I took connection of tata sky by paying Rs.1200 in last month. Within 40 days of the installation my Tata Aky stopped. When I called customer care they deputed one person to inspect. He told everythibg will be alright within 24 hours. Nothing happened so I called again and again and got same reply -- your problem will be resolved within 24 hours. Even after 120 hours my problem is still unresolved. They are saying that set top box is faulty...

Misleading/Falsifying Information

This is to inform you that i am using Tata Sky since 17th January 2011. I was using some optional packages and now i want to change them,but i was told by Tata Sky customer service team that there is a Locking Period of 90 days for the Optional Packages. No Free gifts on zeetos

TataSky (Zeetos exchange program) is fooling consumer by making to pay for the Tatasky services which promises gift of chioce to kids for the zeetos exchange, but in reality they are not givng any gifts. The zeetos points exchanged 2 months back and we still are waiting for our gift. Though calling their helpline several time we only get all false promises. This is the reality of TataSky. Beware!! Don't get fooled by Tata brandname....

Giving false information

Tata sky customer care are giving false information over the phone and not giving the exact details..
Example: I just called Tata sky executive recent ally and he gave the wrong information over the phone and I asked verify the call records but they are not checking the call records and again giving the false information ,due to that that I lost my money and time

changed pack without permission

Tata Sky service is very inefficient, to say the least. They have changed my Mega-pack for which I have paid ,into Grand Pack without my permission. Inspite of repeated calls and requests, they are not able to fix the problem. I have talked to several customer associates, for several hours and I am fed-up. demand of additional money

This is to complain about the additional money which was demanded by the tata sky office in goa.
Had called up the call center informing that i just had to shift my tv inside the house to the next point. The engineer came across and had the changes done and called up the office and informed that Rs 100/- had to be paid against the said changes which can be done by recharging of that amount.

Monopoly of Service and Breach of Contract

I purchased TATA Sky in 2007 and till date have 3 connections altogether.

I have made several complaints with TATA Sky about their service interruption and till date no responsible person has resolved the issue.

They are popping an envelope on the screen which is very prominent and stays on the screen forever till you open the messages.
