Hello,

I would like to bring forward your kind attention the extremely poor Connection service you guys are providing in pune
I purchased the photon plus via my company infosys in chandigarh in september

It was working all good,with minor problem in chandigarh
But since i returned back from Chandigarh to Pune,The connection speed has worsened
It has reduced to mere 1/5 of the speed i was getting in chandigarh ranging 100-200 KBPS ( browsing speed ) using speed test.net compared to 2 Mbps in chandigarh
I was shocked to see the drastic change ,so i called your customer care and after 1 hiur of wait ,i got hold of a CC guy who told me that the there is some upgradation going on in Pune area
and the issue would be resolved by 15 De( For your info i called on 15 or 16 Nov to your support centre)

I waited again to 1 month or so , but no luck ,the connection speed was getting even worse,so i called CC ,and they told me that the up gradation is still going on and it will be resolved by 31 DEC
I again waited for some time and gave you guys opportunity to improve

Now on 6 th of January i again got frustrated with absolutely poor speed, and called up the technical team and logged the complaint[protected] not resolved)
Got some 2-3 calls and they asked me to do some setting and the speed of connection again improved for some time ,and it was quite managaeable.

But again next day onwards i started getting the same problems.But as i was tired with waisting my time with you guys so i purchased a new Broadband connection( Landline)
Now here i am its 19th Jan, i am still having the issues, called cc again ,was transferred to technical team ,literally wasted quality 1 hour or so
But no end result,i was again told that the issue would be resolved by 31 January.which is hard for me to believe

I need a written email from you guys suggesting the same,failing which i will forward my grievance to My company's Senior Management( Infosys technologies) so that all the current and future connection of Tataphoton will be closed and yes i bet you will get to see a huge loss in Pune because of this.

You guys do not realize the criticality of operation we are working in, we need to be online all the time with our clients and any delay in communication leads to Million of dollar loss
You guys send the tataphoton bills on time,but never realise the pain and loss your customer is going through.

I will make sure that i will not pay the bill for photon for the current as well as the next month till the problem is not resolved

Please take this mail seriously and do some actions otherwise ,you will lose a big customer base here in pune( customers who are already frustrated and the new ones)

I am expecting a responsible reply for your actions on this.
hope i get this soon and get what my organisation is paying for.

Your team has mentioned a deadline of 31 Jan,please send me a confirmation for the same and better stick to it.

Thanks for the sending your service person to my house to check my connection speed.

As expected, it was a useless visit.It did no help. The person did not find any fault in my system, which was his intention from the first minute, rather then finding out the problem and accepting the fault at Tata Indicom side.

According to him, if i am getting 500 Kbps, I am lucky. And during evening the speed will be merely 100-200 Kbps, as this is the best the i should expect.
Before sigining off this is what he said "Agar ek hi boat mein sabhi sawar hinge to boat kaise chalega..yeh to dube ga hi". And i think this explains the story and the bluff that the Tata Indicom is trying to sell.

For the last time,please justify why should i continue with the connection, if you can't tale down the disconnection request starting now.

Hi,
I am a Photon+ user from Kolkata West Bengal. Subscriber details are at
the end of this email.

Since last 6-7 days i am getting a very low speed. My current location is
FInland and my family is there in Kolkata. I normally uses the connection
for video chat with my family. I have 2 Mbps wired connection here in
Finland and the speed/bandwidth does not vary much.

The speed that I am getting in Kolkata is just 300-500 Kbps with a drop to
very low speed while in the call. The speed that i am getting is not good
enough for video call and even only with voice the audio is broken, delayed
and worth mentioning, frequent call drops.

Initially I thought this to be Skype (the software that i use to make a
audio/video call) but then GTalk or any similar software also has the same
problem
I tried making calls with the same softwares to my friends using other
broadband service in India and i didn't face the same problem.


Although my past experiences with Tata Indicom Customer Care is not so
sweet. But i would like you to look into this problem and fix this, if at
all you can.
Just in case, you don't have any clue, as usual, please let me know, so that
i can put a formal disconnection request. This kind of crap connection is
not solving my purpose.

