TATA SKY-Pathetic Service from TATA SKY.Service not provided after full payment for an entire year

I called TATASKY customer care on Dec 1 and booked a brand new installation,subcription for an entire year.The total amount was INR.4274 and i paid on the call using my CITIBANK Credit card.I told them that i needed the installation done by saturday(4/12). I have called TATASKY everyday since then and till now I have not even received a DTH box.All my calls...

refusing to drop paid channels

Beware..tata sky is not living up to its reputation
