i am the customer of tata sky, initially took the 99 rs monthly rental pakage, after few month they automatic updated my pakage without any concern from my side and start to deducted 125 rs p/m. after long time we found monthly rental is more so complain to tata sky customer care they dint took care and told this is right process.
but we don't need new package only old package and same tv channel.

I'm a Tata Sky subscriber with two connections in the family ([protected] and [protected]).

FAULTY SET TOP BOX SOLD AND NO REPLACEMENT

Moment it was installed it was giving faded colours. Engineer told me it will adjust it-self. I complaint to the service station , again an engineer came he told me the set -top box is faulty.

TATA SKY-Pathetic Service from TATA SKY.Service not provided after full payment for an entire year

Beware..tata sky is not living up to its reputation

I have been using tatasky service since may 2009. Recently i shifted my house and raised a request on 20th Nov 2010 with tatasky customer care to install the dish on my new location. As my balance was in negative they asked me to recharge the account. I recharged my account and contacted them again. They told me that they would install the dish within 48 hours.
