My name Is Rohan Vidyadhar Tamore and i am IT engineer Student and my tata photon plus number is [protected]. The complaint is that from Tata customer care they had given me a wrong commitment and wrong information and they had sold me a Tata photon plus device.I had seen a advertisement on the net and I had given my number And then the call came y tata customer care they told about the plan that you have pay 5000 Rs for 6 months It will be unlimited plan download and till 5gb the speed will be 3.1mbps speed after that the download speed will be 155kbps so i am not getting the speed that much so i have visited to tata photon gallery they had check over there on myspeedtest the problem was same so they had launch complaint they told me that the engineer will visit to site so up till now the problem which I am facing It is not solve so please solve my problem My mobile number is [protected] and I am from Mumbai

    Hi,

    I am forced to raise a complaint here after being frustrated with the quality of internet connection and technical service I have been receiving from Tata Photon Plus, Bhubaneswar.

    I had paid for the corporate Rs.5100 plan which covers 5GB unlimited for 6 months( Plan name : [protected]@5000CappingPn).
    That makes almost Rs.850 per month.
    And definitely this investment is not worth it.

    For the last 3 weeks I have been complaining about pathetic speed. I am not in a state to browse forget about download.
    The necessary technical settings have already been done in my Laptop. Last week, my device was replaced by a tata technician considering initial device to be an issue. Good news : The new device have not been correctly installed in my machine and is throwing error now and then.( Attachment added)

    From 15-Sep my new billing cycle have started and I was expecting to get a normal speed. But I am still receiving a speed of 0.07 Mbps.
    The download speed is 10-15 KBps and to download a 5 MB mail attachment I need to wait for 18-20 mins. At normal peak hours I get negligible rate of 2KBps. Really worth Rs 5100!!!

    My colleagues staying 2.5 kms from my place(Patia Big Bazaar), receives a speed of 250-300 KBps download speed even during peak hours.
    I am tired of hearing the stupid explanations and excuses these guys are using pertaining to such low speed.
    I am not even receiving half the speed of the so claimed TATA Photon 3 MBps..I have never ever seen a speed of 0.5 Mbps till date forget about anything else.

    When asked about the 3 MBps , one reply which I got from a technician was 'Madam the sales team says so, we never claim'.
    So I am dealing with a bunch of hypocrite money makers here!!

    If these people have bandwidth issues then they must install necessary more towers/signal resources near my network coverage to continue with their IMPROVED SERVICE else they have to COMPENSATE by REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK.

    They must provide the promised service within 5 days or else give me my money back.


    I am enough done with their excuses.

    Please look into this matter and kindly address my grievance as soon as possible.
    I will be eagerly waiting for a response and resolution.

    I had taken the service + modem from Mr S. Das, Patia, BBSR and also have been contacting this person but to no avail.

    My outbox is flooded with mails to customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in but it seems these guys are least interested once they get a huge money of 5000 INR from a customer. This way I believe they can never retain or maintain customer satisfaction and delight after making false promises.

    I am tired of the technicians they send. Please send an engineer for a change who understands the differnce between KBps and kbps.

      1.mr.khalid(mobile no [protected]) /primepath communication (p) ltd.CB-370,2nd floor,ring road,naraina,newdelhi-110028.one of Tata marketing agent promised me:
      a.rs 750 tariff(5GB @3.1mbps and after that 1.76Mbps unlimited plan) datacard free if i pay 3months advance rental Rs.2500.so i payed by cheque rs.2500 as 3 months rental advance.

      but i came 2 know that my plan is not unlimited...after 5GB i have 2 pay 50/MB.

      2.my datacard issued in different name as Mr.Niras kumar verma.my adress correct but name changed.

      3.I called tata photon call centre.,answered by mr.kamal...but he refused to register the complaint.latest complaint given to vipin customer care on 09/09/2011.

      Please do take action against such cheaters...

      still now no response from tata photon plus...they send me latest bill of about rs.1800...rember..I already paid rs 2500 as advance for 3 month...

