Dear Sir,


I want to bring your kind attention towards a big product default in Tata Indico car manufactured by your company. any car met with an accident like this is a big product failure and when you are going to make a history by launching many new projects I just want to bring your attention towards this so that you can rectify this error.


TATA indigo LX purchased in 2005 caught fire while coming back from a small drive. Me and my wife , my little daughter and my brother were returning from a very small drive on August 15th,2009. we have a TATA Indigo purchased in 2005 from Ratlam MP. Now we are in mumbai. The first one year was fine but after that we are spending some 25-30 k every year to maintain the car at its best. On august 15 th when we were returning from drive and paring our car in our appartments parking lot we saw that smoke started coming out from the leftside of the bonnet. I was unable to open the bonne tand I could see that fire is coming out. I asked my watchmen to put water on bonnet but that was failed.fire was not in our control. then we have used three fire extinguisher but that are also failed then we have to called up fire brigade to control this fire. By the great help of people around we have controlled the fire but the scene was heartbreking, my cars was literally under the fire.


We have called up the fire brigaede as so many other cars were also in parking lot, we know that our car has gone but we just want to avoid major accident as if this car will burst all other car will also affect and this can become a major accident

But it was too late. All the parts under bonnet burned out, including Pump, engine etc..! Finally after the huge rescue efforts we could control the fire without spreading to cabin or to diesel tank. Later I called up the service center guys and they came down to the spot with a recovery van and took the vehicle back to the workshop. Now they have estimated a sum of 6 lacs to rebuild it!!

The reason for the fire break out is still a mystery. Even the workshop guys are not able to find. They are telling it could be short ciruit.

Can anyone tell me that wahat was that....my whole family was on risk.....If this could be on the way...then what happened all battery operated things will stopped and we would not be able to come out.....I have my whole family with me...I dnt think then i will be able to drive that car again...i am scared....How i will believe on your manufactured products...

Car will be fine afterhuge expense but tell me who will expand 6 lacs on 6 lacs car....and can anyone pay the trauma we have faced....

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a new indigo CS LS Dicor (Scarlet Red) model car number MH 04 ED 4383 in the month of November 2009. I took the Delivery on 9th November 2009 form Fortune Motors Thane.

During the delivery itself I got the car with lots of problem in it.

1. Dickey Noise
2. Bonnet lock not working
3. Left front tire had a puncture where the Air in the tyre was getting less now & again
4. Noise coming from the engine.
5. Back side right door behind the driver had a problem used to not get closed fully.
6. Received on 1 Key instead of 3 keys.
7. Diesel Lid Button black cover near the driver seat was missing


However immediately the next day I informed fortune motors thane, they told me to take the car to Fortune Powai where in they will take care of this problem.

I took my car at 1pm sharp where in 45 min no one was ready to even assist me, then I had to call Fortune Thane sales person name (Jackson) to please inform someone which he did later.
They told me to come in the evening to take the car.
When I went in the evening to take my car, firstly I was made to sit for 1.5 hrs in the customer lounge. After that I come to know that no one has even started to work on my car, I was annoyed & asked for the service manager, who was not ready to even come out & speak.
I got very irate & created a scene there after the service manager came & attended my problem.
They rectified the Bonnet lock problem & the dickey noise.
About the engine noise it was told to me that this will get lower once the engine gets free.
But my 3rd, 5th, 6th & 7th point number problem was not at all rectified.

Secondly yesterday I had visited Fortune Thane for my 1st service; I entered fortune at 11.45am.
Till 3.30pm no one had even started to work on my car. When I came down from the customer lounge to check & informed the Service person Anoop, then the work started.
Moreover in the morning itself I informed them about the problems in my car

Dickey Noise
Back side right door behind the driver had a problem used to not get closed fully
Received on 1 Key instead of 3 keys
Diesel Lid Button black cover near the driver seat was missing
Front right tyre within 1.5 weeks time got busted.
Wheel alignment, since the car used to move on the right side while driving

Anoop rectified Dickey noise, door problem, wheel alignment & other standard checks.
Jackson gave me the other 2 key which he had sent to make it at Thane station.

At 6.30pm anoop comes to me & tells me that Sir today our water is over & we cannot service your car, what a pathetic service given by fortune & Tata motors. But anoop had the audacity to give me a bill of Rs 260 the overall service done, but at the end the service was never done. However I have slapped the money of Rs 260 on the cashiers face for not doing the complete job

This is the second time where in Tat Motors has given me pathetic service + has broken my heart to even tell good about the company. Earlier also I had purchased an Indica Xeta from Wasan Motors in 2007. Even at that point of time I had received a damaged car, the suspension was totally damaged.

TATA MOTORS BEING A REPUTED COMPANY IN INDIA AS YOU SAY, HAS GIVEN ME A DAMAGED CAR + PATHETIC SERVICE AFTER SALES FROM THEIR DEALERS.

Dealers are presents of Tata Motors & if this the service which we get from Tata Motors then I would not like to buy any more cars from Tata + I would like an replacement of my car & compensate for my valuable time + value for money.

I am also going to publish the same in the news papers + inform the news channels that how tata motors is been ill treating customers after sales, but before sales you people show a different picture.

    Dear Sir/Ma’am

    I purchased one Tata Indica Vista Quadrajet Limited Edition from Garyson Motors Ludhiana on 9-feb-09; firstly I got harassed with the fake commitments done at the end of dealer by the manager of the showroom Mr. Rajan Katyal as he committed to get the lamination for the car & also to provide the body cover for the car but on a regular follow up for two months I got the body cover after 3 months of the purchase of my car after discussing the matter with ASM of Tata Motors Mr. Danish & in case of lamination Mr. Rajan told me that it is an obligation for me I can’t get you done & now when the time has come to get the services for the car, I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by the service centre in Ludhiana as I got the problem with the stereo & Bluetooth in my new car as in case of Bluetooth the problem was there with my mic & it was replaced but still the problem with stereo is not solved as when we play the cd ,during turn of steering the cd gets halted for 2-3 seconds as I have ignored that problem & never complaint for the same again ,but now one more problem I am facing from last 4 months which is not solved yet i.e. the alignment of wheels front & back both as I went to service centre to check the Mileage for the card as it was giving very low mileage of 10-12 KMPL only for which the service engineer(Mr. Rana) had a test drive for my car for 50Kms on Ludhiana-Delhi Highway as the alignment was proper at that time as I cleared one problem which I faced in the car i.e. left side wheel was not in its position but the engineer who has taken the test drive told me that there is no problem with the alignment due to that reason as the car is running fine, but when we came in the service centre Mr. Girish check that problem & told me that the side has been stucked somewhere from me but there is no such sign on the car for the damage for which I complaint to the service head in Chandigarh Mr. Amit as he asked for the snaps from Mr. Girish & on the basis of snaps he rejected the case to be covered under warranty as when I asked him to please send the snaps to me too he refused to send me & Mr. girish told me that he has check the alignment as the part which is faulty will not damage the tires so you can continue with your driving but at that time there was a problem with the back tires too as at that time they told me that the problem is there with the AXLE as at that time it was not in stock for which they told me that they have put the requirement for the back AXLE & when it will come they will pick my car & will replace the back AXLE as the same problem has gone passed round about four months for which the car has gone to service centre for at least five times but still the problem is same as of now they saying the back tire problem is due to front tire as that will also be not covered under warranty ,when I send my car to service centre some more problems were also written along with that alignment problem but those problem are not even checked(E.g. Mileage) as I always write on there complaint sheet all the problems .No Doubt with a very good follow up from Tata Motors(pune) regarding the service centre satisfaction but very bad response even after I gave them 0 points .I had a very bad experience with such a big company who is shaking his hands with many international company but of no use as if the customer will be not satisfied with the services of Tata Motors then what will be the fun of even thinking of some other vehicles as the services should be provided by Tata motors. I was totally convinced with Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI not only with there commitments but also with there services but due to non availability of the same at that time I was turned to Tata Indica Vista Limited Edition but now I think I had taken a wrong decision & will not recommend anybody to purchase a passenger vehicle of Tata or be ready to face all these types of harassment from sale & services both. Also want to convey message to Tata motors Managing Director to look in to this matter & confirm regarding the same as if the customer will be harassed in this way then you must improve the services provided at dealers end so that the image of such a big international co. will remain intact as good as it is in international market

