[Resolved] Tata Nano — Not receiving answer on the cancellation of Nano booking from Tata
I had booked a Tata Nano LX model. I was kept in retainers's list. Iahd applied for cancellation of my booking on 4th July 2009. Till date I have not received any answer from Tata Nano mamagement gruop for cancellation status on my application. I have been charged Rs 1397 towards the interest on bookibg amount by my financer (Canara Bank). Canara Bank has charged interest due to delay by Tata Nano mgmt on cancellation. How can I get reply from Tata Nano group. This is purly cheating to the small customer. For Ratan Tata this is very small thing but for small customer like me, this is very big and shocking thing. I had sent series of mail to '[protected]@tatamotors.com ' but I am not receiving any answer from this mail I.D. Even cutomer care Executive are knowingly avoid our complints and not reply any message to me. My dealer has also raised hand due to unnecessary delaying policy of tata motors. Dealer clearly told that I have to corrospond directly to Tata motors on this issue. My UIN no. is[protected] and Cancellation referance number is BAPST 46525. You are requested to forward this complain to the Tata motors for early resolution.