      Tata Photon Plus — Agent cheated me

      I had applied for tata photon plus connection through one of Tata photon agent on 03-Sep-2011 where he said that through corporate connection if I pay Rs.2500 in advance as advance rental for 3 months I will get data card free and need to pay my bills only from 4th month and through corporate connection I will get data card after 2-3 days but still he has not given my data card and has cheated me. His name is Sujit Sawant and cell no :+91-[protected]. Please take necessary action against him and get my Rs. 2500 refunded. upon continous calling today he has even switched off his mobile...Thanks...
      Same agent has cheated me also. I don't know what Tata Indicom team is doing to avoid this cheating of customer.

      I had applied for TATA Photon connection through Distributor named 'Mr. Sujit' and paid the RS 1800 on 19th June 2011. But as I didn't receive the delivery of device on given time, I took the connection directly from kothrud outlet on 24th June 2011 and asked to cancel the previous application. Mr. Sujit had promised me to refund the amount. But even after ~ 3 months, I haven't received the refund amount.

        Hi,

        This is most horrendous solution I can get from a service provider.
        I called your customer service yesterday & asked for supervisor ,after
        Staying on call from 12:58 Til 02:50 .The center was not able to put a single
        Supervisor on the line.The supervisor named Jitendra Keshwani & ganesh Shantaram
        refused to come on line.

        I am demanding my Rs-5000 back.Because your whole process is a display of aggravation.
        Its a big disaster ,that chose TATA indicom.I am giving you my words that once the term of 6 months is over ,I'll terminate my services from you all.

        I except some cooperation from you all to share the Data log for past 4 months to check the through put Speed i have enjoyed.

          My data card no. is [protected] and I purchased it only a week ago., I am getting very slow speed( download speed of around 300 kbps and upload speed of around 200 kbps only). I was promised speed of around 3.1 mbps though.

          When I call the customer care, they say my datacard number is not registered with them.

          I have taken postpaid plan of 950/- per month and alreay paid 6 months rent in advanced, but I feel cheated now.

          I wish someone to look into my problem ASAP. My mobile number is [protected].

          Hi,

          I have filed a complaint with customer care also and they say that since RF parameter is low in my area, I won’t be getting speed as promised by Tata.

          I have taken postpaid plan of 950/- per month and already paid 6 months’ rent in advanced, but I feel cheated now. Hence I wish that the amount I paid should be refunded to me ASAP.

            First of all, sincere request to all NOT TO GO FOR TATA Photon+ device for internet connection. Though TATAs are known for high ethical standards & quality, the tata teleservices, in particular tata photon guys are exception to this. These guys are cheaters, customer services guys are . It is a hell service.

            I have taken this service last year somewhere in Sep (number [protected]) and have hardly used for 2 months and requested to cancel the service as the billing is not honest as promised, nor do the committed speed. Though I had to incur loss for being paid for the device 2200 Rs ...I have opted to cancel the service. The agent who came to deliver the device actually told me, if I'm not satisfied I can return this device and get the pro-rated money back by cancelling the service. Forget about device money, the customer care guys didnt cancel the service inspite of n number of calls made/emails exchanged..moreover received bill after bill with penlaty amounts.

            I have had N number of discussion with customercare guys and had to explain each time the whole story and every time new person listens and same thing repeated....I made it clear that since you didnt keep your promise of speed, I'm ok to give back the device in lieu of the amount that is due from me...moreover this is what I was told by their agent initially. These guys as usual told me no way they can take back the device....It is not refundable, device is not transferable...and the tussle continued for few months and there was lull for few months....again somwhere in April, the calls, messages, emails started coming in for payment of pending amount.

            Inspite of complaints, lenghty discussions, again the same harrasing calls are continuing till date. They dont have a proper process, tools to take care of "customer service" complaints and nor do responsible higher management who can address the customer concerns. Last month or so, they have sent me a legal notice from LV Vijay Shankar Associates(Hyd)... These photon & their legal org guys are initimidating, threatening, dis-honest, unprofessional with their customers/clients. I'm wondering how Rata Tata is allowing this to happen in this company, which is way below the TATA standards & of other Tata companies.