    i had purchased an car indigo Ls at pondicherry, india.chase no-607144JSZPD1316, engno-4751DT14jszpc9651 Purchase dt[protected], we very much regret to say that we very much offended with the service that manakular motors, pondicherry, india each service they are not properly done, they are interested only collecting money, never take care about customer, no responsible our words, they never bather about repeated complaints, so there after why should i purchase the tata cars, this is my second car 1 .indica, 2. indigo kindly advise to them otherwise not only they loose the customer u may also like me

    Tata Motors — Deplorable conditions in Pune Railway Station Platforms

    The condition on all the platforms in Pune Chatrapathi Shivaji Terninals is deplorable. You can hardly stand for few minutes before the stench hits you. The conditions are not any better even in the offices on the platform.

    I am sure the Station management has noticed this. However, I dont see any signs of them taking any measures.

    I sincerely hope they take some action keeping passengers' hygiene in consideration.

I hade a complain with you in reguarly about starting problem in servicing time, which was priviopusly informed in written way in you service center. Every time they commet in false way it will solve by automatically. So totaly i am getting ferdup with this matter.

    Indigo lx tdi reg.no. dl 3cax-4773, purchased from mikrana engg pvt ltd, mathura road delhi. Selling dealer code-01180. date of purchase[protected].
    As this vehicle is running in patiala so we get our 1st free service at 10000km on 10-12-08, from hemant goyal motors patiala.at that time either the free service coupons were kept or being misplaced by tata patiala dealer.
    When I visited for next free service at 20000km, mr sharda / gulzar singh refused to entertain for free service and demanded rs750 .
    Then I complain at your toll free no.on 14-05-09 vide complaint no-1-[protected].this complaint was duely attended and I got my car serviced at patiala. At that time I reminded your dealer that I should not be harrased at next free service at 30000km.
    They assured me that I shall not be harrased in future. But when on 8th oct’09 I contacted mr gulzar singh of hemant goyal motors he again refused. I complaint at toll free no-on 08-10-09 vide complaint no 1-[protected], I was being assured by toll free no attendant that iwill get reply with in 48 hours. But to my great surprise I could not get any reply from tata motors.again on 10-10-09 I reminded at toll free no, they told me that my complaint is registered with them, they further can do nothing if customer has not recd any reply, .they give me Ph.no of chd branch .i call at[protected], mr himanshu speak I convey my problem, he told me to contact mr sumit arora at m[protected], he further told me that he will not pick my phone as he is busy in -some meeting with the same dealer. Nothing happened on 11th, 12th. Then on 12th I contacted mr sumit, he told me to remind him on 13th, I did so but he says concerned person is mr saket and he is not approachable, so he can do nothing.. so pl tell me where should I go, had I done any mistake by purchasing your car, there is no benefit in spending amount in advertisement, when your costomer is not satisfied with after sale service, what is the idea of having such highly paid staff when they are not capable to solve customer problem, today is the 6th day after coplaint, you can easily judge your speed of solving customer greivences.

    My car no is WB38G8873. I send my car to ZENITH MOTORS, VILL. : KUMITMORE STATION, P.O. : KUMIRMORE, P.S. CHANDITALA, DIST. HOOGHLY 712704, WEST BENGAL for gear problem on 30th September 2009. After long time they gave my car on 22.10.09 but the problem remain same. The total bill amount is Rs. 17, 680 invoice no. ZnthmT-CPI[protected] & their job card no. is jc-znthmT-CPI[protected]. The problem is gear sliping but they don't agree with me & tell me that after delevery they r not responsable for anything. I took my car for only the brand name TATA but my problem remain same.

    I purchased indica Tera Vista on dt.[protected] but from the beginning there was a gear problem and when i visit at malerkotla showroom they refused my problem and the i contact sangrur dealer they also refused my problem and the chief engineer told me that there is a same sound problem in all tera Vista Models, if there is a problem in all models then why this kind of vehicles regular suply to the market but i am still in problem also when i asked about the extend warrenty of my vehicle your malerkotla representitives told me there in no benifits to increase " if there is no benifit then Why you make such type of warrenties" I am very dissatisfied to purchase this company vehicle. for further clarification plz contact me at: [protected]
    I booked a new Tata Indica Vista QuadraJet Aura Edition at the Prerana Motors(Lal Bagh Road) Bangalore. The delivery of the car was on the 20th of Nov 2009 at 2pm IST. we reached there and finished all pre delivery formalities and went near the car to drive it home and guess what the car is not ready for the delivery. they requesed for 1hrs of time. Me and with my other 5 friends went to have lunch and came back. the car was still not ready. we waited there for long time. As and when we started looking at the car, we saw that the front mirror beeding was ugly in shape. they had polished the car twice and still the car was rough and was looking shaded compared to other Indica Vistas which were standing next to my car which were still unpolished. they tried polishing 4 times and at last they decided to do some special polish, even after which the car is not up to the mark. My question is why a new car should be polished 4 time or more to make it look like a new car? is is not new already?.

