I made the request by calling up TATASKY customer care on 13th for relocation. The dish was installed by the engineers from TATA sky and the same has to be removed by them. The person who had called me said that I had to make the request only on the say I was shifting and that the engineers would reach my accommodation. I called them again on 14th. This time a lady told me that my request has been forwarded and the concerned people would reach my house at 3 p.m on 15th and it was not possible to shift on 14th. I took the word. Today (15th) I call the customer care at 3:45 and the person told me that the engineers would reach my place at 4:30 p.m. Even after 5:45 p.m I had not got any call. I made another call to the customer care to know the status. They again said that my request has been taken forward and it will be done within an hour. At 7 p.m again I had to call since I had received no call from anyone from TATA sky. Frustrated I call them at 8 p.m and they tell me that it will happen only tomorrow. My whole day was wasted because of this. I had waited for them the whole day only to hear that it will happen only tomorrow which is a working day and when I will have to go for work. This level of torture is unacceptable from a reputed cable service such as Tata Sky. My deadline for emptying the house was today, I repeatedly told them this and inspite of giving confirmation that it will happen today I got no calls whatsoever. I wish to take this to higher level by terminating TATA Sky and also getting adequate compensation.

I will suggest others that the services are not at all cheap from other services and there Customer care and company work is not all intergrated both just blame on each other and they simply making u fool