    I would like to bring in a scenario to you which in most obvious cases will get a negative reply from your end; However, i have lost some 9 GB of my balance/usage just because i was not intimated periodically with your SMSs to me. I received one SMS from your end dated 12 Jan 7:57 pm about my existing balance and its validity(12 Jan2011). I appreciate your SMS service for keeping me updated on this front and i do see an improvement on this. I was with some priority Task in office and had missed to address the SMS on time, came to my place tired and went to bed. Next day, i realized that my balance validity has expired. I have a monthly usage of 2 GB and 9 GB has been a balance that can do the job for next 4 months. 9 GB is too much o[censored]sage to just let it lapse.

    1. If a user has more than 2 GB o[censored]sage he/she should be reminded at least 3 times before letting the balance to expire on scheduled last day of validity expiration.(Note: i received only one SMS and missed it completely as was busy in my office work)

    2. I kindly request you to consider my scenario and revert back my balance 9GB as a token of my loyalty to TataTeleservices and being a part of your sincere Customer base.

    I myself would not have bothered you in case it was only a nominal amount on stake.
    It was 9 GB/4 month usage for me that i kindly request you to revert. Also, i find fewer approaches from you; found that your SMS frequency should be increased as aforementioned.

    I believe that you will be taking my request as an exceptional case and fulfill it in all you capacity. In case, you are not the right group for this; please route me to higher authority so that i can talk and get my balance reverted to my account.

    Appreciate all your patience and kind consideration.

      Dear sir/madam,
      With extreme regret I wish to appeal that I, Shiv Kumar am the holder of Tata Photon Whiz number: [protected] and A/c number[protected] and have had issue regarding the monthly bill I receive. I have here by attached the previous month's bill (dated:15/11/10 to 14/12/10) and the the bill for the current month (dated: 15/12/10 to 14/01/11). The problem is that the "Vdata Night Unlimited Surfing Plan Monthly Re" that appears under the "2. Monthly Rentals" column on second page of the bill shows Rs. 400 in monthly rental charges. It varies from the monthly rental for the same night unlimited plan shown on www.tataindicom.com. Its been an issue ever since I've purchased PhotonWhiz usb modem device on 30 Sep, 2010.
      I have complained in customer care several times and they promised me to rectify the above mentioned error in the next month's bill but I received the same error again. Although I've got adjustment of some rupees in the last three months' bills after complaint, but the same monthly rental of Rs. 400 appears again in this month's bill which must be only Rs. 299 as described on Tata Indicom's official website www.tataindicom.com. For reference, I'd like to mention the latest complaint raised by me and resolved was on the same photonwhiz number , dated 25 Dec, 2010 with reference number:[protected].
      I'll feel pleased and honored if I get adjustment for the error and please correct the monthly bills for the future otherwise I will have to seek help from the Headquarters. Thanks.

        Dear Sir,

        Last month we have purchased the Tata Photon Whiz with number [protected] on 5th october 2010, today ( 05/11/2010) i have recharged with Rs.500 on unlimited and i received the message of recharge but still now i am getting the message " CONNECTION ERROR, PLEASE REINSERT THE MODEM, PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER "

        Please look into this and solve me the problem as early as possible.

        Please take the necessary action.

        my tata photon whiz prepaid number is [protected].i have recharged unlimited plan on 7 dec 2010. it is not connecting since last 5 days. it shows error 678:remote computer did not respond. i am very much disappointed with the service provided to me. i reported this complaint to customer care no. 12524. they said their system is not updated due to which transaction has not been updated. but this problem has not been resolved till now.

        Same here friend the device stops suddenly and just then displays the error the remote computer didn't respond.

          Without any discussion the company changes my plan to 5GB per month at Rs.650.

          The customer care persons says that its the only left out plan for photon plus.
          I need monthly 15 GB but they have no solution for my problem. They offer only 5GB.
          It seems they plan to close tata photon plus connections.

          I got photon plus device by paying Rs. 3000 about 7 years back.

          Do they refund my amount for handset or give solution for my problem.?
          Do they update my device so that I can continue to use the photon network.?
          They are going to loose a customer?

            I am Uddhav kinhal,
            I bought a photon whiz on 13 jan 2011, the retailer and the agent promised me a download speed of around 150 kbps, but not even once in 24hr duration have I been able to touch a mere download speed of 2kbps

            Its a shame on TATA CO. that they have to cheat customers to sell their products
            I need info. on whether i can sue the company under the court of law,if yes then how and where and any other relevant details

            I agree completely...Tata Photon whiz is useless completely useles...frustating...Not such a thing expected from Tata group of companies
            153 kbps = 15 KBps, that is the maximum speed possible on photon whiz, so if you are getting a download speed of 2 kbps then you use 20 kbps of your 153 kbps. you are really getting bad speed mate
            Hi... Well friend actually the retailer misguided you. The speed written on the box is bandwidth, not the download speed. That's a 1X connection and you can get a max. download speed of 10-18 kbps that's equal to a normal GPRS connection. In peak hrs the download speed may be upto 20 Kbps but in down hrs the speed may decline to 1 kbps or even in bytes.

              but no response every time when i call customer a new complaint id stating it will get activate after 24
              hours.

