[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — not activated

Hi, i bought a Photon Plus Connection on Dec 19, they didnt inform me about the verification of my connection,nobody called me for verification, they blamed me that i didnt answer the call,when we asked for explanation they started arguing.

This is Madhu Babu, I have taken TATA Photon Puls on 16th April, 2011.

My Receipt No.: 9785

My TATA Photon Plus No. : [protected]

It was activated on 19th April, 2011. Again it deactivated on 25th April, 2011 because who came for verification, he saw my device even though he was written as TATA Photon Whiz. Still today my problem is not solved.
I have contacted with "Subhash Sonawane" (subhash.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com) on that day only, but still he is not responding on my mail or in call.

I HAD PURCHASED 2 TATA PHOTON CONNECTIONS ON 1ST JULY 2011 FROM ( MANISH - HIS PHONE NO. - [protected] ) FROM FARIDABAD , AS PER THE CO. POLICY IT WAS FREE FOR 100 MIN. AFTER THAT IT GOT DEACTIVATED ON 4TH JULY 2011 AND SAME DAY I LODGED THE COMPLAINT AND SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 2 DAYS NOW TODAY IS 8TH JULY AND IT IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW, AND THIS STUPID PERSON MANISH SAID THAT PL. DON'T MAKE MY COMPLAINT OTHERWISE I WILL LOOSE MY JOB AND HE IS JUST HARRASSING ME EVERYDAY BY SAYING IT WILL ACTIVATED TODAY EVERYDAY HE IS MAKING FALSE COMMITMENTS. I DON'T EXPECT THIS FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE TATA, PL. LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL URGENLY.