    The car was not washed properly in the first place. it was covered with dust and dirt and they were trying to polish on that itself.. we could see the mud on head lights, on the engine and everywhere. we were just tired and were not satisfied with the car. we thought of complaining to the manager abt looks and dirt of the car. The delivery manger by name Ramesh came over and saw the condition of the car. he said my car was painted only once compared to other Indica Vista which was standing next to mine which was painted 3 time, as a result the other car has smooth body and mine has a rough body. He just told the workers to fill the deisel and to send the car and he vanished from that place. My next question is why is my car painted only once compared to others which are painted 3 times?? Why have they left my car unpainted for it to look dull and rought??

    The beeding was not in the right shape, they changed the beeding from other cars. they said beeding depends on the model of the car... Well mine is a high end model. so i shud be get a better beeding like other Auras which were standing next to my car. later the right side indicator near the mirror was not working as the bulb was fused out. they changed that. another problem in the new car(although its a minor one). by then the time was 6.50. almost 5hrs late to the promised delivery time(which was at 2pm).

    we reached home in the night. could spend much time with car.. just did pooja at a near by temple and thought of going out the next day as it was saturday(weekend). we went to the bunk to put deisel and guess what the air in the tires were very less, here the worker in the petrol bunk asks if its a new car? what an embarrassing moment. the funny part was as soon as he closed the deisel cap the cover fell down detaching from the car and that fellow was laughing. does the parts of the new car come out like that??

    we opened the car door the next day to find out the dirty interiors. oh the fabric on the door and the plastic in side the car, every thing was dirty. my parents and friends were not happy abt it and were very furious. we thought of going on a drive. we tried starting the car and guess what the car is not starting.(brand new car not starting within 24hr of delivery). i called up the help desk on the toll free number. guys came to the spot in 35-40mins and said the battery is down. oh my god the battery of a new car is down within 24hrs? though lights, ac everything was off?? Interesting...

    I called up the dealers, they asked me to get the car to the showroom the next business day. well the next day was sunday so i had to take the car to the showroom on Monday. since Monday 23rd Nov 2009 the car in the garage getting repaired. every day me and my other friend is going there spending time, showing frustration and going to office late. now my question here is WHY A BRAND NEW CAR SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR A REPAIR??

    WHY SHOULD I PAY 5.5L FOR A CAR WHICH HAS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS?? WHY SHOULD I WASTE SO MUCH OF TIME AND MONEY FOR REPAIRING A NEW CAR??

    NOW HAS TATA AS A COMPANY CHEATED ME BY GIVING THIS KIND OF A CAR OR THE PRERANA MOTORS?

    MY FINAL QUESTION IS IF YOU WERE GIVEN A NEW CAR IN THIS CONDITION WHICH HAS GIVEN YOU A BIG TIME PAIN IN LIFE WHAT WOULD HAVE YOU DONE???

    I'M EVEN PLANNING TO GO THE CONSUMER COURT AND THE MEDIA REGARDING THIS with all pics and evidences...

    Either i should be given a new car or my money should be refunded back to me.

    i dont want to do business with the company which has no meaning for customer satisfaction.

    Hi,

    I booked Indigo CS LS on 28th Jan 2011 from CONCORD Mavelikara, Kerala, in the name of K N SIVARAJAN at that time dealer committed that it will be delivered within 10 day’s but as of now the vehicle not delivered . I need my vehicle before 10th Feb becoz after that as per Astrology we don't have perfect timing, I[censored] people can't able make it possible, pls let me know over phone or E-Mail, your MVK delaer is telling from PUNE to Cochin intrasit time is 10 day's, i don't on which basis he is telling this reply. normally transit time between Poona & EKLM may be 3 to 4 Days .if this enqu: is going to wrong person pls forward to concern dept: & also just now I spoke with that dealer he is telling you will get vehicle on 15th only .

    I am also purchaser of Tata Indigo CS (Top Model), I am also facing such problem. on the basis of this complaint, it seems that TATA Motor is really very rubbish and bogus. It also seems that may be there is a basted earning/employment of Tata Motors.
    We are also follow ups with Gary sons Ludhiana from 0705.2011 to get our Tata Indigo car repair but till the date they are not responding well.
    We request to Tata Motors Service Cell to intervene so that their customer can get proper service from their dealers.

        & Iorny is TATA MOTORS - We Care is the caption they use...

          Hi Guys, I have a TATA Indigo car which my father bought in year 2007. unfortunately my father passed away in April 2009. After which I asked TATA Motors Finance to do the full and final settlement of remaining loan amount. I did the payment of F&F on July 18, 2009. I have not received the NOC till now. when I spoke to TATA Motors customer care they told me that Loan is not terminated yet and certain amount is still pending. I spoke to one of my friend about this. He is telling me that this is all fraud. Full and Final settlement of car loans never happens. you should file a case against TATA Motors Finance. I also spoke to TATA MOtors finance executive who did full and final settlement with me. He is saying there is nothing fraud it just taking some time and you will receive NOC soon. He also said if you want to meet me then you can come to TATA Motors Finance office also. I have full and final settlement letter from TATA Motors finance and receipt also for the payment I have made.

          Please let me know if anybody has faced this before and how long does it take to get the NOC.

          I had bougth a car finance loan from tata finance for my tata idica new car _ v2 xeta. The loan period of 60 mnths. from [protected]
          60 cheques were issued and handed over to the concerned person for my.mumbai regestration car.

          Note,the term period is over, but i cannot find one correct contact no: or address or person , to get my closure. so that we can claim the clearence certificate from tata finance in mumbai.

          we have contacted and spoken to various poeple in the tata motors and hot line no; also an email request was forwaded by us.

          I am still waiting to get the rigth contact people ,tata finance address, and guidence from them,has tata finance car loan closed or what or is it bogus ??????????

          each time we call they reply that you contacted the wrong dept. and a new no is provided ,I probably have 25 different no in my list and all of them are from wrong depts., its ridculuios.

            Subject: Indica V2 of Mr.Toi Riba
            Dear Sir,
            As per the above subject, I would like to draw your attention to a problem that we have faced today, On 19th, Aug-09.I had purchased an Indica V2 on 27/03/08 from M/S.S.K.Enterprises(PCD), Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, vide- Chassis number – 600142LSZPG1868 and Engine No-4751D10SLS9767. The vehicle was financed by State Bank of India, Itanagar branch. As per the manual book the warranty period is for 18 months. After using the vehicle for 14 months the vehicle got starting problem.
            I went to the new nearest Tata dealer in Itanagar (Nirjuli) M/s.Ave-Maria Tata Motors, for getting the vehicle checked. The mechanic found that the Armature need to be replaced. Accordingly the armature was replaced along with fitting of carbon holder. When I enquire about the warranty of the parts, the supervisor and Workshop Manager(Mr.Dev Nath) said that my vehicle cannot be covered under warranty because the sale date /chassis/engine is not at all registered at Tata. Hence the warranty was not valid. Left with no option I had to pay for the same and took delivery of my car after repairing. In this regards I want to state that-
            • Why the Authorised dealer failed to report the sale of my car to Tata Motors if compulsory report /record is required to give warranty to customers.
            • Why the Tata Motors still shows that my vehicle is not sold as told to me by the workshop Manager.
            • Why I had to pay for parts due to the faults of your dealer.
            • Who will be responsible for any break down of engine in another remaining 4 months.
            • Why cannot I avail the extended warranty due to faults of your dealer?
            • In the manual no where it is mention that customers cannot avail warranty if the selling dealer fails to reports the sale of vehicle invoiced against them.
            • Who will pay back for the mental tension caused to me due to these problems?







