[Resolved] Tata Sky — WORST SERVICE IN VELLORE REGION | |||
Tatasky service in vellore region is very worst. i beleived that tatasky gives good customer service.But that is not true.I had signal reception problem(no signal) so i have contacted customer care where i registerd my complaint.the idoits in the customer care gave the false statement that our service engineer will contact you with in 48 hours. but no one has called me.after two days again i have made a complaint to customer care they said at any cost i will make arrangement some arrangement and i have received 1 sms which contains complaint number and service team contact number.but no one has called me. After i made repeated calls to customer care (senior supervisors).one service team from vellore visited my home that also i made call to him by refering a number from the tatasky sms. It takes almost 1 week for him. He checked and said some problem is there in digicomp and he has taken that one. again he took 2 days. he has not back with my digicomp.whenever i make call he used to tell with in half an hour i will come. But he has not visted my home till.tell me what i have to do. will tatasky will make this issue to develope customer relationship in vellore region??? Was this information helpful? | |||