I am from Srinagar. i have purchased Tata photon prepaid on 4th of January 2010 bearing No [protected] The Service provider has assured me that the device will activate at 8 pm on the same night, but six days have passed my device has not been activated yet.While trying for activation It is said that your service has been blocked I have also lodged a complaint under No [protected] two days before but still no action is being taken . Again I have contacted customer care service. Still I am being asked to wait till tomorrow.

                  Nov 30 i purchased a TATA PHOTON + device, for this one back bag is free with this. But the dealer(CREW ENTERPRISES,BANGALORE-040) gave only device, if i ask about bag simply they are postponing the date and they are not responding properly. Even in customer office i asked but no use.

                  So i kindly request u to arrange the bag or cash back. please............
                  Crew Enterprises, Bangalore has unresponsible and immature staff handling their operations... PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST if being contacted for Tata Photon connections/conversion to post pay. 20-Apr-2012

                    Hello,

                    I have Rs 950- rental 5GB free Plan and I have been using Tata Photon Plus for last 6 months. This time for the period of 5th Dec to 4th Jan my usage details read 12329 MB. I claim that the usage details are not correct,so it would be very helpful if you can give me an itemized bill having all the upload and download details as a proof. I am not making any payment unless I get an itemised bill.

                    I have been using Tata Photon plus for last 6 months and I have never crossed 5GB and the current billing details is quite shocking.

                    Please have a look into this matter at the earliest and revert back.

                      Previously I received a message that your complain #[protected], will be resolved
                      by 08th Jan 2011.

                      It is requested that either the connectivity of my photon plus may be provided

                        MY NAME IS RAKESH CHANDRAN ([protected], [protected]@yahoo.in) AND PRESENTLY EMPLOYED IN INDIAN AIR FORCE. I BOUGHT A NEW TATA PHOTON PLUS HUEWAI BROADBAND SET ON 13 NOV 2010 FROM DRIVETECH ENTERPRISES,SECTOR-8,CHANDIGARH UNDER A OFFER FROM SAMSUNG (AS I BOUGHT A NEW SAMSUNG LAPTOP RV508). FROM THE DAY ONE OF MY PURCHASE IT WAS GIVING A NET SPEED OF 2 TO 10 kbps ONLY.
                        1. IN BETWEEN MY CONNECTOR OF SET GOT BENT DURING CONNECTING TO MY LAPTOP. THIS WAS REPAIRED BY TATA AUTH SERVICE CENTRE (RAI & SONS, SECTOR-47A,CHD) ON PAYMENT OF Rs.450/-. THIS WAS PAID SERVICE GIVEN TO ME ON MY ENQUIRY TO THEM ABOUT WARRENTY CLAIM REPAIR OF FREE SERVICE. THEY TOLD THAT BILL FOR SAME WILL BE GIVEN WITH 10% MORE CHARGE. THEY TOLD TO SAVE MONEY BY NOT ASKING BILL AND ENSURED ME THAT FURTHER PROBLEMS WILL BE RESOLVED TO MY SET BY AGAIN COMING TO THEM AS THEY HAVE OPENED THE SET AND REPAIRED IT.

                        2. LATER AFTER PHYSICAL REPAIR, I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SLOW NET SPEED NEARLY AFTER 3 WEEKS OF OBSERVATION FROM THE PURCHASE OF SET, TO TATA CUST CARE AND SERVICE CENTRES ENGINEERS(MR.AMANDEEP). THE SAME SERVICE ENGINEER COME TO MY HOME AND CHECKED MY SET AND FOUND THE SAME PROBLEM OF LOW SPEED. I GOT THE INSTRUCTION FROM HIM AND LATER FROM CUST CARE TO VISIT THEIR AUTH SERVICE CENTRE (RAI & SONS, SECTOR-47C, CHANDIGARH) AND GET IT CHECKED AND REPAIRED OR REPLACED AS NECESSARY.