                I am having serious speed issue with my Tata Photon Plus and after raising no of complaints, problem remains. I am having Tata Photon Plus(complaint number:[protected],TATA Indicom number [protected])


                Issue is not answered after multiple complaints only they reply with some date to resolve but not getting any further action.

                I am very much frustrated with all those mail trails.I have more then 50 mails in last one month that i sent to them.
                Its really a torture.Kindly sort this issue .

                  Dear Sir,

                  I purchased the device TATA PHOTON+ last year in October10.The day of purchase I was assured that it will deliver me the speed of 3.1 Mbps,as the co. claims so much.But I regret that till date I haven't received speed more than 150Kbps.The problem is so frequent,that not a single day goes without calling Tata Photon Customer Care.Everyday I have to call them and inform regarding my problem of Internet Speed.

                  Previously they used to listen,but now days they take it very casually and point out various kind of issues like "Sir may be in your AREA there is some network problem,Sir may be your laptop is faulty" etc etc. In early days they used to sent Engineer to my place,firstly the engineer are so rude that they don't talk properly.Then whenever they came,they were never able to solve problem
                  completely,it was just waste of them coming again and again.Just in sake of showing customer that we are attending call.The Engineer who visited my place,his name is Mukesh-[protected],Lalit-[protected]

                  I was astonished when one engineer declared my laptop itself faulty and he was very much sure.On recommendation of him I called Hardware Engineer from Dell Co. and after complete verification the report given by the Hardware Engineer was laptop working "OK".I paid around 500/- as a fees to Hardware Engineer.

                  I'm using the Photon+ device here in Nagpur,and the office out there of Tata Services refuses to assist as the no. and this device was purchased from Kolkata.It seems circle is different.

                  I have also tried reaching Nodal Desk of the Co. and had a conversation with officials named Bishwajeet Das and Uma Roychowdhury many times on-[protected] but all went in vain.Even the guy named above were unable to solve such a small problem.I would like to inform that I have emailed regarding my problem to the COO of the co.- Mr Sanjeev Sinha.But no solution to my problem is given yet.

                  This TATA co. is fooling like anything.There haven't been single month where I didn't paid the bill or so.I am regular and punctual on bill payment.Still facing lot of problem from past 1 year.

                  If needed I'll provide all the Email records I have till date.

                  The comment which you posted above is just eye wash.I completely disagree with your view.Your co. has never able to solve my problem.It's close to 1 year since I have taken this device, and till date I'm facing problem.I can show you all the emails where you have said the same that "we are looking the matter with top priority and all" but what's the change, I still face problem everyday.In just one word I would like to say that you are not doing anything just "fooling" me and wasting my time

                  Now I don't want any kind of satisfactory view from your end anymore, I just want justice, therefore I request Consumer Forum to step into the matter and assist me properly.

                    i have Tata photon plus and having network problem filled complaint at Ludhiana Mall road head office(complaint Number[protected] but no person visted at my premises. i tried to talk with manager Mr. Rahul (Cluster head) but he dont want to talk with anyone and his subordinate said that Mr Rahul said we cant solve the network problem in your area and now u have to decide whether u want to continue with Tata Photon Plus or not..
                    i called atleast 30 times at Tata photnn head office and they gave me number of person who will visit my premises (the number is[protected] but didnt get any response but i did not get the solution the thing i get that is attitude from employees. i have filled so many times complaint at customer care but did not get the response too.

                    Plz any responsible person look after the matter and try to reslove my problem

                    Tata Photon Plus — Behaviour and service of tata photon plus

                    From last 6 months, I am facing problems with the internet connection; the device doesn’t connect the internet . We have complained several times in customer care and they keep on lingering on the problem saying “it’s not our problem, please check your laptop with your network administer”, after showing my laptop to the administer I made him talk to the customer care about my problem and he figured out that there is no problem in my computer instead it is in the device. After knowing that still the customer care has no solution for the problem which is occurring. There is no technical person in customer care who can understand the problem and solve it and if they can’t tell the solution to the problem then I am sorry to say they should be thrown out of their job as their job is to help not to worsen it even more. Not only this when we ask for the complaint number they refuse to give it and disconnect the phone; I am fed up of this problem and behaviour of the employees. Please fix this problem or return our money back of the device so that I can purchase another one of a better company.

