Mytatasky ID No [protected]. I paid Rs 301 through net banking just now. The SBI transferred the amoumt to Tatasky. But no responce from Tatasky about the receipt.

I have a DTH connection and my ID is [protected]. I have also two additional connections on the same ID. I have recharged my connection on 17.6.2013 for Rs. 300/- and my connection is running but the additional connections are not turn on, the reason is not known . My ID [protected] has been put in kids pack as per helpline talk by phone. We. are very old and were not known how to recharge and can speak only on phone. In our house myself and my wife only are residing and no kids are residing with us.Perhaps unknowingly somebody might have done some mistake in opting correct pack. Keeping in view this, you are requested to kindly arrange to transfer my kids pack to my regular south India telugu channels. With best wishes.