            Therefore, Kindly check from your factory invoice list whether this vehicle is manufactured by Tata Motors or not. If yes, please re-pay back the payment I made for the parts and register the vehicle in Tata motors.

              i am TATA coustome from last 15years n geting my worked done from thane fortune motors, wagle estate, from past many years, as i had many more complaints with the service provided by fortune motors, thane. but bcoz of good n long relations i alys jst neglected my complaints. As your senior service advisor MR. SOHIL n others alys force me n other customer to fill the feed back form only with possitive remarks as we take an innitiative to give even single negetive remark related to quotations, rates, service etc they come on negociation on bill n bribe us by giving disscounts n asks us to change our view.

                This is to inform you that I have taken a loan from SBI, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

                After I went to them and met them to change the loan to Auto Loan from the Existing Loan, they said they will not do that because the delivery date of my Car is been between July to September, 2010.

                They said that they cannot hold the account for such a long time.
                I have called to Malik Motors here and the respective Tata Motors people in Pune, you people say only one thing to convert the loan into Auto Loan within 2 weeks of Allotment.

                But still I don’t understand one thing is I have paid 3500 /- Rs for getting the Application and opening the account with SBI, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. Till then everyone were happy including me, SBI and Tata Motors.

                But now once the Car is Alloted the SBI people say that we cannot convert the Loan into Auto Loan if the delivery is not very soon, and they also say that the loan was only was opening the account.

                What is the stupid answer they are giving, I have paid 3500/- for getting that, and they call it as a loan, do they understand what is meant by loan.

                And you people say it as a customer Car and people Car, but where is the common Man getting the Car. In short I will inform you some thing for a Common Man to get this Car.

                Pay Rs 3500/- for Application Processing ( which is not Refundable)
                Wait for 2 months to know the Results.
                Roam and make calls to Malik Cars, SBI, Tata Motors (Nearly Rs 500 Expense)
                Talk to SBI people in Non Working Hours (they think we are just begging loan)
                Pay the Amount in Full and Close the Previous Account and open a Auto Loan New one at the time of Delivery of Car only.
                If you want to open a Auto Loan now itself you have to pay nearly Rs 18000/- as interest for holding the Loan upto 1 year as our delivery is between July and September 2010.
                If you very eager to purchase, pay the cash to SBI, as they said they will process the Account through their bank, but will not give Loan. It is just blocking your money for 1 year and waiting for the Car to come.

                Please Understand our problems and please do the needful.

                Please do some thing to the Common Man, this problem is because I cannot pay the amount immediately as am not been given the Auto Loan and I have pay the interest for holding the Loan Account for 1 year.

                If you cant do this, please return back the amount of Rs 3500/- what we spent. So that the common Man should save some

                  I have gone through a very bad phase with them without any fault of mine.

                  They have several untrue reason to over charge you.

                  I have planned to take Tata Finance people to court.

                  loan — Imposing Penalty

                  Dear sir
                  Really I need a help from your end. My Brother In Law have financed a Car No. DL 3C AD 1653 Maruti 800 in June 2004 vide Agreement No CF 1403659 He paid EMI till Oct 2007after that he left the job in Nov 2008. On 12th Feb 2008 I talked to Mr. Gaurav who is a collection head regarding the payment of EMI and told him that instead of Sudhakar I will make the payment in cash because he has no job and he can collect the payment in first week of the month before the due date so there will not be any penalty and He will sent me the NOC without charging any penalty through his person when the last two instalment will due and i will pay the cash across the table . He promised me for the same. but in the month of April i talked to Gaurav again and told him to take the entire EMI and issue me the NOC by hand .He discuss the matter in his office and agreed for the same but that time Gaurav met the accident and he told me to make the payment for the month of April and in month of May he will settle the whole amount with out any penalty . I Agreed for the same but from the May onward he never respond my mails and even not my telephone calls. After that i made the payment on monthely basis but now when the last instalment are outstanding your collecting person came to my house and ask for the payment i told him the conversation between me and Gaurav and that time again Gaurav speak with me and told me the payment . I remind him regarding his commitment but now he refuse to fullfill his commitment. and told me that i have to pay the penalty. It is a totally harressment by your staff . Now my trust is totally broken .
                  I request u to kindly help me and Issue me NOC by hand and collect the Outstanding EMI .

                  Your company is a group of companies. I don't think this is a good practice.

                    We purchased a TATA indica bearing registration no. PB02 BA 0484 .Its steering oil leak &steering pump damage within the warranty period but the dealer PRABHAT MOTORS amritsar punjab and TATA Motors are not replying to our repeated requests.                     This is to inform you that Myself Vishal Makkar Ro of 110/56, 80 feet Road Kanpur - 208012, purchased Indica Vista Teera TDI Reg. No. UP78-BV 8489 on dated 27/07/09 from your Authorized dealer Ms Sai Motors, Kanpur.
                    I am very sorry to inform you about the condition of my car. After PDI done by your dealer, on 27th of July the vehicle started giving problems from the very first day, the problems was head lights not working, immediate I inform to the concern dealer, who took about two and half hour to repair the problem.

                    Then again on 30th July new problems generated that was left Pulling, Gear box humming, on the same I received my vehicle by saying that now both the problems are been solved but that was not true, Then again I called to the workshop for these problems and also a new problem of Fuel Meter which was not working properly; they took on 12th August and given back on 13th August, i.e. left Pulling, Gear box was humming and fuel meter was not working properly as they have confirm me through the retail invoice that they have replaced the tank unit but still we are there with the same problem.

                    Now they have told to bring the vehicle on 17th July i.e. Monday, now please suggest that what to do with dealer and car and this I should confirm you that I am not working with Tata Motors or M/s Sai Motors and I am also unable to manage to carry these types of problems.
                    So its request that kindly make it repair from any other Tata Motors Authorized dealer, who can resolve my problems.

