I am a resident of Purva Fountain Square in Bangalore.
I had requested for a relocation installation of TATA SKY dish a week back from today.
My request was not taken seriously at first and I had to spend over Rs.200 on my calls to the Customer Service Centre in Hyderabad.
I had spoken to various floor supervisers like Anil, Ronald, etc who eventually began taking some action.
Two Service engineers called me up and told me they were busy most of the times I preferred, or else said that they do not service those areas.
Today at 1300hrs, Mr.Shripati came for installation, id-C007585, PH No. [protected]. He gave us two options, either drill holes for our private dish, or else do an internal connection for the common dish at the apartment.
Since the size of TV is big, it was not possible to install it on the wall with the cable connection. Hence cable was to go around the wooden flooring to the TV. He finished his work and left the cable coiled up in the middle of the drawing room.
He wrapped up his bag and was ready to leave without asking if we are satisfied with the service. He was not willing to talk to my mother and me. He had no manners to speak to ladies,so I had to raise my voice at him.
We had taken verbal permission for private dish installation but he said that he would not do it because he was HUNGRY, had OTHER CUSTOMERS to attend to.
He did not talk to the floor superviser at Hyderabad when I called him to complain about the engineer.
Mr.Naveen Nischal was on the line at the customer service.
I request you to take action as the engineer did not provide proper service and behaved inappropriately with the lady customers at home.
He showed highly indecent behaviour.
And even shouted outdside in the lobby.
My money in the tata account is getting deducted everyday when no one is attending to us for installation.
Request adequated action to be taken.

I have purchased on line TATA SKY DTH on 17 march 2011.The terms and condition according to TATA sky is 3 to 5 days in normal areas and 7 days to remot areas. Delhi and NCR (Greater Noida ) belog in normal areas but did not install the DTH, niether from tata sky site any call . But since last 6 days i am waiting for the installation and after several calls to call center no body has support me . This people are making fool of common Man.So please take the necessory action.