                      While taking this tata photon connection. I have request for my billing cycle from 15 of month to 14 of next month. Their executive has agreed for same.
                      But I am receiving my bill for different cycle.

                      I have called multiple time at their call center :[protected] , [protected], [protected],[protected]from Airtel and Vodafone i m not able to dial this given number) . Their are not ready to take my complain. executive (Gaurav Sharma etc..) they denied to take any complain / service request regarding same.

                      Also as committed for speed 3.1 mps till 5 GB for my plan I am hardly getting 100 kbps speed.
                      I complain multiple times but they have not done corrective action yet.

                      They have closed my call without fixing issue. Also now denying to return money back regarding their device.

                      Request you to help me in getting my money back.

                      Tata Photon Plus — Not providing services as committed

                      I live in Pune. I had taken Tata Photon Plus Mobile Brodband Device before 2 weeks for Rs1799.
                      I contains monthly Rs 950 Plan having 3.1Mbps surfing speed with unlimited download.
                      I'm not able open even google using that data card.
                      I had registered complaint twice to the customer care but they are responding there is problem in that area; speed will be same. We can't help it out.
                      I requested them to cancel that service & refund my money back but they are not helping.

                      bro they are not going to do anything regarding this...an unlimited plan will give a maximum speed of 150 kbps as per the latest changes in the rules...so plz go for some other service providers...better use a lan connection

                        I Pankaj pandey,a/c no[protected],Photon no-[protected], using a Tata Photon Plus Internet Service in the name of my Father namely,Uma Shankar Pandey by his consent from last one and a half year as loyal customer paid my entire bill till date.

                        Around 4 months back I was out of station for some of my official purpose due to which i was unable to pay two month bill at that time.A collection executive namely, Debasis from one of the collection agency of Tata Teleservices namely, Samadhan, came to my residence at around 2pm and threatened my father Mr. Uma Shankar Pandey and my mother that if bill will not be paid within 24 hrs he will bring police and goondas and take my parents to police station.My parents are old age people they were shocked by this threatening.Now if something would had happened to them who would had been responsible for that.As I was not present in the city frequently from last 4 months I could not complain.

                        Moreover, In the month of august I called the customer care to enquire of the service of Tata Photon in the Krishnanagar area(ROB),they said it is fine so I changed from 450 p.m unlimited plan to 900 plan. But actually speed is not good and service is very poor in that area.So after changing the plan when I called the customer care they asked me to change plan from 900 to 750.But this also didnt worked. Again I called the customer care ,this time they said that they dont have service in the said area. Then I asked them to change my plan from 750 to 500. Initialy 3 to 4 times they were telling that system is upgrading they cannot change the plan after that they told that they dont have any 450 unlimited plan. As I said earlier that I was using it but they told that they dont have.In this way cutomer care executives misguided me the entire month and my bill cycle passed away. Now I cannot change my plan and unnecessarily I have to pay a bill of Rs 1500 in august and 750 in september.

                        In these ways firstly the collection executive harrased me then the customer care executive, from last 4 months. Now Tata Photon is telling that they cannot reverse the amount and also cannot change my bill plan in the current month as the bill cycle is over .So forceably and with a bitter experience i have to unsubscribe myself from this service by returning back the Modem and disconnecting the line.

