Complaint against poor Customer Service

I am a Customer of Tata Sky since 2006. My customer ID is [protected]. Everything was going good untill last month.
I faced problem of signal receiving on my set-top box. The message displayed that the set-top box is not receiving the signal. I logged the complain with Tata Sky - Customer Service. Excessive delay in delivery and now in refund after cancellation

I had booked grand package Tatasky on 25 Oct'10. It was promised to be installed and running within 48 hrs. However after repeated follow ups and several complaints (you can refer the call logs), the hardware i.e. set top box was delivered on 03 Nov'10 (after 10 days).

Now after cancellation and refund request raised on 08 Nov'10, yet the money is not refunded in my account.

A recent episode in installing a second Tata Sky connection at my home has been an eye opener, the way this organization deals with their customers. To start with, the HD set-top box got delivered after one week as against the 4 days committed. Digicomp adaptor damaged

Adaptor of Digicomp given by Tatasky was damaged , and being in warranty period, we asked for its replacement on 8th novemeber, 2010. After 11 requests, our complaint has not been entertained till today i.e. 13 nov. 2010.

We have called so 11 times since that day, spent more than 300 rs. on making a call and talking to customer care of TATAT SKY.

We want an immediate service and replacement for adapter and want...

Bundle offer - Installation not happening

Got Tata Sky Installation Coupon in a bundle offer with purchase of LCD TV. Coupon says that installation will happen at most in 72 Hrs. As of now almost 10 days have passes but installation hasn't happened. Have called customer care multiple times but every time they come up with some new excuse and ask for 48 more hours.