                        3. NOW, THE SECOND TIME WHEN I VISITED RAI & SONS FOR FAULT DIAGONSIS, THEY ALSO VERIFIED IT AS DEFECTIVE PIECE OF EQPT BUT RELUCTANT TO CHANGE IT FROM THEIR CENTRE. I RAISED COMPLAINT ON MOBILE AND ONLINE ALSO FOR MY DEFECTIVE SET AND FOR WHICH THE CUST CARE INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO RAI & SONS AGAIN AND GET IT REPLACED. NOW THE THIRD TIME I WENT TO RAI & SONS. BUT THIS TIME THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO ENTERTAIN MY GRIEVIENCES AND TOLD ME TO CALL AND CONNECT THE MANAGER OF RAI & SONS TO THE CUST CARE WHO HAS TOLS ME TO COME TO THEM FOR REPLACEMENT. THEY SPOKE TO ME IN RUDE MANNER. THEY TOLD THAT IF I BELIEVE THEM THEN ITS OK OTHERWISE THEY ARE NOT FOR ANY PURPOSE FOR MY GRIEVIENCES.

                        4. NOW THE TATA CUST CARE IS ALSO TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS.1750 AND GET A NEW ONE OF SET. WHAT ABOUT MY WARRENTY (WHICH THE RAI & SONS AND CUST CARE IS TELLING IS NULL AND VOID, BECAUSE OF MY REPAIR DONE EARLIER).

                        5. IT IS NOW HARDLY 2 MONTHS OLD AND I AM HELPLESS FOR MY SET'S FAULT. TATA AND SERVICE CENTRES BOTH HAVE MISGUIDED AND RUTHLESS TO MY COMPLAINTS, GRIEVIENCES AND FAULTS.

                        Please go through the mail below before buyng TATA Photon Plus.

                        Latest update : After posting this mail to Tata indicom customer care, I got a reply saying that if I pay 1500 and buy a new device I will be able to use Tata photon internet. So they mean that everytime you switch location, you dump your device and buy a new one so those at Tata indicom will get their monthly pay.
                        Even though I am the owner of the useless device, I am unable to use it because of the in TATA indicomm.


                        This is regarding the series of issues I am facing with my TATA photon plus usb device.

                        I bought a Photon Plus device last year, from a TATA dealer at Powai, Mumbai. I gave my local Mumbai address (Mahakali Caves, Andheri, Mumbai ) and obtained a postpaid connection. The postpaid account number is[protected]. The TATA indicom person came to the address specified above, and installed the device on my laptop . After using the postpaid connection for about two months, I applied for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid connection at TATA indicom showroom at Sakinaka, Mumbai. I went to Sakinaka office continously for about three months, and then got my postpaid connection converted to prepaid . The prepaid number is [protected].

                        Till December, I was using the prepaid connection, after which I got transferred to Chennai, TamilNadu. After that when I tried to access my device in Chennai, I got an error that my account was blocked. So, I called up the Customercare and they said that an address verification was held in Mumbai at January, and since I was not at Mumbai at that point of time, my device was blocked.

                        So, I applied for a fresh prepaid connection at TamilNadu, and tried to activate the device. But again, when I tried to activate using the new number, I received the message that my device is blocked. So I went to the dealer at Chennai, and told him the problem. He checked with TATA authorities and said that the Mumbai number is still in my device and it needs to be removed from my device in order for me to use the device again. So, when I tried to contact customer care to remove the Mumbai number from my device, I got the most surprising answer from the Customer care executive . He said that the number [protected] was registered to some other person (it was a male) in Mumbai.

                        It was a shock to me to know that the prepaid number which I had been using for about 3 months was actually registered in the name of some other person. Finally the customer care guy said that it is impossible for me to use the device again, as the number can be removed only if the person to whom the number is registered to, applies to disconnect the number.

                        My wonder is how come people at TATA indicom showroom at Sakinaka gave me a prepaid number that was already registered in some other person's name. They had given a connection in the name of some non-existent person, and finally say that the device is blocked because I was not at that address. How can I apply to deactivate the connection if the connection itself was provided in some other person's name. If I had given wrong address, how could the TATA indicomm person come to that address and installed the device on my laptop?? This is really irritating. Because of the mistake done by some stupid officials at Sakinaka office, I am unable to use the device that I bought for about Rs. 1800.

                        I have enough proof to show that I am the original owner of the device and that I was using the postpaid and prepaid connections from my laptop.

