No resolution for failed recharge

I did the online data recharge for Photon Plus on 11th March. The money got deducted from bank account but it did not get recharged at all. Unreasonable charges of Tata Photon usage

I have bought a Tata Photon Prepaid connection in Feb'11 and refilled it with Rs.650/- givinga usage of 1GB.

On 18th March 2011, I had only syncronised my email outlook (where I recd 4 mails, average size 20 kb and sent 2 mails average size 20 kb). I did not surf the net at all.

This has been happening since I have taken this connection.
I am in a confusion as to whether to continue with this connection...

False Promises/ No hearing

I've logged a complaint since 3 Mar with customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, Done three mails to the nodalofficer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. But seems nobody is interested to work on my complain.

Tata Photon+ ISP providing bad speed and service

I have purchased a Tata Photon Plus device on 16feb 2010 my tata photon plus number is [protected]. Tata Photon Plus claims that this device has the speed up to 3.1 mbps but I did not get speed beyond 20kbps - 30kbps. Also customer care of tata frustrates the consumers a lot. We have to keep waiting for 10-20 mins just to get the call picked up on customer care.
