Yesterday I recd 2 call from Taka Sky & they gave promises to resolve our problem but till date we have facing the problem & we can not operate our TV on my account balance is 710 in 12 feb 2011 for use 15- may-2011 we have balance Rs 400 in our account
So if you can not able to solve our problem pl give my balance amount to my subscriber id name "Gulammohamed A Vohra" so we can pay amount to our cable operator.

Dear Sir,
I have registered a complaint against the whole help desk process. My subscriber ID is [protected]
First of all I have registered a complaint regarding "setup box not working & not on TV set"
Then three or four times I have contacted on help line number but nobody solved our problem and we were deprived to watch the TV throughout last 3-4 days.
Nobody has come and fixed that problem . and give me wrong information I have already contacted the helpline nos. for 3-4 times for the past 15 days. & give other mobile number to help & repair the D G com on chargeable basis
Its not correct & we have already paid Rs 500/- on your scheme
I am very much disappointed.
So pl give my balance amount to my subscriber IDs Name so I can disconnect the Tata sky or replace set up box at earliest FREE OF COST
Kindly resolve our proble without any delay because we lost out money

TATA SKY (Satellite Television) — Poor Communication Service
During subscription committed fees included for six months but deducted the activation charges & deactivated the same within four months.Complaint several times on their call centre but till yet no satisfactory reply has been received nor activation has been done.Looking for your cooperation with positive result.THANKING YOU.
