i was purchased a voltas 1.5 ton vertis premium .it is not working properly.cooling is not upto mark.your dealer MEHTA TV CARE fills the gas but after that i am not satisfied.now i was registered a complaint 6 days before but they are not given me a suitable response and no mecanic was sent by them.i want to know why a consumer paid to you.for only to deliver the product and not for service. i think SERVICE IS THE BIG REASON OF A PRODUCT...

I have bought water dispenser of Voltas - Mini MagiC super Model in August 2010 and is under warranty till August 2011. The cooling system of the dispenser is not working . I have lodges a compaint in Voltas for the same and the complaint number is 11MY1408198.
The local service provider has visited on 15.05.2011 and found that the compressor needs to be changed.

But now they are daily saying we are out of stock for...

I bought a voltas elegand 1.5 ton A.C on 21-apr-2011from SADANA ELECTRONICS patrakaarpuram gomti nagar lucknow and from the 1 st day i am have some issues...A.C is not cooling , it is making a loud noise and also the compressor start after 10-15 minutes after we start the A.C.
Since the day it was installed I have logged a complaint but no body is trying to resolve the issue , they are just escalating the issue to the higher level...

I had purchased a Voltas Vertis Premium 1.0 ton AC model last year on 30/5/10 from a dealer m/s Electronics India in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Last year I had not availed the 1st free service after six months of purchase as it is provided by the company.

i have purchased a voltas 2 ton air conditioner on 14th of march 2011, recently on 5th may 2011 the outer unit of the air conditioner stopped working. I've gave complaint to the dealer and to TATA VOLTAS company through the phone, they assured me to send technician in 2 or 3 days. but till now there is no responce from either company or dealer. I'm losing money in as my business without a/c is not possible....

I want to state my unfortunate story. I purchased a Voltas Windows AC named Vertis Curve from CROMA Palam Vihar on 6th May 2011. Croma ( Phone[protected] committed that they will install on 9th May 2011 by Voltas engineer. After calling numerous times, Croma suggested that Croma engineer will install the Air conditioner as voltas engineers do not have time. On 9th May 2011, the AC got installed, after which Air on starting made terrible...

I have purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton AC 2 years back. Recently there was some problem with remote and it was not working properly. I logged a complain (No. 11AP2302171) on 24 April. On 25 April some guy from service dealer (Madhu Cool Centre) visited to my home and said remote need to be repaired and took the remote with him.