                            SECOND LETTER
                            Dated: 22/08/2011
                            To

                            TATA TELESERVICE LIMITED, Registered Office, Jeevan Bharati Tower I, 10th Floor, 124, Connaught Circus, New Delhi 110 001

                            SHOW CAUSE NOTICE ON FRAUD WITH THE COMPLAINANT

                            1. Tata Teleservices Limited has came into contract, with the COMPLAINANT, to provide high speed internet service. The contract was vetted through Tata Teleservices Limited, LETTER NO:[protected], where it exhibited to the COMPLAINANT that the COMPLAINANT has following Tariff Plan:
                            TATA PHOTON NO: [protected], PLAN NAME : PHOTON PLUS UNLIMITED 5 GB @ 950 MONTHLY, RENTAL: Rs 950.00, BUNDLED : 5120, EXTRA USAGE CHARGE: Rs 0.
                            This contract was understood further, on the date of dispute, through Tariff Plan as exhibited on the web site of Tata Teleservices Limited as on 22/08/2011 (http://www.tataphoton.com/tata-photon-postpaid.aspx ), with following features: Cash Back Plan: PHOTON PLUS 5 GB @ 950 UNLIMITED - FREE USAGE AT SPEEDS UP TO 3.1 MBPS (DOWNLINK) - ADDITIONAL USAGE AT SPEEDS UP TO 155 KBPS).

                            2. Thus in the contract, there are two important contracts. First, Tata Teleservices Limited shall provide service to the COMPLAINANT on monthly rental of Rs 950.00 a data of 5 GB at a speed of 3.1 MBPS. Once 5 GB is reached. The data speed shall be restricted at 155 KBPS. This restriction part, is a contingent contract, which happens only when the first part of contract is fulfilled. However, this restriction was not made explicitly clear to the COMPLAINANT by the Tata Teleservices limited in its Tariff Details as sent to the COMPLAINANT in its welcome letter vide NO:[protected]

                            3.. The COMPLAINANT has never received guaranteed speed of 3.1 MBPS, within 5 GB usage / Per Month, in spite of lot of complaints.

                            4. In the month of August 2011, after usage of 5 GB (which was available to the COMPLAINANT at a poor speed), the Tata Teleservices Limited restricted the speed at 155 KBPS ( from 15th Aug 2011 ).

                            5. Thus the COMPLAINANT has found it a fit case to prosecute Tata Teleservices Limited on various grounds, including charges on fraudulent practices and also a fit case to put an application under Right To Information Act, before the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, to know the status of Tata Teleservices Limited on the violation of various TRAI Guidelines, for prosecuting further in public interest.

                            (A) That, you are providing to the COMPLAINANT unlimited internet service after bundled usage of 5 GB at a speed of 155 KBPS. This is violation of TRAI Regulation, as any internet service is not called internet service, if 'always use' speed is less than 256 KBPS, as defined under Regulation 2 (d) of the Quality Of Service Of Broadband Service Regulation 2006 ( However, from January 2011, TRAI has suggested that the minimum broadband speed should be 512 kbps instead of 256 KBPS). Thus, after 15th Aug 2011, you are not providing internet service to the COMPLAINANT.

                            (B) That, your intention is to cheat the COMPLAINANT, as you did not projected the right Tariff Plan to the COMPLAINANT. You say that the service is available up to 3.1 MBPS speed within bundled usage of 5 GB. This speed was never provided to the COMPLAINANT, which the COMPLAINANT believes the guaranteed speed. Vide TRAI STATUS PAPER ON BROADBAND SPEED, a direction has been given to all internet service provider to remove the fraudulent word 'up to' in their Tariff Plan. As TRAI says: "TRAI has also observed that many service providers use the word 'up to' while advertising their broadband plans and do not indicate any committed minimum speed. This has led to rise in subscriber complaints. TRAI instructed the ISP's to remove the word 'up to' from the tariff plans and to clearly mention the associated minimum download speed of the plan”. The TRAI instruction was delivered to all the Internet Service Provider on dated 1st Jan 2008. But, you violated this instruction and in order to defraud the COMPLAINANT, you offered service on illegal tariff plan with words like "UNLIMITED - FREE USAGE AT SPEEDS UP TO 3.1 MBPS". Which means the COMPLAINANT is going to receive a guaranteed speed of 3.1 MBPS, which actually you do not want to supply this speed. Thus not only you violated TRAI guidelines but also did fraud with the COMPLAINANT as under Section 17 of the Indian Contract Act, where your intention was to deceive the COMPLAINANT by actively concealing the material fact of poor speed, where your actual intention was not to provide to the COMPLAINANT a service at a speed of 3.1 MBPS in 5 GB slot.


