Tata Sky — Fraud Activity of Tata Sky
I have place my order for a new tata sky set top box through www.tatasky.com on 18th June-2013 of worth Rs. 2249. After successful completion of customer registration and payment through ICICI Bank Credit Card I received a confirmation SMS through – “BP-MYTSKY” stating that “This is to confirm your payment for Tata Sky online purchase on the same mobile number I register on the portal – [protected] and also I got a receipt of payment confirmation with “Tata Sky Transaction ID – DS[protected]”, “Bill Desk Transaction ID – MEPG[protected]” and “Bank Transaction ID – [protected]”
Beside this confirmation message and receipt I didn’t get anything from their side. Another day when I didn’t received any call from them then I called their customer support executive and talk with Mr. sunil, Mr. Rizwan and another 4 to 5 executives regardinf the delievery and installation of my Tata Sky but they refused to accept that they have received any single amount from my side. I am continuously follow them since 19th June -2013 but there is no any positive response from their call centre executive. They are asking me to provide the 10 digit consumer id but how can I provide the same since I didn’t get any such id?
They are not ready to provide me the Tata Sky coneecton after my several follow-ups. Please help me to get my money back with fair penalty and interest rate into my ICICI Credit card no[protected]XXXXXXXX, from which I have made the payment and take the strict action against the fraud activity of TATA SKY.
ALSO I WILL REQUEST TO ALL TO DO NOT BUY THE SET TOP BOX FROM TATA SKY. BETTER YOU SHOULD GO FOR ANY OTHER DTH SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE AIRTEL OR BIG TV OR DISH TV.