                        I bought the device using TATA employees discount. I had provided my ID card for ID proof. I have used my HDFC account to pay bills for my postpaid account, and to recharge the prepaid account.

                        Since I am the original owner of the device, I feel I deserve the right to use the device. Just because some careless registered my connection in someone else's name, I cant be made to suffer for his carelessness. I can provide enough proof to claim the ownership. And that being said, I request you to act hastily so that I could be able to use the device within a week.

                        I am getting frustrated day by day for wasting my money on a useless device. Its been six months since I came to Chennai, and I am unable to check mails or connect to internet just because I bought an useless device. I request you to take the necessary action immediately, as I cannot waste my time further on this useless device. If my complaint is not resolved in a week, I have no other option than to dump this device and opt for some other network provider who provide good customer service, and most importantly, who dont cheat customers . I also inform you that if I cant use this device, I want a full refund of my money, failing which I may be forced to take legal actions against you for all the distress and mental agony that I have been through so far.

                        Hoping this issue will be resolved soon.

                          I have been using photon connection from the past one month, I was taken this connection in Pune and while taking the connection itself I confirmed that this device will be active in most of the places like (Mahabubnagar(AP), Bangalore, Hyderabad) ,but when i took this device to Mahabubnagar, network was showing full but i cant able to access any website, then i contacted customer care and they have taken complaint and told that this request will be resolved by next day i.e. 21st dec 2010. 2PM, i got a call from technician (his contact num: [protected]) but he could not able to provide solution to that and told that he will enquire for the same and get back to me, but no one has called me back and in Jan 2011 first week i got a call from customer care about this issue and by that time i am in bangalore, if they take such a long time how can i check?
                          Regarding very slow speed:
                          While taking connection I was been told that speed will be 3.1mbps but I could not able to open normal sites, it always gets disconnects, its very dead slow, when I contacted customer care for the same (complaint num:[protected] they told to check thru www.speeedtest.com, after checking repeated times by there technician it was showing from 260 to 380kbps download speed and once it went to 200kbps, they told we can provide minimum of 256kbps, if speed test site is showing above 256 kbps we cannot do anything, and he has taken screen shot showing 200kbps and told that he will update to technical department, later waiting for a week I have called up call center and asked about my complaint, she (Fara) coolly said that ur complaint is closed as the solution is provided, how can it, in 1 month I have never seen this device working fast at least once, some times it will be worst to open Gmail or yahoo, I could not able to open my office applications, mainly I have taken this device to use for my office work so that I can manage from home, seeing all this I have requested customer care to cancel my connection and asked for the refund of money but they denied saying that it is non refundable and cannot be paid back, its worst in speed.

                          tata photon customer care service is too bad.They people didn't receive the calls.If we call more than 2 times then after knowing number they will not receive the call and if we call from new number they will receive.I am from Delhi.Even if we ask office address they will tell sorry we can't tell.

                          hey man, is it the speed u get in torrent downloads coz even i get the same speed : max : 10kbps while downloading torrent files.
                          They are shaping the traffic for torrent softwares. It is a common practise to put a cap on p2p softwares in the Western countries.But atleast they admit that they do it, but here in india, these guys clandestinely put a cap on unlimited plans.
                          lets get together and kick their !

                            Hi All,

                            We purchased TATA Photon+ online through Vriti-Interactive. After paying the amount the data card was delivered without the receipt and the laptop bag (free) as per the scheme. After several followups with TATA customer care and Vriti-Interactive (Sandeep) nothing has been done as promised.

                            Also he is not responding to the mails.

                            Suggest you to buy from authorised centres only.

                            tataphoton+ — NOT PROVIDING LAPTOP BAG

                            I have purchased a TATAPHOTON+ device on 31.12.2010 from Virti Interactive Noida Branchby making a online request. Mr Prabhat Mishra, Sr Sales Executive committed that a Laptop bag will be provided on the purchase of above device within 10 days. But no Laptop bag has been given to me till date. I have made many complaints to the above dealer as well as Tataindicom. But nothing has been done. They are cheating the public. So don't buy this device.

                              I am not getting any information either on internet e-mail or on mobile about the balance left in my account of prepaid tataphoton connection number [protected]. All of a sudden the connection cuts off with no balance. I pay about 500/- a month in advance but the period it is valid depends upon my use of internet. There should be a periodical information to me as to the balance left so that I can pay in advance.