                    I purchased Tata Indigo CS DICORE on[protected]bearing no CH 04 E 4321. Since then I visited so many times that even could not count the nos. Hind Motors Mohali, local service dealer of Tata Motor response & quality of service is pathetic. Last week again visited & enter the vehicle at 930 sharp but till 530 returned with all complaints un resolved. This is to inform you, I have taken extended warranty. Currently I m facing following problems:---

                    Regularly Check engine warning coming on meter. After re-starting of the engine it vanish
                    Humming noise from dash board
                    inside AC water leakage.
                    Rails of both sides are up rooted.( Instead of replacing broken lock, they fixed it by elfy & within a day it again uprooted)
                    Bearing of Hub & end of driver side is not replaced under warranty despite repeated request that due to this there is vibration in steering & noise.
                    Co-driver sun guard not replaced despite agreeing manufacturing fault.
                    Bulb of back gear light was not replaced.
                    Lock of sun glass holder is loose.& need replacement.

                    i went to a tata motor workshop in roorke named as singh automobiles for allignment and they do the wheel allignment but that was not correct and they your chimta was bent of front wheel of right side then i ask them to replace that in warranty they said that this cannot be replaced because it does not come under warranty they said that it was bent by an accident but there was no wear and tear scracthes there on that chimtathay ask me to replace that chimta only when i agree do have a service of my indica dls UK 08M 8851 my car meter reading is 39999km

                      Dear Sir,
                      We had bought a car (Ford Ikon Flair, Mfg-2007) from a person who had bought the car through HDFC car loan, To update the RC book in our name as owner we had to clear the HDFC loan as the car was hypotheticated. We submitted the documents through the agent of Tata Finanace who inspected our car. we signed all the papers and gave them the blank cheques' as per their procedure. we canceled the loan because the interest rate was working out to be too high .
                      we got all the documents except for the cheques' and signed documents. We issued stop payment instruction to the banks. in the meanwhile our a/c was already debited by Rs.9355.00 & every month
                      ECS- request is made further debiting Rs.225.00 as stopage charges. all this without any loan given to our account.
                      Plz. suggest what to be done & whom to be approached.

                        i purchased a car in month of Feb2008 from Hansraj Motors(Gorakhpur), which model no-Indigo LS dicor(TATA MOTOR) chasis no 601431ARZPO7385 and engine no- 1.4DICOR07MSW09785.since the day i purchased this car i am very upset and i am shocked how can a tata product can be like this.the day i purchased the car the coolent leaked .next day it was in workshop.then they took 1 days for this problem.then again its Wheel Rim had a problem.the car RIM goes band when i got a minor jurk on the road, many times i got the same problem .when i complaint about that on TATA MOTORS they told me to go on that dealer but the Delear told me that the RIM is not under warrenty .i dont know what to do.i am typing this complaint in hope that either my Wheel RIM is replaced or the problem is rectified fully which i dont think in this piece can happen.i think they gave me a defected piece.they cheated me.now i am not sure what to do.you suggest me should i sell off this car if you are not going to take any action.

                        I had the same problem. Then did a minor repair. However, within 15 months of purchase of the car the wheel rims caught rust. The workshop put paints on these. Relieved, but for another 8-10 months. Tata Motors must fix with its spares suppliers for the benefit of would-be-buyers.

                          I am facing some problems which the service center people are not able to rectify. Some of the problems being faced are :-

                          -- AC does not work properly and when turned on engine makes lot of noise.
                          -- Horn stops working when indicator is applied.
                          -- Gear shifting is not at all smooth

                              Dear sir'/mam,

                              I have one of costumer of your tata motors family. I have perched one commercial truck bearing model no. LPT 2515/42 TC COWL on 31/08/2008 Ch.No. 426031 HRZ 221004 En. No.80 H 62704039 Registration No. AS-17/B-0263. After that the mile meter was stop working from 21/02/2009. I have complain to the service station on this day at Himmat Shingka Service Station Gauripur, Dist. Dhubri, (Assam). After that I have complain to another service station on 07/03/2009 at Nirmal Raj Service Station, Fulbari - 734015, Dist. Jalpaiguri.(West Bengal).
                              So that they have told me to replace the parts with in a 7 to 10 days (and told me to inform over telephone with this period). After that, I have told them over telephone several times but they have not proper response me as per condition and misguide me.
                              So, AT PRESENT CONDITION MY VEHICLE WAS TOTALLY BREAK DOWN.
                              with my regards please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                We booked a TATA Indigo-CS on Friday 20th February, 2009 from your showroom giving all the cheques payments. On Wednesday, 04th March, 2009 in the evening we took our delivery.

                                The person involved was Mr. KOSTUB and Mr. Niraj as Sales Representative.

                                The details of car are as follows:-

                                Vehicle Regn No: MH02 BJ 4335
                                Chasis no : W 03330
                                Engine No : P 08975

                                From the day ONE on driving we experienced that the vehicle had problem in its starting because at the time of delivery itself the driver of your showroom never stop the car engine and continue its on start mode around 1.30hrs, when we were in showroom to complete the formalities.

                                No owner’s manual, warranty & service book with Buttery Guarantee Card was given to us till date.

                                As per initial terms they were agreed to deliver the Vehicle from Marine Lines to Andheri at our residence. But at the first instance itself, we found that there were no petrol in the car even to go for one kilometer and immediately we rush to take the petrol. When asked the Company people, there were no body to resolve this puzzle and no proper response was given to us.

                                Further, on our way, we went to Siddi Vinayk Mandeir, Dadar for Darshan and Puja. We found that the company driver had not off the car engine and kept it on mode for at least 20 minutes.

                                All the occasions when we asked the reason, he had not given any satisfactory reply and just ignore it. Being the joy of new car at home we also could not taken it seriously and believed on company more than us.

                                Further, when we reached home we find the leakage problem in water tank of wiper i.e. all the water put into the tank is immediately flowing outside the tank. Which was immediately brought into the notice of company driver and staff Mr. KOSTUB?

                                Next day i.e. Thursday evening we try to start it but it was very difficult as the car was starting and then after some noise it was stopping again.

                                The same thing happens on the Friday evening also i.e. 2nd day of buying the car. The thing was worsen, this time, as at the starting of car nothing was happing to it.

                                We immediately call up the emergency service centre no.[protected] the concerned person give us some other person number [protected]. .


                                When we call up that no. it was coming as “NOT REACHEABLE” then we again contacted on first no. and he said that said no. will call us within 15 minutes but no call from that number.

                                Till 11.00pm in the night, we called at least 40 times on this and that number but no satisfactory reply was received from a single person.

                                On Saturday, since morning, leaving all over important jobs and pre assignment, we started calling on all above numbers as well as Mr. Kostub, no concrete results come out.

                                We call up many times to Mr. Mohan Shetty and Mr. Neraj but they were not bothering even to take-up our calls or reply us for our problems.

                                There were no responsible people who can tell us that “WHAT WE BOUGHT AFETR PAYING A COST OF Rs. 5 LACS- OUR HARDEARN MONEY”.

