[Resolved] Tata Voltas AC — Poor Service | |||
I have made compliant on 27th march, but still my AC is not repaired. From last 15 days I made daily phone call to Tata Voltas service centre but every time they says our technician will visit your site on tomorrow, but no one has come till date. I have experienced the worst service of Tata Voltas group. Please think 10 times before buying new tata Voltas AC. Was this information helpful? | |||

Frustated customer of TATA PRODUCT. Filed a complaint of non functioning of Voltas-Vertis 1.5 TON AC on 30 june.Even after repeated phone calls and email my humble request are falling on deaf ears. It is 10 Aug and still no clue whatsoever about my AC. This AC is placed in my waiting area for patients. And they are having a horrible time in this humid and hot weather.
We promote buying Indian products and once we follow this advice- this is the condition we land in- PATHETIC.