                            (C ) That, as per first part of contract the data within 5 GB was never supplied to the COMPLAINANT at speed of 3.1 MBPS . Untill or unless this part is not completed the contingent part of the contract, where speed is restricted at a speed of 155 KBPS after 5 GB), can't be invoked vide Section 31 of the Indian Contract Act. Thus it is the violation of Indian Contract Act.

                            (D) That, vide TRAI guidelines dated 29th June, 2005 in the mass public interest, the TRAI in exercise of its power conferred upon it under Section 13 read with Section 11(1)(b)(i) and (v) of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 and clause 9 of the Telecommunication Tariff order 1999, have directed to all internet service provider to inform the customer in writing, within a week of activation of service, the complete details of consumer tariff plan. However Tariff plan available to the COMPLAINANT vide letter no: [protected], does not disclose the important part, that the data shall be restricted at 155 KBPS after 5 GB use. Thus, you have violated TRAI guidelines.

                            Henceforth, you are show caused to explain in 72 hours that why not legal action may be taken against your company, including action for closing the services of Tata Teleservices Limited for adopting fraudulent practices in mass public interest, besides invoking an action against your company under RTI Act to know the status how far you have violated the TRAI guidelines.

                            Tata Photon Plus — unlimited broadband is limited

                            bought a tata photon plus prepaid option - and recharged for the unlimited plan (INR 700/-). unfortunately i found out that the same is limited to 1GB and miraculously as long as i call their helpline on [protected] - the connection would come back to life. this is the most pathetic example of selling a lie. where does one file a case against them?
                            hey man, is it the speed u get in torrent downloads coz even i get the same speed : max : 10kbps while downloading torrent files.
                            They are shaping the traffic for torrent softwares. It is a common practise to put a cap on p2p softwares in the Western countries.But atleast they admit that they do it, but here in india, these guys clandestinely put a cap on unlimited plans.
                            lets get together and kick their !

                              I bought a Tata Photon Connection. Before the deal I was told that speed is upto 3.1 mbps. On enquiring, it was confirmed to me that minimum speed willbe 1 mbps.

                              When I strted using the connection, speed was in the range of 250 kbps to 300 kbps. I lodged the complaint and the company replie with all excuses including that average speed is 300-600 kbps.

                              It is abolutly unfair on part of Tata Photon, (particularly when it belongs so call ethical gorup TATA) not to deliver waht ws promised.

                                It has already been a month since I have been debarred because they made a mistake on address verification and till now it has not been reactivated, even after reverification of the address. They have one guy doing the address verification and hundred other people simply sitting and drinking hooka in customer care dept. The people in CC are hopelessly rude and inefficient. They cannot solve even a simple problem. No wonder everyone hates Tata indi com customer care people. The Koramangala branch under Mirthy Rao, the nodal officer is the worst. His phone number does not work and he never respond to emails. I have lost a lot of business opportunities and a lot of inconveniences caused because Tata Photon people cannot resolve a simple issue by simply activating the device. Also the speed I get for the most part is less that 200Kbps so much for their claims of 3 mbps.

                                I think Tata's policy is to cheat the customers by selling devices for exorbitant price and not give any service afterwards. And on top of not giving any service they are billing me and they call me everyday disturbing me for rs. 258. I have lost almost Rs. 4000 for two devices.

                                I have made over 40 calls to Customer care to resolve this issue, they only talk, they cannot solve any problem. I have re-submitted my documents at Tata Indi-com office in Koramangala. From my end I have done everything to get this fixed. I have spoken to the Manager (Srinivas from Kormangala office), he promised it would be resolved by the 3rd of August, I think he is incapable of doing anything.

                                I tried calling Mythri Rao several times and his phone is always busy. They sell the device for Rs. 1850 which you can get for rs. 200 elsewhere and never bother to give the service because they don't have the bandwidth. They are looting people by selling useless device and that is how they make their money.

                                I hope someone takes notice and never go for Tata indicom products you will suffer later.

