[Resolved] The Hindu Subscription — PAPER NOT COMING | |||
Dear sir, I Paid subscription through order no: 0468834 for the HINDU news paper through their agent on 08/08/2010.They told as they will supply the edition from 16th august 2010.But they are not circulating the paper.I made sevaeral calls to their office at begumpet on[protected]/23403902.Till date(20/09/2010)they are not circulating.In the reception also the front office executives also giving irregular answers to the readers.This is very bad. After collecting the subscription also, they are not able to supply the edition.I called Asst regional manager and etc.,,Mr.Anjaneyulu,sankar,srikanth etc.But till date i am ot able to get the copy.why? As we are cheating by the HINDU through its agencies? Was this information helpful? | |||

Same is the case with me. Reader subscription no 4011357. Paper was supposed to be circulated from 1st of Oct. But till today (30-Oct-2010) only 2 times it was delivered to us. I repeatedly called the agent Ismail. They say that there is a problem with the delivery boy in this area (Baghameer, Kukatpally) hence the issues. What ever it is its bad the The Hindu is not looking into such issues that are happening repeatedly.

I have subscribed the HINDU newspaper @333/ for a year on 06/09/2013. I had been told that the newspaper starts by 16 th Sep 2013 and there was a gift bag also which I have not received yet.
Today is 24/09/2013 the newspaper delivery has not started. The order number is BG75898. The toll free number is not responding. The payment was made by cheque which was cleared on 17/09/2013.
Can you please look into this and resolve the issue.
If you are unable to deliver the newspaper, refund my money.

My name is B srinivas rao from visakhapatnam(andhra pradesh) .i am a regular subscriber of THE HINDU news paper.I have been continue this news paper for last three years. paper boy do not issue the news paper in time, usually I get at 9:00 am.I will not get news paper during week ends (saturday, Sunday and festival seasons).monthly I get paper for just 15 to 16 days only.when ever I ask about news paper agent response he gives vague and irrelevant answers.some of the reasons are boy went to village, boy went to marriage, boy changed and the most arrogant reply come to my home and collect the news paper.i complain to hindu office even no use.
EVERY TIME AFTER RENEWAL INTIMATION LETTER. I GET NEWS PAPER WITH 1 MONTH DELAY..when I cal to agent.the simple answer he gives.we have’nt yet received any intimation regarding renewal.
And some time I get TIMES OF INDIA pamphlet.i wonder how can these agent can give times of India Advertisement papmlets in HINDU.
and my kind request please give waiver after my 6 months subscription expires because every month I got headache from your irregular delivery of paper.