                                i purchased a prepaid plan of tata photon whiz today but executive sold me post paid plan with lot of miss guiding about the product like post paid conversion into prepaid after one month and plan rates i demanded 150 as per he suggested to me but it is 250 approx plan, I contact to toll free number of[protected],on this number executive told me, u have wrong information about the product, you have post paid plan , it will not convert into prepaid for minimum three months.                                   i m using tata photon plus 950 5 gb unlimited plan .bt whenever i downloaded anythng wthn 5 gb my speed of downloaing is 14 kbps to 44 kbps max thats why i m waiting for long time bt probles still pending i m fedup.its shown spee 3.1 mpbs bt downloading speed 7 t0 44 kbps why.its totally foolish things

                                    I purchased a Tata Photon Plus Connection on 3/10/2010. I had called an agency on[protected] and purchased the connection. An agent by named Shiva had activated the connection for me stating that the minimum download speed will be 512kbps. After he activated and installed the device for me, I just checked the speed at www.speedtest.net. To my surprise the speed was just 0.12mbps. I suddenly called the same person and said him that the speed is just 0.12mbps. He asked me to wait another day till the documents reach the agency. I waited for another 2 day but there was no improvement in the speed at all. I tried calling him but he was not ready to recieve my call at all. I tried calling him from other phones but as soon as he heard my voice, he was suddenly disconnecting the call. On 6/10/2010 I checked the speed at www.speedtest.net again. To my surprise the download speed was just 0.06mbps. I called customer care and registered a complain. They said me that the issue will be resolved iwithin 2 day. Accordingly a Technician by name Narasimha contacted me by number [protected]/4. He said i'll come to your house and resolve the issue for me. Accordingly he came to my house and tried some trouble shooting steps but could not increase the speed even by a bit. To my surprise, the download speed had reduced from 0.06mbps to 0.02mbps after the trouble shooting steps. He too was surprised and asked me to wait for a few days so that he would check out my settings and resolve the issue. After a few days he closed the complain. I called the customer care and asked what was the update the person had given after closing the complaint. I was shocked to see that the person had updated the download speed as 1.13mbps and the upload speed as 0.80mbps(actuall upload speed was 0.03mbps). Then I requested the customer care executive to raise anoyher complaint. The person did so. The technician had called me once again. This time he did not visit my house either and closed the complaint statind Download speed as 0.80mbps and upload sped as 0.70mbps. I just called him back and asked the reason behind closing of complaints without resolving, he suddenly disconnected my call. From then on I have raised 7 complaints and the same thing was happening. And one day I directly went to Head office situated at Kormangala, Bangalore. There I requested a manager by name Sarvana to send a technitian and he did so. The next day I recieved a call from the same technitian, there I requested him to come to my house and checkout the issue for me. He came and checked the speed. In a job sheet that he gave me, he mentioned the exact speed of that time(Download speed of 0.03 mbps and to my surprise the upload speed was 0.35mbps.) But he said I cannot do anything to the speed. So I took the job sheet to the Tata Indicom head office at Kormangala and submitted it asking for the device refund. The same manager took a copy of the job sheet and asked me to wait for a few day till he submits the copy to the higher authorities. I waited for 4 days and then I got a cell from the people saying that device refund is not possible for speed of 0.03mbps, only speeds below 0.01mbps can be refunded(Who the hell in this world can use internet of speed 30 kbps or 0.03mbps). Now they are neither ready to resolve the issue or ready to give me the device refund. Now the current download speed is 0.07mbps and the current upload speed is 0.04mbps. I can neither download anything nor upload anything to send an email to anyone. Therefore I need your help.

                                        I have purchase tata photon whiz, one month back , I have made many complaints regarding slow internet speed . As per my plan and device I should get 30-70 kbps of downloading speed but from the first day, I am getting only 5 - 8 kbps of speed have complaint so many times regarding the same. I have email Zonal officer of north Delhi but get no result . still I am getting poor speed.

                                        Service of TATA customer care and technical support is very bad. They have only one script to speak that we have some technical problem in your area, Please try after 12:00am. Your problem get solved our technical team is working on it.

                                        I will advise those who are going to purchase internet connection , Please dont but this TATA PHOTON device, Go for another option like , MTNL, Space net, or Airtel,

                                        Thank you for your good suggestion.The speed of my TATA Photon Whiz is always hunting from 10 bytes to 15kbps.
