[Resolved]  Tata Nano — Tata Nano refund delay

more then 45 days pass after cancellation of tata nano but so far i have not received my refund. call center help line no use. nobody take responsibility giving status of refund. I submitted forms in Nerul Navimumbai, TATA FOURTUNE, so far no positive answer from all concern dept. GOD KNOWS OR SHRI RATEN TATA KNOWS WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUND ? PLEASE DO NECESSARY\!!!.

TATA MOTORS/ TATA NANO — delay in refund

This is in reference to the booking made against tata nano, under mentioned name Mrs.Bimla Peer bearing UIN no.[protected]. The cancellation (cancellation no:ADFJQ-53560) request is already made on 11/07/09, making calls again and again to the call center of TATA NANO but unfortunately no result by their side. I am trying from such a long time to get the details whether the process is made or these people are making fool o[censored]s, I have been told your chq. will be delivered within one month but I haven’t received a single call by their side regarding cancellation.

I had booked the tata nano through icicibank.com. selected in first 1 lac customers and then i paid Rs. 1,40,000 to ICICI Bank and clear my loan.
Due to some unavoidable circumstance i cancel this car on 23-Sept-2009. and my problem start from that day. i came to know the car cancelled and till date i had received my refund.

Whenever i call to tata nano they used to say me wait for 7 to 10 working days and you will get refund.

Please help me to get my refund. my details are

TATA NANO — Refund

It is a big shame on the tata nano and the tata group for not refunding the booking amount. i paid 120000 upfront and was not selected in the draw. it has been more than an year and still i dint get the money. Do they know the value of hard earned money of a middle class person.

Tatas are taking the undue advantage of the peoples money. If they want to do the business in this way they are not going to survive long. It s simply unethical.

I have been calling them since than with no proper action. And the call center people always makes false promises, every time they assure me that in a week it would be done. It has been 40 weeks and these fricking guys one week is not over.

I have stopped using Tata products and I will continue to do so, even after I get my money.

It is a pain in the ... (where you know) when your money is struck when you need it. I needed the money multiple times during this time and I have go nuts arranging it.

Total jerks and arseholes.

I can use all the bad words in the dictionary and Tatas deserve them.

Why dont they beg insted of playing with the middle class peoples life, who work hard to gather money.

My UIN number is[protected]. In spite of cancellation of the car I am still paying the EMI amount of the loan.I have contacted the preferred financier who has confirmed that the car allotment has been cancelled.
Even after more than 2month of cancellation I have still not received my refund money whereas I am paying my EMI.

Request you to please send the refund money as soon as possible. I am sure that such renowned TATA Motors will not delay my refund procedure.
