I am having supersaver pack and sports goldpack as addotional. I want to delete the additional pack and add sports platinum pack as fresh additional pack. I, m not able to follow the symtem rather i don't have time to spend for it. Please do the needfull immediately.

I was never informed
I did a recharge of whole year and now on your own ur forcing me to recharge again that too 5 month early

Hi, we do not want you to feel this way. You can have two or more connections - some with same content as that of primary and some with different content. For different content boxes, you just have to pay NCF + content charges of whatever you have selected. For the boxes which have the same content as that of primary, you are currently paying a fixed price. Eventually, for the same content boxes, you will have to pay the same amount as that of primary.
