Hi Dear, Sir / Madam , I am Manit Satish Kulkarni from Roha-Raigad I have brought Tata Photon Whiz on 21st april 2011 from Om Enterprises,Roha my number is [protected] when i ask to dealer he told me that max speed will be 153 kbps but it never gets to me ! it is always fluctuate between 0 - 15kbps max. when i tried to customer care no.[protected] for coplaint it goes to Tata Photon+ and they give me [protected] it goes to Tata Indicom what the hell is this ! It means you are trying to make fool to us ! It is absulutely cheating ! For this i can do consumer complaint and for your kind information my mother Mrs. Neha Satish Kulkarni is vice president of "Jago Grahak Jago" from Roha you can check ! Its a request to you becouse i am complitely fed up with your service ! Their All world enjoying 3G service experience and you providing such a stupid experience to us. please find out the solution for this as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I AM A COSTEMER OF tataphotonwhiz LAST TWO & THREE MONTHS, ACTUALLY WIRLESS IS NOT TAKE SPEED FOR SERCH. IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME, MY PLAN IS 699, BUT THEIR IS NO BENIFITS TO UNLIMITED DOWN LOAD, TO TAKE MORE TIME (i.e- 153.6 kbps only) . This letter is to bring to your notice that TATA Photon Whiz is not showing speed as promised. Due to which i am compelled to cancel your product. But i wanted to know what is the minimum period of time i have to wait to cancel this product. I have been using this product for about three months now. Please let me know as early as possible.

It's so fast that i have to wait only about 1 hour to download 2-4mb file and sometimes the speed will decline after 15 mins or less untill the download speed is 0.00kbps

The TATA names have trust&quality.Truely i 'm saying all TATA products are good, Except this photon whiz..But this TATA PHOTON WHIZ is not satisfied the customers. I 'm getting only download speed upto 6Kbps only.
Tariff also get highest amount for this worst service. I contacted to Tech lead, Customercare everything.But There is no proper response.So my ADVICE is Don't go for Photon Whiz.It's a worst, poor product.

i have purchased tata photon whiz no. is [protected]. i am sorry to say i am very much depressed from its performance.its speed is very slow 24 hours and it is breaking in between of any work. its speed fluctuate and so i cant do any work because it is going out of order any time. plz help me. i will be greatful to you. thanks

i hope you will definately think about complaints what you got and i dont understand for photon+ you provides good speed and service so why not for photon whiz you can charge for that people will definately pay extra money for speed and service please think about that othervise you will loose you customers...!

my tata photon is not open gmail, facebook yahoomail, orkut not sign in plea activeted. is not activeted in few days is conection change another internet.
Please download TCP optimiser for free and run it as administrtor .Set the maximum speed to 192Kb and restart your system.