                                  i tried to recharge my tataphoton+ card on www.paytm.com on august21-2011 with Rs 301.still we didnot got my balance but recharge ampount hasbeen duducted from my bank acount ,(Axisbank debit card).

                                    This is to inform you that i am holding a tata photon + bearing the # [protected] i had my o/s of 819 due for last month which got paid today, i had spoken to your customer care regarding this i got the confirmation as well regarding the payment updation when i asked to release the OG barring they were not able to do it on time and they keep on giving false promises request you to kindly address my issue.

                                    Moreover i am facing signal issues as well where i am staying in tirupur i am not getting photon + speed i am aware that the required platform is not available but still when latch on to whiz network i am getting only 2 signal bars due to this factor i would like to disconnect my connection, pls don't false promises.

                                      In the month of July 2011, Tata Photon's Broadband service in the area Sivagamy Nagar, Medavakkam-100 was very disturbed . I made a complain on 4th of August 2011 (Complain No[protected], regarding the ongoing service. When I raised a complain to Tata Photon, the customer care replied some kind of service is going on in your area so you will not be able to get continuous service from our end till 21 Aug, for that period you will get the compensation amount in your post paid bill, and the amount will be discussed in the Bill department and let you know latest by 13th Aug2011. Today (18/08/2011) I called them and they replied your complain got cancel, because you have already used more than your plan which you have been using.

                                      Total Number of disturbed day's are more than 10 days
                                      My Plan was-Unlimited Broadband Service(First 5 GB with 3.1 MBPS, for next the speed can fluctuate by1/20 of taken plan ).
                                      Rental: 750+Tax,
                                      Validity -30days

                                      Please let me know which policy Tata Photon is following to keep the customer in the dark.

                                      I would like to inform you, please try to resolve this complain as soon as possible. As you know I have been using your monthly unlimited plan, so it should not be depend upon the data, it should depend upon the days which i have been used without any interruption. I hope I will get very soon the compensation amount as per days.

                                        i ,Dibya Ranjan Sahoo have Tata Photon Plus a/c number[protected]. i just want to stop irritating me by phone calls from tata photon customer care service ( which number is[protected] . This bill has been generated by the fault of tata photon customer care ( the amount of rs.963 /-. and the period from 20/02/2011--19/03/2011) . Actually before 1month of starting of the period to generating bill , i have deposited all documents in mayur vihar-1 tata indicom customer care center for the purpose of converting in safe custody plan. where i have to pay rs. 100 monthly in safe custody plan for the valid of 3 months . after few days i got to know that my plan is as same as before. so after that i mailed to customer care to disconnect to my plan as well as talked with customer care also about this issue and getting me assurance to avoid and will be settled . i have also visited many many times to customer care center to resolve about my issue as well as forwarding e-mail also.

                                        now a days i am getting only phone calls from customer care center or may be some recovery agent to payment of my existing bill. i told him many many times that this bill has been generated by the fault of tata indicom's customer care not by me . and u can also check my usages of tata photo plus in that particular period which is zero (0) usages .

                                        so my question is why i should get payment . this is not my fault and i have not use any single KB in that particular period. and u can check also my receipt. From now i want stop calling me again and again and closed that issue as soon as possible.

                                        i ,Dibya Ranjan Sahoo have Tata Photon Plus a/c number[protected] . since 1 and 1/2 months i am trying to convert in safe custody plan as well as have been deposited every document in your outlet (which is mentioned below) .so after this i got a bill for the period of 19/1/2011 to 20/2/2011 and did not use it a single KB ,you can check also.

                                        i tried many many times to convert this but unfertuantely didnot get any result still from your side. as well as have contact with your person ( Joti Jen , mobile no- [protected] ) . Before one moth she told me sir you have allredy convert to this ( safe custody ) plan but yesterday told me that this bill has been generated as fault so don't worry at this time i will manage.

                                        Sorry to say i could not attached the photocopy of Application which was given in your center . So at this time i just want to Disconnect my plan without any giving a single money because this is not my fault . i am totally Fed off in your services and want to disconnect as soon as possible.