                                Our position was so miserable that we could not understand what to do and how to do when “ A PERSON BUY A NEW CAR AND WHICH DOES NOT WORK SINCE ITS FIRST DAY”.

                                After a long follow-up one person from your service centre named Mr. Mahesh came and after checking the NEW CAR declare the problem in BATTERY CHARGEING etc.

                                A NEW VEHICLE IS REQUIRING TO BE TAKING INTO GARAGE FOR ITS REPAIR AND SERVICE ON ITS FIRST DAY.

                                Further, the said person was not ready to take the vehicle on urgent basis. As we were afraid to again find a right person and to do them 40 calls, we requested them, LIKE A BEGGAR, to take this vehicle on same day.

                                By Saturday evening somehow, we could managed with them to take the vehicle in GARAGE.

                                We felt very bad, harassed and mentally torch red by the Company, its staff and representatives for their irresponsible behavior towards customers.

                                There are few basic questions coming into my mind:

                                • How a reputed company can deliver such type of product?
                                • Is the manufacturing defect cannot be find out before its delivery?
                                • What are the services you are providing to your customers?
                                • Is Company responsibility ends up just with the delivery of vehicle?
                                • Is it a new car with basic manufacturing defects?
                                • What next problem will happen to this vehicle?
                                • Is the brand name TATA MOTERS gives such kind of product and services?
                                • Is there any senior authority or responsible person/Directors, who can understand the grievance of customers?
                                • Is there any remedy for the mental tension and agony bared by us?
                                • Most importantly ‘IS MY VEHICLE IS NEW’ which went to Garage in its next day?
                                • What is the return of my Consideration paid to you with an agreement to provide me a vehicle in running condition?
                                • Is there any humanity in the COMPANY, or anybody who can feel the problem and have any remedy for it? OR
                                • ALL THE DEAD PEOPLE ARE SITTING IN THIS Organisation.../?
                                • This attitude and negligence will DESTROY THE TATA’s.

                                My vehicle may be returned within a day or two but “IS IT A NEW VEHICLE FOR WHICH I AGREED TO PAY”?

                                Today, since morning we are calling to Mr. KOSTUB to know the status of our vehicle as well as requesting them to provide the assistance for Centre Locking for which payment has already made on 4th March, 2009. But, he is no able to manage the things for the customers, who believe on him.

                                I hereby request to, all the concerned people, that please look into the problem SERIOUSLY and reply my letter in writing and also suggest me, what stand I will take for such problems.

                                Here, is nothing for thanks, only hope for any dynamic change in the attitude and behavior of concerned people.
                                We are continuously facing problems by this vehicle as it has basic manufacturing defects.
                                On dt.14th March, 2009, Saturday when we try to use the same, we find that front side DRIVER SIDE Tube inside the Tire was fully damaged as the same was not fitted properly in its mould . This was informed to Mr. Mahesh, he was not able to answer this. We immediately informed to Mr. Ankur, he request us to replace it by new and assured us that the company will reimburse the expenditure.
                                The damaged tube is with us and you can see the height of careless and negligence which could be the reason of any major accident.
                                Sir, you are playing with the life of your customers, who believe in you. This type of mistakes has no remedy.
                                On 19th March, 2009 Thursday at 7 p.m. again, when we try to use it, the car was again not giving any signals and not starting even, as was happened on first time.
                                We call up to Mr. Mahesh, your help line person, he said he is busy with other assignment and has no time. Then we call up to Mr. Ankur, he make some arrangements with Mr. Mahesh and he reached about 10.30pm and said that some current problem in car upto 11.30 pm in the night we were struggling about it.
                                One week before Mr. Ankur assured us to take a test drive on Friday 20th March, 2009 but on 20th March, 2009 it self this Car again went to GARRAGE.
                                Here I want to remind you that we buy a new car on 4th March 2009, which went into GARAGE on 6th March, 2009 due to not start on next day itself. When the vehicle was returned they assured us it is okay now and no further problem will occur. Within a period of 15 days a new TATA car went into TATA GARAGE TWICE and Changed its tube also.
                                We are working couple and generally use the vehicle only on holidays or late in the evening with family.
                                Since the day we bought this car, we are facing continuous problem, our peace of life is totally finished.
                                With reference to our earlier communication you people always give us only assurances, no one is here to take any concrete step and till today no one from the company came to meet us as assured by your previous communications.
                                Sir, this is a manufacturing defect car you delivered to us, by which we are facing daily problems. This car is not new as it went twice in GARAGE within 15 days.
                                I hereby request you that pl. arrange a meeting any of your director related to manufacturing unit at earliest.
                                Pl. informs us what steps you are taking with it, otherwise I will be persuaded to take any hard step.

                                  I had given my car for general service on 18/03/09. Firstly the service engineer called and said the service will cost R 1200. Then said it will cost an additional Rs 2700. After a few hours he called at increased it by a few thousand more. This happened a few times, and since he had started servicing, I was unable to pull out the vehicle from service as well. Eventually a bill of Rs 10547 was handed over to me, whereas an estimate of Rs 5000 was given. This service is just not done.
                                  I am the owner of your Fiat Palio car(Petrol version), My car No is DL-7CF-
                                  0038, registered with the name of M. Khan, I took my car to get service at
                                  Vivek Automotors, Sarita Vihar, Main Badarpur Road on 08.03.09, They Inspec
                                  ted the car and said Radiator fan shroud need to change and engine decarbur
                                  ising required, otherwise car is running fine only with a problem of radiat=
                                  or fan, that made a terrible noise sometime, I said okay . they did the dec=
                                  arburising and replaced the fan shroud.
                                  Later on i came to know that decarburising required at 30000Km, why they did Engine decarburising at 18000Km???? Arn't they experienced mechanic/superviser??
                                  And everytime i dont get spare parts, kindly resolve my problem, I want my money back, that is used in decarburising?
                                  Please take some action against such problem, or should i send this mail to Fiat india team?

                                    Your letter no Nil dated[protected] which was received by me in the second week of Januaury, 2009 almost one month after its issuance .

                                    I fail to understand the charges levied on me . Please delete the charges immediately .

                                    I am enclosing bank statement where your ECS is being sent .ECS payment has started from the month of September, 2008 . But in the month of November the amount of Rs 6228/- was lying in my account on[protected] and your concerned person at Jalandhar has forgotten to send ECS for collection of money from my account . This is very much clear from the account statement which I am enclosing herewith . Personally I have spoken to your concerned person at Jalandhar for collection of the payment from the bank. After my repeated calls the concerned officer did not bother and told me an excuse that ECS was returned with a remark of having less balance which is absolutely untrue . Had the bank returned the ECS with this remark they would have put charges on me for returning ECS which they did not .

                                    Kindly do not behave in such a fashion as private finance companies used to act to collect charges un necessarily .I wish that correction will be carried out immediately and I need not to go to any other forum for getting it corrected .

