I am one of the Tata Sky Customer Since 2007 to till date, Last 6 months i have been suffering from Tata-Sky Set Top box issues, Recentely i had changed the Set Top box some around 2 month Back, and i have also paid the 350 rupees against the new box, then I had observed the new set top box was very low & poor quality, in box there was lots of disadvantages, but still i had contineued with same, i remembered the same thing i told to your Engineer also.
Today within 2 Months, the same problem persist, the set top box has power ON but only i can see the BANNER of all menu, there is no Pictures or sound come out. i had given the compaint 2 times and got response that we will be in touch with you today we do not have set top box available once we get we will replaced it, i would say if you people will not able to maintain your stock then how they can say about there fast services.....
After 2 Day tata sky Engineer changed the Set Top Box and now i observed one new problem, i asked engineer, he said this is software problem, while changing the channel it has flashed with lots of dots & it may damage my TV, i had already paid whole year package & not getting good quality nor services, infact i was unable to see channel what they committed me...Please Do somthing good.......

Tata Sky DTH T.V. services — Refusal to give break in services
I am a user of Tata Sky DTH T.V. for past two years.My User I.D. is[protected]
I have made the annual subscription of Rs.2600 to the company in Sep 2008 for one year.
Now I am going out of India for 100 days w.e.f. 15 June 2009. I have requested the company through their call centre to stop the feed for my absence period from 15th June to 18th Sep.2009.
They are not accepting my request.
It means once they got the money in advance the will dictate the terms.
Ethics and commensence says that if a customer requests that I don't want your services for a long periond they should do so.
I am not asking my money back. Simply I am requesting them to continue the services after the break for the period from 15 June to 18 Sep.2009 and I should not be charged for the services which I dont want.
Will anybody listen me
