my tata sky digicomp is not working since 6 days.i tried calling to tata sky helpline but no 1 is lifting the phone.if they do they keep us on hold for 15 minutes and after that they say that they are upgrading the system and do nothing about it.i humbly request tata sky to please attend the complaint as early as possible and send some 1 to my place. TATA SKY SERVICE sucks

I had 2 Tata SKY SD connections. I asked them to set up 2 TATA SKY+ HD for these. The local dealer arranged for 2 boxes and sent the TATA SKY personnel to set them up on the 1st March.

The 1st set top box set-up without any issues. Now the 2nd box was not able to download the software so they took it back. No issues till now.

Now start the problems.

The 1 new set top box asked me for a re-charge....

I am a TATA SKY customer at varanasi and my customer ID is [protected]. I have relocated my house very recently on 18 Feb 11 from lucknow to varanasi. I called up customer care and infromed well in advance about my relocation (on 18 feb) and got appointment. Pathetic service

Tatasky has got the most pathetic service. They dont really bother about customer's complaints and send technicians for repair only when one shouts at them. My Tatasky set top box broke down and I lodged a complaint in the call center. They gave me a complaint number and committed that issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours.