                                    Last year HSBC has issued the credit cards for TATA MOTORS employees. I am one of the card holders no.

                                    [protected] valid from 05/08 to 09/11. I have used this card once only.& I have paid all my dues to this account through vide ICICI bank cheque no- 143951 dated 18/09/08. Even HSBC has never informed me any additional dues to the bank from me through mail/post after 18/09/08. As I am not using this card from long period I have received the letter from the bank that Card is made Non operational.



                                    But four days back I received one phone call from you that many dues are pending from me from quite a long period. Sir, when I have not used this card after 18/09/08 how dues will remain pending from me? I am quite surprised & shocked with this phone call hence, I will appeal to all TATAMOTORS employees for not using this card as Bank has failed miserably to gain trustworthiness of their customers.

                                    now i get many mistakes in my account with you.

                                    1. one of my ch. of sep. 2007 cleared from my bank account but in your hand no deposit in our account with you but its in credited with you.

                                    2. In the m/o nov. 2008 you have cleared 2 ch. from my account instead of 1 ch.

                                    3. As per when i come to your Ambala branch its come to my notice that in the month of nov. 2008 1 ch. cleared on 30th nov.2008 your staff give the credit to another party. and 2nd ch. cleared on dated 9th dec. 2008 in my contract. Sir/madam how it possible my ch. deposit in other party a/c and i have to pay interest.

                                    4. Due to this reason our dec. 2008 ch. go bounce as per your record not on our behalf. because we deposit money for dec. ch. on dated 4th dec. 2008.

                                    5. I have deposited my all passbook statement to your co. staff mr. kapil at ambala office and mr. rajesh arora at karnal office.

                                    6. As per my bank passbook statement you get the position of my account that in each and every month no less balance for our ch. that comes on dated 11th of each month.

                                    7. As per our telephonic talk with mr tripathi he said we are busy in sep. closing of accounts.

                                    8. Sir/madam, one more thing is that july, august, & sep. 2008 your staff don't deposit the ch. on current date when we call many times then from your co. some body is comes to my house and they returned our ch. and we issued 1 ch. of rs. 29250 instead of these 3 ch. for this why should i pay interest.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to bring to your notice the usage of faulty meters in Auto rickshaws in Mumbai city. Today I travelled from Ambedkar garden,near chembur station to Chembur Tilak Nagar colony. The kilometers in the meter showed as 2.5 kms and meter charge showed as Rs 24/- This is definitely a malpractice , for which the concerned traffice authorities should definitely take an action.

                                    I travel in this route daily and the meter usually shows Rs 12 -13 . And this particular auto meter was showing 24/-, which is definitely a faulty reading . The meter was definitely tampered and when I told the rickshaw driver that his meter was running too fast and I will not pay him according to this faulty meter, the driver started shouting saying his meter reading is correct.Finally I had to pay him Rs. 15/-
                                    I warned him that I will definitely raise a complaint against such illegal practices.

                                    I request the traffic authorities to take the necessary steps against these tampered meter reading autos and their rude drivers.

This amount had withdrawn from my account on the same day, mean while the contract of TMF with RAS Associate has been stopped and my amount could not rached to TMF, this fact is known to almost every concerned of TMF Lucknow branch. Further I am paying regularily my installment till date. In between I am getting numbers of legal notices from Mumbai for which I have been asked by TMF officials from Lucknow branch to just ignore this, Now today I have recieved a Notices of Arbitration proceeding case NO. LOT 99/ R7354 of 2010. Why I am getting all these ???????? and what are the salutions ????? to whome should I approch for solving my case ???? shall I file case in the consumer forum ??????                                     I Sri Rajib Bswas S/o Debabrata Biswas of 127 Kali Bari 1st Lane, New Barrackpore, Kolkata-131 had purchased the above vehicle after taking financial help from TATA Motors Finance in the month on July/August, 2008 for the Bus Route from Baburhat to Barrackpore. The above vehicle was plying on the proposed route since Octobar.November, 2008 but the said vehicle failed to run on the route every day. The vehicles also not yet ply on the route continuously 7 days in a week. The computerized data of Bhadari Workshop will focus every thing. The EMI of the vehicle is Rs. 19366/- pm and till yet I paid the said EMI from other sources pm as the vehicle failed to ear the minimum money.

                                    Few months ago within the warrantee period the piston ring of the said vehicle was changed by Bhandari work shop, Sodepur for gass problem of the vehicle but after such work the said vehicle was not in a position to ply on the route for sucking the huge Mobil every day. On reporting Bhandari Work shop down the engine of the said vehicle and after two/three weeks later i.e few days ago they hand over the vehicle for ply on the route. Now the vehicle is not found ok to ply on the route as because the same problem found (sucking mobil & fuel) in the said vehicle. Already directed to my driver to keep the vehicle at Bhandari Work shop to day (23.04.2010) as it is completely unable to ply on the route. My patience has already been exhausted and this stage without the earn money from the vehicle I am unable to pay the EMI to TATA Motors Fianace from May, 2010.
                                    At this stage, I would request you to kindly verify the same from Bhandari Work shop and pass necessary order to change the Engine of the said vehicle as the engine of the vehicle found with mechanical fault within warrantee period. Your sympathetic consideration will save me and my family.

                                    I have financed my vehicle Tata indica bearing regd no HR51 Z 4071 by tata motor finance ltd in the month of july 2007 and from that time i am regularly paying my installments due to some financial problem i was unable to pay the 5 installments for which i have also given a written letter as well as oral request that i can make the same as early as possible and after that regularly paying the installments but after that you snatched my car illegally and forcely want to auction the same as i have also written a letter dated 30/10/2010 that i am ready to pay the amount of the dishonouired cheques, i have also given many request (written and oral) to provide the copy of agreement commenced between T.M.F.L & me but they are not giving any heed to any of my requests as such i call upon you to kindly return my vehicle or return my money alongwith the future E.M.I cheques.
                                    Yes, I am also searching for someone to lodge a complaint against Tata Motor Finance Ltd., We have paid the whole amount and we have evidence towards such payment, but for the past two years they are asking for money amounting to fifty thousand rupees from me! We sent a registered letter with acknowldgement due to the Tata Legal at Mumbai, but they won't reply what happened to the money we paid. Instead they keep calling me in my mobile and say fifty thousand rupees is pending (they won't call my husband and won't reveal identity but I have the numbers) . I think there should be a co-ordinated movement against such private firms who keep cheating their customers! Don't know if Mr. Tata is listening even! Why should he care for the ordinary people?

