulb was fused out. they changed that. another problem in the new car(although its a minor one). by then the time was 6.50. almost 5hrs late to the promised delivery time(which was at 2pm).

                              we reached home in the night. could spend much time with car.. just did pooja at a near by temple and thought of going out the next day as it was saturday(weekend). we went to the bunk to put deisel and guess what the air in the tires were very less, here the worker in the petrol bunk asks if its a new car? what an embarrassing moment. the funny part was as soon as he closed the deisel cap the cover fell down detaching from the car and that fellow was laughing. does the parts of the new car come out like that??

                              we opened the car door the next day to find out the dirty interiors. oh the fabric on the door and the plastic in side the car, every thing was dirty. my parents and friends were not happy abt it and were very furious. we thought of going on a drive. we tried starting the car and guess what the car is not starting.(brand new car not starting within 24hr of delivery). i called up the help desk on the toll free number. guys came to the spot in 35-40mins and said the battery is down. oh my god the battery of a new car is down within 24hrs? though lights, ac everything was off?? Interesting...

                              I called up the dealers, they asked me to get the car to the showroom the next business day. well the next day was sunday so i had to take the car to the showroom on Monday. since Monday 23rd Nov 2009 the car in the garage getting repaired. every day me and my other friend is going there spending time, showing frustration and going to office late. now my question here is WHY A BRAND NEW CAR SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR A REPAIR??

                              WHY SHOULD I PAY 5.5L FOR A CAR WHICH HAS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS?? WHY SHOULD I WASTE SO MUCH OF TIME AND MONEY FOR REPAIRING A NEW CAR??

                              NOW HAS TATA AS A COMPANY CHEATED ME BY GIVING THIS KIND OF A CAR OR THE PRERANA MOTORS?

                              MY FINAL QUESTION IS IF YOU WERE GIVEN A NEW CAR IN THIS CONDITION WHICH HAS GIVEN YOU A BIG TIME PAIN IN LIFE WHAT WOULD HAVE YOU DONE???

                              I'M EVEN PLANNING TO GO THE CONSUMER COURT AND THE MEDIA REGARDING THIS with all pics and evidences...

                              Either i should be given a new car or my money should be refunded back to me.

                              I booked Indigo CS LS on 28th Jan 2011 from CONCORD Mavelikara, Kerala, in the name of K N SIVARAJAN at that time dealer committed that it will be delivered within 10 day’s but as of now the vehicle not delivered .                               I am also purchaser of Tata Indigo CS (Top Model), I am also facing such problem. on the basis of this complaint, it seems that TATA Motor is really very rubbish and bogus. It also seems that may be there is a basted earning/employment of Tata Motors.
                              We are also follow ups with Gary sons Ludhiana from 0705.2011 to get our Tata Indigo car repair but till the date they are not responding well.
                              We request to Tata Motors Service Cell to intervene so that their customer can get proper service from their dealers.

                                  & Iorny is TATA MOTORS - We Care is the caption they use...

                                  i purchased tata dls from garyson motors pvt ltd ludhiana on 14 06 2010 but they have not provided me bills yet . when i contacted them on telephone first of all kiran then ranbir talked but they are not giving proper response.when i asked to let me know the no of any manager, gm or responsible person she state way asked that they cant talk as executives from tata have come .kindly help me in getting bills. i am having three indicas o[censored]r company on the name of vivek garg . my cell no is [protected].

                                    Hi Guys, I have a TATA Indigo car which my father bought in year 2007. unfortunately my father passed away in April 2009. After which I asked TATA Motors Finance to do the full and final settlement of remaining loan amount. I did the payment of F&F on July 18, 2009. I have not received the NOC till now. when I spoke to TATA Motors customer care they told me that Loan is not terminated yet and certain amount is still pending. I spoke to one of my friend about this. He is telling me that this is all fraud. Full and Final settlement of car loans never happens. you should file a case against TATA Motors Finance. I also spoke to TATA MOtors finance executive who did full and final settlement with me. He is saying there is nothing fraud it just taking some time and you will receive NOC soon. He also said if you want to meet me then you can come to TATA Motors Finance office also. I have full and final settlement letter from TATA Motors finance and receipt also for the payment I have made.

                                    Please let me know if anybody has faced this before and how long does it take to get the NOC.

                                    I had bougth a car finance loan from tata finance for my tata idica new car _ v2 xeta. The loan period of 60 mnths. from [protected]
                                    60 cheques were issued and handed over to the concerned person for my.mumbai regestration car.

                                    Note,the term period is over, but i cannot find one correct contact no: or address or person , to get my closure. so that we can claim the clearence certificate from tata finance in mumbai.

                                    each time we call they reply that you contacted the wrong dept. and a new no is provided ,I probably have 25 different no in my list and all of them are from wrong depts., its ridculuios.

                                      Subject: Indica V2 of Mr.Toi Riba
                                      Dear Sir,
                                      As per the above subject, I would like to draw your attention to a problem that we have faced today, On 19th, Aug-09.I had purchased an Indica V2 on 27/03/08 from M/S.S.K.Enterprises(PCD), Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, vide- Chassis number – 600142LSZPG1868 and Engine No-4751D10SLS9767. The vehicle was financed by State Bank of India, Itanagar branch. As per the manual book the warranty period is for 18 months. After using the vehicle for 14 months the vehicle got starting problem.
                                      I went to the new nearest Tata dealer in Itanagar (Nirjuli) M/s.Ave-Maria Tata Motors, for getting the vehicle checked. The mechanic found that the Armature need to be replaced. Accordingly the armature was replaced along with fitting of carbon holder. When I enquire about the warranty of the parts, the supervisor and Workshop Manager(Mr.Dev Nath) said that my vehicle cannot be covered under warranty because the sale date /chassis/engine is not at all registered at Tata. Hence the warranty was not valid. Left with no option I had to pay for the same and took delivery of my car after repairing. In this regards I want to state that-
                                      • Why the Authorised dealer failed to report the sale of my car to Tata Motors if compulsory report /record is required to give warranty to customers.
                                      • Why the Tata Motors still shows that my vehicle is not sold as told to me by the workshop Manager.
                                      • Why I had to pay for parts due to the faults of your dealer.
                                      • Who will be responsible for any break down of engine in another remaining 4 months.
                                      • Why cannot I avail the extended warranty due to faults of your dealer?
                                      • In the manual no where it is mention that customers cannot avail warranty if the selling dealer fails to reports the sale of vehicle invoiced against them.
                                      • Who will pay back for the mental tension caused to me due to these problems?







                                      Therefore, Kindly check from your factory invoice list whether this vehicle is manufactured by Tata Motors or not. If yes, please re-pay back the payment I made for the parts and register the vehicle in Tata motors.
