Tata Photon Plus — Closing the problems without resolving

Hi Tata photon,

I am again opening(third time) the new request for my issue which i raised on 10/12/2010( pasted below).
I will raise new issues till it get resolved properly.
You again closed my issue without resolving it.

But you closed compliant, saying somebody contacted me and issue is solved.

But the truth is nobody contacted me yet nor the problem is solved.

Addon is a lie
Hi Tata photon,

I have used [protected]@2GB plus [protected]@200/- for night usage last month.

Today i got the the bill of rs 2008/- , Which claims i used just 923 Mb during the night and used remaining 3967Mb in the day(total download = 4890/-). But it is just rubbish. I used internet most of times in night and i will be in the office in the day time. even downloading i keep it in the night. but the bill says exactly opposite. Where as the fact is i just used 1500MB to 2000MB during normal timing and remaining 1500MB to 2000MB i used is the addon timing. Thus actually i should get the bill which might come around 1000/- rupees, where as it is actually 2008 rupees.

I request Tata photon not to make false and fake policies and sue the peoples money.

If we raise the complaint, you reply back to all the people with same body letter saying you will do something for it. but it now i haven't got any action on this.

And you say concerned department had talked with in the previous comment, but till now nobody contacted for this issue.

I requested for itemized bill to get clear picture about this issue on 10/12/2010. you said you will send it within 4 hour, but till now you have not sent it. i re-requested 3 more times within four days the itemized bill. but yet not received but you already closed the issue and saying that you have confirmed from concerned department but where is the proof?

strongly Agree. Every where same problem. They are spoiling the Goodwill of Tata Group.