                                    TMFL is looting every customer and Mr. Ratan Tata should look into this and they charge unnecessary charges like Retainer Charges, Collection Agency Charges, Insurance Charges which they charge while financing and still charge every year when we do the insurance with our choice of Insurer. TMFL should know that a RTO does not pass the vehicle without an insurance copy. The company claims that if the party does not Insure the Vehicle and pay the finance installment they are making customers fools

                                    I am Nishant garg s/o Naresh garg. My financed vehicle number is PB 51 4700 Account Number is [protected]. Settlement was done with your company for the amount 1, 60, 000/-RUPEES in the Month of March 2012. I have given the Advance Payment for Settlement i.e 32000/-RUPEES (21/03/2012). I had to pay the full payment till 30th April 2012. But I wasn't able to pay on this date.Then I Paid 27500/-Rupees on 28/04/2012 from The Total Amount. And Remaining Amount (1, 00, 500/-rupees) was to be paid till 30th April 2012.

                                    I called the Concerned Person ( Mr.Rajesh gupta ) on 28th April 2012 to tell that I am not able to pay till 30th April 2012. He told me that some more amount as a Penalty you have to pay for Late Payment. Then on 3rd may 2012 Mr.Sunil Mourya and one more person from Bathinda Branch came and he forced me to surrender the Car and get the surrender paper signed from me. And I wrote the Application for Surrendering the Car to TATA MOTOR FINANCE LIMITED Only.He said, you can Take your car back, when you will pay the Remaining Amount. And even now the Original RC Of The Car is with me only.

                                    Then I Visited the Office Of TATA MOTOR FINANCE LTD SECTOR -9 Chandigarh and Nobody Responded me for My Problem.Then i Visited Bathinda Branch and they said Mr.Sunil Mourya Has not Surrendered any Car.They said talk to Mr.Sunil Mourya only.he was not giving any response On Phone. We found out that the Car is with him only. He is using this Car as his Personal Car. When i Talked to him, he said he will give the car back after giving full payment to TATA MOTOR FINANCE LTD.

                                    I asked him for the New Approval for Final Settlement. Then company generated the Approval for Final Settlement (1, 20, 000/- Rs) . Then I paid the some Amount of Money and then after I Paid the Whole Amount (By cash from Mr.Sunil Mourya: 49, 000/- Rs on 20/07/2012, 49, 000/- Rs. on 30/07/2012 and balance amount 22, 000/- Rs on 31/07/2012).

                                    Now from My Side, No Payment is left to Pay to TATA MOTOR FINANCE LIMITED.

                                    After paying the Full Payment, my Father went to him and asked for the car but he was keep on saying wait wait and wait. And also next day, he did the same. After that he stopped picking my and my Father calls. I called at Bathinda Branch office, they said he is not here. He ignored us like anything.

                                    So many times i asked from Chandigarh branch sector 9., but they said, there is no car surrendered of this number. I Mailed to Mr Rajesh Gupta and Karuna Tripathi . But have not got any response.

                                    I have not received NOC from your office. Please take a quick action against this. I will be very thankful to you for this.

                                    Still the car is on my name. If something wrong happened, then who will be responsible. ?????

                                    If anything wrong happened, then Mr.Sunil Mourya and the company TATA MOTOR FINANCE LTD will be responsible for any inconvenience happens.

                                    Please help me for finding the car and take quick reaction for this. Otherwise i will take this case to the court.My patience is over now

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am not requesting you to issue me a letter which you might suspect I would use against you.

                                    I am just requesting you to resolve with the issue with the CIBIL so that it does not hinder my housing loan process. I am interested in nothing beyond that.

                                    As regarding your statement that you are unable to identify the person who signed the letter regarding dishonouring the said cheques to be your internal issue, well that is your outlook and not mine. I am a client and if your staff gives me letter to that effect, it is not my prerogative to doubt the integrity of your staff.

                                    The fact is that it is your HO that has taken cognisance of the said letter issued by your Branch admitting the fact that fault was at your end &amp; issued the NOC to me waiving charges. I do not then see the harm in informing the CIBIL of the waiver and that the dishonour of the cheques was not due to any financial indiscipline at my end. Why is it taking them so much defies rationale?

                                    As brought out earlier, pl for God sake appreciate the harm Tata Motors is doing to a client who had bought a Safari and a Tata Indica. I now do not feel like looking at Tata fleet, because of harassment caused to me. Is this you treat your customers? That is what Tata is known for, as far as I know about Tata.

                                    In view of this, I still request you to prevail upon whoever needs to take a decision to reply to CIBIL to remove the adverse observation at your earliest and I humbly say that I am not interested in taking you to court, however if you do not resolve it by end of this week, you will force me to do so. That will be an avoidable action on my part as I would have no other choice in the matter as you need to appreciate my patience that I have waited from Nov 2013 to mid 2014 for my NOC and now I await for removal of this observation at CIBIL since last two months! Pl visualise what you would have done under similar circumstances and challenge your own conscience!

                                    That if I do not get a favourable response from you, I will be constrained to take a legal action is no threat, but a gentleman's promise to have it corrected and lay the onus of loan not getting sanctioned at your door step at your risk and expense.

                                    Pl reply to the CIBIL under information to me to enable them to remove the same at an early date.

                                    As regarding the details of the balance at that time, I do not have the same as the account had been closed long back. In any case, you have your dealing branch letter mentioning specific cheque Nos stating that the same bounced due to your internal issues and not due to any fault at my level.

                                    Pl treat the matter urgent and if I do receive the response within seven days, I will be constrained to take legal action which you may kindly take note of that it would be at your cost &amp; expense.

                                    You have failed to realise the harassment caused to me by hindering my home loan processing.

                                    Pl note that I am just requesting you take action for removal of this observation by the CIBIL and nothing else, which is reasonable in view of the factual position and fault at your end. Also note that if a person pays Rs 6520 PM every month as instalment, he will not be so negligent to have his account in default for a meagre sum such as this. This Factum of the matter is lost on you despite my repeated requests.

Due to which my home loan is held up on this trivial issue for a fault that was not due to any financial indiscipline on my part and was rather due to an internal issue at TMF.                                     In view of this, may I, request you to issue a small note addressed to me that the outstanding amount was not due to a financial indiscipline on my part, but rather due to an internal issue at TMF.                                       I took a loan from Tata Motor Finance Jhansi for the purchase of a bus in March'07. The took advance cheques from me. The term of the loan sheduled upto Feb.'09. I had a deal to sell my bus in June '08 I went to their Jhansi office and the manager asked me to make entire payment pre-matured. I made the payment of Rs. 189000/- as per advice and asked for NOC but since then they are befooling me and instead of giving NOC they are presenting cheques and drawing money from my account and so far they have drawn more than1.5 lac from my account.

                                      Tata Finance are known to be lax in their processing. But solely because it is beneficial for them. There are cases where they have deposited cheques at odd dates and times and for this they have penalised the end user. Ask them or point them their errors, you will pay for it more. They will profit out of their mistakes so I guess they are encouraged to make such mistakes.
